Another F4 amendent

This spells good news since its the 2nd amendments made this week. Agc x Grab are in talks w the authority to make the necessary changes. If not there wouldnt be any news or amendments needed

Proxy vote

I’m expecting the proxy voting to happen within days from now.. earliest estimated will be next week. Law firm handling the case mentioned that itswithin the time frame for Q4 2021

Merger

After the voting, which is 100% most of the cases for such SPAC deal, we can expect the merger to happen within 48hrs

Short interest

As of today, the % short interest stands at 40ish %. Well done.. we need to catch them offguard and let them cover at a super-premium price.

If we(institution and retail traders) stand firm against shorties, we will be able to push the price so much higher.

Call options ITM

many call options are in the money, they can wasily exercise it to own them and hold it(which makes more financial sense rather than let it rot)

With more ppl holding the stocks, we will form a fortress against shorties.

Target Price

Once merger happens, we can take reference from the recent DWAC spac deal. But with Grab, wecan expect it to overpass the price of $50-60(only if all stars align)

But on a more conservative TP, im gonna be setting it at $28-30

Its no time for paper hands, you are casusing ourdownfall. If u cant hold, pls let go.. let someone wdiamond hands own the stocks. But dont regret when it rockets up.
