Mat it's not dishonest, he is learning. He has never run a publicly owned company before. His family has been very successful at running and growing a private business. That's what he's good at and he has been transparent regarding his priority as a publicly traded company. His actions have not been great for shareholders, but his company continues to do well in challenging times. That's why I'm here. I'm a value investor and when the chairs dropped to $6 and lower I bought. I applauded when he changed course and brought the share price back up, but I see the share price getting back to about where it was before the controversial announcement about release of shares.
