Dallas-based <a href=\"https://laohu8.com/S/CMA\">Comerica</a> Inc. has been the best performer, jumping about 15%.</p>\n<p>But <a href=\"https://laohu8.com/S/WFC\">Wells Fargo</a> &amp; Co. has lagged its peers and was the lone decliner on Monday after the bank reached a settlement with the U.S. Justice Department over claims it overcharged commercial customers who used its foreign exchange services.</p>\n<p>While the Fed’s next meeting is not until November, the next major catalyst for banks is just over two weeks away, with <a href=\"https://laohu8.com/S/JPM\">JPMorgan Chase</a> &amp;
