He said that he is forecasting that the S&amp;P 500’s full year earnings per share, or EPS, will be $225 and predicted that it could be $250 for 2022, which could embolden a bit more buying next year. FactSet data show that the 2021 EPS is $199 and projects that EPS in 2022 will be $218.</p>\n<p>Meanwhile, Wien estimates that a 2% yield on the 10-year Treasury note&nbsp;would be fairly valued for the government debt but said that if it rose above 3% it could deliver a blow to risk taking on Wall Street.</p>\n<p>But for now, the veteran investor sees the market making fitful moves higher.</p>\n<p>“A modest drift up is what we are going to see from here,” Wien said.
