$Palantir Technologies Inc.(PLTR)$  Palantir recently reached a new high, and the surge in stock price has prompted insiders to start selling shares. For me, this is a signal to exercise caution before considering any investment. When a stock hits a new high, I'm typically hesitant to jump in because the risk of buying at or near the peak is greater, and I want to avoid becoming a 'bagholder'—someone stuck with shares that lose value after a sharp rise.

Insider selling adds another layer of concern. Company insiders often have a better understanding of the company's true financial health and future prospects. If they're offloading shares, it could be an indication that they believe the stock is overvalued or that growth may slow down in the near term. While insider sales don't always signal trouble, it's often seen as a red flag, especially when it happens after a significant price rally. For these reasons, I'm more cautious about jumping into a stock after a high, particularly when insiders are selling.
