The economic restructuring in 2023 brought some conflicts and pressures, which are still present in 2024. However, there are some bright spots. For example, the overseas Fed rate hike cycle is believed to have bottomed out. Meanwhile, it is expected that the coordination between fiscal and monetary policies will be more effective this year. As a result, this year's economic recovery is likely to be relatively modest in terms of both confidence and growth. At the same time, valuations seem relatively low now, reflecting the market's pessimism. As such, any policy overshoots are likely to trigger a better rebound in the market.
