China's Didi Global, meanwhile, says it has 1,600 hybrid or electric vehicles in Mexico.\nUber says it is determined to cut emissions.\n\"Every market where Uber is available will be taking bold steps to develop locally relevant strategies that move in parallel with our commitments.
