The biggest decliners were utilities, down 0.97%, and healthcare, down 0.7%.</p>\n<p>Shares of Walt Disney Co closed down 3% after Barclays downgraded the media giant's stock to \"equal weight\" from \"overweight.\"</p>\n<p>Declining issues outnumbered advancing ones on the NYSE by a 1.09-to-1 ratio;
