临近周末，咱们来聊聊有关操作的两三事。 多年以前，我曾想过一个问题，散户有机会打败机构吗？或许现在来看，你可以举出近期轰动金融圈的Gamestop事件，可在当年那个时代，没人认为有机会，可又发现其实高手在民间，就算数量不多，还是能人辈出的。 深入观察那些在操作的路上有所成就的人之后，发现了一个有趣的现象。正所谓戏法人人会变，各有巧妙不同，每个在操作上有卓越绩效的人，多半有自己过人的能力，可能是基本面、也或许是技术面。也许对企业财报、宏观数据了如指掌，又或者是对产业变化、政策走向有敏锐的嗅觉。大家都有其独到的长处，所以才能胜出。掌握的资源不同，胜出的模式就不一样，但中间都会有一个共通点，那就是打破信息不对称。 股市有句谚语：「股价总是涨在题材、盘在营收、跌在盈馀」，也有另一个说法是「买谣言、卖事实」，讲的都是同一件事：操作领先的重要性。对一个自然投资人来说（也就是散户），资金少、专业缺、信息落后，前两项不容易克服，天生处于不利，但若能改变第三项，就有一举扭转劣势的机会、反败为胜。换句话说，不管你做哪个市场、哪种策略，如何打破信息不对称的劣势，是散户进入赢者圈最关键的条件，「知所先后，则近道矣」，古人早有明训。而技术分析，就是最好的利器。 从简单的逻辑来看，技术分析之所以具有判断多空的参考价值，就是在于市场信息优越者虽不会透露其所知，但他们却会在交易上留下轨迹。通过有效解读市场的交易信息，就能「侧写」出信息优越者的多空意图，进一步掌握多空变化。当年，我就是因为这个「侧写」说法，将本科所学的财务理论搁置，一头栽入技术分析的领域。时至今日，倍感收获良多。 学理上，根据诺贝尔奖得主Fama的有效市场假说，就算是弱式有效市场，任何交易信息都无法获取超额利润，更不用说是半强式有效市场及强式有效市场。因此，技术分析不具有操作参考意义。可实务上，我们却可见到有效的技术分析可以在操作上取得很
