双十一只是一剂春药
双十一前夕,阿里股价飙升很快,但这是一种虚胖,并不值得长期做多,原因正如标题所说。 本人曾经做过一段时间的天猫电商,从商家的角度,我来剖析一下双十一为什么只能当春药吃吃。 1、强迫商家折扣来冲量不可持续 每年6、7月份,大型天猫商家开始筹备双十一活动,开展定方案、准备库存、制作物料等一系列工作。大概9月份,天猫开始双十一招商,从招商的规则来看,对商家的要求非常苛刻。各个类目各有不同,但是折扣要大于5、6折算是基本要求。这种一刀切的做法,并不适合所有卖家,以我所在类目为例,折扣大于8折就没有利润了,大家可以想见平日的利润就很稀少。可是商家又舍不得放弃这次品牌和产品曝光、刷爆款、冲击销售额的机会,为了尽量满足运营方的要求,只好搞一些非常规手段来哄骗系统和消费者。最终一场活动下来,店家或是欺骗了消费者,或是利润增长不多甚至亏损,最终双十一变成了自欺欺人的营销活动。 2、涸泽而渔式的增长不可持续 有的时候,用户选择在双十一消费,并不一定是便宜,而是因着天猫的强势营销而产生的一种惯性。前面提到使用非常规手段哄骗系统和消费者,我们店铺在申请时通过更改SKU、捆绑上新等手段,通过了了双十一招商审核,而实际情况是双十一当日并没有进行任何折扣,只是在运营层面营造了一种双十一的氛围。最终当日的销售翻了2-3倍。在这背后,是双十一前后销售额的下降。也就是说,双十一的业绩增长实际是挪用了平日应有的销售额。而对消费者来说,发现实际价格没有宣传的那么低,最终伤害了消费者的感情。 $(BABA)$

在中国教育行业,好未来是我最看好的企业。 好未来作为国内的教育企业,在教育产品的内容和形态方面多有创新开拓(好未来事业部),教育产业中标准化和个性需求都能被很好满足(培优和智康),这很难得。 近来好未来在教育产业的广泛布局,使得产业链丰富,盈利多点突破。 因为前期的独生子女政策,家长对儿童教育大额支出早已习惯。开放二胎后,不难想象未来十年早期教育和k12市场需求的大幅增长。而这些都已经在好未来的口袋中。$(xrs)$
