15:12","market":"sh","language":"zh","title":"百度营销:“灯火阑珊”在何处?","url":"https://stock-news.laohu8.com/highlight/detail?id=1175284402","media":"甲方财经","summary":"百度,一个我们熟悉又陌生的名字。\n熟悉,是因为我们在搜索的时候会使用它;陌生,是因为自进入移动互联网时代后百度的存在感越来越弱。\n“BAT”桌面互联网时代的互联网王者标签,曾是多少互联网创业者心中的白","content":"<p>百度,一个我们熟悉又陌生的名字。</p>\n<p>熟悉,是因为我们在搜索的时候会使用它;陌生,是因为自进入移动互联网时代后百度的存在感越来越弱。</p>\n<p>“BAT”桌面互联网时代的互联网王者标签,曾是多少互联网创业者心中的白月光,在移动互联网浪潮的冲击下,“AT”巍然不动但“B”却已经跌出十名之外,市值被后来的小弟美团、滴滴等反超。</p>\n<p>移动互联网时代流量格局的玩法在很大程度上削弱了百度在搜索流量与产品上的竞争优势,闭环式的商业模式也使得百度以搜索作为流量变现工具的玩法变得鸡肋一般。</p>\n<p>渐渐地,百度在B端与C端两个市场都逐渐讨不到好,在用户与同行中的存在感也就越来越弱。但如果你认为这就是百度接下来的宿命了,那么可能就错了。</p>\n<p><b>王国维的名句“众里寻他千百度,那人却在灯火阑珊处”流传广泛,字里行间蕴藏着“情理之中、意料之外”的人生味道。这种常识逻辑之外的意外发现经常出现在生活中,同样也存在于我们对百度的认知与判断上。</b></p>\n<p>2021年的百度世界大会,展示了百度在AI等前沿技术的研发、产品落地以及商业模式探索等方面的积淀与进展,以及百度产品战略从“搜索”转向“服务”的变化,这一切都在向我们昭示着那个曾经的王者正在归来。</p>\n<p>但AI与服务,就是百度一直苦苦寻找的“灯火阑珊处“吗?且听甲方财经一一道来。</p>\n<p><b>01 用完即走、单层次化、收租行为,能力匮乏的背后:流量经营的孱弱</b></p>\n<p>衡量互联网公司的发展势头好不好,除了看它的财务报表、经营业绩之外,还有一个重</p>\n<p>要的因素——新概念的生产能力。</p>\n<p>俗话说,一分钱气死英雄汉。一个在市场竞争与同行眼中存在感越来越弱的企业,是没有底气去喊出一些新说法的。</p>\n<p>以互联网营销为例,阿里提出了“全域营销”的理论框架,并据此凝练了“AIPL”营销模型;腾讯提出了“全链路营销”;字节跳动提出了一个“5A”链路模型,就连爱奇艺都有自己的链路模型“AACAR”。反观百度,既没有新的营销理论框架,也没有扎眼球的关键词。</p>\n<p><b>新概念看着事小,其实能从小细节反映出大方面。一个完整的理论框架,必然是对流量闭环的商业模式的完整与精确的呈现,而模型则是向B端市场清晰阐述自己的流量变现与平台赋能的落地执行环节。</b></p>\n<p><b>百度之所以在之前既提出不理论框架也凝练不了操作模型,主要原因有两个:一是流量生态无法形成闭环;二是流量变现的单层次化。</b></p>\n<p>百度最重头戏的产品就是搜索,虽然在桌面互联网时代创造了流量神话,但却埋下了一个顽疾——中转站。</p>\n<p>用户进入百度是为了到达自己的目的地,百度在用户的行为链条中成为一个中转站的角色,让用户在百度生态中的黏性很低,这一点与支付功能软件很相似,即“用完即走”。</p>\n<p>这个问题在桌面互联网时代并不突出,但到了移动互联网时代各大APP都在做流量闭环,用尽各种办法让用户流在自己的生态体系中,在此形势下百度作为中转站的角色不仅有点多余,而且还会在无形中增加用户行为成本,再加上各APP之间数据与流量的割据使得百度作为中转站的效果在急速下降。</p>\n<p>百度作为中转站的角色其实只是一个表象,本质上是百度在移动互联网时代无法形成自己的流量闭环,更为要命的是尽管百度已经意识到这个问题的严重性,但由于其长期做中转站的角色所造成的“收租思维“,使得其在进行新的流量产品开发时仍然秉持着旧的意识。</p>\n<p>比如百度当年涉足电商与外卖领域,仍然是简单地将搜索流量与电商、外卖进行嫁接,结果如何市场已经给出了答案。形不成流量闭环的深层原因,是百度对流量价值发掘以及变现缺乏立体能力,流量闭环的另一面就是商业生态,从商业生态的角度理解就是百度无法在流量链条上实现对用户(B端与C端)的持续性服务能力,这又恰恰回到了之前那个话题——百度以前是收租思维。</p>\n<p>百度的收租思维导致其在以前过于注重流量宽幅以及导流总量,通俗地讲就是更在意入</p>\n<p>站流量的类型丰富性以及入站总量,对于流量进入之后的商业资源匹配与支撑等方面则较为薄弱。</p>\n<p>萝卜快了不洗泥,这就导致一方面各种流量鱼龙混杂、泥沙俱下,另一方面流量的配套与支持严重不足。用户并不能通过百度搜索来解决自身的需求与问题,用户体验越来越差,黏性也越来越低。</p>\n<p>于是我们看到,被诟病已久的莆田系等民营医疗、医美、保健等行业反而在一定时期内成为百度的大金主,这种对劣质流量的来者不拒以及后续商业资源的溃烂不仅导致百度要承担极大的监管与社会舆论风险,也使得百度在用户与广告主中逐渐丧失存在价值。</p>\n<p>但面对颓势与竞争,百度并非一味消极度日,而是一直在积极探索,对营销产品进行系统</p>\n<p>化整合和智能升级,创新IP,直播带货……种种商业新尝试。但这些努力,从目前来仍看坎坷居多,那么为什么会这样?</p>\n<p><b>02
