Not only have dividend-paying stocks generally outperformed the market as a whole, but stocks that increase their dividends annually have even higher returns.
\n
In addition to this outperformance, dividend stocks tend to be more resilient in tougher market conditions, giving investors the best of both worlds -- outperformance and a layer of safety.
\n
Today we will look at two stocks that fit this dividend growth mold to perfection and would be tremendous stocks to buy and hold forever.
\n
Starbucks
\n
Driven by its mission \"to inspire and nurture the human spirit,\" Starbucks (NASDAQ:SBUX) has rapidly become one of the most beloved brands in the world. Thanks in part to its Net Promoter Score (NPS) of +77, Starbucks' stock price has risen over 30,000% since its IPO -- meaning that a $1,000 investment in the '90s would be worth over $300,000 today.
\n
NPS is a valuable rating system that calculates a company's overall customer loyalty and determines if they are promoters or detractors of its products. Rating on a scale of -100 to +100, anything above +50 is considered exceptional, making Starbucks' score of +77 almost hard to believe.
\n
Speaking to this high NPS, consider that in China, the company's second-largest market, one out of every two consumers prefers Starbucks coffee over any other \"away from home\" brand. Similarly in the U.S., Starbucks Rewards members account for 51% of U.S. sales during the fourth quarter of 2021.
\n
These figures highlight how deeply loyal its customers are to the Starbucks brand -- a loyalty that only the pandemic could slow. However, after seeing sales drop 11% in 2020, revenue recovered beautifully in 2021, jumping 24% year over year.
\n
Starbucks achieved this growth despite many stores facing COVID-19 restrictions. Take China, for example, where a COVID-19 resurgence led to 80% of the company's stores being forced to close or operate at lessened capacity due to public health protocols. As the world economy gradually continues reopening, Starbucks is poised to top its record-setting sales from 2021.
\n
On top of this operational prowess, Starbucks is quickly becoming a juggernaut in returning cash to shareholders, both through dividends and share buybacks. In fact, over the last five years, it has lowered its shares outstanding by 20% while boosting its dividend by 125% over the same time. Looking ahead, management expects to return an additional $20 billion to shareholders through the company's 1.7% dividend and new share buybacks.
\n
This combination of shareholder return wizardry and the company's immense brand loyalty makes Starbucks a brilliant dividend growing investment to hold forever -- especially at only 32 times earnings.
\n
Nasdaq
\n
Famous for its namesake index, Nasdaq (NASDAQ:NDAQ) has quietly been a monster of a stock, rising over 700% in the last decade. In addition to its index, the company plays a key role in helping many of today's biggest technology companies go public through its listing operations -- offering investors natural diversification in the tech market.
\n
Further diversifying its operations, Nasdaq has four distinct business units: market services, corporate platforms, investment intelligence, and market technology. However, of note to investors is that 83% of its operating profit comes from the market services and investment intelligence units alone.
\n
Market Services derives its revenue from trading, clearing, and trade management services, while investment intelligence consists of market data, analytics, and index-based revenue. Together, they act as Nasdaq's cash machine, with a combined 64% operating margin that allows the company to focus on new growth opportunities in its two smaller units, corporate platforms, and market technology.
\n
First, within market technologies, Nasdaq has its sights set on becoming the market's surveillance, fraud, and anti-money laundering expert. Fueled by its Verafin acquisition, the company grew its anti-financial crime sales by over 100% year-over-year for the third quarter. With the anti-financial crime market expected to grow 17% annually through 2024, this business unit could create a whole new area of growth for Nasdaq.
\n
Second, Nasdaq is focused on growing its Investor Relations (IR) and Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) services in its corporate platform unit. Through ESG program-building, management evaluations, and its OneReport technology, these services pair beautifully with the company's listing operations. As ESG continues to become increasingly important throughout the investing landscape, Nasdaq has positioned itself to become the leader in this area -- largely thanks to having the first contact with companies listed on the Nasdaq exchange.
\n
All in all, Nasdaq has many moving parts, making the task of trying to value it quite complicated. Ultimately, however, it is a true cash cow, with a profit margin of 20%. Thanks to this profitability, Nasdaq pays a 1.1% dividend while only recording a payout ratio of 30%. Combining its growth prospects, dividend history, high profit margin, and a price-to-earnings ratio of 30, Nasdaq makes for a phenomenal lifelong holding.
","source":"fool_stock","collect":0,"html":"\n
\n
\n\n\n\n
2 Top Dividend Stocks You Can Buy and Hold Forever
\n\n
\n
\n
\n
\n
\n2 Top Dividend Stocks You Can Buy and Hold Forever\n
\n\n
\n\n\n2021-12-14 23:02 GMT+8 Motley Fool\n\n\n
\n\n
\n
\n
\n
Dividend growth investing can be a fantastic way for investors to begin their march toward meeting retirement goals. It provides easy-to-use financial products that come with relatively low fees.
\n
The company said it had a $99 million loss on revenue of $1.06 billion for the nine-month period ended Sept. 30. Interest income accounted for $607 million of that revenue, with fees and commissions making up the remainder.
\n
Nubank warned investors to brace for “short-term profit implications” from the firm’s expansion push.
\n
Chief Executive Officer David Velez will own a stake in the company worth about $8.9 billion at the IPO price. His co-founder, Cristina Junqueira, has a stake worth $1.1 billion.
\n
Before creating the startup, Velez spent two years at Sequoia, trying to find an investment in Latin America. Instead he left with an idea of his own.
\n
Velez, who’s Colombian, had a grueling experience opening a bank account in Brazil and enlisted Junqueira, fresh off a stint at Itau’s credit card unit, to help him create an alternative.
\n
Brazil, like much of Latin America, is plagued by expensive financial services that are available to only a limited portion of the population. Century-old banks dominate the market beset by bureaucratic barriers. That was a slight drop from $9 billion last year.
\n
One reason for the decline: the online blitz started well before Thanksgiving Day. Adobe data shows consumers already spent more than $3 billion online on 19 separate days this season, as stores rolled out discounts early -- some as early as September.
\n
There's also been so much talk about shipping logjams and labor shortages -- and so many emails advertising sales filling up inboxes -- that many shoppers wanted to get a jumpstart on the gifting season.
\n
On Thanksgiving Day alone, online shoppers spent $5.1 billion before the pumpkin pie was finished, according to Adobe. The figure matched last year's turkey day tally, but was at the low end of Adobe's $5.1 billion- $5.9 billion forecast.
\n
Complete data for in-store sales results were not yet released, leaving open the question whether online sales topped the in-person kind again, after taking the top spot for the first time last year. Through mid-afternoon Friday, retail sales surged 29.8 percent from last year's COVID-pressured low, according to Mastercard SpendingPulse, which tracks both cash and credit payments.
\n
Lines returned to metro area stores like Manhattan's Best Buy and Macy's flagship in Herald Square on Friday, with shoppers stating they felt good to be out again after staying home for too long.
\n
Nearly 100,000 people headed to the Mall of America in Bloomington, Minnesota as of early Friday afternoon, more than double last year, but a bit shy of 2019's numbers for the country's largest mall, The Associated Press reported.
\n
\"We had a fantastic start,\" said Mall of America senior vice president Jill Renslow.
\n
But the pandemic likely permanently converted a good portion of the shop-til-you-drop crowd to their keyboards.
\n
\"The old-school 'I need to wait and get in on Black Friday and line up' is no longer,\" said Angeli Gianchandani, a marketing professor at the University of New Haven. \"That deal that you used to find on Black Friday that everybody would line up at the store and try and grab, that's not happening.\"
\n
\"Now it's Black November,\" she added. \"There's so many more alternatives now. It's not a one-size-fits all.\"
\n
The average discount on Thanksgiving Day was 27 percent in the U.S., a decline of 7 percent from last year, according to Salesforce.com.
\n
The value of orders placed on Thanksgiving Day jumped 11 percent, even though consumers actually bought fewer items, reflecting this year's persistent inflation.
\n
Holiday sales are expected to grow significantly this season, accelerating the pace from last year. The flights are open for booking and will be indicated as VTL flights on SIA's website accordingly.\nThe flag carrier will also progressively operate non-VTL services from Ahmedabad, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Kochi and Kolkata to Singapore from Nov 29.\nAs for Scoot, it will operate non-VTL services 4 times a week between Singapore and Hyderabad from Nov 30, and non-VTL flights 3 times a week between Singapore and Tiruchirappalli from Dec 2.\nFrom January 2022, Scoot will also increase its Singapore-Tiruchirappalli service to 5 times a week, and resume its Singapore-Amritsar service with 5 times weekly non-VTL flights.\nSIA noted that travellers must ensure they are eligible to travel under the VTL arrangements before their flight. If travellers are not Singapore citizens or permanent residents and wish to travel on the VTL flights, they would need to apply for a vaccinated travel pass (VTP) prior to their visa application.\nThe Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore announced earlier that it would start 6 flights a day from Chennai, Delhi and Mumbai to Singapore from Nov 29 to kickstart the VTL. It added that applications for VTPs for short-term visitors and long-term passholders from India would start on Nov 22, 6 pm Singapore time.\nShares of SIA were trading at S$5.29 as at the midday break on Nov 24, up S$0.02 or 0.4 per cent.","news_type":1},"isVote":1,"tweetType":1,"viewCount":781,"authorTweetTopStatus":1,"verified":2,"comments":[],"imageCount":0,"langContent":"CN","totalScore":0},{"id":874351021,"gmtCreate":1637733643320,"gmtModify":1637733647525,"author":{"id":"3581631227222192","authorId":"3581631227222192","name":"Mythology","avatar":"https://static.tigerbbs.com/190cafdd30075e07fb377edd392ed682","crmLevel":2,"crmLevelSwitch":0,"followedFlag":false},"themes":[],"htmlText":"Ok cool","listText":"Ok cool","text":"Ok cool","images":[],"top":1,"highlighted":1,"essential":1,"paper":1,"likeSize":6,"commentSize":2,"repostSize":0,"link":"https://laohu8.com/post/874351021","repostId":"1134119135","repostType":4,"repost":{"id":"1134119135","pubTimestamp":1637733474,"share":"https://www.laohu8.com/m/news/1134119135?lang=&edition=full","pubTime":"2021-11-24 13:57","market":"us","language":"en","title":"The S&P 500 will cross 5,000 next year, says Jefferies","url":"https://stock-news.laohu8.com/highlight/detail?id=1134119135","media":"Business Insider","summary":"The S&P 500 will extend gains into 2022 and reach 5,000, says Jefferies in a stock market outlook no","content":"
\n
The S&P 500 will extend gains into 2022 and reach 5,000, says Jefferies in a stock market outlook note Tuesday.
\n
Stocks will find support from further earnings growth and a massive amount of money to be spent by consumers, companies, and the US government.
\n
The economy should expand by 5.1% in 2022 but it will be \"tough\" to beat 5.4% growth in 2021.
\n
\n
EMMANUEL DUNAND/AFP via Getty Images
\n
Numerous record highs have pushed the S&P 500 up by 25% during 2021, and the benchmark should advance to the 5,000 mark in 2022 on continued earnings growth for Corporate America and a massive amount of spending to support further US economic expansion, Jefferies said Tuesday.
\n
\"The nominal profit boom is set to be repeated in 2022.
Over that time, he's led Berkshire to an average annual gain of about 20%, which translates into aggregate gains, including the year-to-date performance of the Class A shares (BRK.A), of approximately 3,500,000%. Gains like this are why the investing world pays close attention to what the Oracle of Omaha is buying and selling.
\n
Based on the latest 13F filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission, Berkshire Hathaway has stakes in 45 securities. According to an August report from eMarketer, Amazon is expected to handle 41.4% of all U.S. online sales in 2021. That's about 34 percentage points higher than the next-closest competitor. The key, though, is that the company has signed up 200 million people to a Prime membership worldwide. The annual fees collected from these members helps to buoy razor-thin retail margins and allows Amazon to consistently undercut brick-and-mortar retailers on price.
\n
However, the company's future rests with its considerably higher-margin segments, such as cloud infrastructure services. Amazon Web Services (AWS) accounted for only 13.4% of net sales in the third quarter, yet contributed 61.8% of the company's operating income. Even with online sales slowing as coronavirus vaccination rates tick higher and life returns to some semblance of normal, Amazon's critical highest-margin segments (AWS, subscriptions, and advertising) continue to grow rapidly.
\n
If Amazon were to simply hit the median price-to-operating cash flow it's been trading at for the past 11 years, we could be looking at a $10,000 a share company by mid-decade.
\n
\n
Bristol Myers Squibb
\n
Another Warren Buffett stock that's quickly become a screaming buy is pharmaceutical company Bristol Myers Squibb (NYSE:BMY).
\n
Bristol Myers' success is dependent on organically developing and growing its brand-name pharmaceutical portfolio, as well as leaning on acquisitions to push the needle higher.
\n
From an internal development perspective, some of the company's biggest wins include cancer immunotherapy Opdivo and oral anticoagulant Eliquis -- the latter of which was developed with Pfizer. Eliquis should push for $10 billion in sales for Bristol Myers this year, while Opdivo hit $7 billion in revenue last year. Opdivo is particularly intriguing given that it's being examined in dozens of clinical trials and has already received approval for 10 indications in the U.S. Label expansion opportunities, pricing power, and improved cancer screening diagnostics all have the potential to make this a $10 billion a year therapy.
\n
Bristol Myers also made waves with its November 2019 acquisition of cancer and immunology drugmaker Celgene. Buying Celgene added a handful of blockbuster drugs to Bristol's portfolio, including multiple myeloma treatment Revlimid, which will potentially top $13 billion in 2021 sales. Revlimid is protected from an onslaught of generic competition for four more years, which means Bristol Myers will be generating bountiful cash flow in the meantime.
\n
At just 7 times consensus forward-year earnings per share, it's an absolute steal.
\n
\n
Visa
\n
The recent sell-off in payment processing behemoth Visa (NYSE:V) makes it a screaming buy, too.
\n
Over the past couple of months, Wall Street and investors have raised concerns about payment facilitators like Square or cryptocurrencies eating into Visa's dominance. However, these concerns seem unfounded given Visa's utter dominance of the processing space. As of 2018, it held a 53% share of U.S. credit card network purchase volume, which was more than 30 percentage points higher than the next-closest competitor. I should also mention the U.S. is the leading market for consumption in the world.
\n
Visa's outperformance is also a function of its lending avoidance. By sticking to the processing side of the equation, the company avoids having to set aside capital to cover credit delinquencies during recessions. Not having to cover credit/loan losses is a big reason why Visa rebounds faster than other financial stocks and maintains a profit margin north of 50%.
\n
And have I mentioned that Visa is one of the smartest ways to play rapidly rising inflation? Teva can currently be purchased for a little more than 3 times Wall Street's consensus earnings per share in 2021 and 2022.
\n
Unlike Amazon, Bristol Myers, and Visa, Teva hasn't been firing on all cylinders. Since 2016, the company settled a bribery scandal, buried itself in debt after overpaying for generic-drugmaker Actavis, and has faced a mountain of litigation concerning its role in the opioid epidemic. But while there's reason to not give Teva a valuation premium, an earnings multiple of 3 is overly pessimistic given the steps being taken to right the ship.
\n
In late 2017, Kare Schultz took over as CEO. He's a turnaround specialist who's taken clear steps to improve the business. During his tenure, net debt has been reduced from over $34 billion to around $22 billion, and annual operating expenses have been cut by a double-digit percentage. Teva is leaner than it's been in years and is capable of maintaining annual operating cash flow of $2 billion (or higher).
\n
Furthermore, there's light at the end of the tunnel when it comes to opioid litigation. A trial in California recently went in favor of drugmakers, which could put some bargaining power back in Teva's court. If Schultz can negotiate a national settlement where free or reduced-cost medicine, not cash, is the lure, Teva could probably double very quickly.
\n
\n
Bank of America
\n
The final Warren Buffett stock to buy hand over fist in December is banking juggernaut Bank of America (NYSE:BAC).
\n
Bank stocks like BofA are on the cusp of hitting their growth sweet spot. Though you probably don't think of Bank of America as a tech-savvy business, the number of digital active users has grown to nearly 41 million, with 43% of all sales in the third quarter coming from online or mobile banking. This push to digitize has allowed the company to consolidate some of its branches in order to reduce costs.\nBank of America should be a no-brainer buy as it enters the sweet spot of its growth cycle.","news_type":1},"isVote":1,"tweetType":1,"viewCount":1009,"authorTweetTopStatus":1,"verified":2,"comments":[],"imageCount":0,"langContent":"CN","totalScore":0},{"id":872604637,"gmtCreate":1637495905337,"gmtModify":1637495909374,"author":{"id":"3581631227222192","authorId":"3581631227222192","name":"Mythology","avatar":"https://static.tigerbbs.com/190cafdd30075e07fb377edd392ed682","crmLevel":2,"crmLevelSwitch":0,"followedFlag":false},"themes":[],"htmlText":"Nice","listText":"Nice","text":"Nice","images":[],"top":1,"highlighted":1,"essential":1,"paper":1,"likeSize":14,"commentSize":5,"repostSize":0,"link":"https://laohu8.com/post/872604637","repostId":"1170394057","repostType":4,"repost":{"id":"1170394057","pubTimestamp":1637462754,"share":"https://www.laohu8.com/m/news/1170394057?lang=&edition=full","pubTime":"2021-11-21 10:45","market":"us","language":"en","title":"Amazon Shows Heavy Options Volume On News Of Higher Fulfillment Fees","url":"https://stock-news.laohu8.com/highlight/detail?id=1170394057","media":"Benzinga ","summary":"Amazon Inc announced it will be raising its Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA) fees, starting Jan. 18, 2022","content":"
Amazon Inc announced it will be raising its Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA) fees, starting Jan. 18, 2022, which analysis suggests could raise $3.1 billion in incremental revenue.
\n
While the gains on the stock Friday have been muted (+0.22%) as of this writing, it's not an issue of trading volume, as the stock has traded over 3.8 million shares versus the 10-day average of 3.3 million.
\n
But the more unique data point is in the options market, with over 680,000 contracts traded Friday (image below).
\n
Why It Matters:Prior to Friday, there were approximately 531,000 calls and 570,000 puts for a total of 1.01 millionoptions. Select companies that Wall Street funds bet against as loser stocks saw their shares quickly skyrocket in price thanks to individual investors buying in after teaming up through social media sites like Reddit to hurt the short-sellers.
\n
One stock that got a lot of attention for getting sucked up into this craze was AMC Entertainment Holdings (NYSE:AMC). The struggling movie-theater chain was severely hurt by lockdowns during the pandemic, but somehow its stock price has surged more than 1,600% in 2021.
\n
If you are tempted to jump onto this meme stock bandwagon, I would urge you not to. Late participants are more than likely to wind up losing out in the end. Instead, you might want to consider these two outstanding businesses that famed investor Cathie Wood and her ARK Invest firm have large holdings in. While there are always risks, it's likely a safer and potentially more rewarding approach than buying meme stocks.
\n
\n

\n
1. Roku: The TV operating system of the future?
\n
Through two of ARK Invest's exchange-traded funds, Roku (NASDAQ:ROKU) is one of Cathie Wood's top 5 holdings. The investment firm owns roughly 4.26 million shares valued at $1.36 billion.
\n
What makes the streaming-TV platform a fantastic company is that it connects dozens of popular streaming services, including Netflix, Walt Disney's Disney+, and Amazon Prime, with viewers who want easy access to all their streaming entertainment options in one place. It also provides a place for organizations looking to target advertisements to a wide audience. Roku has created a three-sided ecosystem that will continue to benefit as the world shifts from cable TV to one dominated by streaming entertainment.
\n
Roku's second-quarter revenue of $645 million was up 81% year over year, and its 55.1 million active accounts streamed 17.4 billion hours of content in the quarter. Most people are familiar with Roku as a maker of media sticks and players. But the company actually makes most of its money from the platform segment, which derives high-margin revenue from subscription and advertising fees. Roughly 83% of Roku's sales in the latest quarter came from this segment, which has a 65% gross profit margin.
\n
The stock currently trades at a steep forward price-to-sales ratio and price-to-earnings ratio of 15 and 245, respectively. But consider that the company has far exceeded Wall Street's earnings expectations in each of the past four quarters and has a 12-month price target from analysts that projects 43% upside. Consider too that Roku currently only operates in the U.S., Canada, and the U.K. There are still hundreds of international markets to expand into. And with 1.2 billion broadband-enabled households and 1 billion cable-TV subscriptions worldwide today, Roku has a massive untapped opportunity to grow as streaming becomes more popular.
\n
\n
2. Square: Democratizing access to financial services
\n
As a leading fintech, Square (NYSE:SQ) is out to disrupt the outdated financial services industry. Its Cash App currently has 40 million monthly active users and generated $546 million in gross profit in the second quarter, which was up 94% from the second quarter of 2020. Cash App lets individuals send and spend money, set up direct deposit, and trade in stocks and cryptocurrencies like Bitcoin -- all from an easy-to-use, consumer-friendly interface.
\n
Square's Seller ecosystem provides a suite of 30 different software, hardware, and financial services tools to help small businesses accept payments, manage payroll, handle customer relations, and do a host of other tasks. Of the total $38.8 billion in gross payment volume (GPV) this segment processed in the second quarter, the merchants' segment that processes at least $500,000 in GPV annually represents the biggest customer group. This is a positive sign that Square is attracting larger sellers onto its platform.
\n
The company's ability to integrate and strengthen the connection between the Cash App and Seller ecosystems is a serious competitive advantage. Square recently announced that it was purchasing buy now, pay later leader Afterpay with immediate plans to bring the Australian fintech's 16.2 million consumers and 98,000 merchants onto Square's platform. Square also introduced a feature called Cash App Pay that allows users to check out at Square merchants online and in-store with their existing Cash App balances. These initiatives will drive higher engagement and customer stickiness over time.
\n
Wall Street analysts are calling for earnings to jump 618% from 2020 through 2023, which easily justifies the hefty forward P/E ratio of 129. Two ETFs in Wood's ARK Invest cohort own roughly 4.1 million shares ($951 million), and maybe you should, too.
\n
Ignore the meme stock craze and focus on winners
\n
An investing superpower is ignoring the latest hype, including the meme stock craze. Select companies that Wall Street funds bet against as loser stocks saw their shares quickly skyrocket in price thanks to individual investors buying in after teaming up through social media sites like Reddit to hurt the short-sellers.\nOne stock that got a lot of attention for getting sucked up into this craze was AMC Entertainment Holdings (NYSE:AMC). The struggling movie-theater chain was severely hurt by lockdowns during the pandemic, but somehow its stock price has surged more than 1,600% in 2021. \nIf you are tempted to jump onto this meme stock bandwagon, I would urge you not to. \nImage source: Getty Images.\n\n1. Roku: The TV operating system of the future?\n Through two of ARK Invest's exchange-traded funds, Roku (NASDAQ:ROKU) is one of Cathie Wood's top 5 holdings. The investment firm owns roughly 4.26 million shares valued at $1.36 billion.\nWhat makes the streaming-TV platform a fantastic company is that it connects dozens of popular streaming services, including Netflix, Walt Disney's Disney+, and Amazon Prime, with viewers who want easy access to all their streaming entertainment options in one place. It also provides a place for organizations looking to target advertisements to a wide audience. Roku has created a three-sided ecosystem that will continue to benefit as the world shifts from cable TV to one dominated by streaming entertainment. \nRoku's second-quarter revenue of $645 million was up 81% year over year, and its 55.1 million active accounts streamed 17.4 billion hours of content in the quarter. \nThe stock currently trades at a steep forward price-to-sales ratio and price-to-earnings ratio of 15 and 245, respectively. \nImage source: Getty Images.\n2. Square: Democratizing access to financial services \nAs a leading fintech, Square (NYSE:SQ) is out to disrupt the outdated financial services industry. \nSquare's Seller ecosystem provides a suite of 30 different software, hardware, and financial services tools to help small businesses accept payments, manage payroll, handle customer relations, and do a host of other tasks. Of the total $38.8 billion in gross payment volume (GPV) this segment processed in the second quarter, the merchants' segment that processes at least $500,000 in GPV annually represents the biggest customer group. This is a positive sign that Square is attracting larger sellers onto its platform. \nThe company's ability to integrate and strengthen the connection between the Cash App and Seller ecosystems is a serious competitive advantage. \nWall Street analysts are calling for earnings to jump 618% from 2020 through 2023, which easily justifies the hefty forward P/E ratio of 129. Two ETFs in Wood's ARK Invest cohort own roughly 4.1 million shares ($951 million), and maybe you should, too. \nIgnore the meme stock craze and focus on winners\nAn investing superpower is ignoring the latest hype, including the meme stock craze. Smart investors like Cathie Woods' ARK Invest are better off buying shares of high-quality and fast-growing businesses. Roku and Square represent those opportunities today.","news_type":1},"isVote":1,"tweetType":1,"viewCount":299,"authorTweetTopStatus":1,"verified":2,"comments":[],"imageCount":0,"langContent":"CN","totalScore":0},{"id":876087030,"gmtCreate":1637244916219,"gmtModify":1637244920368,"author":{"id":"3581631227222192","authorId":"3581631227222192","name":"Mythology","avatar":"https://static.tigerbbs.com/190cafdd30075e07fb377edd392ed682","crmLevel":2,"crmLevelSwitch":0,"followedFlag":false},"themes":[],"htmlText":"Pls like","listText":"Pls like","text":"Pls like","images":[],"top":1,"highlighted":1,"essential":1,"paper":1,"likeSize":15,"commentSize":3,"repostSize":0,"link":"https://laohu8.com/post/876087030","repostId":"1164154545","repostType":4,"repost":{"id":"1164154545","weMediaInfo":{"introduction":"Providing stock market headlines, business news, financials and earnings ","home_visible":1,"media_name":"Tiger Newspress","id":"1079075236","head_image":"https://static.tigerbbs.com/8274c5b9d4c2852bfb1c4d6ce16c68ba"},"pubTimestamp":1637242506,"share":"https://www.laohu8.com/m/news/1164154545?lang=&edition=full","pubTime":"2021-11-18 21:35","market":"us","language":"en","title":"Toplines Before US Market Open on Thursday","url":"https://stock-news.laohu8.com/highlight/detail?id=1164154545","media":"Tiger Newspress","summary":"U.S. jobless claims total 268,000, about as expected.Stock-index futures remain slightly higher afte","content":"
U.S. jobless claims total 268,000, about as expected.Stock-index futures remain slightly higher after weekly jobless claims.
\n
At 8:34 a.m. ET, Dow e-minis were up 25 points, or 0.07%.
