Fool","summary":"Get ready to buy Snowflake and two other hot tech stocks if this frothy market collapses.","content":"
Many high-growth tech stocks have seen price pullbacks over the past few months, due to concerns about higher bond yields, inflation, and decelerating growth for companies that benefited from the pandemic.
\n
That sell-off created some buying opportunities -- but some of the sector's pricier names merely pulled back slightly, held onto their gains, or even rallied. That relative strength is admirable, but it's a bit frustrating for investors who don't want to pay the wrong price for the right company.
\n
That's why I'm making a shopping list of expensive tech stocks which I'd eagerly buy during the next market crash. Let's take a look at three of those companies:Snowflake(NYSE:SNOW),Twilio(NYSE:TWLO), and CrowdStrike(NASDAQ:CRWD).
\n
\n
1. Snowflake
\n
Snowflake was one of the hottest tech IPOs of 2020, thanks to its jaw-dropping growth rates and big investments from Berkshire Hathaway and salesforce.com.
\n
Snowflake'scloud-baseddata warehouse pulls all of a company's data onto a single platform, where it can then be fed into third-party data visualization apps. Its service breaks down the silos between different departments and computing platforms, which makes it easier for large companies to make data-driven decisions.
\n
Snowflake's number of customers jumped 73% to 4,139 in fiscal 2021 (which ended this January), including 186 of the Fortune 500 companies. Its revenue surged 124% to $592 million, as its net retention rate -- which gauges its year-over-year revenue growth per existing customer -- hit 165%.
\n
That growth continued in the first quarter of 2022. Its revenue rose 110% year over year to $228.9 million, its number of customers increased 67% to 4,532, and it achieved a net retention rate of 168%.
\n
But Snowflake isn't profitable yet. ItsGAAPnet loss widened from $348.5 million in fiscal 2020 to $539.1 million in fiscal 2021, andmore than doubledfrom $93.6 million to $203.2 million in the first quarter of 2022. It's also unprofitable on a non-GAAP basis, which excludes its stock-based compensation expenses.
\n
Analysts expect Snowflake's revenue to rise 88% this year, with a narrower loss. However, its stock still trades at 65 times this year's sales -- which indicates there's still far too much growth baked into the stock. But if Snowflake gets cut in half in a crash, I'd considerstarting a big position.
\n
2. Twilio
\n
Twilio's cloud platform processes text messages, calls, and videos within apps. For example, it helps Lyft's passengers contact their drivers, and Airbnb's guests reach their hosts.
\n
In the past, developers built those tools from scratch, which was generally time-consuming, buggy, and difficult to scale. However, developers can now outsource those features to Twilio's cloud service by simply adding a few lines of code to their apps.
\n
Twilio's revenue rose 55% to $1.76 billion in 2020. Its net expansion rate, which is comparable to Snowflake's net retention rate, reached 137%. In the first quarter of 2021, its revenue jumped 62% year over year to $590 million as it integrated its recent purchase of the customer data firm Segment.
\n
Twilio remains unprofitable on a GAAP basis, but its non-GAAP net income rose 62% to $35.9 million in 2020. In the first quarter of 2021, its non-GAAP net income rose another 15% to $9.6 million.
\n
Analysts expect its revenue to rise 44% this year, but for its non-GAAP earnings to dip into the red again amid higher investments and rising A2P (application-to-person) fees, which are now charged by carriers whenever an app accesses an SMS network.
\n
That near-term outlook doesn't look great for a stock that trades at nearly 30 times this year's sales. However, I still think Twilio has great growth potential, and I'd definitely buy its stock at a lower price.
\n
3. CrowdStrike
\n
CrowdStrike is a cybersecurity company that differs from its industry peers in one major way. Most cybersecurity companies install on-site appliances to support their services, which can be expensive to maintain and difficult to scale as an organization expands. CrowdStrike eliminates those appliances by offering its end-to-end security platform as a cloud-based service.
\n
CrowdStrike's growth clearly reflects its disruptive potential. Its revenue rose 82% to $874.4 million in fiscal 2021 (which ended this January), its number of subscription customers increased 82% to 9,896, and its net retention rate stayed above 120%.
\n
In the first quarter of fiscal 2022, its revenue rose 70% year over year to $302.8 million, its subscriber base expanded 82% year over year to 11,420, and it kept its retention rate above 120%.
\n
CrowdStrike also turned profitable on a non-GAAP basis in 2021, with a net profit of $62.6 million. Its non-GAAP net income rose more than fivefold year over year to $23.3 million in the first quarter of 2022.
\n
Those numbers are impressive, but CrowdStrike still trades at about 350 times forward earnings and more than 40 times this year's sales. Therefore, this is another stock I won't buy unless the market crashes.
","collect":0,"html":"\n
\n
\n\n\n\n
3 Expensive Tech Stocks to Buy in the Next Market Crash
\n\n
\n
\n
\n
\n
\n3 Expensive Tech Stocks to Buy in the Next Market Crash\n
\n\n
\n\n\n2021-07-01 21:28 GMT+8 Motley Fool\n\n\n
\n\n
\n
\n
\n
Many high-growth tech stocks have seen price pullbacks over the past few months, due to concerns about higher bond yields, inflation, and decelerating growth for companies that benefited from the ...
\n\nWeb Link\n\n
\n\n\n
\n
\n
\n
\n","type":0,"thumbnail":"","relate_stocks":{"CRWD":"CrowdStrike Holdings, Inc.","TWLO":"Twilio Inc","SNOW":"Snowflake"},"source_url":"https://www.fool.com/investing/2021/07/01/expensive-tech-stocks-to-buy-in-next-market-crash/","is_english":true,"share_image_url":"https://static.laohu8.com/e9f99090a1c2ed51c021029395664489","article_id":"1199212665","content_text":"Many high-growth tech stocks have seen price pullbacks over the past few months, due to concerns about higher bond yields, inflation, and decelerating growth for companies that benefited from the pandemic.\nThat sell-off created some buying opportunities -- but some of the sector's pricier names merely pulled back slightly, held onto their gains, or even rallied. Therefore, this is another stock I won't buy unless the market crashes.","news_type":1},"isVote":1,"tweetType":1,"viewCount":283,"authorTweetTopStatus":1,"verified":2,"comments":[],"imageCount":0,"langContent":"EN","totalScore":0},{"id":156050966,"gmtCreate":1625187320555,"gmtModify":1633942776372,"author":{"id":"3575950728325648","authorId":"3575950728325648","name":"Jasther","avatar":"https://static.laohu8.com/default-avatar.jpg","crmLevel":2,"crmLevelSwitch":0,"followedFlag":false,"idStr":"3575950728325648","authorIdStr":"3575950728325648"},"themes":[],"htmlText":"A buy?","listText":"A buy?","text":"A buy?","images":[],"top":1,"highlighted":1,"essential":1,"paper":1,"likeSize":1,"commentSize":0,"repostSize":0,"link":"https://laohu8.com/post/156050966","repostId":"1137226701","repostType":2,"isVote":1,"tweetType":1,"viewCount":262,"authorTweetTopStatus":1,"verified":2,"comments":[],"imageCount":0,"langContent":"EN","totalScore":0},{"id":123186477,"gmtCreate":1624412298099,"gmtModify":1634006503121,"author":{"id":"3575950728325648","authorId":"3575950728325648","name":"Jasther","avatar":"https://static.laohu8.com/default-avatar.jpg","crmLevel":2,"crmLevelSwitch":0,"followedFlag":false,"idStr":"3575950728325648","authorIdStr":"3575950728325648"},"themes":[],"htmlText":"Great!","listText":"Great!","text":"Great!","images":[],"top":1,"highlighted":1,"essential":1,"paper":1,"likeSize":1,"commentSize":0,"repostSize":0,"link":"https://laohu8.com/post/123186477","repostId":"2145066828","repostType":4,"isVote":1,"tweetType":1,"viewCount":201,"authorTweetTopStatus":1,"verified":2,"comments":[],"imageCount":0,"langContent":"EN","totalScore":0},{"id":162654569,"gmtCreate":1624062830151,"gmtModify":1634023431578,"author":{"id":"3575950728325648","authorId":"3575950728325648","name":"Jasther","avatar":"https://static.laohu8.com/default-avatar.jpg","crmLevel":2,"crmLevelSwitch":0,"followedFlag":false,"idStr":"3575950728325648","authorIdStr":"3575950728325648"},"themes":[],"htmlText":"A buy?","listText":"A buy?","text":"A buy?","images":[],"top":1,"highlighted":1,"essential":1,"paper":1,"likeSize":4,"commentSize":2,"repostSize":0,"link":"https://laohu8.com/post/162654569","repostId":"2144774740","repostType":4,"repost":{"id":"2144774740","weMediaInfo":{"introduction":"The leading daily newsletter for the latest financial and business news. 33Yrs Helping Stock Investors with Investing Insights, Tools, News & More.","home_visible":0,"media_name":"Investors","id":"1085713068","head_image":"https://static.tigerbbs.com/608dd68a89ed486e18f64efe3136266c"},"pubTimestamp":1624030096,"share":"https://www.laohu8.com/m/news/2144774740?lang=&edition=full","pubTime":"2021-06-18 23:28","market":"us","language":"en","title":"Adobe Getting Lift From Economic Reopening Post-Pandemic","url":"https://stock-news.laohu8.com/highlight/detail?id=2144774740","media":"Investors","summary":"Software giant Adobe is benefiting as the economy reopens following the Covid-19 pandemic, a senior executive says.","content":"
Software giant Adobe is benefiting as the economy reopens as the Covid-19 pandemic wanes, a senior executive says. However, there is one exception: Change is constant.
\n
Looking back, it's not uncommon to see the market's 10 largest companies by market cap completely reshuffle every five or 10 years. Innovation, competitive advantages, and acquisitions, among other factors, regularly crown new superstars and pull the rug out from beneath widely held companies.
\n
It's my belief that e-commerce giant Amazon (NASDAQ:AMZN) is on track to soon surpass both Microsoft and Apple to become the largest publicly traded company. And that's not all. Between now and 2025, I predict Amazon will hit $10,000 a share. This would give the company a $5 trillion market cap.
\n
Sound outrageous or too good to be true? I'm about to show you why $10,000 by 2025 is saner than you think.
\n
Amazon's online market share is unrivaled
\n
Let's start by examining Amazon's two (yes, two) dominant operating models.
\n
Most people are probably very familiar with Amazon's online marketplace. According to data found on statistics-aggregator Statista, nearly 215 million people visited Amazon's online sites in December 2019. We can probably safely assume this figure moved substantially higher throughout 2020, with consumers stuck in their homes due to the coronavirus pandemic.
\n
Yet this isn't the jaw-dropping figure. What's even more impressive is that Amazon controls an estimated 40.4% of all online sales in the U.S., according to an April 2021 report from eMarketer. Think about this for a moment: $0.40 of every $1 spent online in the U.S. is being routed through Amazon, and the company's market share keeps inching higher.
\n
While it's great to be the go-to source for e-commerce, Amazon is also acutely aware of how razor thin retail margins can be. It's helped offset this by pushing its Prime membership.
\n
With Prime, members enjoy free two-day shipping, the unlimited streaming of movies and videos on Prime Video, and multiple deals and discounts when shopping. For Amazon, Prime helps the company generate tens of billions of dollars in additional revenue. With more than 200 million Prime members worldwide, Amazon is able to use the revenue from Prime to undercut brick-and-mortar retailers on price. It also doesn't hurt that Prime members have added incentive to spend more and to stay within Amazon's ecosystem of products and services.
\n
AWS is becoming a more important puzzle piece
\n
But Amazon is about far more than just its dominant online marketplace. The company's cloud infrastructure segment, Amazon Web Services (AWS), is also an absolute beast.
\n
According to global technology-analysis company Canalys, worldwide cloud revenue spending in the first quarter of 2021 totaled $41.8 billion. Of that nearly $42 billion, Google Cloud (a division of Alphabet) accounted for 7%, Microsoft Azure was responsible for 19%, and AWS stood tall with a 32% market share!
\n
With the pandemic wreaking havoc on traditional workplaces, businesses of all sizes have been pushing online and into the cloud to reach customers. That's meant sustainably high demand for AWS, which provides everything from database storage and content delivery to advanced analytics and management tools.
\n
How impressive has AWS been for Amazon? During the worst economic downturn in decades in 2020, AWS still grew sales by 30%. Revenue jumped another 32% in the first quarter of 2021, which pushed its annual sales run rate to about $54 billion.
\n
What's important to realize about AWS is that the margins associated with cloud infrastructure services are light years higher than Amazon's online marketplace. Even though AWS accounted for \"just\" $13.5 billion of the company's $108.5 billion in net sales in Q1 2021, it produced close to $4.2 billion in operating income. Amazon's other businesses, which yielded $95 billion in revenue, produced only $4.7 billion in operating income. In short, as AWS grows into a large percentage of total sales, operating income and cash flow will grow at a much faster rate than the company's total sales.
\n
Amazon at $10,000 by 2025 is a very real possibility
\n
Here's where things get interesting. It's no secret that Amazon's valuation doesn't make much sense using traditional fundamental analysis. This is to say that its price-to-earnings ratio and book value have always been in nosebleed territory. However, neither measure serves much purpose when we're talking about a nontraditional, fast-growing business. Since Amazon chooses to reinvest a majority of its capital, operating cash flow and historic operating cash flow multiples are considerably better measures of value for the company.
\n
Dating back to 2010, Amazon has ended each of the past 11 years at a multiple relative to its operating cash flow of between 23 and 37. Again, from a fundamental perspective, this might seem high. However, there is one exception: Change is constant.\nLooking back, it's not uncommon to see the market's 10 largest companies by market cap completely reshuffle every five or 10 years. Innovation, competitive advantages, and acquisitions, among other factors, regularly crown new superstars and pull the rug out from beneath widely held companies.\nIt's my belief that e-commerce giant Amazon (NASDAQ:AMZN) is on track to soon surpass both Microsoft and Apple to become the largest publicly traded company. And that's not all. Between now and 2025, I predict Amazon will hit $10,000 a share. This would give the company a $5 trillion market cap.\nSound outrageous or too good to be true? I'm about to show you why $10,000 by 2025 is saner than you think.\nAmazon's online market share is unrivaled\nLet's start by examining Amazon's two (yes, two) dominant operating models.\nMost people are probably very familiar with Amazon's online marketplace. According to data found on statistics-aggregator Statista, nearly 215 million people visited Amazon's online sites in December 2019. We can probably safely assume this figure moved substantially higher throughout 2020, with consumers stuck in their homes due to the coronavirus pandemic.\nYet this isn't the jaw-dropping figure. What's even more impressive is that Amazon controls an estimated 40.4% of all online sales in the U.S., according to an April 2021 report from eMarketer. Think about this for a moment: $0.40 of every $1 spent online in the U.S. is being routed through Amazon, and the company's market share keeps inching higher.\nWhile it's great to be the go-to source for e-commerce, Amazon is also acutely aware of how razor thin retail margins can be. It's helped offset this by pushing its Prime membership.\nWith Prime, members enjoy free two-day shipping, the unlimited streaming of movies and videos on Prime Video, and multiple deals and discounts when shopping. For Amazon, Prime helps the company generate tens of billions of dollars in additional revenue. With more than 200 million Prime members worldwide, Amazon is able to use the revenue from Prime to undercut brick-and-mortar retailers on price. It also doesn't hurt that Prime members have added incentive to spend more and to stay within Amazon's ecosystem of products and services.\nAWS is becoming a more important puzzle piece\nBut Amazon is about far more than just its dominant online marketplace. The company's cloud infrastructure segment, Amazon Web Services (AWS), is also an absolute beast.\nAccording to global technology-analysis company Canalys, worldwide cloud revenue spending in the first quarter of 2021 totaled $41.8 billion. Of that nearly $42 billion, Google Cloud (a division of Alphabet) accounted for 7%, Microsoft Azure was responsible for 19%, and AWS stood tall with a 32% market share!\nWith the pandemic wreaking havoc on traditional workplaces, businesses of all sizes have been pushing online and into the cloud to reach customers. That's meant sustainably high demand for AWS, which provides everything from database storage and content delivery to advanced analytics and management tools.\nHow impressive has AWS been for Amazon? During the worst economic downturn in decades in 2020, AWS still grew sales by 30%. Revenue jumped another 32% in the first quarter of 2021, which pushed its annual sales run rate to about $54 billion.\nWhat's important to realize about AWS is that the margins associated with cloud infrastructure services are light years higher than Amazon's online marketplace. In short, as AWS grows into a large percentage of total sales, operating income and cash flow will grow at a much faster rate than the company's total sales.\nAmazon at $10,000 by 2025 is a very real possibility\nHere's where things get interesting. It's no secret that Amazon's valuation doesn't make much sense using traditional fundamental analysis. This is to say that its price-to-earnings ratio and book value have always been in nosebleed territory. However, neither measure serves much purpose when we're talking about a nontraditional, fast-growing business. Since Amazon chooses to reinvest a majority of its capital, operating cash flow and historic operating cash flow multiples are considerably better measures of value for the company.\nDating back to 2010, Amazon has ended each of the past 11 years at a multiple relative to its operating cash flow of between 23 and 37. Again, from a fundamental perspective, this might seem high. But given Amazon's utter dominance in e-commerce and cloud infrastructure services, it's a multiple that Wall Street and investors have been perfectly willing to support for more than a decade.\nAs we look to 2021 and beyond, Wall Street is crystal clear that it expects AWS to help more than double Amazon's cash flow per share. Keeping in mind that estimates are fluid, here's what analysts are looking for, in terms of cash flow per share, through 2025, courtesy of FactSet:\n\n2021: $153.73 consensus cash flow per share (CFPS)\n2022: $192.99 consensus CFPS\n2023: $234.91 consensus CFPS\n2024: $294.30 consensus CFPS\n2025: $341.70 consensus CFPS\n\nIf Amazon were to simply remain valued at the median of its operating cash flow multiple (30) over the past 11 years (the midpoint between 23 and 37), the $341.70 in CFPS that it's estimated by Wall Street to bring in by 2025 would lead to a share price of (drum roll) $10,251.\nAmazon at $10,000 might seem like a pie-in-the-sky number, but it would be right in line with how investors have always valued the company.
But given Amazon's utter dominance in e-commerce and cloud infrastructure services, it's a multiple that Wall Street and investors have been perfectly willing to support for more than a decade.
\n
As we look to 2021 and beyond, Wall Street is crystal clear that it expects AWS to help more than double Amazon's cash flow per share. Keeping in mind that estimates are fluid, here's what analysts are looking for, in terms of cash flow per share, through 2025, courtesy of FactSet:
\n
\n
2021: $153.73 consensus cash flow per share (CFPS)
\n
2022: $192.99 consensus CFPS
\n
2023: $234.91 consensus CFPS
\n
2024: $294.30 consensus CFPS
\n
2025: $341.70 consensus CFPS
\n
\n
If Amazon were to simply remain valued at the median of its operating cash flow multiple (30) over the past 11 years (the midpoint between 23 and 37), the $341.70 in CFPS that it's estimated by Wall Street to bring in by 2025 would lead to a share price of (drum roll) $10,251.
\n
Amazon at $10,000 might seem like a pie-in-the-sky number, but it would be right in line with how investors have always valued the company. As long as AWS keeps growing by close to 30%, Amazon at $10,000 by 2025 becomes a very achievable target over the next four years.
","source":"fool_stock","collect":0,"html":"\n
\n
\n\n\n\n
Prediction: Amazon Will Hit $10,000 by 2025
\n\n
\n
\n
\n
\n
\nPrediction: Amazon Will Hit $10,000 by 2025\n
\n\n
\n\n\n2021-06-11 10:50 GMT+8 Motley Fool\n\n\n
\n\n
\n
\n
\n
The stock market offers few guarantees. As long as AWS keeps growing by close to 30%, Amazon at $10,000 by 2025 becomes a very achievable target over the next four years.","news_type":1},"isVote":1,"tweetType":1,"viewCount":161,"authorTweetTopStatus":1,"verified":2,"comments":[],"imageCount":0,"langContent":"EN","totalScore":0},{"id":893538479,"gmtCreate":1628283918291,"gmtModify":1633752052732,"author":{"id":"3575950728325648","authorId":"3575950728325648","name":"Jasther","avatar":"https://static.laohu8.com/default-avatar.jpg","crmLevel":2,"crmLevelSwitch":0,"followedFlag":false,"idStr":"3575950728325648","authorIdStr":"3575950728325648"},"themes":[],"htmlText":"$Tiger Brokers(TIGR)$What’s happening to China?:(","listText":"$Tiger Brokers(TIGR)$What’s happening to China?:(","text":"$Tiger Brokers(TIGR)$What’s happening to China?:(","images":[],"top":1,"highlighted":1,"essential":1,"paper":1,"likeSize":5,"commentSize":0,"repostSize":0,"link":"https://laohu8.com/post/893538479","isVote":1,"tweetType":1,"viewCount":159,"authorTweetTopStatus":1,"verified":2,"comments":[],"imageCount":0,"langContent":"EN","totalScore":0},{"id":175294559,"gmtCreate":1627032698171,"gmtModify":1633768613583,"author":{"id":"3575950728325648","authorId":"3575950728325648","name":"Jasther","avatar":"https://static.laohu8.com/default-avatar.jpg","crmLevel":2,"crmLevelSwitch":0,"followedFlag":false,"idStr":"3575950728325648","authorIdStr":"3575950728325648"},"themes":[],"htmlText":"Great ","listText":"Great ","text":"Great","images":[],"top":1,"highlighted":1,"essential":1,"paper":1,"likeSize":2,"commentSize":1,"repostSize":0,"link":"https://laohu8.com/post/175294559","repostId":"1116494249","repostType":4,"repost":{"id":"1116494249","pubTimestamp":1627023128,"share":"https://www.laohu8.com/m/news/1116494249?lang=&edition=full","pubTime":"2021-07-23 14:52","market":"us","language":"en","title":"Twitter is having an inexplicably awesome 2021","url":"https://stock-news.laohu8.com/highlight/detail?id=1116494249","media":"CNN Business","summary":"New York (CNN Business)-Twitter continues to trail Facebook and Instagram by a wide margin when it c","content":"
New York (CNN Business)-Twitter continues to trail Facebook and Instagram by a wide margin when it comes to the number of users. That relative strength is admirable, but it's a bit frustrating for investors who don't want to pay the wrong price for the right company.
\n
That's why I'm making a shopping list of expensive tech stocks which I'd eagerly buy during the next market crash. Snowflake
That’s spawned at least half a dozen new products that similarly invest in innovation but use different tactics.
\n
Wood’s funds, especially ARKK, have faced turbulence in recent weeks as tech got hit by valuation-fears caused by rising yields. MOON and some other copycats have avoided much of that by loading up on biotechnology, with holdings like ImmunityBio, Inc., which focuses on immunotherapy products, up 131% this year.
\n
MOON “has a heavier weight to biotech companies and less on straight technology and internet companies, which are the reason why ARKK has underperformed,” said Mohit Bajaj, director of ETFs for WallachBeth Capital.
\n
Launched in November, MOON has risen roughly 70% since then, yet has attracted only about $220 million in assets. In the case of ARKK, that focus is narrower and its active management structure gives Wood the ability to alter positions based on the latest companies performing well.
\n
Yet ARKK’s large stakes in firms like Tesla Inc., Square Inc. and Roku Inc. dragged it down in the past month, with the automaker, for instance, slumping more than 36% from its January high before rebounding 26%.
\n
MOON’s passive fund tracks the S&P Kensho Moonshot Index of the 50 most-innovative companies in sectors ranging from smart transportation to human evolution.
\n
This means that MOON is “focusing on multiple themes, as opposed to a narrow theme like cloud computing or genomics or video games,” said Todd Rosenbluth, director of ETF research for CFRA Research.
\n
MOON’s largest sector allocation, biotech, makes up 17% of the fund, compared with ARKK’s biggest stake, a 22% allocation to internet companies. The top MOON holdings, laser-scanning company MicroVision Inc. and Vuzix Corp., an optical goods manufacturer, have advanced 231% and 145% respectively this year.
\n
Other ARKK peers have also topped its year-to-date performance. Passively managed Global X Thematic Growth ETF (GXTG), has gained almost 16%. Those already invested are unlikely to leave for greener pastures, according to Sal Bruno, chief investment officer at IndexIQ.
\n
“There’s definitely a first-mover advantage to ETFs,” he said. “People get into them and they tend to stay in them as long as they are doing well.”
","source":"lsy1584095487587","collect":0,"html":"\n
\n
\n\n\n\n
ARKK Copycat Is Beating Cathie Wood’s Original by 10-Fold
\n\n
\n
\n
\n
\n
\nARKK Copycat Is Beating Cathie Wood’s Original by 10-Fold\n
\n\n
\n\n\n2021-03-16 23:30 GMT+8 Bloomberg\n\n\n
\n\n
\n
\n
\n
(Bloomberg) -- A tiny ETF tracking innovative companies is quietly outpacing one of the most famous investments on Wall Street.\nThe Direxion Moonshot Innovators ETF (MOON) has risen 39% this year, ...
\n\nWeb Link\n\n
\n\n\n
\n
\n
\n
\n","type":0,"thumbnail":"","relate_stocks":{"ARKK":"ARK Innovation ETF"},"source_url":"https://finance.yahoo.com/news/arkk-copycat-beating-cathie-wood-140056994.html","is_english":true,"share_image_url":"https://static.laohu8.com/e9f99090a1c2ed51c021029395664489","article_id":"1137226701","content_text":"(Bloomberg) -- A tiny ETF tracking innovative companies is quietly outpacing one of the most famous investments on Wall Street.\nThe Direxion Moonshot Innovators ETF (MOON) has risen 39% this year, compared to ARK Innovation ETF’s 3.5% gain, according to data compiled by Bloomberg.\nCathie Wood’s flagship fund, known by its ticker ARKK, became one of the top-performing exchange-traded funds in the past year thanks to big bets on tech firms that she believes will disrupt their industries.
