href=\"https://laohu8.com/S/ZH\">知乎</a>正在迈向第二个十年。</p><p>3月26日,中国最大的问答社区知乎在纽交所上市,挂牌首日知乎收跌10.53%,报8.5美元,总市值47.5亿美元,截至4月7日,知乎股价回升至9.39美元,市值刚刚越过50亿美元关卡。</p><p>上市首日即破发,除了美国开始实施《外国公司问责法案》导致中股普遍忧虑之外,也有外界对知乎本身商业化能力的存疑和不看好。</p><p>成立于2010年的知乎,是目前国内最大的知识问答式在线社区。曾经与豆瓣被并称为“佛系”生长,专注于慢社区的知乎,在十年这个时间节点选择赴美IPO,正式走向了下一个阶段。</p><p>从最开始的封闭式专注内容社区到开放注册扩展用户,再到纽交所上市,知乎始终在探索流量变现的道路上。</p><p>回看知乎的发展,其实是一个不断走向开放,从小众变大众的过程。那么,在专注内容和努力变现的衡量中,知乎是如何取舍的?基于此,本篇文章,新眸将主要聚焦于以下三个方面展开分析:</p><p><strong>· 过去十年,知乎踩过哪些坑?</strong></p><p><strong>· 商业化对知乎来说有多困难?</strong></p><p><strong>· IPO后,知乎还将面临哪些挑战?</strong></p><p>01</p><p>定位偏移</p><p>从知乎的发展历程来看,大致可以分为以下三个阶段:</p><p><strong>2010年—2012年,封闭式社区1.0时代</strong>,知乎采用邀请制形式,保持内容质量,构建起一个良好的内容社区;</p><p><strong>2013年—2016年,开放社区2.0时代,</strong>知乎开始向公众放开注册,用户数量迅速增长,带来巨大流量;</p><p><strong>2017年至今,商业化探索3.0时代,</strong>知乎开始了流量变现的不断探索,从2016年引入商业广告,到2018年推出电子书产品,再到2019年上线新的会员体系“盐选会员”,直到最近的赴美IPO。</p><p><img src=\"https://d.ifengimg.com/q100/img1.ugc.ifeng.com/newugc/20210417/9/wemedia/262fb5dc6647c5ad7e3d94311e6bebcb640973c3_size63_w1268_h626.jpg\"/></p><p>图:知乎发展历程(来源:公司官网安信证券研究中心)</p><p>经过十年发展,眼下的知乎已经从一个小众的知识问答社区,变为一个综合性的在线内容分享社区。</p><p>根据公开数据显示,截至2020年12月31日,知乎的内容创作者累计达4310万人,合计贡献了3.15亿个问题和答案。2020年Q4,知乎的平均MAU为7570万,而同期月平均互动次数达6.76亿次。</p><p>这个成绩,知乎用了十年。</p><p>在1.0时代,也就是封闭式社区管理阶段,知乎用邀请制问答模式奠定了社区的知识调性,在完成平台内容和口碑的积累后,知乎开始开放用户注册,企图以良好的社区环境吸引大批用户进入,以此引入更多的流量。</p><p>凡事不可操之过急,在开放注册之前,知乎是一个只拥有200个受邀用户奠基的“小而美”的知识社区。一经开放注册,社区里随即涌入了大批用户,这些新进来的用户虽然在一定程度上丰富了知乎内容的种类,但带来的缺点也是显而易见的。</p><p><strong>即在关注的领域上,不再聚焦于科技、汽车、互联网等新兴高端领域,而更多关注的是情感生活、娱乐八卦领域,知乎<a href=\"https://laohu8.com/S/WB\">微博</a>化不可避免。</strong></p><p>相较于科技等较为硬核的话题,娱乐八卦门槛相对较低,回答者不再局限于某一领域的专业人士,更多的用户加入到了回答的环节,但是一千个人眼里有一千个哈姆雷特,对于这些没有标准答案的话题,回答往往有可能呈现两极化的现象。</p><p>有对立往往就会有争论,此时的知乎似乎不再是解决问题的社区,而成了围绕问题进行观点交锋的擂台,这似乎与知乎一开始的定位逐渐偏移了。</p><p>多数知乎资深用户都能明显感知到,知乎的内容质量正在直线下降。各种回答真假难辨,大量抖机灵式的回答甚至盖过了正经的知识分享,参杂着广告、低俗的信息也在社区内大行其道。</p><p>“人在美国,刚下飞机”、“知乎,分享你刚编的故事”等种种言论,都反应出一个赤裸裸的问题:<strong>知乎意欲建立的内容生态已经不可避免地在走下坡路</strong>。</p><p>新用户进入社区,看不惯老用户高高在上的姿态,老用户反过来同样不满新用户的到来,认为他们破坏了社区原有的知识调性,负气之下纷纷出走,新老用户彼此看不上眼,苦心经营的“小而美”的社区氛围正在逐渐消失。</p><p>针对于此,知乎的创始人周源也曾坦言:“<strong>一个很小的圈子,用户成万倍增长时,它的内容质量一定会严重下降。内容质量下降导致寻找优质内容的时间成本上升、优质回答受到关注下降</strong>。”</p><p>可以肯定的是,这种运营上的缺失,正在损害知乎的产品和品牌力。</p><p>02</p><p>内容付费难敌流量为王</p><p>知乎的收入主要由广告、付费会员和商务解决方案构成。</p><p>根据最新统计数据结果,2020年公司实现广告收入8.43亿元,同比增长46.1%,业务占比达62.4%;2020年公司实现付费会员收入3.20亿元,同比增长高达264%,业务占比达23.7%,较2019年的13.1%上升了23.7%。内容商业化解决方案于2020年新增,目前主要为“知+”解决方案。2020年公司实现内容商业化解决方案收入1.36亿元,业务占比为10%。</p><p><img href=\"https://laohu8.com/S/601162\">天风证券</a>研究所)</p><p>从中不难发现,知乎的广告收入过半占最大比重,而广告的收入占比高意味着用户在平台内浏览到的广告数量绝对不会少。事实也的确如此,从用户打开应用开始,几乎每一个步骤都埋伏着广告的陷阱。</p><p>为此,不少知乎的高质用户纷纷抱怨现在的知乎已经变了质,以前是打开知乎找答案,现在是打开知乎看广告。</p><p>知乎作为一个知识服务类的社区型平台,<strong>需要注意广告业务与用户体验的平衡</strong>,过多的广告可能会导致用户体验下降,进一步导致用户流失,社区质量下滑。</p><p>创始人周源在提到知乎的变现逻辑的时候,也曾有过这样的思考:在今天,知识从媒介和介质演化成为了一种商品,一种服务。<strong>而以知识为核心的知乎商业化变现的模式也应该从单一的知识付费的商业化慢慢跳脱,开始整合站内生态资源,走向平台服务变现的逻辑。</strong></p><p>从思考中不难看出,周源对于知乎的商业化逻辑主要是如下两个点:</p><p><strong>1、变现不再依靠用户流量变现,而主要依靠优质的平台服务实现变现;</strong></p><p><strong>2、变现方式不仅仅局限于单一的知识付费,而是以知识为核心,围绕知识展开的一系列内容变现。</strong></p><p>但就目前知乎的收入划分占比来看,这种说法仍然官方,甚至有些过于理想化。一个明显的悖论是,知乎如若想要围绕知识展开的一系列内容变现,则必然需要对现有的商业体系做出改变,或运营审核机制趋严、或引入更多新流量。</p><p>知乎在2016年正式引入商业广告,在2019年和2020年才分别引入付费会员和商务解决方案,对于知乎来说,目前仍处于商业化的成长期,要降低广告收入的占比,提高付费会员和商务解决方案的占比,还需要等待公司进一步企稳。</p><p><strong>而且,就目前知乎的已有的商业化路径来看,要降低广告收入占比,又不想企业的正常盈收受到影响,就必须想办法提高广告的转化率。</strong></p><p>要提高广告的转化率,就要从两个方面入手,一是降低获客成本,二是提高用户点击率。</p><p>想降低获客成本,就要压缩营销成本和人力成本,这意味着企业要么选择不宣传,完全靠自己目前已有的流量来吸引用户;要么就选择削减员工,将已有的人力成本压缩至最小。前者不够理性,后者不够人性。</p><p>想提高用户点击率,就意味着要投放用户感兴趣的广告内容,或选择时下正当红的明星为广告进行引流。这个过程又需要消耗人力和营销成本,与前一方面颇有些自相矛盾。</p><p>根据数据显示,<strong>当前知乎的日活用户渗透率为1.93%,月活用户渗透率为5.27%,较之同类知识社区来看依然存在差距。</strong>言下之意,眼下知乎的用户粘性较低,平台不能很好的吸引用户多次打开应用,反映在内容上,很可能就是内容不够吸引用户或内容不能满足用户的需求。</p><p>那么问题来了,作为一个内容平台,如果知乎的内容已经不能吸引用户了,又何谈依靠内容来进行商业化呢?</p><p>03</p><p>知乎还有更多挑战</p><p>从封闭到开放,从零到上市,对于任何一个企业来说,都不是件容易的事。</p><p>根据CIC数据显示,中国在线内容总体规模已超万亿,预计2025年到达3.7万亿元,相较于2019年复合年增速21.4%。其中在线内容的UGC和PUGC社区规模将在2024年前突破万亿,2025年到达1.3万亿元,相较于2019年复合年增速30.3%。</p><p><strong>广阔的市场发展前景,意味着将会有更多玩家入局在线内容市场,加剧市场竞争程度。</strong>面临竞争对手可能有用更多的资源,来激励优质内容创作者或对公司的业务合作伙伴进行投资、收购,知乎眼下所建立的壁垒,能不能挡得住仍是未知数。</p><p>就目前市场和公司两个方面来看,内容市场日新月异,知乎作为一个综合型知识问答社区,不可能在每一个垂直领域深耕,当内容不能满足用户需求,付费会员增长自然不及预期。</p><p>需要注意的是,<strong>用户成为会员的动机,更多的是为内容的专业度付费,但查看知乎的盐选会员业务就会发现,排在盐选热度榜单的前五名中小说占了四个名额,专业性又体现在何处,难不成知乎要成为第二个起点中文网?</strong></p><p>与此同时,知乎也在寻求在视频类内容领域的突围,结果也不尽如人意。</p><p>知乎走上的是一条“知识+图文+视频”的富媒介化道路,在图文向视频化的富媒介体制迁跃趋势下,知乎谋求视频化的发展无可厚非,<strong>关键是,内容与视频的匹配度是否适合?</strong></p><p>专业化的知识普及视频,需要把深奥的内容表达的浅显易懂并且富于趣味性,这其中需要考虑到从选题到拍摄再到后期制作等等一系列问题,知乎明显经验不足;而娱乐化的视频,知乎又无法与B站、<a 过去十年,知乎踩过哪些坑?· 商业化对知乎来说有多困难?· IPO后,知乎还将面临哪些挑战?01定位偏移从知乎的发展历程来看,大致可以分为以下三个阶段:2010年—2012年,封闭式社区1.0时代,知乎采用邀请制形式,保持内容质量,构建起一个良好的内容社区;2013年—2016年,开放社区2.0时代,知乎开始向公众放开注册,用户数量迅速增长,带来巨大流量;2017年至今,商业化探索3.0时代,知乎开始了流量变现的不断探索,从2016年引入商业广告,到2018年推出电子书产品,再到2019年上线新的会员体系“盐选会员”,直到最近的赴美IPO。图:知乎发展历程(来源:公司官网安信证券研究中心)经过十年发展,眼下的知乎已经从一个小众的知识问答社区,变为一个综合性的在线内容分享社区。根据公开数据显示,截至2020年12月31日,知乎的内容创作者累计达4310万人,合计贡献了3.15亿个问题和答案。2020年Q4,知乎的平均MAU为7570万,而同期月平均互动次数达6.76亿次。这个成绩,知乎用了十年。在1.0时代,也就是封闭式社区管理阶段,知乎用邀请制问答模式奠定了社区的知识调性,在完成平台内容和口碑的积累后,知乎开始开放用户注册,企图以良好的社区环境吸引大批用户进入,以此引入更多的流量。凡事不可操之过急,在开放注册之前,知乎是一个只拥有200个受邀用户奠基的“小而美”的知识社区。一经开放注册,社区里随即涌入了大批用户,这些新进来的用户虽然在一定程度上丰富了知乎内容的种类,但带来的缺点也是显而易见的。即在关注的领域上,不再聚焦于科技、汽车、互联网等新兴高端领域,而更多关注的是情感生活、娱乐八卦领域,知乎微博化不可避免。相较于科技等较为硬核的话题,娱乐八卦门槛相对较低,回答者不再局限于某一领域的专业人士,更多的用户加入到了回答的环节,但是一千个人眼里有一千个哈姆雷特,对于这些没有标准答案的话题,回答往往有可能呈现两极化的现象。有对立往往就会有争论,此时的知乎似乎不再是解决问题的社区,而成了围绕问题进行观点交锋的擂台,这似乎与知乎一开始的定位逐渐偏移了。多数知乎资深用户都能明显感知到,知乎的内容质量正在直线下降。各种回答真假难辨,大量抖机灵式的回答甚至盖过了正经的知识分享,参杂着广告、低俗的信息也在社区内大行其道。“人在美国,刚下飞机”、“知乎,分享你刚编的故事”等种种言论,都反应出一个赤裸裸的问题:知乎意欲建立的内容生态已经不可避免地在走下坡路。新用户进入社区,看不惯老用户高高在上的姿态,老用户反过来同样不满新用户的到来,认为他们破坏了社区原有的知识调性,负气之下纷纷出走,新老用户彼此看不上眼,苦心经营的“小而美”的社区氛围正在逐渐消失。针对于此,知乎的创始人周源也曾坦言:“一个很小的圈子,用户成万倍增长时,它的内容质量一定会严重下降。内容质量下降导致寻找优质内容的时间成本上升、优质回答受到关注下降。”可以肯定的是,这种运营上的缺失,正在损害知乎的产品和品牌力。02内容付费难敌流量为王知乎的收入主要由广告、付费会员和商务解决方案构成。根据最新统计数据结果,2020年公司实现广告收入8.43亿元,同比增长46.1%,业务占比达62.4%;2020年公司实现付费会员收入3.20亿元,同比增长高达264%,业务占比达23.7%,较2019年的13.1%上升了23.7%。内容商业化解决方案于2020年新增,目前主要为“知+”解决方案。2020年公司实现内容商业化解决方案收入1.36亿元,业务占比为10%。图:2020年知乎收入占比(来源:知乎招股书,天风证券研究所)从中不难发现,知乎的广告收入过半占最大比重,而广告的收入占比高意味着用户在平台内浏览到的广告数量绝对不会少。事实也的确如此,从用户打开应用开始,几乎每一个步骤都埋伏着广告的陷阱。为此,不少知乎的高质用户纷纷抱怨现在的知乎已经变了质,以前是打开知乎找答案,现在是打开知乎看广告。知乎作为一个知识服务类的社区型平台,需要注意广告业务与用户体验的平衡,过多的广告可能会导致用户体验下降,进一步导致用户流失,社区质量下滑。创始人周源在提到知乎的变现逻辑的时候,也曾有过这样的思考:在今天,知识从媒介和介质演化成为了一种商品,一种服务。而以知识为核心的知乎商业化变现的模式也应该从单一的知识付费的商业化慢慢跳脱,开始整合站内生态资源,走向平台服务变现的逻辑。从思考中不难看出,周源对于知乎的商业化逻辑主要是如下两个点:1、变现不再依靠用户流量变现,而主要依靠优质的平台服务实现变现;2、变现方式不仅仅局限于单一的知识付费,而是以知识为核心,围绕知识展开的一系列内容变现。但就目前知乎的收入划分占比来看,这种说法仍然官方,甚至有些过于理想化。一个明显的悖论是,知乎如若想要围绕知识展开的一系列内容变现,则必然需要对现有的商业体系做出改变,或运营审核机制趋严、或引入更多新流量。知乎在2016年正式引入商业广告,在2019年和2020年才分别引入付费会员和商务解决方案,对于知乎来说,目前仍处于商业化的成长期,要降低广告收入的占比,提高付费会员和商务解决方案的占比,还需要等待公司进一步企稳。而且,就目前知乎的已有的商业化路径来看,要降低广告收入占比,又不想企业的正常盈收受到影响,就必须想办法提高广告的转化率。要提高广告的转化率,就要从两个方面入手,一是降低获客成本,二是提高用户点击率。想降低获客成本,就要压缩营销成本和人力成本,这意味着企业要么选择不宣传,完全靠自己目前已有的流量来吸引用户;要么就选择削减员工,将已有的人力成本压缩至最小。前者不够理性,后者不够人性。想提高用户点击率,就意味着要投放用户感兴趣的广告内容,或选择时下正当红的明星为广告进行引流。这个过程又需要消耗人力和营销成本,与前一方面颇有些自相矛盾。根据数据显示,当前知乎的日活用户渗透率为1.93%,月活用户渗透率为5.27%,较之同类知识社区来看依然存在差距。言下之意,眼下知乎的用户粘性较低,平台不能很好的吸引用户多次打开应用,反映在内容上,很可能就是内容不够吸引用户或内容不能满足用户的需求。那么问题来了,作为一个内容平台,如果知乎的内容已经不能吸引用户了,又何谈依靠内容来进行商业化呢?03知乎还有更多挑战从封闭到开放,从零到上市,对于任何一个企业来说,都不是件容易的事。根据CIC数据显示,中国在线内容总体规模已超万亿,预计2025年到达3.7万亿元,相较于2019年复合年增速21.4%。其中在线内容的UGC和PUGC社区规模将在2024年前突破万亿,2025年到达1.3万亿元,相较于2019年复合年增速30.3%。广阔的市场发展前景,意味着将会有更多玩家入局在线内容市场,加剧市场竞争程度。面临竞争对手可能有用更多的资源,来激励优质内容创作者或对公司的业务合作伙伴进行投资、收购,知乎眼下所建立的壁垒,能不能挡得住仍是未知数。就目前市场和公司两个方面来看,内容市场日新月异,知乎作为一个综合型知识问答社区,不可能在每一个垂直领域深耕,当内容不能满足用户需求,付费会员增长自然不及预期。需要注意的是,用户成为会员的动机,更多的是为内容的专业度付费,但查看知乎的盐选会员业务就会发现,排在盐选热度榜单的前五名中小说占了四个名额,专业性又体现在何处,难不成知乎要成为第二个起点中文网?与此同时,知乎也在寻求在视频类内容领域的突围,结果也不尽如人意。知乎走上的是一条“知识+图文+视频”的富媒介化道路,在图文向视频化的富媒介体制迁跃趋势下,知乎谋求视频化的发展无可厚非,关键是,内容与视频的匹配度是否适合?专业化的知识普及视频,需要把深奥的内容表达的浅显易懂并且富于趣味性,这其中需要考虑到从选题到拍摄再到后期制作等等一系列问题,知乎明显经验不足;而娱乐化的视频,知乎又无法与B站、抖音、快手等平台相抗衡。由此可见,知乎未来的路,并不会太好走。","news_type":1},"isVote":1,"tweetType":1,"viewCount":1460,"authorTweetTopStatus":1,"verified":2,"comments":[],"imageCount":0,"langContent":"CN","totalScore":0},{"id":378325403,"gmtCreate":1619003964402,"gmtModify":1619003964402,"author":{"id":"3575712030664315","authorId":"3575712030664315","name":"芳草碧天","avatar":"https://static.tigerbbs.com/9177d4e96c6267559ee0bdaf3ff21da8","crmLevel":2,"crmLevelSwitch":0,"followedFlag":false,"idStr":"3575712030664315","authorIdStr":"3575712030664315"},"themes":[],"htmlText":"美国的话要反着听","listText":"美国的话要反着听","text":"美国的话要反着听","images":[],"top":1,"highlighted":1,"essential":1,"paper":1,"likeSize":2,"commentSize":0,"repostSize":0,"link":"https://laohu8.com/post/378325403","isVote":1,"tweetType":1,"viewCount":2214,"authorTweetTopStatus":1,"verified":2,"comments":[],"imageCount":0,"langContent":"CN","totalScore":0},{"id":371380685,"gmtCreate":1618911010147,"gmtModify":1618911010147,"author":{"id":"3575712030664315","authorId":"3575712030664315","name":"芳草碧天","avatar":"https://static.tigerbbs.com/9177d4e96c6267559ee0bdaf3ff21da8","crmLevel":2,"crmLevelSwitch":0,"followedFlag":false,"idStr":"3575712030664315","authorIdStr":"3575712030664315"},"themes":[],"htmlText":"不知该相信谁了","listText":"不知该相信谁了","text":"不知该相信谁了","images":[],"top":1,"highlighted":1,"essential":1,"paper":1,"likeSize":1,"commentSize":0,"repostSize":0,"link":"https://laohu8.com/post/371380685","repostId":"373650300","repostType":1,"repost":{"id":373650300,"gmtCreate":1618843911600,"gmtModify":1618871910217,"author":{"id":"3466684903067182","authorId":"3466684903067182","name":"看遍世界景赚足天下钱","avatar":"https://static.tigerbbs.com/036367fd006fdcb94e383902a9d8277a","crmLevel":1,"crmLevelSwitch":0,"followedFlag":false,"idStr":"3466684903067182","authorIdStr
