</font></p><p><font>2018年2月的供应商大会上,贾跃亭宣布公司获得了15亿美元的融资,满足了IPO的资金需求,FF91也将在2018年年底交付。</font></p><p><font>2018年6月,法拉第未来官方宣布,经过半年的审批后,来自恒大的20亿美元的首轮融资已经获得美国外国投资审查委员会的批准。然而这段合作的蜜月期维持不到半年,合作便宣告破裂,最后以恒大的退出告终。 </font></p><p><font>2020年7月,贾跃亭宣布个人破产重组程序完成,自此不再是法拉第未来的股权持有者。</font></p><p><font>2020年10月,法拉第未来宣布获得了来自美国两大金融机构的4500万美元的债权融资贷款,这笔贷款将用于支持FF91的最终投产和FF81的下一步研发工作。 △央视财经《经济信息联播》栏目视频法拉第未来(FF)合伙人陈喆:预计大概在2021年4、5月,会实现交易关闭,真正实现IPO,一切顺利的话,我们会得到大概10亿美元左右的资金,交易关闭后约12个月,我们会开始量产。1月29日,吉利控股集团正式官宣,已与法拉第未来(FF)签署框架合作协议,双方计划在技术支持和工程服务领域展开合作,并探讨由吉利与富士康的合资公司提供代工服务的可能性。此外,法拉第未来方面表示,他们还获得了地方政府以及国内外多家金融机构等提供的资金支持。记者随后联系了参与FF投资的吉利控股和华发集团等多家公司,对方均表示暂时不方便接受媒体采访。从2014年至今,7年时间法拉第未来(FF)历经资金链断裂、高层离职大换血、新车量产计划多次中断。2014年,贾跃亭以个人身份投资了3亿美元,在美国成立了法拉第未来公司。2016年1月,法拉第未来公司首次正式公开亮相,并推出了首款概念电动汽车。2016年11月,贾跃亭公开自爆乐视资金紧张。此后法拉第未来遭遇了一连串的赔偿诉讼。同一时间,乐视也爆发了资金危机,贾跃亭的部分资产被冻结。 2018年2月的供应商大会上,贾跃亭宣布公司获得了15亿美元的融资,满足了IPO的资金需求,FF91也将在2018年年底交付。2018年6月,法拉第未来官方宣布,经过半年的审批后,来自恒大的20亿美元的首轮融资已经获得美国外国投资审查委员会的批准。然而这段合作的蜜月期维持不到半年,合作便宣告破裂,最后以恒大的退出告终。 2020年7月,贾跃亭宣布个人破产重组程序完成,自此不再是法拉第未来的股权持有者。2020年10月,法拉第未来宣布获得了来自美国两大金融机构的4500万美元的债权融资贷款,这笔贷款将用于支持FF91的最终投产和FF81的下一步研发工作。 2021年1月,法拉第未来相继传出拟通过借壳方式上市、与吉利洽谈汽车生产合作等利好消息。2021年1月28日,法拉第未来表示,公司和PSAC的董事会一致批准了拟议的业务合并,并购计划将在今年第二季度完成,预计交易后股权价值约为34亿美元。
