来源:雪球综合</p><p>大家好,我是电动车公社的社长。今天想跟聊点硬核的。</p><p>说起造车新势力,有一个词应该会得到所有人的赞同,那就是“激进”。</p><p>最激进的比如贾跃亭,步子迈得过大扯到了蛋,如今人在美国停留多年,而就算是目前看起来还算成功的<a href=\"https://laohu8.com/S/NIO\">蔚来</a>和小鹏,也都有过于激进的一面。</p><p>比如小鹏G3更新换代带来的维权,蔚来走服务路线带来的非议。</p><p>事实上你们可能不知道的是,在新能源车赛道上最激进的,不是蔚来小鹏,也不是特斯拉,而是平时心如止水,稳得一批的大众!</p><div><img src=\"http://k.sinaimg.cn/n/spider202072/229/w640h389/20200702/e2b1-ivwfwmn7571537.jpg/w720fin.jpg\"/></div><p>大众的激进程度,已经让它自己掉到了一个巨大的坑里至今不能自拔:按照大众的计划,MEB平台ID系列第一款纯电动车型ID3,应该在2019年底交付市场。</p><p>但残酷的事实是:连德国总理默克尔都亲自来站台的ID3,其实已经从流水线上走下来好几个月了,但一批又一批的ID3如今只能堆放在停车场里,无法交付到车主的手中。</p><p>此时此刻这批车和一堆“废铜烂铁”没什么区别。</p><div><img href=\"https://laohu8.com/S/MSFT\">微软</a>帮忙打造的VW.OS操作系统。这套系统的目标,就是让大众成为车企中的<a href=\"https://laohu8.com/S/AAPL\">苹果</a>。</p><div><img href=\"https://laohu8.com/S/NOK\">诺基亚</a>的人,很难想象到将来几年后的<a href=\"https://laohu8.com/S/5RE.SI\">智能</a>机上有无数的app可以实现不同的用途。</p><p>举个例子:特斯拉曾经通过OTA改善过刹车距离,而且最近也增加了例如哨兵模式这样的全新用法。</p><div><img src=\"http://k.sinaimg.cn/n/spider202072/164/w640h324/20200702/c7bf-ivwfwmn7571656.jpg/w720fin.jpg\"/></div><p>在这个模式下,汽车处于待机休眠状态,但是车载摄像头和传感器会继续运作。车辆一旦检测到有人靠近,就会切换到警戒状态,此时车内屏幕会亮起红灯并且警告接近者,而一旦有人打破车窗,汽车会自动大声播放内部音响,并且自动向车主手机发送警报。</p><p>看到这里,你们心里一定会有疑问:</p><p>大众要做的VW.OS的功能,难道不是特斯拉、蔚来、小鹏已经完成了吗?</p><p>但事实上,虽然它们是国内新势力造车企业的代表,也可以OTA升级,但蔚来和小鹏在电气架构开发上其实和传统车企无异。</p><div><img src=\"http://k.sinaimg.cn/n/spider202072/201/w640h361/20200702/2eb3-ivwfwmn7571655.jpg/w720fin.jpg\"/></div><p>以最简单的车窗控制和气囊控制为例,一个传统的汽车主机厂,是不会去考虑车窗、气囊如何控制这种“小问题”的。</p><p>因为它的供应商例如伟巴斯特会把一套完整的车窗控制方案做好,而另一家供应商<a href=\"https://laohu8.com/S/ALV\">奥托立夫</a>会把一套完整的气囊控制方案做好。</p><p>主机厂要做的,只是把他们安装到一起就可以了。</p><div><img src=\"http://k.sinaimg.cn/n/spider202072/170/w640h330/20200702/4148-ivwfwmn7571670.jpg/w720fin.jpg\"/></div><p>这样做的情况下,每个系统(车窗、气囊等等)都有一个自己专属的控制器,从控制器硬件到相关代码都由供应商开发。</p><p>也就是说,每个供应商都只对自己的零件系统负责,因此它的控制器设计往往会直接服从零部件整个公司的需求,于是可能就出现了运算能力较弱,或者运算能力冗余的情况,结果都会使得整车的电气架构的效率没有办法达到最优。</p><div><img src=\"http://k.sinaimg.cn/n/spider202072/54/w500h354/20200702/ba49-ivwfwmn7571669.jpg/w720fin.jpg\"/></div><p>——蔚来和小鹏这样的国内智能化程度较高的车型来说,它的整车电气架构非常复杂。最直接的影响就是线束较多,且走向复杂,不仅对整车总布置提出不小的挑战,同时在整车减重如今已是论克为单位的基础上,让电动车本来就已经不太富裕的续航里程会更加捉襟见肘。</p><p>控制器问题,是传统整车电气架构非常致命的问题。单个控制器较弱的运算能力以及没有办法将算力得到充分释放,使得一台整车上虽然有无数的控制器,但它们的计算能力还不如我们日常使用的手机。对于日后系统持续更新升级,都存在明显的制约因素。</p><p>蔚来和小鹏,目前只是在传统汽车的电气架构基础上,增加了更多更复杂的功能。</p><div><img src=\"http://k.sinaimg.cn/n/spider202072/160/w640h320/20200702/4237-ivwfwmn7571708.jpg/w720fin.jpg\"/></div><p>而特斯拉相比于小鹏和蔚来来说更进了一步。</p><p>比起蔚来小鹏车内各个器件各自为战的情况,特斯拉其实已经实现了功能域的控制器模式。</p><p>所谓功能域控制器,就是通过将功能相近的几个控制器进行整合,由一个控制器实现对于多个电器系统的控制。</p><p>这么做一来可以提升控制器的运行效率,同时也能减少一定的整车线束的布置工作量,降低线束的成本,同时也能为整车减重发挥作用。</p><p>比起蔚来和小鹏,特斯拉最关键的进步在于:日后马斯克要想实现对于某些功能的升级时,就可以不受到供应商控制器水平和内部代码开发的制约。</p><div><img src=\"http://k.sinaimg.cn/n/spider202072/267/w640h427/20200702/e217-ivwfwmn7571730.jpg/w720fin.jpg\"/></div><p>实现了功能域的特斯拉,相关的功能OTA,就可以根据自己的研究和理解来进行。</p><p>特斯拉的下一个目标是车身域。</p><p>车身域的好处就是加强版的功能域:进一步将线束的重量降至最低,同时能够最大限度发挥控制器的功能。</p><p>通俗讲就是现在特斯拉是“将功能相近的几个器件的操控进行整合”,将来要进化成直接按照车身位置进行控制器的排布。比如说特斯拉左前方有一个控制器,那么所有车子左前方的所有电器都需要靠这一个控制器来搞定,做出来的挑战比功能域只会更大。</p><p>原因是原本只需要熟悉车身控制器的软件工程师,可能需要将大灯、甚至中控台的代码纳入自己的工作范畴。</p><div><img src=\"http://k.sinaimg.cn/n/spider202072/240/w640h400/20200702/3083-ivwfwmn7571732.jpg/w720fin.jpg\"/></div><p>那有什么是特斯拉可以升级蔚来小鹏无法升级的呢?</p><p>——答案是目前的基本功能上,这三家车企没有差异,但是将来开发复杂功能上那就不一定了:</p><p>例如将来如果想让车窗更智能一些,到时候对那个控制器的要求就会比现在的要高很多,不单单是车窗往上摇,或者遇到夹了就不往上走的简单算法,而是要结合更多的使用情景和环境判断,例如下雨自动摇上车窗这样的功能,就需要车前方的雨滴感应器一起配合,这时候单一控制器就难以胜任了。</p><p>虽然这个复杂的功能目前还没开发出来,但据蔚来工程师内部透露的信息,下一代蔚来的车型,就已经开始向功能域控制器的方向在进行研发。</p><p>毕竟,谁也不想落后。</p><div><img src=\"http://k.sinaimg.cn/n/spider202072/234/w640h394/20200702/bd13-ivwfwmn7571761.jpg/w720fin.jpg\"/></div><p>从芯片角度看,原来每一个零部件的控制芯片就是多种多样,CPU、GPU、AI芯片、通信芯片、存储芯片,将不同性能或者用途的控制器整合在一起,ID.3延迟上市就足见其难度之大。</p><p>从软件角度看,原先供应商可以提供的整套零部件解决方案,但现在不得不去适应全新的VW.OS来重新打造软件或者控制系统。这就需要在VW.OS的框架内重新进行设计,满足整车层级的要求</p><p>——事实上是在VW.OS之前,全球范围内只有<a href=\"https://laohu8.com/S/GOOG\">谷歌</a>、苹果、微软这样的公司才有能力打造一个通用性较广的底层平台,然后由各个公司在平台上开发多种多样的各类应用。</p><div><img
