href=\"https://laohu8.com/S/UXIN\">优信</a>二手车在近期发布未经审计的2019年第四季度财报。财报显示全国购交易量达28302辆,同比增长153.8%,2019年全年收入为13.474亿元,同比增长264.5%。财务报道十分亮眼。</p>\n<p><strong>高增长的背后隐患</strong></p>\n<p>优信二手车全国购销售量同比增长超过100%,营收同比增长超过200%,销量和营收都快速增长,却掩盖不住优信二手车亏损的现状,财报显示优信二手车2019年亏损12.92亿元。2018年营收则亏损25.659亿元,两年的时间亏损超过38亿元,约合5.3亿美元,现在优信二手车的市值是4亿美元,相当于亏损了1/4个优信。优信二手车亏损不止38亿元。</p>\n<p>值得注意的是,2019年,优信总营业费用达21.93亿元。其中,仅销售和营销费用便达11.85亿元,虽然与2018年相比下降20.4%,但依然占总营业费用的54.04%。</p>\n<p>从2019年开始,优信二手车开始出售自己的核心业务。在2019年6月份优信将助贷业务卖给58金融旗下的Golden Pacer,获得1亿美元。进入2020年,优信连续出售两大业务板块,2020年1月,优信将旗下事故车拍卖业务以3.3亿元出售给博车网,并承诺5年内不再从事事故车拍卖业务;2020年3月,优信将其起家业务“优信拍”卖给<a href=\"https://laohu8.com/S/WUBA\">58同城</a>,获得1.05亿美元资金。</p>\n<p>现在优信二手车只有全国购一项主要业务,优信所有的业绩完全依靠全国购。2020年后受到包括疫情在内诸多原因的影响,二手车销售下滑明显。第一季度,全国二手车总交易量约200.56万辆,相比2019年第四季度下跌53.8%,交易量减少约230万辆;相比去年第一季度也下跌38.4%。</p>\n<p>依靠全国购并不能完全帮助优信度过难关。</p>\n<p><strong>优信内部调整、经销商集团维权</strong></p>\n<p>优信已经将其他业务出售,现在专心做去全国购。今天蓝鲸财经报道优信经销商维权。</p>\n<p>据悉,多地二手经销商在优信遇到提佣、退款难等问题,这些经销商很多都是优信全国代理,现在优信平台出现佣金迟迟不到账的情况,推出优信的代理至今没有拿到保证金。</p>\n<p>在2019年佣金打到个人账户,周期约1周左右,2019年优信要求经销商注册公司,进行公司交易,佣金打款周期为1个月的时间,进入2020年后,佣金的打款周期在3个月的时间。佣金返还的时间一再拖延。</p>\n<p><img width=\"640\"/></p>\n<p>佣金难退,押金更难。据蓝鲸财经报道,代理商李先生在2019年3月加盟优信代理人与优信在2019年12月签订旧合同终止协议。优信方面在合同中承诺,于协议签署日期的60个工作日内退还共计3万元区域特许权使用加盟费。时间已经过去近半年的时间,退款一直未退回。</p>\n<p><img border=\"0\" width=\"567\"/></p>\n<p>经销商佣金、押金退还难,优信员工的日子也并不好过。在5月24日戴琨在一封内部信中宣布了组织调整,包括将直营销售团队部分向西安转移、部分向交付和售后服务转移、部分转为代理。对于公司总部的组织与岗位,也将会部分加大资源投入、部分缩减合并。并且,优信此前推出了针对全国购员工转合伙人的计划。</p>\n<p>蓝鲸财经报道称,有销售人员接到HR通知称,不接受加盟合伙人的将在5月底前办理离职。而接受加盟合伙人的,则按照司龄*100的数量提供业务线索作为补偿,但无资金补偿。同时针对合伙人以50元/条的价格售卖用户线索。</p>\n<p>优信员工成为合伙人以后相当于自负盈亏的个体商户,就没有工资和五险一金,减轻了优信的压力,对员工然而不是一件好事。</p>\n<p>2019年3月优信向其发出合伙人招募邀请。在宣传短信中,优信称将投入2.5亿元合伙人开拓基金,提供车源、供应链服务和销售线索支持;合伙人在加盟区域内完成车辆销售,即可获得\"高额\"返佣。</p>\n<p>现在的优信更像一个信息平台,开始专门买线索。据悉,优信第一季度广告费用支出接近\"零\"。4月包括<a href=\"https://laohu8.com/S/BIDU\">百度</a>、<a Pacer,以换取1亿美元的现金和一定数量的Golden Pacer股份。</p><p>“这是优信不错的一步棋。”张帆认为。</p><p>“优信的二手车金融业务,是管理团队、业务和资产负债一起卖的,实际上,加上逾期和资产的整体价值,可能整个资产包是负的。”张帆称,优信试图据此缓解“艰难的现金流问题”。</p><p>另一方面,剥离了金融属性的优信,“也许能得到资本市场更多的认可,因为过去优信的金融业务太重,估值一直上不去”。</p><p>获得现金流,轻装上阵,优信也许还能和瓜子二手车一战。</p><p><strong>“但被卖掉的优信二手车金融业务,Golden Pacer却并未完全接住。”张帆称,“业务接过去之后,很快就掉下来。”</strong></p><p>一些曾就职于优信二手车金融的Golden Pacer员工透露,今年年初,Golden Pacer开始撤掉一些城市的网点,并优化员工。</p><img src=\"http://inews.gtimg.com/newsapp_match/0/11735933527/0\"/><p><strong>优信二手车金融在被出售后,发展不算顺利,而美利金融则更凄惨。</strong></p><p>2019年11月,美利金融的创始人被调查,连带美利金融上市搁浅,业务暂停。</p><p>“这相当于优信和美利的业务均遭到了打击,现在它们的大部分市场份额被平安吃掉了。”张帆表示,平安成为了最大的赢家,“现在已经占了整个二手车金融市场30%左右的份额”。</p><p>从去年开始,对于汽车金融,平安确实就在全面发力。</p><p>2019年7月,就在优信二手车金融忙着出售自己的时候,<a href=\"https://laohu8.com/S/000001\">平安银行</a>拿到了首张汽车金融专营牌照。</p><p>除此之外,平安融资租赁业务线,也在大规模开展汽车金融业务。</p><p><strong>双线并行,火力全开。</strong></p><p>招聘网站显示,平安正在三十多个城市招聘二手车金融客户经理,以及销售人员。</p><p>而经历过市场洗礼的二手车市场,也开始倾向于和“正规大玩家”合作。</p><p>“之前,经销商为了利益,可能选择与金融科技公司合作。但现在他们更愿意与平安这种规模大的公司合作。”一位平安汽车金融的员工称,平安据此开疆拓土,圈下了很大一片市场。</p><p><strong>“平安成为最终的收割者,这个结果对一些二手车金融市场的从业者来说,还是有些打击的。”张帆称。</strong></p><p><strong>金融科技创业者拼死拼活打下天下,教育了市场,最终却等于给传统金融机构做了嫁衣。</strong></p><p>而这样的案例,不止在二手车金融市场发生。</p><p>校园贷、现金贷、场景分期,曾经都上演了传统金融机构、持牌系进场,收割市场的故事。</p><p>02<strong>改革变动</strong></p><p><strong>回过头来,再来看看优信二手车金融在出售后,到底发生了怎样的故事。</strong></p><p>实际上,58集团似乎对于二手车市场一直心心念念。</p><p>2015年11月,58旗下的项目“赶集好车”拆分出了瓜子二手车直卖网。</p><p>除了瓜子二手车直卖网之外,58在二手车领域还有更多的布局,也一直在做二手车金融业务。</p><p>“业务模式和优信二手车金融类似,但业务规模一直没起来。”张帆称。</p><p>于是,从去年开始,58就一直在寻找标的,准备收购一些二手车金融业务。</p><p>“58不只和优信二手车金融聊过,也和美利金融聊过,前者想卖,后者不想卖,所以58最终锁定了前者。”张帆透露。</p><p>去年7月,58集团控股的汽车金融相关企业Golden Pacer正式收购优信二手车金融。</p><p>优信金融相关业务和团队,开始被交接给对方。</p><p><strong>“在优信二手车金融业务出售之前,公司内部正在经历一次大改革。”曾在优信二手车金融和Golden Pacer就职的贺明透露。</strong></p><p>整个二手车金融在早期的发展中,确实存在很多不够规范的地方。去年,这些不规范之处被媒体大量曝光。</p><p>比如,媒体报道,在用户贷款的时候,利息中会被加入各种隐含的费用,比如服务费、GPS费用等。</p><p>这导致用户实际贷款的金额,可能会比合同里写得要多。</p><p>优信二手车金融用户陈磊称,自己曾在宁波购买了一辆宝马。</p><p>“当时销售和我说,付完首付之后,贷款金额是24万,我也一直以为自己贷了24万。”结果,在去年11月底接到提示还款的短信时,他才发现,自己的贷款金额,居然是30万。</p><p>“改革开始后,公司要求将这些费用透明化,并且写进电子合同,在客户面签时让他们读出来,拍照上传系统。”贺明称。</p><p><strong>但就在改革的关键节点,优信二手车金融业务被出售给Golden Pacer,改革加上变动,加剧了动荡不安。</strong></p><p>“改革变得混乱,费用看似收得比其他同行高出了三成左右,很多客户看完后就直接放弃了贷款。”贺明称,对于这种突然打破常规的改革尝试,市场的接受度并不高。</p><p>这也直接影响到了业务员的成单量,有些业务员的薪资下降了一半多。</p><p>贺明称,在优信二手车金融时,他每月工资在8000元左右,到了Golden Pacer后,只有3000-4000元。</p><p><strong>同时,新团队还进行了第二大改革,就是减少车商的返点。</strong></p><p>“给车商的返点,至少比同行少三成。”Golden Pacer员工肖扬称。</p><p><strong>收费比同行高,客户不乐意;给车商的返点低,车商也不乐意了。</strong></p><p>“车商都不会首推Golden Pacer了,只有别家贷款被拒绝了,车商才会推荐我们。”肖扬称,这导致的,就是逆向选择——客户都是别人挑剩下的,不是最佳客户。</p><p><strong>多位员工透露,这一系列的改革操作,结果就是“产品越改越差,业务量流失了不少”。</strong></p><img Pacer合并后,在资金交割上并不彻底。</strong></p><p><strong>“58并没有把1亿美金全部支付给优信。58在早期支付了一定比例的钱,后面的尾款,到现在都没结算。”知情人士透露。</strong></p><p>而这个消息,得到了多位员工的证实。</p><p>“优信本来试图依靠出售金融业务,缓解现金流压力,现在看起来,帮助有限。”张帆称。</p><p>03<strong>人员流动</strong></p><p><strong>两个团队的合并,历来需要一个艰难的磨合过程,鲜少有完全成功的案例。</strong></p><p>“基本业务量没有接住。”张帆认为,从业务上看,这是并不成功的合并。</p><p>而团队的磨合,也不算顺利。</p><img Pacer。</p><p>“公司并未进行流程培训,我们甚至连报销流程都不懂。”肖扬称,在新的团队里,他们有很多不适应。</p><p><strong>从去年年底到今年,人员流动频繁。</strong></p><p>“走了可能有一半的人。”张帆多位好友都随着优信团队加入了Golden Pacer,“但后来都选择了离开,还有一些是先离职Golden Pacer,又转头加入了优信”。</p><p><strong>而管理层的流动也很大。</strong></p><p>“年前,优信二手车金融中负责代销、销售运营的负责人,带着一些中层干部离开了。”一位知情人透露。</p><p><strong>年后赶上疫情,业务量锐减,Golden Pacer也开始裁员。</strong></p><p>“2月中旬,领导通知我们网点要关停,所有员工办理离职,没有任何赔偿。”Golden Pacer江苏盐城网点的一位员工称。</p><p>“解除劳动合同的理由是我累计旷工达到三次,但对方又没有提交旷工的证据。” 这位员工对此并不认可,“据我所知,还有很多城市都关停了网点,或者降薪。”</p><p>3月中旬,正准备开工的贺明,也接到了公司徐州区域负责人的电话。对方称他的业绩不达标,要被优化。</p><p>最终,Golden Pacer徐州区域员工从以前的二十多个,“裁得只剩三个”。</p><p>“领导层的人拿到赔偿跳槽了,有些业务层的员工还没有拿到。”贺明称。</p><img Pacer开始撤掉一些城市的网点,并优化员工。优信二手车金融在被出售后,发展不算顺利,而美利金融则更凄惨。2019年11月,美利金融的创始人被调查,连带美利金融上市搁浅,业务暂停。“这相当于优信和美利的业务均遭到了打击,现在它们的大部分市场份额被平安吃掉了。”张帆表示,平安成为了最大的赢家,“现在已经占了整个二手车金融市场30%左右的份额”。从去年开始,对于汽车金融,平安确实就在全面发力。2019年7月,就在优信二手车金融忙着出售自己的时候,平安银行拿到了首张汽车金融专营牌照。除此之外,平安融资租赁业务线,也在大规模开展汽车金融业务。双线并行,火力全开。招聘网站显示,平安正在三十多个城市招聘二手车金融客户经理,以及销售人员。而经历过市场洗礼的二手车市场,也开始倾向于和“正规大玩家”合作。“之前,经销商为了利益,可能选择与金融科技公司合作。但现在他们更愿意与平安这种规模大的公司合作。”一位平安汽车金融的员工称,平安据此开疆拓土,圈下了很大一片市场。“平安成为最终的收割者,这个结果对一些二手车金融市场的从业者来说,还是有些打击的。”张帆称。金融科技创业者拼死拼活打下天下,教育了市场,最终却等于给传统金融机构做了嫁衣。而这样的案例,不止在二手车金融市场发生。校园贷、现金贷、场景分期,曾经都上演了传统金融机构、持牌系进场,收割市场的故事。02改革变动回过头来,再来看看优信二手车金融在出售后,到底发生了怎样的故事。实际上,58集团似乎对于二手车市场一直心心念念。2015年11月,58旗下的项目“赶集好车”拆分出了瓜子二手车直卖网。除了瓜子二手车直卖网之外,58在二手车领域还有更多的布局,也一直在做二手车金融业务。“业务模式和优信二手车金融类似,但业务规模一直没起来。”张帆称。于是,从去年开始,58就一直在寻找标的,准备收购一些二手车金融业务。“58不只和优信二手车金融聊过,也和美利金融聊过,前者想卖,后者不想卖,所以58最终锁定了前者。”张帆透露。去年7月,58集团控股的汽车金融相关企业Golden Pacer正式收购优信二手车金融。优信金融相关业务和团队,开始被交接给对方。“在优信二手车金融业务出售之前,公司内部正在经历一次大改革。”曾在优信二手车金融和Golden Pacer就职的贺明透露。整个二手车金融在早期的发展中,确实存在很多不够规范的地方。去年,这些不规范之处被媒体大量曝光。比如,媒体报道,在用户贷款的时候,利息中会被加入各种隐含的费用,比如服务费、GPS费用等。这导致用户实际贷款的金额,可能会比合同里写得要多。优信二手车金融用户陈磊称,自己曾在宁波购买了一辆宝马。“当时销售和我说,付完首付之后,贷款金额是24万,我也一直以为自己贷了24万。”结果,在去年11月底接到提示还款的短信时,他才发现,自己的贷款金额,居然是30万。“改革开始后,公司要求将这些费用透明化,并且写进电子合同,在客户面签时让他们读出来,拍照上传系统。”贺明称。但就在改革的关键节点,优信二手车金融业务被出售给Golden Pacer,改革加上变动,加剧了动荡不安。“改革变得混乱,费用看似收得比其他同行高出了三成左右,很多客户看完后就直接放弃了贷款。”贺明称,对于这种突然打破常规的改革尝试,市场的接受度并不高。这也直接影响到了业务员的成单量,有些业务员的薪资下降了一半多。贺明称,在优信二手车金融时,他每月工资在8000元左右,到了Golden Pacer后,只有3000-4000元。同时,新团队还进行了第二大改革,就是减少车商的返点。“给车商的返点,至少比同行少三成。”Golden Pacer员工肖扬称。收费比同行高,客户不乐意;给车商的返点低,车商也不乐意了。“车商都不会首推Golden Pacer了,只有别家贷款被拒绝了,车商才会推荐我们。”肖扬称,这导致的,就是逆向选择——客户都是别人挑剩下的,不是最佳客户。多位员工透露,这一系列的改革操作,结果就是“产品越改越差,业务量流失了不少”。同时,优信想借出售金融业务获得现金流,缓解现实压力的计划,进展也不顺利。优信二手车金融和Golden Pacer合并后,在资金交割上并不彻底。“58并没有把1亿美金全部支付给优信。58在早期支付了一定比例的钱,后面的尾款,到现在都没结算。”知情人士透露。而这个消息,得到了多位员工的证实。“优信本来试图依靠出售金融业务,缓解现金流压力,现在看起来,帮助有限。”张帆称。03人员流动两个团队的合并,历来需要一个艰难的磨合过程,鲜少有完全成功的案例。“基本业务量没有接住。”张帆认为,从业务上看,这是并不成功的合并。而团队的磨合,也不算顺利。优信二手车金融的员工们,基本都跟着业务一起加入了Golden Pacer。“公司并未进行流程培训,我们甚至连报销流程都不懂。”肖扬称,在新的团队里,他们有很多不适应。从去年年底到今年,人员流动频繁。“走了可能有一半的人。”张帆多位好友都随着优信团队加入了Golden Pacer,“但后来都选择了离开,还有一些是先离职Golden Pacer,又转头加入了优信”。而管理层的流动也很大。“年前,优信二手车金融中负责代销、销售运营的负责人,带着一些中层干部离开了。”一位知情人透露。年后赶上疫情,业务量锐减,Golden Pacer也开始裁员。“2月中旬,领导通知我们网点要关停,所有员工办理离职,没有任何赔偿。”Golden Pacer江苏盐城网点的一位员工称。“解除劳动合同的理由是我累计旷工达到三次,但对方又没有提交旷工的证据。” 这位员工对此并不认可,“据我所知,还有很多城市都关停了网点,或者降薪。”3月中旬,正准备开工的贺明,也接到了公司徐州区域负责人的电话。对方称他的业绩不达标,要被优化。最终,Golden Link</a>\n\n</div>\n\n\n</article>\n</div>\n</body>\n</html>\n","type":0,"thumbnail":"https://static.tigerbbs.com/ce9c3c6dd8cf321a87724ae412e1ebf2","relate_stocks":{},"source_url":"http://mp.weixin.qq.com/s?__biz=MjM5Nzc1NTQ4MA==&mid=2652754982&idx=4&sn=0b4cb21e2ed102058ed5d4511ad63d62&chksm=bd3c5b118a4bd20747964ae0b0904719740293601e08637606f72c31589610e1f8052e073b92&scene=0#rd","is_english":false,"share_image_url":"https://static.laohu8.com/ecd74548980bc5b366aa8f4b37ed0bd5","article_id":"2016311107","content_text":"近日,一张疑似优信集团给员工的停工待岗通知(下称“通知”)在网上流传,引发业内热议。通知显示,因优信公司经营遇到困难,员工的岗位暂无工作安排,经公司讨论决定,于2020年3月1日安排停工待岗。对此,3月2日晚间,优信集团发布公告称“优信没有停工更没有休克”,且公司决定不裁员,优信内部人士也向《国际金融报》记者表示,上述通知她并没见过,但坦言在疫情特殊时期,公司启动了暂时性灵活用工及在岗员工临时降薪等措施来确保公司现金流安全。优信集团一般员工的降薪幅在20%-30%之间,高管降薪幅度高于40%,降薪时间持续到5月份。员工降薪几乎成为了二手车电商的“标配”,同样是二手车电商巨头的瓜子二手车母公司车好多集团近日也发内部信称,决定对集团岗位施行阶段性薪酬和假期调整方案,2020年2月、3月的降薪比例从30%-50%不等。另外,有消息称,大搜车线下团队裁员比例70%,大搜车创始人兼CEO姚军红在接受媒体采访时表示,公司确实进行了人员优化,约在13%-14%。降薪、裁员的集中爆发,引发业内对二手车电商市场的担忧。在汽车分析师任万付看来,虽然疫情期间,由于二手车电商业务几乎停滞,所以平台们都开始选择节流,采取裁员、降薪等举措,但此次疫情只是加速这些二手车电商资金紧张局面的催化剂。他向《国际金融报》记者表示,二手车电商平台商业模式还不成熟,大家都在尝试与探索,基本都在“烧钱”抢市场,而在尝试中可能需要付出一定的代价。从2019年下半年开始,二手车电商行业投资热度冷却后,就经常被曝出裁员、拖欠工资、“砍”业务、“钱荒”等消息,可见资金状况早已不充裕。1寒冬早已开始“无中间商赚差价”“没有黄牛,划算;14天可退,靠谱”“大平台,更省心”……不论是公交车、地铁、电梯,还是各大网站,二手车电商平台的广告都随处可见,其“洗脑”式的推广方式也被不少业内人士和消费者调侃。从2014年以来,二手车电商行业逐渐发展壮大,成为资本市场的新宠,在资本的推动下,这些平台迅速发展,竞争也愈加激烈,为扩大品牌知名度及抢占市场,各大平台开始了“烧钱”的营销大战。2015年,资本大量涌进,二手车电商大规模广告营销战正式打响。统计显示,这一年,二手车电商平台获得投资项目超过20起,但此后陆续有超过15家二手车电商平台倒闭。在经历2016年下半年短暂的资本寒冬后,2017年二手车市场再度获得资本青睐,约有200亿元的资金涌入,这种局势一直延续到2018年。据悉,2018年上半年,行业累积融资额已超过100亿元。随着资本的助推,二手车电商平台可谓风光无俩。优信二手车先是找了包括王宝强在内的11位明星代言人,后又换为奥斯卡影帝莱昂纳多,瓜子二手车的代言人也由孙红雷增加到了雷佳音,人人车的代言人则是黄渤。以已经上市的优信二手车为例,在过去的2016年、2017年、2018年,优信的营销费用分别为7.93亿元、22.03亿元及26.8亿元,占据当年营收总收入的96.24%、112.8%、81.04%。在竞争白热化的2017年,公开资料显示,人人车营销费用达到8亿元,瓜子二手车超过10亿元,而优信更是营销费用首次超过当年营业总收入。但从2019年开始,二手车电商市场再次遭遇资本寒冬,很多规模稍小的平台最后一笔融资都停留在2018年,大部分平台进入融资空窗期。只有曾被媒体称为“二手车电商三巨头”的优信二手车、瓜子二手车和车置宝在2019年仍有融资,且瓜子二手车和车置宝均是在年初实现的融资,唯有已经成功在美股上市的优信二手车在2019年10月获得了国际投资机构GIC的举牌。“在资本寒冬的大背景下,大家都在收缩业务,因为这种量级(的营销投入)需要资本持续投入,所以都只能收缩部分业务,保留一些主营业务。”任万付向记者分析道,于是从去年开始,陆续有二手车电商行业陷入“钱荒”而开始开源节流,采取了变相裁员、开启“合伙人模式”、剥离汽车金融业务等措施。多位二手车电商平台销售人员也向《国际金融报》记者表示,自己所在平台其实从年前便已开始降薪,并采取了根据业绩标准优化人员的措施,年后受疫情影响,又开始了新一轮的降薪。2盈利模式待解在广告的“狂轰乱炸”和二手车行业本身交易量不断攀升的基础上,二手车电商的营业收入增长迅速。优信公布的财务报表显示,2016年营业收入为8.25亿元,2017年同比大涨136.67%至19.51亿元,2018年又同比增长近70%至33.15亿元;2019年前三季度累计实现12.89亿元的营业收入,同比增长仍较快。公开资料显示,2019上半年,瓜子严选(瓜子二手车严选直卖店)营收也同比增长207%。与此同时,二手车电商平台的营业毛利率较高。以优信为例,2017年其营业毛利率高达71.07%,2018年为65.64%,2019年前三季度也有61.49%。业内人士指出,在这种行业中,通过获取更多的用户就能实现较高的收益,实现规模化平摊成本后,毛利率也会继续上升,这是一个正向循环,但问题是如何获客,这也是二手车电商平台“烧钱”砸市场行为不断升级的原因之一。“烧钱”抢市场直接导致二手车电商连年亏损。据优信公布的财报,其2016年归母净利润亏损13.93亿元,2017年扩大至27.48亿元,2018年收窄至15.38亿元,2019年前三季度仍旧亏损9.18亿元。而连续的亏损使公司无法产生现金流的良性循环,这导致二手车电商资金链非常脆弱,偿债能力也较弱。数据显示,优信2016年资产负债率高达85.68%,2017年更是上涨至95.5%,2018年得益于在美股上市,资产负债率降至67.73%,但2019年第三季度又上涨至78.5%。任万付表示,这种盈利模式需要大量而且源源不断的资金支持,如果能做到资金充足,那二手车电商平台或许可以继续“烧钱”,直到最后分出“胜负”,形成在行业中有力的定价权。但显然,目前大环境已经没有前两年那么好,如何更快地找到成熟的盈利模式迫在眉睫。任万付指出,前几年在资本助推下,二手车电商经历了高速增长,“烧钱”抢市场的方式已经到了一个瓶颈,接下来行业可能会进入调整期。“其实有很多国家在二手车方面已经形成了成熟的商业模式,但因为征信体系、消费者习惯等方面不同,国外的模式不能直接套用到中国,还是要探索什么样的商业模式适合中国”。同时,二手车电商仅仅构建平台是不够的,因为二手车交易是“一车一况”的非标品,构建差异化的服务体系壁垒是一项必要措施。目前,优信二手车全国范围内都采取“全国购”的线上模式,已经没有线下实体店(只有销售人员工作地),所有的车都放在各地的仓库里。一位优信上海的销售人员向《国际金融报》记者表示,每辆车都有检测报告,客户现在直接在线上看车、签合同。签好合同后,优信会直接把车从仓库调出来,如果车有问题的话,可以选择退车。任万付补充道,开设线下实体店的成本非常高,从线下转线上可以帮助企业节省不少费用,在目前这样的特殊时期,对于二手车电商来说,“活下去”才是最重要的,在没有新资金进入的情况下,开源节流确实是很好的方法,但也涉及到一定的问题,首先取决于消费者对完全线上模式的接受程度,毕竟二手车价格还比较贵;其次,平台必须保证车况、价格和运输都能真实透明。记者
