href=\"https://laohu8.com/S/JD\">京东</a>、阿里、苏宁等竞争对手先后跟进,几乎成为今天电商行业的标配。</span></p>\n<p><span>“如今不拿一百个亿出来做补贴,都不好意思说自己是电商网站。”而这次,它正在进入奢侈品电商领域。</span></p>\n<p><span>在发布2019年财报后不久,<a href=\"https://laohu8.com/S/QD\">趣店</a>宣布推出全球跨境奢侈品电商平台万里目,同时上线“百亿补贴”活动。这也是其创始人罗敏的第九次创业。万里目的愿景是做全球最大的奢侈品电商平台。</span></p>\n<p><span>和拼多多的玩法有些类似,除了“百亿补贴”之外,万里目还加入了社交属性。如果说拼多多是依靠“百亿补贴”从下沉市场中迅速崛起,甚至威胁到京东、阿里的电商地位,万里目则希望依靠“百亿补贴”,撬动中高端的奢侈品电商市场。</span></p>\n<p><span>中国向来不缺挥金如土的奢侈品买家。麦肯锡发布的《中国奢侈品报告2019》显示,2018年,中国人在境内外的奢侈品消费额达到7700亿元人民币,占到全球奢侈品消费总额的三分之一。2012年至2018年间,全球奢侈品市场超过一半的增幅来自于中国。</span></p>\n<p><span>如今,趣店盯上了这个快速增长的市场,正在雄心勃勃拓展新业务。截至2019年底,趣店集团拥有净资产119.24亿元人民币。</span></p>\n<p><span>发展中的市场、大平台的靠山,带着“百亿补贴”杀进奢侈品电商,野心和目标都很远大的万里目,会成为奢侈品江湖的“搅局者”吗?</span></p>\n<p><b>“百亿补贴”砸向奢侈品</b></p>\n<p><span>经常购买奢侈品的张余在打开万里目小程序之后,兴奋地告诉燃财经:这些化妆品和包的价格非常便宜,并且包的款式也算新,并随即将万里目推荐给了身边的闺蜜朋友们。</span></p>\n<p><span>她向燃财经举例,一款Celine的中号抛光小牛皮手袋,她三四年前在线下门店购买的价格是将近3万元,此后这款手袋因为款式经典、购买人数多、保值价值高,一直持续涨价,目前线下门店这款手袋的价格约为近4万元,而在万里目上,补贴后的价格还不到2万元。</span></p>\n<p><img 万里目App</span></p>\n<p><span>2019年6月1日,拼多多启动“百亿补贴计划”,从农村包围城市,攻进“京东618”的主场,在那次618期间,拼多多订单数超过11亿笔,GMV同比增长超过300%。此后,“百亿补贴”没有停止,还被京东、阿里、苏宁等巨头先后跟进。“百亿补贴”几乎成为今天电商行业的标配。</span></p>\n<p><span>但各大电商平台的“百亿补贴”更多还是聚焦在下沉市场,而这次,万里目带着“百亿补贴”进军的,是此前没有被覆盖的高端奢侈品市场。</span></p>\n<p><span>在万里目的“百亿补贴”推荐中,高价位的化妆品和奢侈品牌被放在最前面,其中一些“网红”化妆品和大牌奢侈品包包的价格,与淘宝、京东、拼多多平台上的产品日常价相比,便宜非常多。</span></p>\n<p><img src=\"https://static.tigerbbs.com/41b43768990cd03df629ecfb81e28c7e\"></p>\n<p><span>从左到右依次为万里目、京东、拼多多平台价格</span></p>\n<p><span>“万里目”对会员进行了等级划分,目前“黑卡会员”一注册,即可立即获得200元万里币,在万里目平台上购物时可以直接抵扣,没有门槛限制。</span></p>\n<p><span>和拼多多的社交裂变玩法类似,在老用户邀请新会员注册和下单时,双方都会得到一定数量与人民币等值的“万里币”奖励,“万里币”在下单时可直接抵扣相应的人民币金额。</span></p>\n<p><span>熟悉的玩法和配方,让人心动的折扣和价格。</span></p>\n<p><span><b>假一赔十,100%正品?</b></span></p>\n<p><span>在奢侈品领域,除了价格优惠,购买者往往担心的问题还有,商品是否为正品、物流能否顺利通关并缩短收货时间。张余说,她在跨境购物时,一个月才收到商品的事情屡见不鲜。</span></p>\n<p><span>在燃财经咨询万里目App的专属客服时,客服的回复是,一般在下单后7个工作日之内会发货,很多用户反映,高端护肤品今天下单,明天就能送到,物流速度非常快。</span></p>\n<p><span>假货和供应链一直是奢侈品电商行业的“痛点”,而假货和山寨,也是拼多多经常被消费者诟病的地方。万里目官网介绍称,“100%正品”、“假一赔十”。</span></p>\n<p><span>万里目负责人介绍说,为了解决行业痛点,万里目主要通过与欧洲买手店和品牌供应商合作的方式,搭建供应链和海内外仓库。目前万里目的供应链上游遍布十几个国家、47个城市,合作的买手店和品牌供应商有100多家。</span></p>\n<p><span>“许多长期与品牌商拿货的欧洲买手店是有配额的,哪怕是很小的门店,只要跟品牌商‘交情’够深,不担心缺货的问题。团队成员在和买手店谈合作时,会通过参观他们的库房来评价其供应能力的高低。”万里目负责人称。</span></p>\n<p><span>买手店机制也是英国奢侈品电商平台Farfetch目前采用的供货方式。Farfetch为纽交所上市公司,已经成立12年,于2014年进入中国市场,目前市值28.25亿美元。其最新财报显示,2019年全年,Farfetch GMV同比增长52%至21.3亿美元,突破20亿美元大关,营收同比大涨69%至 10.2亿美元。</span></p>\n<p><span>Farfetch的崛起,一部分原因在于其不同于传统奢侈品电商平台,为品牌商直接供货,而是选择为精品店和品牌搭建平台,采用特殊的买手店机制,通过收取成交金额的双位数百分比作为佣金来获利,货品从第三方零售商送出,在保持买手店实体的基础上,降低管理成本,且无需承担库存压力。</span></p>\n<p><span>在真假问题上,万里目目前的做法是从流程上进行严格控制:在商品入仓时,万里目通过与中检集团签订战略合作协议,对商品进行检测;在海外,合作固定的物流商,在国内,和顺丰达成专属合作。</span></p>\n<p><span>万里目表示,目前平台上商品均支持溯源鉴定,每件货品都带有万里目专属的“安全签“,保证假一赔十。</span></p>\n<p><span>在高速增长的同时,拼多多一直需要花费大量精力,去扭转消费者对其假货和山寨商品的标签化及质疑;而万里目不同,在继承拼多多“百亿补贴”和社交裂变的方式外,还瞄准了假货肆虐的行业痛点,发起进攻。</span></p>\n<p><span>只不过,选择这个时候进入奢侈品电商领域的时机正确吗?万里目的机会又在哪?</span></p>\n<p><span><b>奢侈品江湖“搅局者”?</b></span></p>\n<p><span>中国从来不缺奢侈品的忠实购买者。</span></p>\n<p><span>麦肯锡发布的《中国奢侈品报告2019》显示,2018年中国人在境内外的奢侈品消费额为7700亿元人民币,约占全球奢侈品消费的三分之一。到2025年,预计中国人在境内外的奢侈品消费总额将达到1.2万亿元人民币,到时中国将贡献全球40%的奢侈品消费额。</span></p>\n<p><img 麦肯锡</span></p>\n<p><span>而国内的奢侈品市场还有很大的增长空间。</span></p>\n<p><span>据要客研究院发布的《2019中国奢侈品报告》显示,中国境内69%的奢侈品消费在国外,只有31%的消费是在国内。但相比2018年,这个比重已经提升了5个百分点。</span></p>\n<p><span>目前,奢侈品线上销售额主要来源于几个大平台的品牌自营、代理销售、各类代购,以及垂直电商。要客研究院认为,未来的奢侈品零售行业,品牌方通过自有渠道或平台型的第三方线上线下渠道直接面对消费者,将成为一个趋势,并成为奢侈品品牌线上销售的主要来源,</span><span><b>奢侈品垂直电商、线下零售代理商、经销商都将逐渐退出历史舞台</b></span><span>。</span></p>\n<p><span>新的机会正在来临。一方面,80、90后在奢侈品领域的购买力正在崛起。要客研究院数据显示,2018年,有大约1020万名“80后”消费者购买了奢侈品,占到中国奢侈品买家人数的43%,超过中国奢侈品总消费的56%;中国的“90后“奢侈品消费者占到中国奢侈品买家人数的28%,他们对中国奢侈品总消费的贡献值达到23%。</span></p>\n<p><span>另一方面,下沉市场对奢侈品的购买力也正在上升。从目前奢侈品领域的电商平台数据来看, 中低端城市正迎来强劲增长。业内人士预计,虽然目前奢侈品电商销售只约占中国每年1500亿美元奢侈品销售额的10% ,但在未来五年内,这一比例将会达到30% 。</span></p>\n<p><span>目前,国内的奢侈品电商市场远远没到形成垄断格局的时候:奢侈品电商业务对大平台来说,暂时不是关注的重点;Farfetch等境外公司仍需思考如何更好地进行中国本土化;一些垂直平台依然还在摸索能够占领更多市场的方向。</span></p>\n<p><span>通过“百亿补贴”,如果能迅速占领消费者的品牌认知和对奢侈品电商的使用心智,万里目其实面对的是一个市场基数庞大的蓝海市场。</span></p>\n<p><span>但另一个问题是,如果说奢侈品的特点是高溢价、高客单价,那么购买奢侈品的用户对“百亿补贴”是否足够敏感?</span></p>\n<p><b><span>张余告诉燃财经,在江浙沪城市,很多女孩子即便每个月收入只有几千元,“一个<a href=\"https://laohu8.com/S/00700\">腾讯</a>会员都需要找人共享”,但依然会省吃俭用去购买奢侈品。</span></b></p>\n<p><span>据万里目负责人介绍,万里目早在2019年已经启动,并进行了多方面准备工作。这次万里目团队中的很多人出身电商,有美丽说的前任高管,也有趣玩网的前任CEO,而罗敏之前的创业经历,也大多数和电商相关。</span></p>\n<p><span>即便选择合适的时机进入赛道,仍要面临接下来“从0到1”、“从1到100”的全方位挑战。万里目会通过“百亿补贴”,成为奢侈品江湖的“搅局者”吗?我们将答案交给时间。</span></p>","collect":0,"html":"<!DOCTYPE
