height=\"auto\"/></p><p>图源来自网络</p><p>真是,屋漏偏遇连夜雨。</p><p>一个礼拜前,蔚来抢在理想、小鹏之前推出新车ES7,却被刚刚发布的理想L9抢尽了风头。</p><p>蔚来销量掉队已经很久了,近期又接连曝出产品质量问题。</p><p>作为造车新势力曾经的大哥,蔚来身上的光环正在消退,车主们对于蔚来宗教般的信仰,如今已经出现了些许裂缝。</p><p><b>01 大哥远去</b></p><p>小米总裁雷军是蔚来的创始投资人之一。在2018年蔚来日(NIO Day)的发布上,雷军说,他第一次听到李斌要造电动车时,第一反应是骗子。</p><p>尽管蔚来的起步并不容易,但却因为“拓荒”早,在国产新能源汽车品牌中少有敌手,很容易获得当时资本及用户的认可。</p><p>正式成立3年后,在蔚来的NIO Day 2017上,蔚来正式发布了旗下首款量产车蔚来ES8,创始版售价54.8万元。如此高的定价,即使放到乘用车领域,都很少有国产汽车品牌能够做到。</p><p>发布会当天,蔚来宣布首批量产的1万台ES8被预定一空。<b>很多蔚来早期的车主选择非常有限,想要买电动车,除了特斯拉的Model X,也只有蔚来新发布的ES8。</b></p><p><b>应该说,智能电动汽车拓荒时期,蔚来走高端路线是正确的选择。</b>相较不差钱的高端用户,普通大众很少愿意为还在起步阶段的智能电动汽车买单。</p><p>此后,蔚来的故事亦如同小说中跌宕起伏的主角:</p><p>2018年登陆美股,2019年遇到财务危机,高管出走,但在生死之际,拉来了合肥政府的投资,市值一度超越宝马成为全球第五大车企。</p><p>而在这一场“起死回生”的故事中,蔚来的车主们居功至伟:</p><p>不少车主甘愿充当蔚来的销售,不计报酬,到蔚来线下的NIO House(蔚来中心)中帮忙卖车;还有自己花钱为蔚来打广告的车主。</p><p>或许是与蔚来共同经历过生死,蔚来的车主与蔚来的联系变得更加紧密。<b>马基雅维利曾经所说:“你对一个人付出的越多,对他就会越忠诚”。</b></p><p>很难去量化这些车主的行为在多大程度上帮到了蔚来,但新订单确实给蔚来带来了足够的现金流。</p><p>2019年9月,蔚来的股价创了新低,但订单量开始回升;同年10月,蔚来汽车的月销量创2019年新高,回到月销第一的宝座。</p><p>2020年6月6日,何小鹏在微博上分享了一张合影:李斌稳坐C位,他右手搭着何小鹏,而左手边的李想显得十分谦逊。</p><p>当月,理想、小鹏的销量分别是1891辆、1102辆,而蔚来卖出了3720辆,比前两个加起来还多。</p><p><b>截止2021年6月,蔚来在造车新势力中销量霸榜的时间长达21个月。</b></p><p><b>但如今的蔚来,在销量上已经掉队太久,早已没有了当初大哥的模样。</b></p><p>2021年7月,蔚来首次失去冠军宝座,随后又被哪吒汽车超越,此后就很难再在前三席位中看到蔚来身影。</p><p>到今年5月,蔚来已经连续7个月在“蔚小理”中垫底。数据显示,今年1-5月,蔚来总共交付新车37866辆,同比只提高11.8%,而理想、小鹏同比都超过100%。</p><p>这样的表现,让蔚来的铁粉十分不满,车主群里也不再是铁板一块,有直接开喷的,也有怒其不争的。</p><p>蔚来的销量下滑,客观上有缺芯缺电的原因。<b>但问题是,同样是缺芯缺电,同样受到疫情影响,为什么小鹏、理想受到的影响却要小于蔚来?</b></p><p>或许还有新能源汽车日渐成熟后,用户不再执着于蔚来所定位的高端电动车,反而更加追求性价比的缘故。</p><p>蔚来显然也意识到了这个问题,将在今年推出全新的子品牌Gemini,售价在15-30万元之间。</p><p>不过,这次蔚来可不再是早起的鸟儿,中低端品牌的竞争已经十分激烈,而目蔚来的子品牌刚刚才完成团队搭建,到车量产下线预计还需数年时间,届时能否帮助蔚来再创辉煌也尚未可知。</p><p>但不论怎么样,蔚来与车主“起死回生”的江湖故事已经远去,蔚来需要用实实在在的销量来证明自己宝刀未老。</p><p><b>02 服务打不过技术</b></p><p>科技圈内,最能圈粉的企业,莫过于苹果。</p><p>苹果对于粉丝持久的吸引力,在于其石破天惊的产品创新能力。</p><p>同样走高端路线的蔚来,并没有像苹果一样推出过跨时代的产品,但却推出了“海底捞”式的服务。</p><p>蔚来车主邵远就曾直言:“我们买的不是车,买的是VIP服务,车是顺便送的。”</p><p>与此同时,蔚来一开始就将自己的对手定义为传统豪华品牌BBA,别说理想、小鹏,特斯拉都没放在眼里。</p><p>尽管被多次质疑碰瓷,但在早期,蔚来确实凭借这种营销方式以及“海底捞”式的服务收获了不少关注和用户。</p><p><b>只不过,服务牌、营销牌打得再响,蔚来如果始终缺乏亮眼的产品,车主的热情真的能持续下去吗?</b></p><p>海底捞在2021年关闭了276家餐厅,年度亏损达41亿元(以净利润计),一下子亏掉了前5年利润总和的80%。</p><p>更何况如今的新能源汽车的市场环境早与往年大不相同,哪吒、零跑等后起之秀如春笋般崛起,比亚迪等传统车企也在加速向新能源转型,华为、苹果、小米、百度等都在以不同的方式跨界入局。</p><p><b>疫情让蔚来的生产停滞,但却给了后来者追赶超越的机会,蔚来振臂一呼舍我其谁的时代已经过去了。</b></p><p>在国产新能源车匮乏的年代,用户为蔚来的服务买单,为蔚来的国货情怀买单,但在如今竞争激烈的当下,蔚来需要更多在产品技术上证明自己。</p><p>从产品研发上来说,蔚来在研发上的投入并不小,但在当下智能电动汽车市场中,提及最多的自动驾驶技术,小鹏被认为是在各方面最接近特斯拉的产品。</p><p>从蔚来此次推出的新车ES7来看,其辅助驾驶硬件配置可以说是武装到了牙齿,45万的售价似乎也并不过分。但是消费者在为这堆“高大上”的硬件买完单后,到底能够在什么时候使用高阶辅助驾驶功能,却要打一个问号。</p><p>而且定位高端,最低品牌售价都不低于30万元的蔚来汽车,在品质上也没有做到足够好,近来也频频出现故障。</p><p>2021年,在不到半个月的时间内,蔚来接连发起了两起导致车主身亡的交通事故。而今年3月份才开始交付的蔚来ET7,也在短短几个月的时间内发生了两起汽车断电“趴窝”事件。</p><p>“没有任何前兆,突然整车断电,刹车失灵,只能依靠惯性缓慢停下,全部电气设备失灵,双闪没法打开,更别提在后备箱的三角架。”</p><p><img height=\"auto\"/></p><p>图源:蔚来汽车社区</p><p>尽管蔚来汽车产品质量高级总监在社区对该情况进行了回复,表示这是小概率事件,车机端可识别,售后可修复。</p><p>但用户对这套说辞并不买账,并质疑蔚来对此事的响应速度,以及对小概率事件是否有什么误解。这与2021年蔚来发生致命的交通事故后,车主们自动维护蔚来的氛围截然相反。</p><p><b>03 继续烧钱</b></p><p>曾经的蔚来,为了让用户满意,可以说是不计付出与成本。</p><p>2015年,在蔚来成立一年后,李斌和秦力洪曾在北京一家酒店里聊到深夜,最终确定蔚来的核心价值在于服务体系。</p><p>2017年11月,蔚来首家线下门店“蔚来中心”(NIO House)启动试营业。对于蔚来来说,NIO House既是直销平台,也是与用户接触交流的地方。</p><p>NIO House装扮成类似于星巴克的第三空间,车主可以在其中参加各类文化活动、喝咖啡、看电影、健身……</p><p>在李斌看来,“如果你购买了一辆汽车,你不仅仅是在买一辆车,而是在买一张通往新生活方式的门票。”</p><p>初期的NIO House几乎都位于城市最贵的商圈——北京东方广场、上海黄浦江边上、广州珠江新城等。截至2021年底,蔚来在全国144座城市共布局了38家NIO House、321家NIO Space。</p><p>此外,蔚来还会为用户成立多对一的用户专属服务微信群,由各个领域的各级工作人员共同服务一位用户,并由专门的部门后台管理,确保用户发出消息2分钟内必定收到反馈。</p><p>而李斌本人,也经常空降蔚来APP社群,花上一两个小时的时间,给蔚来车主发红包,同时公司高管也经常活跃在APP上,随时解答用户提出的问题。</p><p><b>但现在的问题是,随着用户规模的逐步扩大,李斌和他的蔚来是否有精力、有资金服务好每一位蔚来用户?</b></p><p>2020年初,李斌曾透露,不算人力成本、移动服务车的投入,单“服务无忧”这一个项目,蔚来每年在每位车主身上便要亏损4000多元。</p><p>到了2021年底,蔚来车主已经近17万,若按照4000元计算,仅这一项服务,蔚来预计便会亏损近7亿元。</p><p>某种程度上,这意味着蔚来车卖越多就亏得越多,而且当服务无法跟上庞大的用户时,车主们最直接的感受就是服务也开始掉队了。</p><p>尽管从短期来看,蔚来并不缺钱。截至2022年2月28日,蔚来拥有现金及现金等价物、受限制现金及短期投资合计526.5亿元。</p><p><b>但成立至今,蔚来从未盈利,烧钱的速度依然不慢。</b></p><p>比如推进对大众市场新品牌的产品研发及投产,自研自产的电池体系,加大在智能座舱及智能自动驾驶领域的研发投入,布局手机业务、芯片业务......无一例外,都要砸钱。</p><p>时不我待,生存竞争的压力催促着蔚来必须向前,也只能烧钱。</p><p>掉队后再追上来,无论是在体育竞技上,还是在企业商战中,都绝非易事。特别是对于尝过当大哥美味的李斌来说,无疑是心态和意志上的双重考验。</p><p>李斌说再等等,等到2023年目前在产的车型全会切换到NT2.0,等到2024年蔚来迎来3.0时代。</p><p>问题是,逐渐失去信仰的蔚来车主还愿意等那么久吗?日新月异的市场又是否还会给蔚来机会?</p></body></html>","source":"lsy1585100238576","collect":0,"html":"<!DOCTYPE 大哥远去小米总裁雷军是蔚来的创始投资人之一。在2018年蔚来日(NIO Day)的发布上,雷军说,他第一次听到李斌要造电动车时,第一反应是骗子。尽管蔚来的起步并不容易,但却因为“拓荒”早,在国产新能源汽车品牌中少有敌手,很容易获得当时资本及用户的认可。正式成立3年后,在蔚来的NIO Day 2017上,蔚来正式发布了旗下首款量产车蔚来ES8,创始版售价54.8万元。如此高的定价,即使放到乘用车领域,都很少有国产汽车品牌能够做到。发布会当天,蔚来宣布首批量产的1万台ES8被预定一空。很多蔚来早期的车主选择非常有限,想要买电动车,除了特斯拉的Model X,也只有蔚来新发布的ES8。应该说,智能电动汽车拓荒时期,蔚来走高端路线是正确的选择。相较不差钱的高端用户,普通大众很少愿意为还在起步阶段的智能电动汽车买单。此后,蔚来的故事亦如同小说中跌宕起伏的主角:2018年登陆美股,2019年遇到财务危机,高管出走,但在生死之际,拉来了合肥政府的投资,市值一度超越宝马成为全球第五大车企。而在这一场“起死回生”的故事中,蔚来的车主们居功至伟:不少车主甘愿充当蔚来的销售,不计报酬,到蔚来线下的NIO House(蔚来中心)中帮忙卖车;还有自己花钱为蔚来打广告的车主。或许是与蔚来共同经历过生死,蔚来的车主与蔚来的联系变得更加紧密。马基雅维利曾经所说:“你对一个人付出的越多,对他就会越忠诚”。很难去量化这些车主的行为在多大程度上帮到了蔚来,但新订单确实给蔚来带来了足够的现金流。2019年9月,蔚来的股价创了新低,但订单量开始回升;同年10月,蔚来汽车的月销量创2019年新高,回到月销第一的宝座。2020年6月6日,何小鹏在微博上分享了一张合影:李斌稳坐C位,他右手搭着何小鹏,而左手边的李想显得十分谦逊。当月,理想、小鹏的销量分别是1891辆、1102辆,而蔚来卖出了3720辆,比前两个加起来还多。截止2021年6月,蔚来在造车新势力中销量霸榜的时间长达21个月。但如今的蔚来,在销量上已经掉队太久,早已没有了当初大哥的模样。2021年7月,蔚来首次失去冠军宝座,随后又被哪吒汽车超越,此后就很难再在前三席位中看到蔚来身影。到今年5月,蔚来已经连续7个月在“蔚小理”中垫底。数据显示,今年1-5月,蔚来总共交付新车37866辆,同比只提高11.8%,而理想、小鹏同比都超过100%。这样的表现,让蔚来的铁粉十分不满,车主群里也不再是铁板一块,有直接开喷的,也有怒其不争的。蔚来的销量下滑,客观上有缺芯缺电的原因。但问题是,同样是缺芯缺电,同样受到疫情影响,为什么小鹏、理想受到的影响却要小于蔚来?或许还有新能源汽车日渐成熟后,用户不再执着于蔚来所定位的高端电动车,反而更加追求性价比的缘故。蔚来显然也意识到了这个问题,将在今年推出全新的子品牌Gemini,售价在15-30万元之间。不过,这次蔚来可不再是早起的鸟儿,中低端品牌的竞争已经十分激烈,而目蔚来的子品牌刚刚才完成团队搭建,到车量产下线预计还需数年时间,届时能否帮助蔚来再创辉煌也尚未可知。但不论怎么样,蔚来与车主“起死回生”的江湖故事已经远去,蔚来需要用实实在在的销量来证明自己宝刀未老。02 服务打不过技术科技圈内,最能圈粉的企业,莫过于苹果。苹果对于粉丝持久的吸引力,在于其石破天惊的产品创新能力。同样走高端路线的蔚来,并没有像苹果一样推出过跨时代的产品,但却推出了“海底捞”式的服务。蔚来车主邵远就曾直言:“我们买的不是车,买的是VIP服务,车是顺便送的。”与此同时,蔚来一开始就将自己的对手定义为传统豪华品牌BBA,别说理想、小鹏,特斯拉都没放在眼里。尽管被多次质疑碰瓷,但在早期,蔚来确实凭借这种营销方式以及“海底捞”式的服务收获了不少关注和用户。只不过,服务牌、营销牌打得再响,蔚来如果始终缺乏亮眼的产品,车主的热情真的能持续下去吗?海底捞在2021年关闭了276家餐厅,年度亏损达41亿元(以净利润计),一下子亏掉了前5年利润总和的80%。更何况如今的新能源汽车的市场环境早与往年大不相同,哪吒、零跑等后起之秀如春笋般崛起,比亚迪等传统车企也在加速向新能源转型,华为、苹果、小米、百度等都在以不同的方式跨界入局。疫情让蔚来的生产停滞,但却给了后来者追赶超越的机会,蔚来振臂一呼舍我其谁的时代已经过去了。在国产新能源车匮乏的年代,用户为蔚来的服务买单,为蔚来的国货情怀买单,但在如今竞争激烈的当下,蔚来需要更多在产品技术上证明自己。从产品研发上来说,蔚来在研发上的投入并不小,但在当下智能电动汽车市场中,提及最多的自动驾驶技术,小鹏被认为是在各方面最接近特斯拉的产品。从蔚来此次推出的新车ES7来看,其辅助驾驶硬件配置可以说是武装到了牙齿,45万的售价似乎也并不过分。但是消费者在为这堆“高大上”的硬件买完单后,到底能够在什么时候使用高阶辅助驾驶功能,却要打一个问号。而且定位高端,最低品牌售价都不低于30万元的蔚来汽车,在品质上也没有做到足够好,近来也频频出现故障。2021年,在不到半个月的时间内,蔚来接连发起了两起导致车主身亡的交通事故。而今年3月份才开始交付的蔚来ET7,也在短短几个月的时间内发生了两起汽车断电“趴窝”事件。“没有任何前兆,突然整车断电,刹车失灵,只能依靠惯性缓慢停下,全部电气设备失灵,双闪没法打开,更别提在后备箱的三角架。”图源:蔚来汽车社区尽管蔚来汽车产品质量高级总监在社区对该情况进行了回复,表示这是小概率事件,车机端可识别,售后可修复。但用户对这套说辞并不买账,并质疑蔚来对此事的响应速度,以及对小概率事件是否有什么误解。这与2021年蔚来发生致命的交通事故后,车主们自动维护蔚来的氛围截然相反。03 继续烧钱曾经的蔚来,为了让用户满意,可以说是不计付出与成本。2015年,在蔚来成立一年后,李斌和秦力洪曾在北京一家酒店里聊到深夜,最终确定蔚来的核心价值在于服务体系。2017年11月,蔚来首家线下门店“蔚来中心”(NIO House)启动试营业。对于蔚来来说,NIO House既是直销平台,也是与用户接触交流的地方。NIO House装扮成类似于星巴克的第三空间,车主可以在其中参加各类文化活动、喝咖啡、看电影、健身……在李斌看来,“如果你购买了一辆汽车,你不仅仅是在买一辆车,而是在买一张通往新生活方式的门票。”初期的NIO House几乎都位于城市最贵的商圈——北京东方广场、上海黄浦江边上、广州珠江新城等。截至2021年底,蔚来在全国144座城市共布局了38家NIO House、321家NIO
