referrerpolicy=\"no-referrer\"/>长久以来,作为被做空最多的美股之一,特斯拉有着做不空的神话。2021年底,特斯拉市值超过了1.2万亿美元后就开始震荡向下,直到2022年四季度,特斯拉开始加速下跌,季度内跌幅就超过了50%。</p><p>根据S3数据显示,特斯拉空头头寸的峰值在2021年1月,规模为510亿美元。但到2022年之后,特斯拉空头头寸就下降至190亿美元左右了。那么,为何空头头寸下降,特斯拉跌幅反而更大了?</p><p><b>答案可能出在马斯克身上。</b></p><p>根据统计显示,早在今年4月、8月,马斯克先后出售价值约为85亿美元和价值约为69亿美元的特斯拉股票。收购推特以后,11月马斯克连续三个交易日减持特斯拉,12月连续三个交易日再度减持,马斯克今年来已售出逾9400万股特斯拉股份,平均价243.46美元,总值约229.3亿美元。马斯克的疯狂套现也使得外界对于特斯拉颇为悲观。</p><p><b>对于市场的过度反应,马斯克也赶紧表态称,2025年之前不会再减持特斯拉的股票了。</b></p><p>一轮又一轮的下跌当中,马斯克身价不仅蒸发了三分之一以上,其首富的宝座也被LV的董事长取代。</p><p>特斯拉之所以成为年内跌幅最惨的巨头,小编认为有四个主要原因:</p><p><b>第一,进入2022年之后全球新能源汽车领域开始脱虚向实,交付量成为其最重要的衡量标准。</b>衡量标准的变化就导致了企业估值发生变化,尽管特斯拉今年的交付数据并不算差,甚至可以用优秀来形容,但是个体的数据也不能影响行业整体的变化。</p><p>从这个角度而言,特斯拉是被行业所拖累了。</p><p><b>第二,美联储加息的影响。</b>今年以来,美联储不断加息导致了今年美国重要的科技企业股价表现均非常不佳,其中Meta与特斯拉表现最差。这是市场的大环境的影响,特斯拉多少有点难以独善其身。</p><p>另外,汇率的变化也是影响企业营收的因素之一,这点作为行业龙头的特斯拉受影响则更大。</p><p><b>第三,马斯克减持。</b>自去年以来,特斯拉跃过万亿美元的门槛之后,马斯克就开始了大手笔的减持。根据统计显示,仅一年的时间,马斯克的减持就超过了440亿美元,相较于全球大部分富豪的身价,440亿美元并不是一个小数目。</p><p>从结果来看,他的减持显然给特斯拉股价带来了相当大的压力。统计显示,今年以来特斯拉的跌幅接近65%,市值蒸发超过了7000亿美元,约合人民币48928亿元。</p><p><b>第四,收购推特。</b>自今年三月以来,马斯克就在收购与放弃收购之间反复横跳,直到10月这项收购才得以完成。</p><p>原本以为有了推特的加持,马斯克的生态能够完善,但是实际上,收购推特之后,不仅推特的烂摊子难以收拾,还间接地影响了特斯拉。</p><p><b>最后的“选择”</b></p><p>面对跌跌不休的股价以及马斯克的各种“不着调”行为,投资者并未选择隐忍,有部分投资者将其告上了法庭,理由是工资太高,他本人又未全身心投入特斯拉的治理当中。</p><p>特斯拉的第三大个人股东印尼亿万富翁廖凯原甚至喊话特斯拉董事会,寻找新的CEO来替代马斯克。</p><p>种种迹象表明,投资者对马斯克的容忍度已经达到了极限。</p><p>也许是感受到了投资者的愤怒,马斯克近期也展开了一项投票,问广大网友自己是否应该辞去推特CEO一职。</p><p>得到了多数网友肯定的选择之后,马斯克向外界表态在找到合适的CEO之后他将选择离职,但是他并未公布清晰的时间表以及具体方案。</p><p>对于马斯克的做法,也有网友表示怀疑,认为这只是马斯克拖延时间的一种手段。很显然,资本市场也并未相信马斯克的“真心”。根据市场反馈来看,最近六个交易日,特斯拉的股价下跌幅度就超过了22%,而且还有加速下跌的趋势。</p><p>投资研究公司GLJ Research负责人Gordon Johnson表示,与其他电动车企业相比,特斯拉的估值仍然被投资人高估。其市盈率约为40倍,而福特、通用和丰田的市盈率分别只有5倍、6倍和10倍。目前,特斯拉市值虽然大跌,但是仍远高于其他汽车厂商,且特斯拉2021年的销量也只有上述三大汽车厂商的5%。</p><p>所以,他的结论是特斯拉明年还将大跌80%。</p><p>小编认为,Gordon
