19:21","market":"hk","language":"zh","title":"重大组织架构调整背后:小鹏汽车提前走进冬天","url":"https://stock-news.laohu8.com/highlight/detail?id=1115769134","media":"深途","summary":"总部在广州的小鹏汽车,已经感受到了冬天的寒意。","content":"<html><head></head><body><p>中国的南方城市还未入冬,总部在广州的小鹏汽车,已经感受到了冬天的寒意。</p><p>寒气首先是从市场传来的。</p><p>过去两个月,小鹏的月度新车交付量均跌至1万台以下,且逐月下滑。酝酿了整整一年的新车G9,因为价格和配置混乱被骂上热搜,给市场前景蒙上了一层阴影。</p><p>不断下跌的股价让投资人感到不安。在过去短短3个多月时间里,小鹏在港股的股价跌去80%,市值不到500亿港元,而蔚来、理想分别为1280亿港元、1247亿港元。</p><p>一些小鹏车主同时也是小鹏“股东”,甚至是小鹏公司员工,他们的利益跟这艘大船绑定在一起,如今眼看着它不断缩水,却无能为力。</p><p>更大的问题在公司内部。</p><p>董事长何小鹏似乎没有统筹好产品和市场部门,以至于出现G9上市即降价的“闹剧”。缺乏对用户真实需求的关注,公司内部的技术、产品、营销脱节,小鹏还没成为大公司,已经患上了“大公司病”。</p><p>一位已经下定小鹏G9的车主对深途说:“小鹏的车是好车,被公司拖累了。”一位放弃换购G9的P7车主则说:“车是好车,但我不会买。”</p><p>这是一个看起来矛盾的说法。人们认可一家公司的产品,却将创造了该产品的公司视为问题的来源。一定是哪个环节出了问题。</p><p>10月21日晚,小鹏公司内部发布全员信,进行重大组织架构调整,设立五大委员会、三大产品矩阵组织,并任命相关负责人。这是小鹏有史以来最重大的一次架构调整。</p><p>作为一家成立八年,成功穿越生死线的汽车公司,小鹏能打硬仗,现在一定不是它最艰难的时刻。但它当前的处境并不乐观。</p><p>如何在造车卖车的同时,平衡好技术、产品和营销,把公司的组织能力、品牌力提上去,是小鹏接下来必须解决的一道难题。</p><p><b>让人费解的设计,莫名其妙的更新</b></p><p>一名忠实的小鹏车主,失去对小鹏汽车的好感,可能只需要几次OTA(空中下载更新)。</p><p>王超肃在去年7月成为小鹏P7车主。他对这辆车很满意,造型时尚、内饰简洁、辅助驾驶好用,虽然也有一些小瑕疵,比如副驾腿伸不直、后排坐垫短、底盘太低等等,但都属于可接受范围。他很快安利身边的两个朋友也买了P7,自己入驻了小鹏的名人堂。</p><p>去年见面,他一直在向深途介绍这款车有多好用,自动泊车很酷,免费充电额度很香。</p><p>然而今年他变了。他依然滔滔不绝,只不过讨论的对象,从小鹏的车,变成了小鹏这家公司。“我搞不懂,小鹏为什么总要做一些看起来无意义、反人类的事情。”他说。</p><p>最近他刚撞了车,不是因为车技问题,而是因为小鹏OTA更改了换挡逻辑。原来的逻辑是:车辆还在慢速行驶中,就可以挂倒挡或前进挡。改了后变成:必须时速3公里以下才允许换挡。</p><p>改动的过程很简单,通过OTA直接升级,就跟手机软件一样。不过这对于习惯了旧操作模式的车主就比较麻烦。有一些车主表示,更改后自己很不适应,在行车中换挡,以为自己挂上了,结果没挂上,然后撞了。王超肃就是这样在倒车时蹭了墙。</p><p>“这种强制性打断用户习惯的做法很不好。合理的方式应该是,当打破用户习惯时,提供选择,让用户自己选。而不是强加。”他说,“美其名曰我为了你安全。爹味太重了!”</p><p>有意思的是,他发现没多久,小鹏又开始测试新的OTA版本,在最新一版系统中,又恢复到了以前的换挡逻辑。</p><p>类似的事情不止一次。</p><p>今年1月,小鹏P7进行OTA升级,更改了丹拿音响效果。这次升级被王超肃评价为“改得一塌糊涂”:“举个例子,同一首歌,同等音量下,升级完后声音明显变得很轻。而且,车里部分音响单元,没有声音了。”</p><p><img height=\"auto\"/></p><p>社区里吐槽声一片,很多车主强烈建议改回之前的版本。过了半年,音响效果又通过一次OTA升级改回来了。</p><p>最近的一次是小鹏App的车控界面更新。今年10月上旬,小鹏更新了自己的App,把钥匙启动大按钮改为和其他按钮同级的小按钮,还放置在页面最左侧,不如原来的设计方便。另外很多车主反馈,多辆车之间的切换也更加复杂了。</p><p>这让很多车主费解。“这些一桩桩的小事儿,背后说明的问题很明显:小鹏缺乏用户研究部门,脱离群众做事情。”王超肃对深途说。</p><p>脱离用户就容易闭门造车,有时候甚至还会闹笑话。</p><p>汽车博主王铜根在试驾完小鹏G9后也一样感到费解。G9有一个车内模拟声浪功能,就是用车内扬声器播放虚拟声浪,模拟发动机的那种轰鸣声。G9有一个可选声浪是“传统V8”,王铜根将之评价为“无比诡异”。</p><p>“首先它绝对不是V8(发动机)的声音,咱们这个星球上没有任何一台V8是它这种嗡嗡的声音。我觉得更像是一个缺乏润滑的电风扇噪音。而且这个声音全程没有换挡的过程,就是低速声音小一点,高速声音大一点,油门深踩的话会变大并且声调会变高,非常机械,非常离谱。”</p><p>同时他强调:“绝对是没开过车的人凭借自己的臆想弄出来的声。”</p><p>王超肃总结:“大到整车的研发和销售策略,中到OTA的更新升级,小到App的更新,都无不体现小鹏是有多脱离群众。”</p><p>三年前,小鹏曾遭遇过一次车主维权危机。当时小鹏G3改款上市,配置大幅升级但价格没涨,引发众多老车主维权,何小鹏公开道歉。</p><p>如果说当时背离群众是因为缺乏造车经验,那么现在显然已不是缺乏经验那么简单。</p><p><b>“不要你觉得,要我觉得”</b></p><p>G9上市,小鹏可谓拼尽了全力。G9是小鹏八年造车经验的结晶,是何小鹏眼中的“Dream Car”。</p><p>为了推销这款车,小鹏精心策划了一场长达9个小时的上市直播,其中前8个小时是在预热,最后1小时才是上市。</p><p>然而小鹏员工赵驭飞用“荒荒凉凉”来形容这场直播,“G9的这次整体宣发,完全没有找对人来带货,完全没有形成热点。”他对深途说,“我们挺多人上班都开着直播,没事看一下,也是看的不知所云。”</p><p>发布会上,G9对外讲了很多东西,但真正能打动用户立马下单的卖点并不多。</p><p>王超肃认为,G9除了充电速度和续航能吸引他,其他都看起来无关紧要。“嗯,产品挺好,但我不太需要。”</p><p>G9大力宣传的5D音乐座舱,请到了著名的音响工程师金少刚、著名作曲家久石让来“背书”。然而有人一语中的:“我在车上也就听个喜马拉雅,那么多花样,根本用不着。”</p><p>小鹏车主李奥对深途说,G9过于强调先进的技术,反而在一些简单的舒适性功能上有很多小瑕疵。最离谱的是,一辆起售价超过30万元的车,竟然没有行车记录仪。“然后花大力气在一些花里胡哨的配置上比如5D座舱和一键成床,不需要这些的客户只会觉得既浪费成本又很low。”他说。</p><p>但他最后还是下单了一辆G9,因为“车本身是好车,公司拖累了,但不影响我对G9的看法”。</p><p><img height=\"auto\"/>小鹏G9</p><p>一位盲订车主在试驾后觉得,最有亮点的是用料、驾驶质感、对无六座需求家庭的多场景满足、超级厉害的电耗控制和充电速度,以及锦上添花的音响、香氛和按摩。“天天宣传那个5D,和当初宣传灯语一样无语。”</p><p>营销和产品脱节,让G9这款产品力相当能打的车型刚出生就掉进了坑里。或许在小鹏的认知里,好产品和好功能,一定会有人买单。但这一次现实狠狠教育了它。</p><p>在产品营销上,小鹏不可谓不使劲,但它打出去的拳头,就像是打在棉花上,软绵绵的没有回响。有人做了一个比喻:“小鹏汽车就是个低情商的理工男,根本不懂怎么追求用户,只会闷头做数学题。”</p><p>直到今天,还有很多人认为“小鹏”的品牌名有点low。何小鹏虽认真考虑过这个问题,想过更改品牌名,但综合考虑成本等因素最终作罢。</p><p>小鹏需要提升品牌力,管理团队深知这一点。好产品是一方面,好营销也不可或缺。但什么是好的营销,小鹏并不清楚。</p><p>去年推广P5时,小鹏赞助了在年轻人中关注度很高的《脱口秀大会》。这算是一波精准营销,小鹏最大的用户群是85后-95后,跟节目观众有很大重合。小鹏在宣传海报中跟脱口秀演员杨笠打配合,杨笠说:“以后只调侃成功的男性。成功人士都大度,小鹏P5的空间也是!”</p><p>然而,这波营销引起巨大争议。杨笠是一个有争议的人物,在脱口秀中以调侃男性出名。之前英特尔发布过一则杨笠宣传笔记本电脑的微博动态,被众多男网友骂到全部删除撤换。小鹏的用户中男性比女性多,这波营销让很多车主感到不适。</p><p>置身在争议中心,或许能收获一时的流量,但品牌力的提升,从来不是靠争议换来的。</p><p><b>矩阵式VS平台化</b></p><p>小鹏大概知道它的目标用户是谁,但这些人在哪里,怎么去满足他们的需求,小鹏没有想好。</p><p>蔚来、理想、小鹏这三家中,小鹏的车型不是数量最多的,却是类型最丰富的,也是最缺乏章法的。</p><p>小鹏现在一共有四款量产车,第一款车是紧凑型SUV G3,第二款车是外观设计完全不同的C级轿车P7,第三款车是A+级家轿P5,到了G9又变成了SUV。</p><p>这个产品组合看起来比较混乱,没有连续性。</p><p>最典型的是P7到P5的衔接。P7是小鹏目前最成功的一款车,也是销量担当,它成功将小鹏的品牌调性由中低端提升至中高端。P7之后,很多人以为小鹏会在此基础上迭代出一款相似的新车,往上进攻或往下防守均可,然而小鹏推出了P5。</p><p>P5跟P7相比,除了都是轿车,几乎找不出其他延续性。P7那好评度很高的前脸设计、很有辨识度的造型,包括性价比,都被摒弃了。</p><p><img height=\"auto\"/>小鹏P5和小鹏P7</p><p>P7和G3在外观设计上变化大还可以理解,毕竟G3作为第一款车有一定探索性质,但P7之后出来个两头不靠的P5,就让人着实有点摸不着头脑。相比之下,不论是蔚来还是理想,新旧车型都遵循着统一的家族式设计语言,只有小鹏是飘忽不定的。</p><p>而到了G9,其命名方式也让人迷惑。按道理G9跟G3属于同一系列,但其实二者相差十万八千里。另外车企一般用数字代表级别,9已经是很大的数字,理想L9就是理想的最高旗舰,再往下推出8、7、6…..但小鹏G9只是个五座SUV,跟理想L6差不多,那么后续的新车型往哪放是个问题。</p><p>大部分车企在开发新车型时,都是基于平台化的思路,基于同一平台做多款车。典型的如理想“套娃”式发新车,这样做能够分摊零部件成本。</p><p>小鹏的产品规划是矩阵式的,何小鹏希望在每一个细分市场都有成功的产品,因此每一款车与前一款车都有50%的变化。何小鹏说,P5相对于G3,纯汽车的平台没有50%,但是加上智能、电动绝对超过50%。</p><p>小鹏解释,这样做是不愿意把平台做成约束,以至于只能小改小动,相比传统车厂,小鹏的机制要更加灵活。</p><p>大刀阔斧的副作用是牺牲掉了运营效率。G9从车展亮相到正式上市,中间间隔了近一年,在这一年里,理想发了三款车,并且实现了L9单月交付过万,更早发布的G9还被人吐槽外观内饰撞脸L9。</p><p>李奥既定了L9也定了G9,L9过了锁单截止日第二天上午10点准时刷新预计交付时间,而G9签了合同两周,交付时间还是12月到明年2月。“G9这么重要的车型,拖拖拉拉一年,供应链整合能力明显跟不上,运营效率太低下了。”他说。</p><p>赵驭飞认为,小鹏P7的目标用户是年轻人,做点黑科技年轻人还是愿意买单的。他当初加入小鹏也是因为觉得新能源车里,只有小鹏看起来是在做年轻人的新能源车,蔚来、理想都是给中年人开的。</p><p>看到G9上市,他觉得公司的定位发生了变化。“G9面向的群体不太一样,和原本的目标群体有点偏离了。公司内部的很多中高层对G9还挺喜欢,都是一些有家庭的理工男。”</p><p>这种不连续的产品迭代,让小鹏很难对外讲述一个完整的品牌故事。它给自己贴上的标签,既不如理想的“奶爸车”温情,也不如蔚来的精英人设鲜明。</p><p><b>天马行空的代价</b></p><p>小鹏的标签是智能、科技。每年的10月24日是程序员节,也是小鹏的科技日。今年的科技日,小鹏带来了高阶辅助驾驶系统、智能机器马、飞行汽车。</p><p>从技术角度,这些产品值得点赞,但从商业角度,能否落地运营是个大问题。</p><p>何小鹏是程序员出身,典型的理工男。擅长技术的人常常会有一些天马行空的想法。</p><p>多年前刚开始造车时,何小鹏看到智能手机厂商在拍照功能上内卷,于是突发奇想,是否可以造一辆会拍照的汽车?他的理由看起来很有说服力:既然智能手机可以集成相机和音乐播放器,把拍照作为核心卖点,那么汽车或许也可以。</p><p>于是小鹏的第一款车G3,被加进去了一个神奇的功能——车顶有一个360 度环视摄像头,可以升起来拍摄四周的道路环境。为此小鹏额外增加了设计和成本。</p><p><img src=\"https://static.tigerbbs.com/8e22f13a62df0b8bea8378d4cc8352d9\" tg-width=\"550\" tg-height=\"315\" referrerpolicy=\"no-referrer\" width=\"100%\" height=\"auto\"/>G3车顶的升降摄像头</p><p>这看起来是“在为用户考虑”,然而事实证明只是一厢情愿——车主的使用频率极低。后来在改款的G3i中,这项功能被彻底取消。</p><p>何小鹏还有一个更大胆的想法——造一辆会飞的汽车。这样在拥挤的路段上,车可以飞起来,看看前面堵不堵车再降下来。</p><p>很多人过来泼冷水,何小鹏不听,然后他真的去造飞行汽车了。</p><p>小鹏自主研发的飞行汽车已经进化到第六代,10月中旬刚在迪拜进行了公开首飞。不过在业内人士看来,其实际使用价值不大,更别提商业前景。</p><p><img height=\"auto\"/>小鹏飞行汽车</p><p>自2012年至今一直在国内提供特种任务飞机解决方案,后创办DAP Technologies的刘勇对深途说,所谓“飞行汽车”的飞行与陆行要深度且很巧妙地融合在一起,而不是简单地把现有无人机模块固定在汽车上面。</p><p>“小鹏近两年在1024科技日上推出的飞行汽车产品,要商业化落地挑战很大。航空业虽然可以借鉴互联网,但终究不同于互联网,需要更多扎扎实实的实践积累和严谨科学的工作作风。”他说。</p><p>在智能驾驶上都还很吃力的小鹏,分散资源和精力做更不靠谱的飞行汽车,难免让人觉得其有画大饼讲故事之嫌。</p><p>而在商业化路径更清晰的智能驾驶方面,小鹏在国内造车新势力中布局最早、最深、最透。这曾为小鹏赢得了声誉,但没转化成销量。</p><p>P5是全球首款搭载激光雷达的量产车,更高阶别的辅助驾驶能力是其最大亮点,因此硬件成本高昂。满配的P5售价最高达到24万元,但在级别上,这只是一款紧凑型家轿,竞品的价格普遍在15万元左右。</p><p>同行、专家、专业媒体都对小鹏鼓掌,因为它代表新势力在辅助驾驶上往前迈了一大步。但消费者对此表现淡漠,大家只记得P5那毫无亮点的外观,以及不大的车内空间。</p><p>P5卖得不好,让小鹏陷入左右为难的境地。这款车毛利低,销量又不见起色,量价都吃亏。</p><p>或许是在P5之后,何小鹏开始重新思考用户需求和智能驾驶的关联。于是就有了G9的570G版本——一个连最基础的辅助驾驶功能都没有的“纯丐版”。</p><p>何小鹏说,这个版本是来自于客户的声音。他承认,今天在中国的智能汽车和新能源汽车的销售体系里面,很多人目前可能还只是需要一个基础的能力。换言之,很多人不需要智能驾驶。</p><p>王超肃就是这样,他去年花2万元选配了NGP,实际发现北京五环外才能用,今年他只用过一回。自动泊车一开始好奇,用过几回就再也没用过。</p><p>何小鹏妥协了,在车型配置上做了平衡和取舍。后果是质疑声一片,外界还是不买账,然后又改回来。</p><p>现在的小鹏很着急,迷茫,矛盾。一年前,何小鹏说他不太喜欢用现在的定位法去定位车,他认为科技会推动产品和需求的变化。现在,他说一定要接收到大部分喜欢自己的人的需求,并且按照他们的逻辑去修订。</p><p><b>结语</b></p><p>10月21日收到公司发布的组织架构调整全员信时,赵驭飞不感到意外。“是该整顿下了。”他对深途说。</p><p>最近他在内部参加过几次全中心的会,“其实内部意识到了这个问题,产品规划、定位、设计这一块可能问题比较大。车本身没问题,但是目标用户没搞清楚。”</p><p>根据这次调整公告,小鹏计划建立五个虚拟的委员会组织,包括战略委员会、产规委员会、技术规划委员会、产销平衡委员会、OTA委员会,其中战略、产规、技术由何小鹏亲手抓。同时计划建立三个虚拟的产品矩阵组织,包括E平台、F平台、H平台,三大负责人均直接向何小鹏汇报。</p><p>何小鹏试图通过这次调整,加强各部门、业务线的联动和协作,平衡好技术、产品和营销的关系,解决此前公司沉积的一些问题。</p><p>这场调整所带来的人事震荡正在继续,究竟能发挥多大正向作用尚需观察。</p><p>在接下来的几个月,小鹏还将面临极大挑战。G9要到10月底才开始交付,批量交付得到年底。几款旧车型的销量已显疲态。按照以往经验,新旧换代的青黄不接最难熬。</p><p>无论如何,小鹏走出了艰难的一步。在新造车如此内卷的今天,任何一个留在赛场上认真造车的玩家,都值得尊敬和点赞。那些善意的吐槽和提醒,都是希望小鹏能走得更好更远。</p></body></html>","source":"lsy1634812245056","collect":0,"html":"<!DOCTYPE Link</a>\n\n</div>\n\n\n</article>\n</div>\n</body>\n</html>\n","type":0,"thumbnail":"https://static.tigerbbs.com/ccf08a65163213fb22b4f94f7fb404e8","relate_stocks":{"XPEV":"小鹏汽车","09868":"小鹏汽车-W"},"source_url":"https://finance.sina.com.cn/tech/csj/2022-10-25/doc-imqqsmrp3742603.shtml","is_english":false,"share_image_url":"https://static.laohu8.com/e9f99090a1c2ed51c021029395664489","article_id":"1115769134","content_text":"中国的南方城市还未入冬,总部在广州的小鹏汽车,已经感受到了冬天的寒意。寒气首先是从市场传来的。过去两个月,小鹏的月度新车交付量均跌至1万台以下,且逐月下滑。酝酿了整整一年的新车G9,因为价格和配置混乱被骂上热搜,给市场前景蒙上了一层阴影。不断下跌的股价让投资人感到不安。在过去短短3个多月时间里,小鹏在港股的股价跌去80%,市值不到500亿港元,而蔚来、理想分别为1280亿港元、1247亿港元。一些小鹏车主同时也是小鹏“股东”,甚至是小鹏公司员工,他们的利益跟这艘大船绑定在一起,如今眼看着它不断缩水,却无能为力。更大的问题在公司内部。董事长何小鹏似乎没有统筹好产品和市场部门,以至于出现G9上市即降价的“闹剧”。缺乏对用户真实需求的关注,公司内部的技术、产品、营销脱节,小鹏还没成为大公司,已经患上了“大公司病”。一位已经下定小鹏G9的车主对深途说:“小鹏的车是好车,被公司拖累了。”一位放弃换购G9的P7车主则说:“车是好车,但我不会买。”这是一个看起来矛盾的说法。人们认可一家公司的产品,却将创造了该产品的公司视为问题的来源。一定是哪个环节出了问题。10月21日晚,小鹏公司内部发布全员信,进行重大组织架构调整,设立五大委员会、三大产品矩阵组织,并任命相关负责人。这是小鹏有史以来最重大的一次架构调整。作为一家成立八年,成功穿越生死线的汽车公司,小鹏能打硬仗,现在一定不是它最艰难的时刻。但它当前的处境并不乐观。如何在造车卖车的同时,平衡好技术、产品和营销,把公司的组织能力、品牌力提上去,是小鹏接下来必须解决的一道难题。让人费解的设计,莫名其妙的更新一名忠实的小鹏车主,失去对小鹏汽车的好感,可能只需要几次OTA(空中下载更新)。王超肃在去年7月成为小鹏P7车主。他对这辆车很满意,造型时尚、内饰简洁、辅助驾驶好用,虽然也有一些小瑕疵,比如副驾腿伸不直、后排坐垫短、底盘太低等等,但都属于可接受范围。他很快安利身边的两个朋友也买了P7,自己入驻了小鹏的名人堂。去年见面,他一直在向深途介绍这款车有多好用,自动泊车很酷,免费充电额度很香。然而今年他变了。他依然滔滔不绝,只不过讨论的对象,从小鹏的车,变成了小鹏这家公司。“我搞不懂,小鹏为什么总要做一些看起来无意义、反人类的事情。”他说。最近他刚撞了车,不是因为车技问题,而是因为小鹏OTA更改了换挡逻辑。原来的逻辑是:车辆还在慢速行驶中,就可以挂倒挡或前进挡。改了后变成:必须时速3公里以下才允许换挡。改动的过程很简单,通过OTA直接升级,就跟手机软件一样。不过这对于习惯了旧操作模式的车主就比较麻烦。有一些车主表示,更改后自己很不适应,在行车中换挡,以为自己挂上了,结果没挂上,然后撞了。王超肃就是这样在倒车时蹭了墙。“这种强制性打断用户习惯的做法很不好。合理的方式应该是,当打破用户习惯时,提供选择,让用户自己选。而不是强加。”他说,“美其名曰我为了你安全。爹味太重了!”有意思的是,他发现没多久,小鹏又开始测试新的OTA版本,在最新一版系统中,又恢复到了以前的换挡逻辑。类似的事情不止一次。今年1月,小鹏P7进行OTA升级,更改了丹拿音响效果。这次升级被王超肃评价为“改得一塌糊涂”:“举个例子,同一首歌,同等音量下,升级完后声音明显变得很轻。而且,车里部分音响单元,没有声音了。”社区里吐槽声一片,很多车主强烈建议改回之前的版本。过了半年,音响效果又通过一次OTA升级改回来了。最近的一次是小鹏App的车控界面更新。今年10月上旬,小鹏更新了自己的App,把钥匙启动大按钮改为和其他按钮同级的小按钮,还放置在页面最左侧,不如原来的设计方便。另外很多车主反馈,多辆车之间的切换也更加复杂了。这让很多车主费解。“这些一桩桩的小事儿,背后说明的问题很明显:小鹏缺乏用户研究部门,脱离群众做事情。”王超肃对深途说。脱离用户就容易闭门造车,有时候甚至还会闹笑话。汽车博主王铜根在试驾完小鹏G9后也一样感到费解。G9有一个车内模拟声浪功能,就是用车内扬声器播放虚拟声浪,模拟发动机的那种轰鸣声。G9有一个可选声浪是“传统V8”,王铜根将之评价为“无比诡异”。“首先它绝对不是V8(发动机)的声音,咱们这个星球上没有任何一台V8是它这种嗡嗡的声音。我觉得更像是一个缺乏润滑的电风扇噪音。而且这个声音全程没有换挡的过程,就是低速声音小一点,高速声音大一点,油门深踩的话会变大并且声调会变高,非常机械,非常离谱。”同时他强调:“绝对是没开过车的人凭借自己的臆想弄出来的声。”王超肃总结:“大到整车的研发和销售策略,中到OTA的更新升级,小到App的更新,都无不体现小鹏是有多脱离群众。”三年前,小鹏曾遭遇过一次车主维权危机。当时小鹏G3改款上市,配置大幅升级但价格没涨,引发众多老车主维权,何小鹏公开道歉。如果说当时背离群众是因为缺乏造车经验,那么现在显然已不是缺乏经验那么简单。“不要你觉得,要我觉得”G9上市,小鹏可谓拼尽了全力。G9是小鹏八年造车经验的结晶,是何小鹏眼中的“Dream Car”。为了推销这款车,小鹏精心策划了一场长达9个小时的上市直播,其中前8个小时是在预热,最后1小时才是上市。然而小鹏员工赵驭飞用“荒荒凉凉”来形容这场直播,“G9的这次整体宣发,完全没有找对人来带货,完全没有形成热点。”他对深途说,“我们挺多人上班都开着直播,没事看一下,也是看的不知所云。”发布会上,G9对外讲了很多东西,但真正能打动用户立马下单的卖点并不多。王超肃认为,G9除了充电速度和续航能吸引他,其他都看起来无关紧要。“嗯,产品挺好,但我不太需要。”G9大力宣传的5D音乐座舱,请到了著名的音响工程师金少刚、著名作曲家久石让来“背书”。然而有人一语中的:“我在车上也就听个喜马拉雅,那么多花样,根本用不着。”小鹏车主李奥对深途说,G9过于强调先进的技术,反而在一些简单的舒适性功能上有很多小瑕疵。最离谱的是,一辆起售价超过30万元的车,竟然没有行车记录仪。“然后花大力气在一些花里胡哨的配置上比如5D座舱和一键成床,不需要这些的客户只会觉得既浪费成本又很low。”他说。但他最后还是下单了一辆G9,因为“车本身是好车,公司拖累了,但不影响我对G9的看法”。小鹏G9一位盲订车主在试驾后觉得,最有亮点的是用料、驾驶质感、对无六座需求家庭的多场景满足、超级厉害的电耗控制和充电速度,以及锦上添花的音响、香氛和按摩。“天天宣传那个5D,和当初宣传灯语一样无语。”营销和产品脱节,让G9这款产品力相当能打的车型刚出生就掉进了坑里。或许在小鹏的认知里,好产品和好功能,一定会有人买单。但这一次现实狠狠教育了它。在产品营销上,小鹏不可谓不使劲,但它打出去的拳头,就像是打在棉花上,软绵绵的没有回响。有人做了一个比喻:“小鹏汽车就是个低情商的理工男,根本不懂怎么追求用户,只会闷头做数学题。”直到今天,还有很多人认为“小鹏”的品牌名有点low。何小鹏虽认真考虑过这个问题,想过更改品牌名,但综合考虑成本等因素最终作罢。小鹏需要提升品牌力,管理团队深知这一点。好产品是一方面,好营销也不可或缺。但什么是好的营销,小鹏并不清楚。去年推广P5时,小鹏赞助了在年轻人中关注度很高的《脱口秀大会》。这算是一波精准营销,小鹏最大的用户群是85后-95后,跟节目观众有很大重合。小鹏在宣传海报中跟脱口秀演员杨笠打配合,杨笠说:“以后只调侃成功的男性。成功人士都大度,小鹏P5的空间也是!”然而,这波营销引起巨大争议。杨笠是一个有争议的人物,在脱口秀中以调侃男性出名。之前英特尔发布过一则杨笠宣传笔记本电脑的微博动态,被众多男网友骂到全部删除撤换。小鹏的用户中男性比女性多,这波营销让很多车主感到不适。置身在争议中心,或许能收获一时的流量,但品牌力的提升,从来不是靠争议换来的。矩阵式VS平台化小鹏大概知道它的目标用户是谁,但这些人在哪里,怎么去满足他们的需求,小鹏没有想好。蔚来、理想、小鹏这三家中,小鹏的车型不是数量最多的,却是类型最丰富的,也是最缺乏章法的。小鹏现在一共有四款量产车,第一款车是紧凑型SUV G3,第二款车是外观设计完全不同的C级轿车P7,第三款车是A+级家轿P5,到了G9又变成了SUV。这个产品组合看起来比较混乱,没有连续性。最典型的是P7到P5的衔接。P7是小鹏目前最成功的一款车,也是销量担当,它成功将小鹏的品牌调性由中低端提升至中高端。P7之后,很多人以为小鹏会在此基础上迭代出一款相似的新车,往上进攻或往下防守均可,然而小鹏推出了P5。P5跟P7相比,除了都是轿车,几乎找不出其他延续性。P7那好评度很高的前脸设计、很有辨识度的造型,包括性价比,都被摒弃了。小鹏P5和小鹏P7P7和G3在外观设计上变化大还可以理解,毕竟G3作为第一款车有一定探索性质,但P7之后出来个两头不靠的P5,就让人着实有点摸不着头脑。相比之下,不论是蔚来还是理想,新旧车型都遵循着统一的家族式设计语言,只有小鹏是飘忽不定的。而到了G9,其命名方式也让人迷惑。按道理G9跟G3属于同一系列,但其实二者相差十万八千里。另外车企一般用数字代表级别,9已经是很大的数字,理想L9就是理想的最高旗舰,再往下推出8、7、6…..但小鹏G9只是个五座SUV,跟理想L6差不多,那么后续的新车型往哪放是个问题。大部分车企在开发新车型时,都是基于平台化的思路,基于同一平台做多款车。典型的如理想“套娃”式发新车,这样做能够分摊零部件成本。小鹏的产品规划是矩阵式的,何小鹏希望在每一个细分市场都有成功的产品,因此每一款车与前一款车都有50%的变化。何小鹏说,P5相对于G3,纯汽车的平台没有50%,但是加上智能、电动绝对超过50%。小鹏解释,这样做是不愿意把平台做成约束,以至于只能小改小动,相比传统车厂,小鹏的机制要更加灵活。大刀阔斧的副作用是牺牲掉了运营效率。G9从车展亮相到正式上市,中间间隔了近一年,在这一年里,理想发了三款车,并且实现了L9单月交付过万,更早发布的G9还被人吐槽外观内饰撞脸L9。李奥既定了L9也定了G9,L9过了锁单截止日第二天上午10点准时刷新预计交付时间,而G9签了合同两周,交付时间还是12月到明年2月。“G9这么重要的车型,拖拖拉拉一年,供应链整合能力明显跟不上,运营效率太低下了。”他说。赵驭飞认为,小鹏P7的目标用户是年轻人,做点黑科技年轻人还是愿意买单的。他当初加入小鹏也是因为觉得新能源车里,只有小鹏看起来是在做年轻人的新能源车,蔚来、理想都是给中年人开的。看到G9上市,他觉得公司的定位发生了变化。“G9面向的群体不太一样,和原本的目标群体有点偏离了。公司内部的很多中高层对G9还挺喜欢,都是一些有家庭的理工男。”这种不连续的产品迭代,让小鹏很难对外讲述一个完整的品牌故事。它给自己贴上的标签,既不如理想的“奶爸车”温情,也不如蔚来的精英人设鲜明。天马行空的代价小鹏的标签是智能、科技。每年的10月24日是程序员节,也是小鹏的科技日。今年的科技日,小鹏带来了高阶辅助驾驶系统、智能机器马、飞行汽车。从技术角度,这些产品值得点赞,但从商业角度,能否落地运营是个大问题。何小鹏是程序员出身,典型的理工男。擅长技术的人常常会有一些天马行空的想法。多年前刚开始造车时,何小鹏看到智能手机厂商在拍照功能上内卷,于是突发奇想,是否可以造一辆会拍照的汽车?他的理由看起来很有说服力:既然智能手机可以集成相机和音乐播放器,把拍照作为核心卖点,那么汽车或许也可以。于是小鹏的第一款车G3,被加进去了一个神奇的功能——车顶有一个360 度环视摄像头,可以升起来拍摄四周的道路环境。为此小鹏额外增加了设计和成本。G3车顶的升降摄像头这看起来是“在为用户考虑”,然而事实证明只是一厢情愿——车主的使用频率极低。后来在改款的G3i中,这项功能被彻底取消。何小鹏还有一个更大胆的想法——造一辆会飞的汽车。这样在拥挤的路段上,车可以飞起来,看看前面堵不堵车再降下来。很多人过来泼冷水,何小鹏不听,然后他真的去造飞行汽车了。小鹏自主研发的飞行汽车已经进化到第六代,10月中旬刚在迪拜进行了公开首飞。不过在业内人士看来,其实际使用价值不大,更别提商业前景。小鹏飞行汽车自2012年至今一直在国内提供特种任务飞机解决方案,后创办DAP Technologies的刘勇对深途说,所谓“飞行汽车”的飞行与陆行要深度且很巧妙地融合在一起,而不是简单地把现有无人机模块固定在汽车上面。“小鹏近两年在1024科技日上推出的飞行汽车产品,要商业化落地挑战很大。航空业虽然可以借鉴互联网,但终究不同于互联网,需要更多扎扎实实的实践积累和严谨科学的工作作风。”他说。在智能驾驶上都还很吃力的小鹏,分散资源和精力做更不靠谱的飞行汽车,难免让人觉得其有画大饼讲故事之嫌。而在商业化路径更清晰的智能驾驶方面,小鹏在国内造车新势力中布局最早、最深、最透。这曾为小鹏赢得了声誉,但没转化成销量。P5是全球首款搭载激光雷达的量产车,更高阶别的辅助驾驶能力是其最大亮点,因此硬件成本高昂。满配的P5售价最高达到24万元,但在级别上,这只是一款紧凑型家轿,竞品的价格普遍在15万元左右。同行、专家、专业媒体都对小鹏鼓掌,因为它代表新势力在辅助驾驶上往前迈了一大步。但消费者对此表现淡漠,大家只记得P5那毫无亮点的外观,以及不大的车内空间。P5卖得不好,让小鹏陷入左右为难的境地。这款车毛利低,销量又不见起色,量价都吃亏。或许是在P5之后,何小鹏开始重新思考用户需求和智能驾驶的关联。于是就有了G9的570G版本——一个连最基础的辅助驾驶功能都没有的“纯丐版”。何小鹏说,这个版本是来自于客户的声音。他承认,今天在中国的智能汽车和新能源汽车的销售体系里面,很多人目前可能还只是需要一个基础的能力。换言之,很多人不需要智能驾驶。王超肃就是这样,他去年花2万元选配了NGP,实际发现北京五环外才能用,今年他只用过一回。自动泊车一开始好奇,用过几回就再也没用过。何小鹏妥协了,在车型配置上做了平衡和取舍。后果是质疑声一片,外界还是不买账,然后又改回来。现在的小鹏很着急,迷茫,矛盾。一年前,何小鹏说他不太喜欢用现在的定位法去定位车,他认为科技会推动产品和需求的变化。现在,他说一定要接收到大部分喜欢自己的人的需求,并且按照他们的逻辑去修订。结语10月21日收到公司发布的组织架构调整全员信时,赵驭飞不感到意外。“是该整顿下了。”他对深途说。最近他在内部参加过几次全中心的会,“其实内部意识到了这个问题,产品规划、定位、设计这一块可能问题比较大。车本身没问题,但是目标用户没搞清楚。”根据这次调整公告,小鹏计划建立五个虚拟的委员会组织,包括战略委员会、产规委员会、技术规划委员会、产销平衡委员会、OTA委员会,其中战略、产规、技术由何小鹏亲手抓。同时计划建立三个虚拟的产品矩阵组织,包括E平台、F平台、H平台,三大负责人均直接向何小鹏汇报。何小鹏试图通过这次调整,加强各部门、业务线的联动和协作,平衡好技术、产品和营销的关系,解决此前公司沉积的一些问题。这场调整所带来的人事震荡正在继续,究竟能发挥多大正向作用尚需观察。在接下来的几个月,小鹏还将面临极大挑战。G9要到10月底才开始交付,批量交付得到年底。几款旧车型的销量已显疲态。按照以往经验,新旧换代的青黄不接最难熬。无论如何,小鹏走出了艰难的一步。在新造车如此内卷的今天,任何一个留在赛场上认真造车的玩家,都值得尊敬和点赞。那些善意的吐槽和提醒,都是希望小鹏能走得更好更远。","news_type":1},"isVote":1,"tweetType":1,"viewCount":1513,"authorTweetTopStatus":1,"verified":2,"comments":[],"imageCount":0,"langContent":"CN","totalScore":0},{"id":689169219,"gmtCreate":1655430955632,"gmtModify":1704862324980,"author":{"id":"3498089921022259","authorId":"3498089921022259","name":"万物皆空","avatar":"https://static.tigerbbs.com/e8186eebd86e43bf1abafc6f32500b6c","crmLevel":2,"crmLevelSwitch":0,"followedFlag":false,"idStr":"3498089921022259","authorIdStr":"3498089921022259"},"themes":[],"htmlText":"<a
