整车标配了 1 个激光雷达+12 个超声波传感器。同时,法拉第未来是美国本土首家,使用高分辨率超长距离激光雷达的汽车主机厂。在 Innovusion 激光雷达和 AI 模型的支持下,FF 91 系列能够拥有高精地图定制化的能力。更有意思的地方出现了,FF 91 采用的车载芯片,我想对于大部分国人来说可能都非常熟悉,全新 FF 91 采用了 NVIDIA DRIVE Orin 芯片,芯片算力为 254 TOPS,这款芯片将在今年的第三季度上车比亚迪。根据法拉第未来的交付计划显示,未来 FF 91 的交付被划分成为了三个阶段,首先是行业专家未来主义产品官(FPO)共创交付,再到 FPO 实车交付,最终过渡到面向所有用户的量产交付。奇葩的点在于,整个购买交付过程中,法拉第未来只接受全款购车,并且在第一阶段的 FPO 共创交付环节,车主除了要接受来自法拉第未来官方的用车培训,还无法保留 FF 91 的所有权,车辆所有权只能在第二阶段才能真正解锁。同时,FF 91 的订金价格不菲,FF 坚持中美双主场战略,在美国本土下订车型需要支付 1000 美元作为定金,而在中国,定金来到了高昂的 50000 元。尽管如此,贾跃亭仍然对 FF 91 的交付前景足够乐观,贾跃亭在发布会上透露,未来 FF 91 车型的年交付目标在 55000 台。另外,贾跃亭还宣布,将会在今年的 9 月 19 日举办 FFAI 共创日,届时法拉第未来还会在共创日上发布全新的 FFAI 战略最新执行情况,畅谈 FFAI 的生态规划。回看整场发布会,贾跃亭三句不离 AI。历经九年的「跳票」,FF 91 早已经失去了竞争优势,贾跃亭可能自己也知道,AI 才是他当下最后的一根「救命稻草」。拨动法拉第未来的历史「走马灯」拨动法拉第未来的历史「走马灯」,我们可以回顾这个「纯电早产儿」的艰难「前半生」。意气风发,PPT 屡屡得手2014 年,贾跃亭在美国加利福尼亚洛杉矶正式创立 Faraday Future(法拉第未来),在贾跃亭理想的品牌创办构想中,法拉第未来不仅承担着贾跃亭的造车「野心」,还承担起了为人类蓝天白云、清新空气做出贡献的宏大使命。贾跃亭开发纯电车型的构想,放在当时,也称得上是前瞻且锐意的。只不过,贾跃亭并不是「第一个吃螃蟹的人」。真正让纯电汽车在当时「名声大噪」的是特斯拉的 Roadster。马斯克曾经对外透露过,特斯拉推出 Roadster 的原因。在以 ICE(内燃机)为绝对主流的汽车市场,人们对电动汽车还停留在「又老又旧,就像是慢吞吞的高尔夫车」的印象中,纯电汽车想要打开市场,需要有一款车型颠覆人们的固有认知, 而 Roadster 正是为此而生。有趣的是,比起单纯地和特斯拉 Roadster 进行竞争,贾跃亭显然想要的更多。不仅是颠覆传统内燃机的速度,贾跃亭还想在纯电汽车上实现绝对的奢华与舒适。2015 年,法拉第未来在美国国际消费类电子产品展览会(CES)上进行了正式的品牌亮相,并且高调宣布将会在美国的内华达建造汽车工厂用以量产旗下车型。翌年 1 月,法拉第未来快速跟进了自己的第一款概念超跑——FF Zero 1。同年(2016 年)12 月,法拉第未来再次宣布会在拉斯维加斯地区增购土地,用以修建量产工厂。2017 年 1 月,法拉第未来的身影再次出现在了 CES,在时长两年的铺垫和预热后,法拉第未来在展会上带来了旗下首款生产车型模型——FF 91。在官方的介绍中,FF 91 的纸面数据足够唬人。FF 91 拥有 1050 匹超大马力,零百加速成绩接近 2.4 秒,在有着不俗加速性能的同时,FF 91 的理想工况续航还做到了 700 km。除此以外,法拉第未来团队还为这台「孕育」中的新车搭载了最前沿的舒适配置。灵感取自 NASA 的零重力座椅、人脸识别无缝式座舱进入、能够实现一键隐私的 PDLC 玻璃等等,不少少的舒适型配置哪怕是放到现在,也是相当有竞争力。在法拉第未来的预想规划中,FF 91 将会在 2018 年正式进入交付阶段。尽管外界有着不少质疑其是噱头的声音,但总体来看,PPT 上描绘的 FF 91 足够好看,法拉第未来的交付前景看起来并不差。深陷「财务漩涡」与「政治斗争」然而事实上,一场自上而下的财务风暴让法拉第未来的生产节奏戛然而止。2017 年内华达工厂的建造搁置,成为了 FF 91 交付反复「横跳」的开端,法拉第未来开始坠入长达 4 年的「财务漩涡」。2017 年是乐视网债务纠纷闹得最凶的一年,同年 7 月贾跃亭辞任乐视网董事,转而出任乐视汽车全球生态董事长,7 月下旬乐视长达十年的财务造假被曝光,贾跃亭持有的所有乐视股份被冻结。贾跃亭为自己的冒进付出了代价,因为糟糕的个人财务状况,法拉第未来融资计划遭到波及,2017 年迫于无奈搁置了内华达工厂的修建,法拉第未来的生产能力基本清零。危机之下,贾跃亭与恒大搭上了线,法拉第未来同意以 45% 的股份换取恒大多达 20 亿美元的注资。但可惜,两家的「联姻」最后成为了一场闹剧,法拉第未来与恒大的复杂股权纠纷闹上了法庭。恒大希望能够占有更多的股份,取代贾跃亭的控制权;但贾跃亭对绝对控制权的态度相当坚决。最终两家在 2018 年年末不欢而散,恒大将持有股份减持至 33 %,而法拉第未来也并没有得到恒大全部的资金支持,1000 万美元的「分手费」勉强支撑着这家摇摇欲坠的初创公司。屋漏偏逢连夜雨,在此期间就连前特斯拉高管、法拉第未来联合创始人尼克·桑普森也选择了与贾跃亭「划清界限」。窘迫的情况在 2019 年并没有好转,尽管贾跃亭一再强调会履行承诺完成 FF 91 交付,可面临持续的财务压力,FF 91 的交付一拖再拖。有趣的是,乐视汽车的联合创始人丁磊在与贾跃亭分道扬镳后,再次投身于新能源汽车事业。在这一年,丁磊高调发布华人运通旗下的高合汽车,并在 2020 年的北京车展正式上市了首款车型高合 HiPhi X。一个胚子诞生的豪华纯电这位 FF 91 的「孪生兄弟」,更快挣脱了 PPT 的桎梏,并头也不回地跑向了量产交付,相比起来,贾跃亭的法拉第未来再次成为了「饭后笑谈」。2020 年,屡次碰壁的法拉第未来决定借壳上市,完成量产资金的征集。同年法拉第未来以特殊目的的前提收购 Property Solutions Acquisition Corp(PSAC),并在 2021 年纳斯达克正式敲钟上市。Faraday Future 完成上市是一个积极的信号,这为 FF 91 准量产筹集到了足够的资金。2022 年 2 月 24 日,FF 91 首台准量产车型在汉福德工厂正式下线,法拉第未来对外宣称量产车型将会在 2022 年的第三季度进行交付。准量产车型的下线,也并不代表法拉第未来看到了「未来」,借壳上市成功后,也让更多人清晰地看到法拉第未来成立以来触目惊心的亏损。在 2022 年发布的第三季度财报中,FF 91 的交付时间仍不明朗,法拉第未来第三季度运营亏损达到了 8100 万美元,净亏损达到 1.03 亿美元,期间法拉第未来还被曝出公司的帐面现金一度只有 2700 万美元(约 2 亿人民币)。更疯狂的是,自 2014 年成立以来,法拉第未来累计亏损约为 33 亿美元(折合人民币约 236 亿),这个亏损力度说是「烧钱」也毫不为过。法拉第未来处在如此危险的境地,与创始人贾跃亭脱不开干系。在 2017 年贾跃亭在接受《棱镜》的专访时,曾经多次提到了自己的冒进风格,并且解释了减持乐视股份后上百亿资金的去向。「做手机、做汽车,这些方面都有我的独断。因为 99% 的人都是用过去的成功经验推导未来,我是用我认为的未来定义现在。」「还是冒进,方向是对的,生态战略是对的,但是节奏上完全错误,应该循序渐进。」「我宁愿出让大股东位置,但死也不会让出FF的控制权。」「当时股份减持就是为了造车,另外乐视非上市体系也有非常多的资金需求。」面对记者的尖锐提问,贾跃亭坦言自己更加着眼于未来,造车的确是一个冒进的选择,但不后悔,到美国将会让他更加专注于推动造车业务。贾跃亭透露,在法拉第未来上面至少已经投入了超过 10 亿美元,除此以外,他花了非常多的时间去「拉拢」来自特斯拉、通用汽车的造车人才。值得一提的是,在采访期间,贾跃亭多次强调了掌握董事会控制权的重要性,而对公司控制权的执着追求直接引发了法拉第未来内部的「政治斗争」。多年反复的交付「横跳」还有强硬的控制欲,将董事会的耐心消耗殆尽。贾跃亭在董事会频繁安插「自己人」的动作惹恼了董事会,在 2019 年,董事会成立了一个名叫 FF Global Partners 的管理团队用以分散公司的所有权,持有 FF Global 大部分股份的贾跃亭被迫卸任 CEO。除此以外,董事会还成立了特别委员会对贾跃亭的财务状况、人脉关系进行了严格的审查。2022 年开年之初,董事会终于无法继续忍受贾跃亭的高度干预,将他的「眼线」——副总裁王佳伟彻底「踢」出了董事会,贾跃亭失去了对董事会的实际控制权。在此之后,法拉第未来的高层继续处在动荡期,包括在 2022 年的 6 月,法拉第未来传出消息,FF Global 将独立董事 BrianKrolicki 逐出了董事会,两派的内斗矛盾愈演愈烈,闹到最严重的阶段,还出现过「死亡威胁」事件。严重的资金问题和复杂的「政治内斗」,让 FF 91 的交付继续蒙上一层厚重的阴霾。抓紧量产的曙光转折发生在 9 月,贾跃亭为法拉第未来带来了接近 1 亿美元融资,作为交换条件,对立派的 Swenson、Krolicki 和 Vogels 将要自愿离开董事会,三个董事会席位将由 FF Global 的成员取代。很显然,贾跃亭成为了这场「火拼内斗」的最终赢家。而在 10-11 月份期间,法拉第未来与一家投资管理公司的关联公司达成了信贷协议,投资公司承诺将会为 FF 量产提供至少 2 亿美元的资金,而法拉第未来有权选择将融资金额提升到 3.5 亿美元,用以支持 FF 91 的恢复量产。同时在另一边,FF 高层也持续进行着大刀阔斧的内部改革。在对法拉第未来上市以来的业绩做出全面评估之后,董事会正式解除了毕福康的 CEO 职务,转而任命陈雪峰为新任 CEO,法拉第未来再次迎来中国人掌舵。按照董事会的说法,突发的换帅动作是为了推动 FF 91 低价高质地进行交付。随着新融资的到来和管理层的调整,法拉第未来开始重回正轨,贾跃亭在此期间透露,FF 91 获得了超预期的产品性能测试,在生产基地落地后,FF 91 正式交付仅有「一步之遥」。紧接着在同年的 12 月,法拉第未来内部对外公布首批交付时间表,FF 91 Futurist 预计在 2023 年 3 月底正式投产加州工厂,4 月初完成量产车落地交付。但,法拉第未来也坦言,要想按照计划进行 FF 91 Futurist 的量产还缺少一笔 1.35 亿美元的关键融资。真正带给资本信心的是,在 2023 年 1 月,法拉第未来将计划量产的 FF 91 Futurist 重新带回到了「梦开始的地方」,时隔 6 年,法拉第未来重返美国 CES 展会,这是一个走入交付的有力信号。基本也是在同一时期,法拉第未来与中国黄冈市政府达成了不具约束力的合作框架协议,推动中美双主场战略的落地,未来 FF 汽车的中国总部将会落地黄冈市,同时也会保留位于洛杉矶的全球总部。FF 91 Futurist 运抵中国进行本土测试更有意思的是,贾跃亭还上演了一出「王者归来」的戏码,在 3 月 2 日,法拉第未来董事会正式宣布贾跃亭回归未来执行官,贾跃亭将会对 FF 产品、移动生态系统以及先进研发技术部门负责,并与现任 CEO 陈雪峰一同向董事会汇报。成体系的「拨乱反正」下,法拉第未来迅速筹集到了 1.35 亿美元的融资,在收到这笔关键的融资后,法拉第未来正式迈出了「量产」这一步。在今年的 3 月 30
