href=\"https://laohu8.com/S/NIO\">蔚来</a>,刚与高瓴资本分手,又传出吉利要入局,这对于<a href=\"https://laohu8.com/S/NIO\">蔚来</a>而言,或将是一次重大的转折。</p>\n<p><b>与高瓴资本分手</b></p>\n<p>北京时间2月15日,根据高瓴资本向美国证券交易委员会(SEC)提交的文件显示,截至2019年12月31日,高瓴资本已清仓蔚来汽车所有股份。</p>\n<p>值得注意的是,这次高瓴资本不止清仓了蔚来的股票,截至2019年末,还清仓了<a href=\"https://laohu8.com/S/MOMO\">陌陌</a>、<a href=\"https://laohu8.com/S/AAPL\">苹果</a>、<a href=\"https://laohu8.com/S/TSLA\">特斯拉</a>等热门公司股票,同时还减仓了不少科技股,转而加仓了生物医药、互联网视频公司。</p>\n<p>从高瓴资本的动作来看,显而易见,这是已经抛弃新能源汽车,转向了新的投资方向。</p>\n<p>不过,由于蔚来成立之初,高瓴资本就以1亿美元领投蔚来A轮融资,并在C轮及C+轮继续跟投蔚来。在蔚来IPO时,高瓴资本的持股比例达到7.5%,成为蔚来的第三大股东。</p>\n<p>而就在资本寒潮迫近的2019年,蔚来仍获得了包括高瓴资本以及<a href=\"https://laohu8.com/S/00700\">腾讯</a>的投资,合计6.5亿美元。</p>\n<p>可以说高瓴资本是蔚来上市前的重要投资者,并且曾坚定地看好蔚来,因此这次高瓴资本的清仓,不免引来诸多猜测。</p>\n<p>对于高瓴资本与蔚来分手的原因,有分析人士告诉钛媒体,“新能源车企由于同业竞争太厉害,存在很多不确定因素。不可能在最低点买入也不可能在最高点卖出。只要认为估值太高的情况下,或者是业绩已经不能支撑股价的情况之下,清仓股票都是正常的。”</p>\n<p>众所周知,高瓴资本擅长投资TMT、消费、生物医药、企业服务四个领域,此次清仓新能源领域蔚来和特斯拉的股票,或只是因为看到了更好的投资标的。</p>\n<p>在他看来,这就是一场生意,无关乎太多其他。资本都是逐利的,蔚来持续亏损,短期难以盈利,有资本选择放弃也实属正常,不必大惊小怪。</p>\n<p><b>吉利或入局</b></p>\n<p>2月18日,又有消息传出吉利拟投资3亿美元入股蔚来。对此,吉利与蔚来方面均回复“对该消息不予置评,市场信息以官方公告为准。”</p>\n<p>虽然吉利是否入局蔚来,尚未有定论,但业内不少人认为这并非是空穴来风,存在一定的可能性。</p>\n<p>不管是站在蔚来的立场,还是站在吉利的立场,对于双方而言,这都是一桩双赢的好买卖。</p>\n<p>对于蔚来而言,吉利的入股,不仅能解决现金流困局的燃眉之急,还能帮助提振市场信心;而对于吉利而言,则可以通过入股蔚来,快速拿下新能源汽车高端品牌,扩大市场份额。</p>\n<p>这些年,吉利一直在“买买买”中,不断扩大自己的汽车版图。入股沃尔沃、戴姆勒,再到收购路特斯,并曝出投资<a href=\"https://laohu8.com/S/AML.UK\">阿斯顿马丁</a>,吉利从未停下扩张的脚步。</p>\n<p>虽然吉利旗下已拥有了几何、领克两个高端品牌,但与蔚来的定位并不同,有行业人士表示,蔚来极有可能在细分领域中成为领头羊,对于传统车企而言,蔚来是很好的投资标的。在车市惨淡的当下,传统车企与造车新势力之间达成投资、合资、合作,也是一种生存之法。</p>\n<p>值得注意的是,此前就曾传出<a href=\"https://laohu8.com/S/00175\">吉利汽车</a>、<a href=\"https://laohu8.com/S/02238\">广汽集团</a>、<a href=\"https://laohu8.com/S/600104\">上汽集团</a>等正在竞购蔚来,不过,最终蔚来会走向何处,目前还难以下结论。</p>\n<p>有沃尔沃的前车之鉴,若吉利能入局,蔚来或将很快迎来转机。</p>\n<p><b>蔚来自救</b></p>\n<p>从成立到现在,蔚来一直饱受争议,时不时会传出“缺钱”。</p>\n<p>年后,由于疫情的影响,业内普遍认为许多中小企业的现金流会出现严重危机。不过,蔚来在短时间内获得了两笔融资。</p>\n<p>2月6日,蔚来汽车宣布已经分别发行价值7000万美元和3000万美元两笔总计1亿美元的可转换债券,并已按计划完成。此后,蔚来汽车又与两家亚洲投资基金签订可转换债券认购协议,以非公开发行方式向购买方发行和出售本金总额1亿美元可转换债券。</p>\n<p>截至今天,蔚来在2020年已公告累计完成2亿美元的可转债融资。</p>\n<p>对于业界期待的重大战略性融资,蔚来方面表示:“其他融资项目仍在进行,已取得积极进展。我们会根据披露要求对融资项目的进展进行披露。目前阶段,蔚来主要聚焦在可以给在中国的业务发展和效率提升带来战略价值的融资项目。”</p>\n<p>除了在融资方面,蔚来率先实现了突破,在销售运营方面,蔚来汽车联合创始人、总裁秦力洪称,蔚来做了一些创新性的调整,如社交平台直播、短视频介绍车辆卖点;建立微信群,保持与用户交流沟通等。</p>\n<p>由于蔚来有着完善的线上销售链路布局,选配和购车可以通过APP进行,再加上一直提供的上门交车服务,这也能够使用户可以放心购车。</p>\n<p>目前,蔚来在其官方微信公众号上已开放了“云看车”入口,针对不同区域的客户,蔚来将分时段进行直播,每场直播的时间持续一个小时。至于该直播模式,到底能吸引来多少有效客户,还需要时间的验证。</p>\n<p>不过,当下各大车企都在尝试线上卖车、直播卖车,蔚来的“云看车”也是一种不错的自救方法。</p>\n<p><b>小结</b></p>\n<p>在疫情的影响之下,深陷现金流困扰的企业,除了蔚来,还有很多中小企业,也都面临着求生存、活下去的焦虑和压力。</p>\n<p>蔚来的难,何以来解?除了自救,还需要各方面的助力,共克时艰,熬过冬天。</p>\n<p>蔚来的未来,路漫漫其修远兮……</p>","source":"taimeiti","collect":0,"html":"<!DOCTYPE Link</a>\n\n</div>\n\n\n</article>\n</div>\n</body>\n</html>\n","type":0,"thumbnail":"https://static.tigerbbs.com/eebab619623966f6e7115434f653b888","relate_stocks":{"NIO":"蔚来"},"source_url":"https://www.tmtpost.com/4253506.html","is_english":false,"share_image_url":"https://static.laohu8.com/e9f99090a1c2ed51c021029395664489","article_id":"1138242606","content_text":"作者/张敏\n这是谁也没有想到的,刚刚进入2020年,就遭遇了开年的第一只黑天鹅。\n这次疫情,无疑给中国的汽车行业按下了暂停键。由于此次病毒有较长的潜伏期,整个汽车行业进入正常状态或许要到三、四月份。\n车市下行之中,又遇疫情,整个汽车产业链上下游的企业都受到了巨大的冲击,资金雄厚的传统车企或许还能等得起,对于造车新势力而言,却经不起耗。\n作为造车新势力的头部企业蔚来,刚与高瓴资本分手,又传出吉利要入局,这对于蔚来而言,或将是一次重大的转折。\n与高瓴资本分手\n北京时间2月15日,根据高瓴资本向美国证券交易委员会(SEC)提交的文件显示,截至2019年12月31日,高瓴资本已清仓蔚来汽车所有股份。\n值得注意的是,这次高瓴资本不止清仓了蔚来的股票,截至2019年末,还清仓了陌陌、苹果、特斯拉等热门公司股票,同时还减仓了不少科技股,转而加仓了生物医药、互联网视频公司。\n从高瓴资本的动作来看,显而易见,这是已经抛弃新能源汽车,转向了新的投资方向。\n不过,由于蔚来成立之初,高瓴资本就以1亿美元领投蔚来A轮融资,并在C轮及C+轮继续跟投蔚来。在蔚来IPO时,高瓴资本的持股比例达到7.5%,成为蔚来的第三大股东。\n而就在资本寒潮迫近的2019年,蔚来仍获得了包括高瓴资本以及腾讯的投资,合计6.5亿美元。\n可以说高瓴资本是蔚来上市前的重要投资者,并且曾坚定地看好蔚来,因此这次高瓴资本的清仓,不免引来诸多猜测。\n对于高瓴资本与蔚来分手的原因,有分析人士告诉钛媒体,“新能源车企由于同业竞争太厉害,存在很多不确定因素。不可能在最低点买入也不可能在最高点卖出。只要认为估值太高的情况下,或者是业绩已经不能支撑股价的情况之下,清仓股票都是正常的。”\n众所周知,高瓴资本擅长投资TMT、消费、生物医药、企业服务四个领域,此次清仓新能源领域蔚来和特斯拉的股票,或只是因为看到了更好的投资标的。\n在他看来,这就是一场生意,无关乎太多其他。资本都是逐利的,蔚来持续亏损,短期难以盈利,有资本选择放弃也实属正常,不必大惊小怪。\n吉利或入局\n2月18日,又有消息传出吉利拟投资3亿美元入股蔚来。对此,吉利与蔚来方面均回复“对该消息不予置评,市场信息以官方公告为准。”\n虽然吉利是否入局蔚来,尚未有定论,但业内不少人认为这并非是空穴来风,存在一定的可能性。\n不管是站在蔚来的立场,还是站在吉利的立场,对于双方而言,这都是一桩双赢的好买卖。\n对于蔚来而言,吉利的入股,不仅能解决现金流困局的燃眉之急,还能帮助提振市场信心;而对于吉利而言,则可以通过入股蔚来,快速拿下新能源汽车高端品牌,扩大市场份额。\n这些年,吉利一直在“买买买”中,不断扩大自己的汽车版图。入股沃尔沃、戴姆勒,再到收购路特斯,并曝出投资阿斯顿马丁,吉利从未停下扩张的脚步。\n虽然吉利旗下已拥有了几何、领克两个高端品牌,但与蔚来的定位并不同,有行业人士表示,蔚来极有可能在细分领域中成为领头羊,对于传统车企而言,蔚来是很好的投资标的。在车市惨淡的当下,传统车企与造车新势力之间达成投资、合资、合作,也是一种生存之法。\n值得注意的是,此前就曾传出吉利汽车、广汽集团、上汽集团等正在竞购蔚来,不过,最终蔚来会走向何处,目前还难以下结论。\n有沃尔沃的前车之鉴,若吉利能入局,蔚来或将很快迎来转机。\n蔚来自救\n从成立到现在,蔚来一直饱受争议,时不时会传出“缺钱”。\n年后,由于疫情的影响,业内普遍认为许多中小企业的现金流会出现严重危机。不过,蔚来在短时间内获得了两笔融资。\n2月6日,蔚来汽车宣布已经分别发行价值7000万美元和3000万美元两笔总计1亿美元的可转换债券,并已按计划完成。此后,蔚来汽车又与两家亚洲投资基金签订可转换债券认购协议,以非公开发行方式向购买方发行和出售本金总额1亿美元可转换债券。\n截至今天,蔚来在2020年已公告累计完成2亿美元的可转债融资。\n对于业界期待的重大战略性融资,蔚来方面表示:“其他融资项目仍在进行,已取得积极进展。我们会根据披露要求对融资项目的进展进行披露。目前阶段,蔚来主要聚焦在可以给在中国的业务发展和效率提升带来战略价值的融资项目。”\n除了在融资方面,蔚来率先实现了突破,在销售运营方面,蔚来汽车联合创始人、总裁秦力洪称,蔚来做了一些创新性的调整,如社交平台直播、短视频介绍车辆卖点;建立微信群,保持与用户交流沟通等。\n由于蔚来有着完善的线上销售链路布局,选配和购车可以通过APP进行,再加上一直提供的上门交车服务,这也能够使用户可以放心购车。\n目前,蔚来在其官方微信公众号上已开放了“云看车”入口,针对不同区域的客户,蔚来将分时段进行直播,每场直播的时间持续一个小时。至于该直播模式,到底能吸引来多少有效客户,还需要时间的验证。\n不过,当下各大车企都在尝试线上卖车、直播卖车,蔚来的“云看车”也是一种不错的自救方法。\n小结\n在疫情的影响之下,深陷现金流困扰的企业,除了蔚来,还有很多中小企业,也都面临着求生存、活下去的焦虑和压力。\n蔚来的难,何以来解?除了自救,还需要各方面的助力,共克时艰,熬过冬天。\n蔚来的未来,路漫漫其修远兮……","news_type":1},"isVote":1,"tweetType":1,"viewCount":1363,"authorTweetTopStatus":1,"verified":2,"comments":[],"imageCount":0,"langContent":"CN","totalScore":0},{"id":915465868,"gmtCreate":1580913387754,"gmtModify":1704342846116,"author":{"id":"3482123665482074","authorId":"3482123665482074","name":"罗杰乐高","avatar":"https://static.laohu8.com/default-avatar.jpg","crmLevel":3,"crmLevelSwitch":0,"followedFlag":false,"idStr":"3482123665482074","authorIdStr":"3482123665482074"},"themes":[],"htmlText":"<a href=\"https://laohu8.com/S/NIO\">蔚来</a>,刚与高瓴资本分手,又传出吉利要入局,这对于<a href=\"https://laohu8.com/S/NIO\">蔚来</a>而言,或将是一次重大的转折。</p>\n<p><b>与高瓴资本分手</b></p>\n<p>北京时间2月15日,根据高瓴资本向美国证券交易委员会(SEC)提交的文件显示,截至2019年12月31日,高瓴资本已清仓蔚来汽车所有股份。</p>\n<p>值得注意的是,这次高瓴资本不止清仓了蔚来的股票,截至2019年末,还清仓了<a href=\"https://laohu8.com/S/MOMO\">陌陌</a>、<a href=\"https://laohu8.com/S/AAPL\">苹果</a>、<a href=\"https://laohu8.com/S/TSLA\">特斯拉</a>等热门公司股票,同时还减仓了不少科技股,转而加仓了生物医药、互联网视频公司。</p>\n<p>从高瓴资本的动作来看,显而易见,这是已经抛弃新能源汽车,转向了新的投资方向。</p>\n<p>不过,由于蔚来成立之初,高瓴资本就以1亿美元领投蔚来A轮融资,并在C轮及C+轮继续跟投蔚来。在蔚来IPO时,高瓴资本的持股比例达到7.5%,成为蔚来的第三大股东。</p>\n<p>而就在资本寒潮迫近的2019年,蔚来仍获得了包括高瓴资本以及<a href=\"https://laohu8.com/S/00700\">腾讯</a>的投资,合计6.5亿美元。</p>\n<p>可以说高瓴资本是蔚来上市前的重要投资者,并且曾坚定地看好蔚来,因此这次高瓴资本的清仓,不免引来诸多猜测。</p>\n<p>对于高瓴资本与蔚来分手的原因,有分析人士告诉钛媒体,“新能源车企由于同业竞争太厉害,存在很多不确定因素。不可能在最低点买入也不可能在最高点卖出。只要认为估值太高的情况下,或者是业绩已经不能支撑股价的情况之下,清仓股票都是正常的。”</p>\n<p>众所周知,高瓴资本擅长投资TMT、消费、生物医药、企业服务四个领域,此次清仓新能源领域蔚来和特斯拉的股票,或只是因为看到了更好的投资标的。</p>\n<p>在他看来,这就是一场生意,无关乎太多其他。资本都是逐利的,蔚来持续亏损,短期难以盈利,有资本选择放弃也实属正常,不必大惊小怪。</p>\n<p><b>吉利或入局</b></p>\n<p>2月18日,又有消息传出吉利拟投资3亿美元入股蔚来。对此,吉利与蔚来方面均回复“对该消息不予置评,市场信息以官方公告为准。”</p>\n<p>虽然吉利是否入局蔚来,尚未有定论,但业内不少人认为这并非是空穴来风,存在一定的可能性。</p>\n<p>不管是站在蔚来的立场,还是站在吉利的立场,对于双方而言,这都是一桩双赢的好买卖。</p>\n<p>对于蔚来而言,吉利的入股,不仅能解决现金流困局的燃眉之急,还能帮助提振市场信心;而对于吉利而言,则可以通过入股蔚来,快速拿下新能源汽车高端品牌,扩大市场份额。</p>\n<p>这些年,吉利一直在“买买买”中,不断扩大自己的汽车版图。入股沃尔沃、戴姆勒,再到收购路特斯,并曝出投资<a href=\"https://laohu8.com/S/AML.UK\">阿斯顿马丁</a>,吉利从未停下扩张的脚步。</p>\n<p>虽然吉利旗下已拥有了几何、领克两个高端品牌,但与蔚来的定位并不同,有行业人士表示,蔚来极有可能在细分领域中成为领头羊,对于传统车企而言,蔚来是很好的投资标的。在车市惨淡的当下,传统车企与造车新势力之间达成投资、合资、合作,也是一种生存之法。</p>\n<p>值得注意的是,此前就曾传出<a href=\"https://laohu8.com/S/00175\">吉利汽车</a>、<a href=\"https://laohu8.com/S/02238\">广汽集团</a>、<a href=\"https://laohu8.com/S/600104\">上汽集团</a>等正在竞购蔚来,不过,最终蔚来会走向何处,目前还难以下结论。</p>\n<p>有沃尔沃的前车之鉴,若吉利能入局,蔚来或将很快迎来转机。</p>\n<p><b>蔚来自救</b></p>\n<p>从成立到现在,蔚来一直饱受争议,时不时会传出“缺钱”。</p>\n<p>年后,由于疫情的影响,业内普遍认为许多中小企业的现金流会出现严重危机。不过,蔚来在短时间内获得了两笔融资。</p>\n<p>2月6日,蔚来汽车宣布已经分别发行价值7000万美元和3000万美元两笔总计1亿美元的可转换债券,并已按计划完成。此后,蔚来汽车又与两家亚洲投资基金签订可转换债券认购协议,以非公开发行方式向购买方发行和出售本金总额1亿美元可转换债券。</p>\n<p>截至今天,蔚来在2020年已公告累计完成2亿美元的可转债融资。</p>\n<p>对于业界期待的重大战略性融资,蔚来方面表示:“其他融资项目仍在进行,已取得积极进展。我们会根据披露要求对融资项目的进展进行披露。目前阶段,蔚来主要聚焦在可以给在中国的业务发展和效率提升带来战略价值的融资项目。”</p>\n<p>除了在融资方面,蔚来率先实现了突破,在销售运营方面,蔚来汽车联合创始人、总裁秦力洪称,蔚来做了一些创新性的调整,如社交平台直播、短视频介绍车辆卖点;建立微信群,保持与用户交流沟通等。</p>\n<p>由于蔚来有着完善的线上销售链路布局,选配和购车可以通过APP进行,再加上一直提供的上门交车服务,这也能够使用户可以放心购车。</p>\n<p>目前,蔚来在其官方微信公众号上已开放了“云看车”入口,针对不同区域的客户,蔚来将分时段进行直播,每场直播的时间持续一个小时。至于该直播模式,到底能吸引来多少有效客户,还需要时间的验证。</p>\n<p>不过,当下各大车企都在尝试线上卖车、直播卖车,蔚来的“云看车”也是一种不错的自救方法。</p>\n<p><b>小结</b></p>\n<p>在疫情的影响之下,深陷现金流困扰的企业,除了蔚来,还有很多中小企业,也都面临着求生存、活下去的焦虑和压力。</p>\n<p>蔚来的难,何以来解?除了自救,还需要各方面的助力,共克时艰,熬过冬天。</p>\n<p>蔚来的未来,路漫漫其修远兮……</p>","source":"taimeiti","collect":0,"html":"<!DOCTYPE Link</a>\n\n</div>\n\n\n</article>\n</div>\n</body>\n</html>\n","type":0,"thumbnail":"https://static.tigerbbs.com/eebab619623966f6e7115434f653b888","relate_stocks":{"NIO":"蔚来"},"source_url":"https://www.tmtpost.com/4253506.html","is_english":false,"share_image_url":"https://static.laohu8.com/e9f99090a1c2ed51c021029395664489","article_id":"1138242606","content_text":"作者/张敏\n这是谁也没有想到的,刚刚进入2020年,就遭遇了开年的第一只黑天鹅。\n这次疫情,无疑给中国的汽车行业按下了暂停键。由于此次病毒有较长的潜伏期,整个汽车行业进入正常状态或许要到三、四月份。\n车市下行之中,又遇疫情,整个汽车产业链上下游的企业都受到了巨大的冲击,资金雄厚的传统车企或许还能等得起,对于造车新势力而言,却经不起耗。\n作为造车新势力的头部企业蔚来,刚与高瓴资本分手,又传出吉利要入局,这对于蔚来而言,或将是一次重大的转折。\n与高瓴资本分手\n北京时间2月15日,根据高瓴资本向美国证券交易委员会(SEC)提交的文件显示,截至2019年12月31日,高瓴资本已清仓蔚来汽车所有股份。\n值得注意的是,这次高瓴资本不止清仓了蔚来的股票,截至2019年末,还清仓了陌陌、苹果、特斯拉等热门公司股票,同时还减仓了不少科技股,转而加仓了生物医药、互联网视频公司。\n从高瓴资本的动作来看,显而易见,这是已经抛弃新能源汽车,转向了新的投资方向。\n不过,由于蔚来成立之初,高瓴资本就以1亿美元领投蔚来A轮融资,并在C轮及C+轮继续跟投蔚来。在蔚来IPO时,高瓴资本的持股比例达到7.5%,成为蔚来的第三大股东。\n而就在资本寒潮迫近的2019年,蔚来仍获得了包括高瓴资本以及腾讯的投资,合计6.5亿美元。\n可以说高瓴资本是蔚来上市前的重要投资者,并且曾坚定地看好蔚来,因此这次高瓴资本的清仓,不免引来诸多猜测。\n对于高瓴资本与蔚来分手的原因,有分析人士告诉钛媒体,“新能源车企由于同业竞争太厉害,存在很多不确定因素。不可能在最低点买入也不可能在最高点卖出。只要认为估值太高的情况下,或者是业绩已经不能支撑股价的情况之下,清仓股票都是正常的。”\n众所周知,高瓴资本擅长投资TMT、消费、生物医药、企业服务四个领域,此次清仓新能源领域蔚来和特斯拉的股票,或只是因为看到了更好的投资标的。\n在他看来,这就是一场生意,无关乎太多其他。资本都是逐利的,蔚来持续亏损,短期难以盈利,有资本选择放弃也实属正常,不必大惊小怪。\n吉利或入局\n2月18日,又有消息传出吉利拟投资3亿美元入股蔚来。对此,吉利与蔚来方面均回复“对该消息不予置评,市场信息以官方公告为准。”\n虽然吉利是否入局蔚来,尚未有定论,但业内不少人认为这并非是空穴来风,存在一定的可能性。\n不管是站在蔚来的立场,还是站在吉利的立场,对于双方而言,这都是一桩双赢的好买卖。\n对于蔚来而言,吉利的入股,不仅能解决现金流困局的燃眉之急,还能帮助提振市场信心;而对于吉利而言,则可以通过入股蔚来,快速拿下新能源汽车高端品牌,扩大市场份额。\n这些年,吉利一直在“买买买”中,不断扩大自己的汽车版图。入股沃尔沃、戴姆勒,再到收购路特斯,并曝出投资阿斯顿马丁,吉利从未停下扩张的脚步。\n虽然吉利旗下已拥有了几何、领克两个高端品牌,但与蔚来的定位并不同,有行业人士表示,蔚来极有可能在细分领域中成为领头羊,对于传统车企而言,蔚来是很好的投资标的。在车市惨淡的当下,传统车企与造车新势力之间达成投资、合资、合作,也是一种生存之法。\n值得注意的是,此前就曾传出吉利汽车、广汽集团、上汽集团等正在竞购蔚来,不过,最终蔚来会走向何处,目前还难以下结论。\n有沃尔沃的前车之鉴,若吉利能入局,蔚来或将很快迎来转机。\n蔚来自救\n从成立到现在,蔚来一直饱受争议,时不时会传出“缺钱”。\n年后,由于疫情的影响,业内普遍认为许多中小企业的现金流会出现严重危机。不过,蔚来在短时间内获得了两笔融资。\n2月6日,蔚来汽车宣布已经分别发行价值7000万美元和3000万美元两笔总计1亿美元的可转换债券,并已按计划完成。此后,蔚来汽车又与两家亚洲投资基金签订可转换债券认购协议,以非公开发行方式向购买方发行和出售本金总额1亿美元可转换债券。\n截至今天,蔚来在2020年已公告累计完成2亿美元的可转债融资。\n对于业界期待的重大战略性融资,蔚来方面表示:“其他融资项目仍在进行,已取得积极进展。我们会根据披露要求对融资项目的进展进行披露。目前阶段,蔚来主要聚焦在可以给在中国的业务发展和效率提升带来战略价值的融资项目。”\n除了在融资方面,蔚来率先实现了突破,在销售运营方面,蔚来汽车联合创始人、总裁秦力洪称,蔚来做了一些创新性的调整,如社交平台直播、短视频介绍车辆卖点;建立微信群,保持与用户交流沟通等。\n由于蔚来有着完善的线上销售链路布局,选配和购车可以通过APP进行,再加上一直提供的上门交车服务,这也能够使用户可以放心购车。\n目前,蔚来在其官方微信公众号上已开放了“云看车”入口,针对不同区域的客户,蔚来将分时段进行直播,每场直播的时间持续一个小时。至于该直播模式,到底能吸引来多少有效客户,还需要时间的验证。\n不过,当下各大车企都在尝试线上卖车、直播卖车,蔚来的“云看车”也是一种不错的自救方法。\n小结\n在疫情的影响之下,深陷现金流困扰的企业,除了蔚来,还有很多中小企业,也都面临着求生存、活下去的焦虑和压力。\n蔚来的难,何以来解?除了自救,还需要各方面的助力,共克时艰,熬过冬天。\n蔚来的未来,路漫漫其修远兮……","news_type":1},"isVote":1,"tweetType":1,"viewCount":1363,"authorTweetTopStatus":1,"verified":2,"comments":[],"imageCount":0,"langContent":"CN","totalScore":0},{"id":266488,"gmtCreate":1536868064829,"gmtModify":1704773369990,"author":{"id":"3482123665482074","authorId":"3482123665482074","name":"罗杰乐高","avatar":"https://static.laohu8.com/default-avatar.jpg","crmLevel":3,"crmLevelSwitch":0,"followedFlag":false,"idStr":"3482123665482074","authorIdStr":"3482123665482074"},"themes":[],"htmlText":"$蔚来汽车(NIO)$
