The fundamentals and execution of the business plan are enviable. The tailwinds for the company are great ( aka bank charter and student loan payments starting back plus many more). Just laugh at the swings, hold long term, soon you'll reap your reward for being patient and smart. If we have a bad 2022 we will only double our money. I will have to live with that if it happens. $Unity Software Inc.(U)$ I don’t think I’ve seen a good company so oversold. Omicron is not going to be much of a big deal if vaccinations continue apace. An interest rate hike to 1.5-2% is not that big of a deal; growth companies have matured just fine with those kinds of rates in the past (Amazon$Amazon.com(AMZN)$ , anyone?). This does open a buying opportunity for those who missed the earlier run-up, but Unity is still a fundamentally sound growth company. I’d get in here if I weren’t already.

$Pfizer(PFE)$ i am a novice investor. in a raging pandemic what a simple minded country boy like me will buy? pfe with best in class vaccine and best in class medication. that is the end of the story for me. that is all the analysis i need. stay safe which is much more important than profit in pfe stock.

$Meta Platforms, Inc.(FB)$ FB picked a bad time to trail down from $380. Now $310 and Omni will carry forward for a while…or the next variant. Back to square April 2021 ($310). I really thought this was going to hit $400 and split. Woefully wrong. Not sure where it goes from. No one knows. $310 is not a good look.

I'm still puzzled as to why there is still such a merger gap between AMD and $XLNX. I have never seen that large of a gap for a merger. I don't think it has anything to do with doubt about the merger closing, but more about the valuations of each company at the close. I believe the market thinks XLNX is close to fully valued now post-merger so investors won't bid it up much higher. That implies that the market believes AMD is going to drop, which is contrary to the recent market pressure on AMD which is up. So let's assume the market thinks XLNX is within 5% of its closing valuation. That says they're expecting a high of about $240 for XLNX valuation post-merger and that AMD will fall. So that implies an AMD price of about $140 post merger. I don't know how else to explain the low 1.44 rat

Added a lot$Zoom(ZM)$ and averaged down to 240. I think lock downs and work from home is on the rise and we repeat the ride up.Next to a subscription rise in Europe I think Zoom phone will increase revenue. If we see 5.5 bn revenue in 2022 we are all good and the SP will follow the numbers.

Real Longs, Ignore all the noises and today's SP theatrical display, because they really are. U need to always differentiate between stock manipulations and company's bad news (problems/issues). And we have not heard any bad news. We both know that nothing has changed with NVAX, we are all waiting for the next big approval (s) either EU, UK or WHO. At the meantime, this has become business as usual with SP manipulations until we get there. I also believe we are going to have a different take on the whole thing by the Holidays.
