justify;\">2007年,英国电信巨头沃达丰以111亿美元收购李嘉诚旗下印度电信产业。交易未在印度进行、也不涉及印度公司。但印度监管部门却坚持要求沃丰达缴纳20亿美元转让所得税,最后<strong>甚至不惜修改法律</strong>,向沃丰达索要税款、罚款、滞纳金累计50亿美元。<strong>印度最高法院在相关判决中一面倒支持印度政府,令国际社会瞠目。案子最终打上海牙国际仲裁庭,印度政府被判败诉,才作罢。</strong></p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>据不完全统计,2014年至2021年,共有2783家跨国公司关闭了印度公司或办事处。而印度总共大约只有1.2万家外企。近7年在印跨国企业的注册数量,已经从每年200家已经缩减到去年年底不到70家。</strong></p><p style=\"text-align:
