十二星座中对狮子座的描述是,阳光、热情、自信。汇丰晋信的基金经理陆彬就是典型的狮子座。</p>\n<p> 作为生于1989年的新生代基金经理,陆彬有个非常漂亮的成绩。他管理时间超过1年的两只基金近一年涨幅全部翻倍,同类排名位居前列。</p>\n<p> 对于这样的成绩,陆彬将其归结为“运气好”,但这并不能否定他的努力。“勤奋”是他身上最明显的标签之一。每周16*7小时的工作时间,每天早晨5点多到公司,日复一日,周而复始,但陆彬却乐此不疲。投资对他来说才是最大的乐趣所在。</p>\n<p> 陆彬是汇丰晋信公认的“新能源一哥”。去年,在市场普遍不看好的时候,坚定看好新能源并买入,最终结果是,他给他的投资者带来了丰厚的收益。</p>\n<p> 11月2日,《新能源汽车产业发展规划(2021-2035年)》正式发布,从政策层面再度彰显了对新能源发展的支持力度。</p>\n<p> 但有意思的是,他为了研究新能源特意买了一辆特斯拉,使用后也是赞不绝口,他的偶像是马斯克。即便如此,如果他可以买美股,他还是会明确拒绝特斯拉。</p>\n<p> “这并不代表我不看好这个行业和特斯拉这家企业,只是我觉得现在很难把握这类投资机会。我希望去寻找确定性更高、回报率更好的行业。”陆彬说,估值和价格是他天平的两端。</p>\n<p> 对于目前市场大热的消费股、金融股,都没有在他的投资范围内。“因为现在我可以在其他领域找到可以获得更好回报的投资机会。”他说。</p>\n<p> “逆向、成长、交易”是他的投资风格。他的投资方法也灵活多变。他说性格会影响投资,他的性格会让他不断去寻找更多更大的新机会,不断拓展投资边界,提前布局,因为投资从来都需要前瞻性。</p>\n<p> 在采访过程中,每当提到投资话题时,陆彬总是难掩兴奋。他觉得投资是件很酷的事。</p>\n<p> 他直言,很喜欢公募基金经理这一职业,因为可以服务很多人,不断为投资者创造价值,并且可以用客观业绩表现证明自己的判断,这给他带来满足感。当然,业绩不及预期的时候,他也会有些失落。</p>\n<p> 金融市场诱惑很多,但最需要的是坚守和良心。“我做任何事情,出发点都是摸着良心去做的。”陆彬说,“我会像珍惜妈妈的退休金那样对待客户的每一分本金。”</p>\n<p> “我从来不觉得自己比别人知道更多、更聪明。我永远以一个比较低的姿态去做投研。自己能够做的只有投入更多的时间。”陆彬说。</p>\n<p> 用互联网思维看待新能源车</p>\n<p> 《读数一帜》:对新能源行业的未来怎么看?</p>\n<p> 陆彬:我把今年看作“新能源元年”。</p>\n<p> 首先,我认为新能源行业未来5年-10年有10倍的空间,这是一个大的逻辑,我们觉得这个行业将迎来黄金十年;第二,这个行业最优秀的公司、各个细分行业的龙头绝大多数都在A股,目前标的股的估值比科技和消费类股票都更便宜。同时还有国内政策大力扶持,所以我非常看好。</p>\n<p> 但是,机会和风险并存,新能源行业的机会是未来前景广阔,风险则在于行业政策、技术和估值的波动很大,这个行业不像把握某些消费品行业,买进去可以一直持有不动。</p>\n<p> 《读数一帜》:当前新能源股票还值得入手吗?</p>\n<p> 陆彬:目前到了矛盾点。新能源股票的基本面是非常好的,但是估值水平也相对偏高。如果再高,我可能就不会选择了。今年国家的支持力度是超预期的,一些相关企业的财务数据也很漂亮,但是应该看到,与去年相比,它的估值也上涨了好几倍。</p>\n<p> 《读数一帜》:新能源汽车产业的一个现象是,一些公司量产没几辆,但是估值飞上天,如何看待这种现象?</p>\n<p> 陆彬:我们不能用传统的思维去判断,新能源车的发展利用的是互联网思维,我们要跳出传统思维来看待这个问题。</p>\n<p> 传统方法是车企提高产量,进行融资。但是互联网思维更多的是考虑未来,未来这个企业可以实现的地位和发展。这就是互联网思维,它更看重的是先发优势。当然,也要感谢现在的资本市场,这样的企业会在市场上融到资。</p>\n<p> 通过降价促销量,打广告,渠道下沉,4S店维护,这都是传统的汽车思路,偏传统的制造业的方法。但是电动车未来的思路是和手机一样的。随着行业发展,性价比会越来越高。</p>\n<p> 我们总是习惯投资传统企业,因为有实实在在的利润。但是即便如此,这样的企业也有大的风险,因为有盈利的波动。而且,一般已经产生利润的行业基本上都是成熟的。</p>\n<p> 市场在变,机构投资者的比例越来越高。我们不会像过去那样简单的看盈利波动,我们考虑更多的是:暂时的利润牺牲,未来可以换来什么?在这个问题上,个人投资者和机构投资者的理解是有差距的。</p>\n<p> 《读数一帜》:风口来了,资本会扎堆,行业一定会鱼目混杂,而且也可能面临发展不及预期的情况,如何避免风险?</p>\n<p> 陆彬:我们更多的把研究放在投资的产业链上。新能源车只是我们用来跟踪观察行业的一个窗口,但是我们不会花费很多时间去判断具体哪家公司可以走出来,这是市场发展的自然结果,搞清楚对于我们来说意义并不大。我们看中的是整个产业链上的机会。</p>\n<p> 所以,判断好行业趋势非常重要。我们没有能力判断究竟是哪家企业可以走到最后,所以我会把更多的研究放到我们觉得哪家企业不可以,然后从我们的标的池中剔除。基金是做组合管理,在标的池中我会配置我看好的企业。</p>\n<p> 当然,标的池是做动态调整的。对于那些掉队的,发展不及预期的,我们会剔除或者调低比例,发展超出预期的,会调高。我们做的是组合,要确定性,而不是去赌。</p>\n<p> href=\"https://laohu8.com/S/300785\">值得买</a></span><span></span>?未必。因为还要看估值。如果估值过高,即便是十分优秀的股票,我依然会剔除在外。</p>\n<p> 价格和估值就是天平的两端,我要做的是如何将两者平衡。</p>\n<p> 其实,性格对一个人的投资影响很大。我的性格就是喜欢去找一些把握比较大,确定性的机会。我为什么会逆向投资?因为我不喜欢人多的地方。</p>\n<p> 投资框架最重要的核心是怎么去把握,是否能坚守。每个人都有自己的投资框架,但是我觉得最重要的不是投资框架如何,而是在于是否适合你,尤其是在逆风逆水的时候是否会去坚守。</p>\n<p> 《读数一帜》:如何看待投资?</p>\n<p> 陆彬:投资是需要有前瞻性的,如果投资只看到现在,那就早已落后了。去年9月份有人开始卖出新能源,当时市场对新能源的反应是很消极负面的,但是我们在买。因为我们已经看到了一年之后。现在政府都在鼓励,市场无形之手也在发挥作用。我们不是看现在,我们是看以后会怎么样。</p>\n<p> 《读数一帜》:谈谈对今年A股的看法?</p>\n<p> 陆彬:第一,到今年底,大的判断是至少不会有大的系统性风险。第二,风格会更加均衡,更看重基本面。</p>\n<p> 不会买特斯拉股票</p>\n<p> 《读数一帜》:如果你可以投资美股,你会买特斯拉的股票吗?</p>\n<p> href=\"https://laohu8.com/S/600519\">贵州茅台</a></span><span></span>吗?</p>\n<p> 陆彬:不会。一个人的性格会影响投资,以我的性格很难长期持有贵州茅台,也很少选择投资消费品。</p>\n<p> 《读数一帜》:所以你不会偏向龙头股?</p>\n<p> 陆彬:不会,我始终基于估值和基本面做投资判断,对于公司是否属于行业龙头或体量大小没有偏好。从历史的角度看,聚焦龙头的策略是Smart Beta,有时正有时负。过去三年的持续行情,市场给大家的幻觉好像配置行业龙头肯定是对的,但是到目前阶段,我们发现某些行业市场给龙头的估值溢价非常高。</p>\n<p> 投资需要建立信任感</p>\n<p> 《读数一帜》:一些优秀的基金经理管理的基金规模会越来越大,有的时候可能超出能力范围了,怎么看待这个问题?</p>\n<p> 陆彬:其实我考虑过这个问题。基金规模的增加,短期肯定是会摊薄收益率的,当然我的投资方法和组合构建思路也会有明显改变,希望从长期的角度尽可能降低对收益率的影响。</p>\n<p> 规模到底多大合适?只有试出来才知道。比如我最初管理规模从不到1亿元增加到20亿元-30亿元的时候感觉到很吃力,但是现在规模超过了60亿元,我觉得还可以。因为在这个过程中,我的投资方法、投资理念和配置方法都会发生变化,来适应大规模资金。最终规模天花板在哪里,是不断尝试出来的。当然,如果我还没有做好接受更大规模资金的时候,我会拒绝。</p>\n<p> 《读数一帜》:你很看重信任感?</p>\n<p> 陆彬:我的本心是想让客户通过投资基金保值增值,但是我最担心的并不是组合管理,而是客户的申购赎回与我对市场和行业机会判断相反。很多投资者基本上是越涨越乐观,越跌越悲观。我们乐观的时候,基本上是客户最为谨慎的时候。客户很多时候和我们的观点是相反的。</p>\n<p> 我觉得这个需要时间建立信任感。如果投资者对一名基金经理十分信任,他们可能就会更尊重和相信基金经理自己的选择。</p>\n<p> 作为生于1989年的新生代基金经理,陆彬有个非常漂亮的成绩。他管理时间超过1年的两只基金近一年涨幅全部翻倍,同类排名位居前列。\n 对于这样的成绩,陆彬将其归结为“运气好”,但这并不能否定他的努力。“勤奋”是他身上最明显的标签之一。每周16*7小时的工作时间,每天早晨5点多到公司,日复一日,周而复始,但陆彬却乐此不疲。投资对他来说才是最大的乐趣所在。\n 陆彬是汇丰晋信公认的“新能源一哥”。去年,在市场普遍不看好的时候,坚定看好新能源并买入,最终结果是,他给他的投资者带来了丰厚的收益。\n 11月2日,《新能源汽车产业发展规划(2021-2035年)》正式发布,从政策层面再度彰显了对新能源发展的支持力度。\n 但有意思的是,他为了研究新能源特意买了一辆特斯拉,使用后也是赞不绝口,他的偶像是马斯克。即便如此,如果他可以买美股,他还是会明确拒绝特斯拉。\n “这并不代表我不看好这个行业和特斯拉这家企业,只是我觉得现在很难把握这类投资机会。我希望去寻找确定性更高、回报率更好的行业。”陆彬说,估值和价格是他天平的两端。\n 对于目前市场大热的消费股、金融股,都没有在他的投资范围内。“因为现在我可以在其他领域找到可以获得更好回报的投资机会。”他说。\n “逆向、成长、交易”是他的投资风格。他的投资方法也灵活多变。他说性格会影响投资,他的性格会让他不断去寻找更多更大的新机会,不断拓展投资边界,提前布局,因为投资从来都需要前瞻性。\n 在采访过程中,每当提到投资话题时,陆彬总是难掩兴奋。他觉得投资是件很酷的事。\n 他直言,很喜欢公募基金经理这一职业,因为可以服务很多人,不断为投资者创造价值,并且可以用客观业绩表现证明自己的判断,这给他带来满足感。当然,业绩不及预期的时候,他也会有些失落。\n 金融市场诱惑很多,但最需要的是坚守和良心。“我做任何事情,出发点都是摸着良心去做的。”陆彬说,“我会像珍惜妈妈的退休金那样对待客户的每一分本金。”\n “我从来不觉得自己比别人知道更多、更聪明。我永远以一个比较低的姿态去做投研。自己能够做的只有投入更多的时间。”陆彬说。\n 用互联网思维看待新能源车\n 《读数一帜》:对新能源行业的未来怎么看?\n 陆彬:我把今年看作“新能源元年”。\n 首先,我认为新能源行业未来5年-10年有10倍的空间,这是一个大的逻辑,我们觉得这个行业将迎来黄金十年;第二,这个行业最优秀的公司、各个细分行业的龙头绝大多数都在A股,目前标的股的估值比科技和消费类股票都更便宜。同时还有国内政策大力扶持,所以我非常看好。\n 但是,机会和风险并存,新能源行业的机会是未来前景广阔,风险则在于行业政策、技术和估值的波动很大,这个行业不像把握某些消费品行业,买进去可以一直持有不动。\n 《读数一帜》:当前新能源股票还值得入手吗?\n 陆彬:目前到了矛盾点。新能源股票的基本面是非常好的,但是估值水平也相对偏高。如果再高,我可能就不会选择了。今年国家的支持力度是超预期的,一些相关企业的财务数据也很漂亮,但是应该看到,与去年相比,它的估值也上涨了好几倍。\n 《读数一帜》:新能源汽车产业的一个现象是,一些公司量产没几辆,但是估值飞上天,如何看待这种现象?\n 陆彬:我们不能用传统的思维去判断,新能源车的发展利用的是互联网思维,我们要跳出传统思维来看待这个问题。\n 传统方法是车企提高产量,进行融资。但是互联网思维更多的是考虑未来,未来这个企业可以实现的地位和发展。这就是互联网思维,它更看重的是先发优势。当然,也要感谢现在的资本市场,这样的企业会在市场上融到资。\n 通过降价促销量,打广告,渠道下沉,4S店维护,这都是传统的汽车思路,偏传统的制造业的方法。但是电动车未来的思路是和手机一样的。随着行业发展,性价比会越来越高。\n 我们总是习惯投资传统企业,因为有实实在在的利润。但是即便如此,这样的企业也有大的风险,因为有盈利的波动。而且,一般已经产生利润的行业基本上都是成熟的。\n 市场在变,机构投资者的比例越来越高。我们不会像过去那样简单的看盈利波动,我们考虑更多的是:暂时的利润牺牲,未来可以换来什么?在这个问题上,个人投资者和机构投资者的理解是有差距的。\n 《读数一帜》:风口来了,资本会扎堆,行业一定会鱼目混杂,而且也可能面临发展不及预期的情况,如何避免风险?\n 陆彬:我们更多的把研究放在投资的产业链上。新能源车只是我们用来跟踪观察行业的一个窗口,但是我们不会花费很多时间去判断具体哪家公司可以走出来,这是市场发展的自然结果,搞清楚对于我们来说意义并不大。我们看中的是整个产业链上的机会。\n 所以,判断好行业趋势非常重要。我们没有能力判断究竟是哪家企业可以走到最后,所以我会把更多的研究放到我们觉得哪家企业不可以,然后从我们的标的池中剔除。基金是做组合管理,在标的池中我会配置我看好的企业。\n 当然,标的池是做动态调整的。对于那些掉队的,发展不及预期的,我们会剔除或者调低比例,发展超出预期的,会调高。我们做的是组合,要确定性,而不是去赌。\n 我从来不听公司告诉我,他们要做什么,我只看他们做了什么。\n 价格和估值是天平的两端\n 《读数一帜》:你的投资逻辑是什么?\n 陆彬:判断一家企业的优劣是从多维度的角度考虑的。最基本的是从两个层面判断,一是结合基本面,第二结合估值。比如一只股票我非常看好,那是不是就值得买?未必。因为还要看估值。如果估值过高,即便是十分优秀的股票,我依然会剔除在外。\n 陆彬:投资是需要有前瞻性的,如果投资只看到现在,那就早已落后了。去年9月份有人开始卖出新能源,当时市场对新能源的反应是很消极负面的,但是我们在买。因为我们已经看到了一年之后。现在政府都在鼓励,市场无形之手也在发挥作用。我们不是看现在,我们是看以后会怎么样。\n 《读数一帜》:谈谈对今年A股的看法?\n href=\"https://laohu8.com/S/DLX\">豪华</a>车,如果它的售价在100万元以上,我们会默认它搭载了V6甚至更高动力水平的发动机。</p><p>这就是动力对汽车所起到的“标定”作用:高水平的动力不仅可以为车主带来更优异的驾驶体验,更是一台高端汽车的门面所在。</p><p>而创立之初就是豪华品牌的蔚来,深谙此道。</p><div><img src=\"http://k.sinaimg.cn/n/spider2020914/419/w752h467/20200914/0590-izeysay6640091.jpg/w720fin.jpg\"/></div><p>蔚来设计首台量产车时,恰逢<a href=\"https://laohu8.com/S/TSLA\">特斯拉</a>Model X面世,当时它的零百加速成绩达到了4.5秒,是一个非常傲人的成绩。但李斌提出,自家的新车总不能比人家已有的车还慢吧?</p><p>于是, <font>蔚来ES8</font>的零百加速目标就被定在了4.4秒。</p><p>成立XPT,满足自身需求</p><p>想法很美好,但蔚来很快遇到了一个棘手问题:市面上没有如此大功率的电机可以让ES8这款两吨多重的车跑到那么快。</p><p>抱着“买不到不如自己做”的想法,XPT成立了。</p><div><img src=\"http://k.sinaimg.cn/n/spider2020914/373/w752h421/20200914/b304-izeysay6640093.png/w720fin.jpg\"/></div><p>XPT的技术是十分先进的,这是一座有着顶级工艺、高智能化、高自动化的工厂,这在我们这次工厂探索中也深有体会。</p><p>这座曾是矿山机械工厂的厂房中,共有两条电机生产线,包括240kW感应电机产线以及160kW同步电机产线。这两条产线的自动化率,基本都达到了95%以上,鲜有工人的身影。</p><div><img src=\"http://k.sinaimg.cn/n/spider2020914/453/w752h501/20200914/3f79-izeysay6640396.jpg/w720fin.jpg\"/></div><p>为了满足需求,XPT采用了许多顶级的工艺和设计,例如国内首个量产铜转子技术,将电机的额定功率和扭矩提升了10%左右,并且通过更好的温度控制,延长了电机的使用寿命。</p><p>这个工艺非常精细,需要将几十条超薄的铜片插叠在一起,并将误差保持在4微米之内,人工基本不可能。于是蔚来通过6台<a href=\"https://laohu8.com/S/300024\">机器人</a>,将这一工艺实现了全自动化生产,将良品率提高到了99%以上。</p><div><img src=\"http://k.sinaimg.cn/n/spider2020914/339/w752h387/20200914/4081-izeysay6640393.png/w720fin.jpg\"/></div><p>当然,这只是诸多技术中的一个例子,XPT将单电机的功率做到240kW,还基于大量的技术创新,例如高性能的减速器(齿轮箱)、全球首创的双三相拓扑结构逆变器、壳体中空液冷设计等等。最终,蔚来ES8得以通过两台240kW的异步电机,达到优于4.4秒的零百成绩。</p><p>领先行业的三合一电驱技术</p><p>值得一提的是,XPT从创立之初,就直接上马了三合一电驱技术EDS。所谓三合一电驱,就是把过去驱动单元中独立的电机、逆变器、减速器整合在一起,可以大幅度的降低体积和重量,并在传动上具有更高的效率。</p><p>三合一技术最早由主机厂主导,之后tier1供应链才开始进入该领域,比如特斯拉、保时捷Taycan都使用了三合一电驱技术。2019年开始,上汽、广汽、吉利等新能源厂商开始采用三合一电驱装车,但最大功率多在150kW。</p><p>同一年,蔚来XPT的高性能三合一电驱,就已累计出货4万多台。XPT也因此成为国内高性能电驱动系统市场中的领先者。</p><div><img src=\"http://k.sinaimg.cn/n/spider2020914/360/w752h408/20200914/21d3-izeysay6640618.png/w720fin.jpg\"/></div><p>虽然XPT生产的电驱系统是国内性能最好的动力总成之一,但实际上目前只有蔚来一家在采购XPT的电驱产品。而其原因,不是XPT不开放,而是国内几乎没有车企需要用到这么大功率的电机。</p><p>双电机与“耍流氓”</p><p>在秦力洪看来,高端电动车的动力总成至少要满足三个标准:双电机、永磁+感应组合以及不断兼容前沿科技的可能性。</p><p>双电机最直接的好处是显而易见的:更强的动力。就像前面提到过的,豪华车与强劲的动力是相辅相成的,动力可以不用,但不能没有。同时,双电机还可以通过前后的布置实现电动四驱,这一点对于北方的车主来说尤为重要。</p><p>秦力洪还提到了一个词:“冗余”。</p><p>我们知道,L4、L5等高等级的自动驾驶系统对整车的鲁棒性提出了非常高的要求,不仅动力系统,包括转向机构、控制系统等等,都要求冗余设计,即同时搭载两套系统,以在其中某一部件发生失效时,整车可以正常工作以避免意外的发生,就像双引擎的飞机一样。</p><div><img src=\"http://k.sinaimg.cn/n/spider2020914/453/w752h501/20200914/ed58-izeysay6640619.jpg/w720fin.jpg\"/></div><p>正是由于这个原因,导致燃油车在实现高等级的自动驾驶时会十分困难,因为燃油车搭载两套动力系统会让整体结构非常复杂,传动问题也难以解决,只能最大限度地提高发动机的可靠性,避免其出现失效的可能。</p><p>而电动车则在这方面有着先天优势,因为电动汽车可以很方便地搭载多个电机,并且不会有太高的成本增加。</p><p>按秦力洪的说法,电动汽车增加一台电机的成本,在1~2万元之间,最高不超过3万元,即便仅从动力提升的角度来看,这一成本也要远远低于燃油车从4缸发动机升级为6缸发动机。</p><p>同时,燃油车中的4缸发动机与6缸发动机之间差异很大,往往需要各自独立开发,而单纯增加一台电动机则基本上不存在额外的研发成本。</p><p>可见,纯电动汽车只需增加两三万元的成本,即可让车辆的性能翻番、实现四驱、以及更安全的冗余设计。</p><div><img src=\"http://k.sinaimg.cn/n/spider2020914/234/w752h282/20200914/19c7-izeysay6641055.png/w720fin.jpg\"/></div><p>这两三万元的成本,对于售价十几二十万元的中低端车型来说固然是有其省去的理由,但高端纯电动车的售价往往都在30万元以上,既然车型已经定位高端了,还不搭载双电机,也难怪李斌会直言“耍流氓”了。</p><p>秦力洪:蔚来不卖30万以下的车</p><p>一个有趣的事实是,传统汽车市场中有越来越多的豪华品牌开始推出小排量车型,这其中可能是有一部分排量限制的因素,但最大的原因,还是这些品牌想要争夺中端市场,并缩减成本提高利润。</p><p>对于这种较为普遍的做法,秦力洪也发表了自己的观点:蔚来不准备进入30万元以下的市场。</p><div><img src=\"http://k.sinaimg.cn/n/spider2020914/418/w752h466/20200914/b43c-izeysay6641057.png/w720fin.jpg\"/></div><p>实际上,蔚来的平均开票价非常高。秦力洪分享了一个数据:奥迪的平均开票价为40万元左右,而蔚来过去一季度的平均开票价达到了45万元,而销量更高的特斯拉,其开票价的加权平均值仅为30万元左右,蔚来要比特斯拉高了近15万元。</p><p>在他看来,较高的售价意味着更高的成本,这直接影响着车辆的产品力以及与其紧密相关的用户体验。蔚来不会为了市场而通过降低用户体验来压缩成本,因为这有悖于蔚来“用户至上”的理念。</p><p>或许,蔚来的第四款量产车,其入门款车型售价也要高于30万元。</p><p>超越特斯拉?</p><p>就在参观工厂前一天,李斌在一次直播中表示“特斯拉很优秀,但并非不可逾越”,舆论一片哗然。是李斌在信口开河吗?秦力洪在本次Workshop上也对此作出了解释。</p><p>毋庸置疑,特斯拉是一家很优秀的企业,但他创立于2003年,迄今已有17年的历史。而2014年创立的蔚来,至今也只有6岁而已。即便是将Model S面世的2012年作为特斯拉的元年,蔚来在同阶段所达成的成绩也要比特斯拉更优秀。</p><p>“所以,”秦力洪解释道,“李斌的意思是,基于过往的事实判断,如果继续保持这个势头,蔚来是有可能超过特斯拉的。”</p><div><img 蔚来ES8的零百加速目标就被定在了4.4秒。成立XPT,满足自身需求想法很美好,但蔚来很快遇到了一个棘手问题:市面上没有如此大功率的电机可以让ES8这款两吨多重的车跑到那么快。抱着“买不到不如自己做”的想法,XPT成立了。XPT的技术是十分先进的,这是一座有着顶级工艺、高智能化、高自动化的工厂,这在我们这次工厂探索中也深有体会。这座曾是矿山机械工厂的厂房中,共有两条电机生产线,包括240kW感应电机产线以及160kW同步电机产线。这两条产线的自动化率,基本都达到了95%以上,鲜有工人的身影。为了满足需求,XPT采用了许多顶级的工艺和设计,例如国内首个量产铜转子技术,将电机的额定功率和扭矩提升了10%左右,并且通过更好的温度控制,延长了电机的使用寿命。这个工艺非常精细,需要将几十条超薄的铜片插叠在一起,并将误差保持在4微米之内,人工基本不可能。于是蔚来通过6台机器人,将这一工艺实现了全自动化生产,将良品率提高到了99%以上。当然,这只是诸多技术中的一个例子,XPT将单电机的功率做到240kW,还基于大量的技术创新,例如高性能的减速器(齿轮箱)、全球首创的双三相拓扑结构逆变器、壳体中空液冷设计等等。最终,蔚来ES8得以通过两台240kW的异步电机,达到优于4.4秒的零百成绩。领先行业的三合一电驱技术值得一提的是,XPT从创立之初,就直接上马了三合一电驱技术EDS。所谓三合一电驱,就是把过去驱动单元中独立的电机、逆变器、减速器整合在一起,可以大幅度的降低体积和重量,并在传动上具有更高的效率。三合一技术最早由主机厂主导,之后tier1供应链才开始进入该领域,比如特斯拉、保时捷Taycan都使用了三合一电驱技术。2019年开始,上汽、广汽、吉利等新能源厂商开始采用三合一电驱装车,但最大功率多在150kW。同一年,蔚来XPT的高性能三合一电驱,就已累计出货4万多台。XPT也因此成为国内高性能电驱动系统市场中的领先者。虽然XPT生产的电驱系统是国内性能最好的动力总成之一,但实际上目前只有蔚来一家在采购XPT的电驱产品。而其原因,不是XPT不开放,而是国内几乎没有车企需要用到这么大功率的电机。双电机与“耍流氓”在秦力洪看来,高端电动车的动力总成至少要满足三个标准:双电机、永磁+感应组合以及不断兼容前沿科技的可能性。双电机最直接的好处是显而易见的:更强的动力。就像前面提到过的,豪华车与强劲的动力是相辅相成的,动力可以不用,但不能没有。同时,双电机还可以通过前后的布置实现电动四驱,这一点对于北方的车主来说尤为重要。秦力洪还提到了一个词:“冗余”。我们知道,L4、L5等高等级的自动驾驶系统对整车的鲁棒性提出了非常高的要求,不仅动力系统,包括转向机构、控制系统等等,都要求冗余设计,即同时搭载两套系统,以在其中某一部件发生失效时,整车可以正常工作以避免意外的发生,就像双引擎的飞机一样。正是由于这个原因,导致燃油车在实现高等级的自动驾驶时会十分困难,因为燃油车搭载两套动力系统会让整体结构非常复杂,传动问题也难以解决,只能最大限度地提高发动机的可靠性,避免其出现失效的可能。而电动车则在这方面有着先天优势,因为电动汽车可以很方便地搭载多个电机,并且不会有太高的成本增加。按秦力洪的说法,电动汽车增加一台电机的成本,在1~2万元之间,最高不超过3万元,即便仅从动力提升的角度来看,这一成本也要远远低于燃油车从4缸发动机升级为6缸发动机。同时,燃油车中的4缸发动机与6缸发动机之间差异很大,往往需要各自独立开发,而单纯增加一台电动机则基本上不存在额外的研发成本。可见,纯电动汽车只需增加两三万元的成本,即可让车辆的性能翻番、实现四驱、以及更安全的冗余设计。这两三万元的成本,对于售价十几二十万元的中低端车型来说固然是有其省去的理由,但高端纯电动车的售价往往都在30万元以上,既然车型已经定位高端了,还不搭载双电机,也难怪李斌会直言“耍流氓”了。秦力洪:蔚来不卖30万以下的车一个有趣的事实是,传统汽车市场中有越来越多的豪华品牌开始推出小排量车型,这其中可能是有一部分排量限制的因素,但最大的原因,还是这些品牌想要争夺中端市场,并缩减成本提高利润。对于这种较为普遍的做法,秦力洪也发表了自己的观点:蔚来不准备进入30万元以下的市场。实际上,蔚来的平均开票价非常高。秦力洪分享了一个数据:奥迪的平均开票价为40万元左右,而蔚来过去一季度的平均开票价达到了45万元,而销量更高的特斯拉,其开票价的加权平均值仅为30万元左右,蔚来要比特斯拉高了近15万元。在他看来,较高的售价意味着更高的成本,这直接影响着车辆的产品力以及与其紧密相关的用户体验。蔚来不会为了市场而通过降低用户体验来压缩成本,因为这有悖于蔚来“用户至上”的理念。或许,蔚来的第四款量产车,其入门款车型售价也要高于30万元。超越特斯拉?就在参观工厂前一天,李斌在一次直播中表示“特斯拉很优秀,但并非不可逾越”,舆论一片哗然。是李斌在信口开河吗?秦力洪在本次Workshop上也对此作出了解释。毋庸置疑,特斯拉是一家很优秀的企业,但他创立于2003年,迄今已有17年的历史。而2014年创立的蔚来,至今也只有6岁而已。即便是将Model S面世的2012年作为特斯拉的元年,蔚来在同阶段所达成的成绩也要比特斯拉更优秀。“所以,”秦力洪解释道,“李斌的意思是,基于过往的事实判断,如果继续保持这个势头,蔚来是有可能超过特斯拉的。”我个人很赞同秦力洪的说法,很多人乐于将蔚来与特斯拉对比,但实际上二者是两家截然不同的公司。与特斯拉的极客精神相比,蔚来的核心从来都是“用户至上,服务至上”,而全方位地保障用户体验,扎实的技术实力是必不可少的。就像秦力洪在会上说的一样,大家总以为蔚来是个没什么能力的暖男,但其实,在造车领域,恰恰要有实力才能做到真的“暖”。特斯拉现在如日中天,蔚来能不能实现超越?自然是谁都不敢下判断。但很明显,蔚来独特的企业理念,将是未来与特斯拉相抗衡的最大优势,我们不妨对这场较量充满期待。","news_type":1},"isVote":1,"tweetType":1,"viewCount":1147,"authorTweetTopStatus":1,"verified":2,"comments":[],"imageCount":0,"langContent":"CN","totalScore":0},{"id":976561456,"gmtCreate":1599765601475,"gmtModify":1703819684020,"author":{"id":"3464762277605077","authorId":"3464762277605077","name":"czm688","avatar":"https://static.tigerbbs.com/41a0d40d05a5c43f531ff97074b67ed5","crmLevel":9,"crmLevelSwitch":0,"followedFlag":false,"idStr":"3464762277605077","authorIdStr":"3464762277605077"},"themes":[],"htmlText":"<a
