别太迷信腾讯的合作了
$唯品会(VIPS)$ 这么多年过去了,微信的流量入口不像以前那么好用了。微信的深度用户,是真正把微信当做一个通讯工具,对这类用户导流的效果很小。而腾讯和唯品会的合作要是想有拼多多那样的效果,除非腾讯或者唯品会真能像拼多多那么**的引导用户,但目前看起来,无论是腾讯还是唯品会,现在都是穿了鞋子的人,都有了包袱。所以我断定,他们的引流效果不会好,因为微信的用户逐渐被微商,京东,拼多多给的分流搞的麻木。在这样的状况下,腾讯和京东的入股,跟普通的战略投资效果差不多,更何况京东还携带着自己的私心。

$阿里巴巴(BABA)$ 腾讯是阿里的好对手,基本把电商领域除阿里之外的公司都建立了关联。但各位在使用微信的人,其实现在微信的导流不怎么好用了,已经被各个合作伙伴抢的差不多了,而且微信用户对参差不齐的导流方式开始厌倦。从京东,拼多多,美团,唯品会,微店等合作伙伴,不停的从腾讯那导流,但流量就这么多,合作伙伴要发展,不得不抢占别的别人的流量,而互联网公司的特性就是不希望命脉被别人掌握。像美团这样的公司最终肯定要自营销自己的用户体系,最终还是仅仅把腾讯当做战略投资者,而腾讯的做法也仅仅是对阿里的战略防守,只能对阿里在国内产生影响。我笃定,阿里的成败在国际化,只要在国内稳住占有率,如果国际化战略成功,再回头来打国内,应该是摧枯拉朽。就跟当年的华为一样,国际化打了一段时间,回头在国内打中兴等公司就轻松很多,所以前段时间蚂蚁金融的国际化受挫对阿里影响挺大。 相比阿里云,反倒没有国际化那么看好,因为就目前来看,阿里云要打出去,永远不得不面对亚马逊这个强大的对手,在IAas领域的一个特点是我使用了你的服务,再切换别的服务商就不大可能,因为切换成本太高,而等阿里打出去时国外已经是亚马逊的领地了,这一点上,我认为国家政府是需要干预的,应该以政策手段让云服务提供商早日停止竞争,出国门去占领世界的领地。否则像当初的滴滴和快的一直打架,最后合并后想出去,已经是uber的天下。在国内这种状况下,阿里云占领市场的手段只能是降价,但只要他不能消灭腾讯云,降价策略就不得不维持,以阿里云的市场占有率,降价越多,亏损越多,这种情况还要持续好多年,因为腾讯有钱可以打价格战。 阿里云的整体解决方案领域,不知道一直在说的城市大脑方案是否有市场,前段时间在马来西亚开始实施这个方案,算是云服务在国外落地的一个场景。 在我看来,阿里要想赢,股票要想涨,近几年,至少近几年,就看他的国际化战略执行的如何。就目前来看,东南亚
