例如<a href=\"https://laohu8.com/S/GOOG\">谷歌</a>Waymo在感知模块上,采用了摄像头、激光雷达和毫米波雷达的多元融合方案,实现对周围环境的全方位、高精度感知。<strong>走同样路线的还包括<a href=\"https://laohu8.com/S/BIDU\">百度</a>萝卜快跑、<a href=\"https://laohu8.com/S/WRD\">文远知行</a>、小马智行等等。</strong></p><p><strong>另一条路线是更为激进的“端到端”,例如特斯拉。</strong> 其FSD V12系统通过深度学习模型,能够直接从原始传感器数据中提取信息,实现了从感知到控制的无缝连接,极大地提升了自动驾驶的效率。最新FSD V12.5.4版本则实现了<a href=\"https://laohu8.com/S/5RE.SI\">智能</a>召唤,允许用户使用手机将车辆召唤至身边或附近可选择区域。</p><p>借用大神Andrej Karpathy的话:“Waymo现在看似领先,但如果展望未来十年,看谁真正实现了规模化运营并且从中获得大部分收入,我认为特斯拉在这方面占据优势。”</p><p><strong>原因一:更高的天花板&更低的地板</strong></p><p>在传统自动驾驶算法路线下,所有模块都是分开单独做,然后堆叠在一起。即使每个模块的准确率达到99%,整个方案的准确率也存在“天花板”。</p><p>例如,去年10月,<a href=\"https://laohu8.com/S/GM\">通用汽车</a>旗下Cruise大规模停运Robotaxi。原因是,一位行人被另一辆有人驾驶的汽车猛烈撞击后,被甩至Cruise Robotaxi前方。接着,这名行人被Cruise拖行了20英尺(约6米)。例如,在旧金山,几辆Robotaxi堵了一条窄路,消防车不得不绕道救火;一辆Robotaxi困在消防作业区域附近,影响消防员工作。</p><p>遗憾的是,由于系统复杂度非常高,类似的很多问题需要工程师一个个手动调整。正因如此,依赖于传统自动驾驶系统的公司在经历了“潮起潮落”和“泡沫”后,最终回归了渐进式的路线,没有迎来横空出世的“GPT时刻”。</p><p><strong>马斯克的评价是:Waymo有非常本地化的解决方案,需要高精地图绘制。它相当脆弱。我认为他们的扩张能力是有限的。</strong> 而我们的解决方案(端到端)是一种通用解决方案。</p><p>事实确实如此,端到端路线作为一种更合理的进化方向,得益于大规模神经网络学习的突破,超越传统方案,被行业寄予厚望。</p><p>而在这条路线上,特斯拉可谓是一家独大。其第三代FSD芯片AI5,据称推理稳定性与<a href=\"https://laohu8.com/S/NVDA\">英伟达</a>的A100和V100相当;遍布全球的特斯拉每天能收集数百万英里价值的驾驶数据——从日常通勤到Corner case(极端情况)。毕竟,马斯克可是亲口说,“如果一辆车每周行驶 50 多小时,还有 money(笑哭)”。</p><p>目前,每台Waymo的硬件成本在14万美元左右,毕竟后面背着两块A100显卡;使用寿命仅仅4年。根据Alphabet第二季度财报,Waymo所属的“其他业务”板块在该季度的亏损额达到了11.3亿美元。</p><p><strong>至于特斯拉,先不说性能。一辆Cybercab成本低于30,000美元,也就是Waymo的21%。</strong></p><p>如此一来,大摩策略分析师Brian Karpathy的话:“Waymo现在看似领先,但如果展望未来十年,看谁真正实现了规模化运营并且从中获得大部分收入,我认为特斯拉在这方面占据优势。”原因一:更高的天花板&更低的地板在传统自动驾驶算法路线下,所有模块都是分开单独做,然后堆叠在一起。即使每个模块的准确率达到99%,整个方案的准确率也存在“天花板”。例如,去年10月,通用汽车旗下Cruise大规模停运Robotaxi。原因是,一位行人被另一辆有人驾驶的汽车猛烈撞击后,被甩至Cruise
