referrerpolicy=\"no-referrer\"></p>\n<p>其实,张近东有难言之隐,他的店铺本来在6月就盘下来了,但是那时候开一个专卖店手续繁琐的要命,加上装修的工期,这一耽误就是半年,让他本来想趁着三大火炉之一的南京城夏天热的时候大赚一笔,却不曾想最终错过了卖空调的大好时机。</p>\n<p>好在张近东的脑子足够好使,他代理空调不仅能制冷还能制暖,他苦思冥想,想出了一句他认为很牛的广告语——买一台取暖空调,舒舒服服过个年。</p>\n<p>要知道南京地理位置尴尬,夏天热的要命,冬天冷的吓人,南京冬天没有暖气,屋里和屋外的温度相差不大,天气寒冷的时候,在屋里一样寒气袭人。这句广告语在漫天大雪中尤为吸引眼球。开业三个小时,苏宁交电的第一台柜式空调售出,取得了开门红的张近东当晚下班后邀请所有员工吃了顿庆功宴。</p>\n<p>这时候的张近东绝对不会想到,自己日后会荣登福布斯中国排行榜,并一度高居第五。也不会想到这间小小的苏宁交电,像是被复制粘贴一样,由一家门店到万家门店,一年销售额超过6000亿元,这中间只过了28年。</p>\n<p><b>02</b></p>\n<p><b>低调做事的人</b></p>\n<p>苏宁在张近东的治下迅猛发展。在2020年9月10日由全国工商联公布“2020年全国民营企业500强”榜单中,排名第一的是公认的民族品牌一哥华为,位居第二的就是苏宁。</p>\n<p>这一年张近东的身价达到549亿元,虽然在福布斯富豪榜上退步到56位,依然是身家显赫的亿万富豪。</p>\n<p>和众多福布斯上榜富豪自带聚光灯体质不同,张近东低调的让人难以置信,很少在公开场合侃侃而谈,也少有传记文章和书籍面世,王石、刘强东、马云、王健林他们的创业故事经过媒体铺天盖地的宣传早被人熟知,就连他的老对头黄光裕的创业以及坐牢的故事也广为流传,但张近东连接受电视专访的次数都少得可怜,张近东创业史对大部分人来说是一片空白。</p>\n<p><img referrerpolicy=\"no-referrer\"></p>\n<p>这和张近东的性格有直接关系,他性格内向,习惯独立思考,17岁就考取了南京师范大学,自小就养成了爱思考的好习惯。</p>\n<p><b>03</b></p>\n<p><b>天助张近东</b></p>\n<p>1984年大学毕业,21岁的张近东端起了铁饭碗,成为南京市鼓楼区工业总公司的一名正式职工,每月工资55.7元,在那个年代这样的薪资是很多人梦寐以求的事。</p>\n<p>张桂平是张近东的哥哥,也是张近东的商场启蒙老师,1987年在单位工作不顺心的张桂平下海经商,做起了家用电器的生意,因为店内缺人手,刚起步的阶段张桂平舍不得花钱雇佣店员,就让张近东经常去帮忙,张近东就这样被哥哥一手带进了家电行业,灌输了商业思想。</p>\n<p>似乎是冥冥中的天意,在同一年的北京,也有个叫黄俊钦的哥哥,带着自己的弟弟黄光裕在倒卖空调、电视等家用电器。于是,南京一个苏宁,北京一个国美,南京一对兄弟,潮汕一对兄弟,就这样巧合地产生了交集,在日后的多年商战厮杀中,成为谁也打不垮对方的老对手。</p>\n<p>张近东在哥哥张桂平的熏陶之下,很快展现了商业天赋,经常给哥哥出谋划策,随着对家电行业的逐渐了解,张近东不想一直在哥哥的庇佑下成长,决定自己出来单干,10万元是他东拼西凑的全部家底,而房租就高达7万元。除去装修费用之后张近东可支配的资金少得可怜。</p>\n<p>天时地利人和。</p>\n<p>首推天时,1991年夏天,也就是苏宁成立后的半年,有三大火炉之称的南京城平均气温高达38度。市民购买空调的欲望空前高涨。</p>\n<p>这时候的张近东根本无力大规模进货,他想到一个空手套的妙招,先收货款,几日后免费上门安装,彼时的南京空调等大型家电几乎被国营企业垄断,购买都需要排队,更别提免费安装了,免费上门安装的噱头,吸引了众多消费者,消费者一看这家新开的门店规模也够大,跑得了和尚跑不了庙,就愿意先交付货款。而这时间差对张近东来说非常重要,他拿到货款再火速进货,赶在约定的时间前去上门安装,就这样类似“空手套白狼”的招数,让张近东在这个夏天销售额突破千万元,在当年11月的时候,销售额突破两千万元。</p>\n<p>或许是儿子张康阳的出生给他带来了好运,张近东成功掘得人生第一桶金,以当年空调利润超过20%计算,此时的张近东身价已达数百万元,在那个万元户都极为少见的年代,张近东属于先富起来的那批人。</p>\n<p>在抵御住几家国企家电卖场的联合攻击之后,1993年,张近东30岁,而此时的苏宁销售额达到惊人的3亿元,拿下了全国家电卖场的销售冠军,一举成名。</p>\n<p><b>04</b></p>\n<p><b>转型正当时</b></p>\n<p>张近东的商业头脑让苏宁不仅卖空调,还成为全国最大的空调批发商,在苏宁成立后的第六年也就是1996年,年营收突破15亿元。</p>\n<p>一个残酷的现实摆在张近东面前,以前计划经济时代,空调供不应求,随着市场经济的发展,国内众多空调厂家如雨后春笋一般涌现,供不应求的黄金时代结束了,敏锐的张近东嗅到了危机,果断拍板,将卖场搞连锁,开启了复制粘贴的模式,苏宁开始在南京逐渐出现若干家连锁店。</p>\n<p>张近东将业务模式由批发转为连锁经营,苏宁销售的产品由原来的以空调为主,变为电器的综合零售,此时的苏宁业务才初见雏形。</p>\n<p>苏宁电器南京新街口店是张近东打造的苏宁旗舰店,在1996年12月正式开张后。极佳的地理位置,自建的物业,天时地利人和的要素,这家旗舰店几乎全部囊括,在很长时间内,一直霸占着当地电器卖场第一的宝座。</p>\n<p><img referrerpolicy=\"no-referrer\"></p>\n<p>张近东的强项是卖空调,综合家电卖场远不是千里之外黄光裕的对手,但细究起来两家是截然不同的业务类型,国美讲究快速发展,注重攻城拔寨,而苏宁秉承张近东稳重的本性,稳扎稳打,扩张可以慢一些,但一定要盈利,以南京为中心,辐射周边,直到2000年才进军北京,于是在规模上,苏宁落了下风,但论单店盈利能力,苏宁甩开国美几条街,所以张近东和黄光裕一时也难分高下。</p>\n<p><b>05</b></p>\n<p><b>上市敲钟敲断槌</b></p>\n<p>2000年,张近东进军北京后,当年营收突破40亿元,这样的业绩让一向稳重的他内心起了波澜,开始谋求上市,随后一年内,张近东完成了股份改革,进入上市辅导期。那时候上市辅导期等候时间比较漫长,直到2004年,苦等了三年的张近东才实现了自己的敲钟梦。</p>\n<p><img referrerpolicy=\"no-referrer\"></p>\n<p>或许是这一天等待的太久,或许是想到当年八大卖场老总的集体刁难,或许是想到自己一路走来的酸甜苦辣,敲钟的瞬间,张近东把内心的积郁彻底发泄出来,一下用力过猛,竟然将敲钟的槌子生生敲裂了,成为中国乃至全球第一位上市敲钟把槌子敲裂的人,成为业界传奇。</p>\n<p>槌子敲裂并没有影响到苏宁在资本市场的表现,苏宁连锁的后劲强劲,让苏宁在资本市场上备受追捧,很快成为中国内地股市第一高价股。张近东本人也成为沪深两市个人拥有股票市值最高的人。股价一度创历史记录地达到74.84元/股。在苏宁这个巨无霸中,张近东的个人占股比例为35%,成为苏宁的第一大股东兼实控人。</p>\n<p>这时,比张近东年轻6岁的黄光裕疯狂开店和并购,张近东在出国考察后,认识到苏宁和世界知名企业的理念差距,于是耗资数亿元,请IBM、SAP等公司做整体咨询、升级ERP系统,花了很大力气优化内部管理,苏宁的内部结构相比国美更加良性。</p>\n<p>在疯狂的扩张之后国美的门店数是苏宁的2倍以上,销售额也是苏宁的1.6倍,无论是体量还是数量,都让黄光裕野心膨胀,妄图像收购永乐电器一样收购苏宁。</p>\n<p>在张近东和黄光裕为数不多的会面中,留下一段经典对话,那是2006年,黄光裕专程前来拜会张近东。在南京钟山高尔夫球场,37岁的黄光裕跟年长6岁的张近东说,我要收购苏宁。张近东用并不标准的普通话说,我不卖,你也买不起。如果做不过你,我就送给你,不用你买。</p>\n<p>此时的黄光裕忘记了一点,即便国美体量比苏宁大很多,它的市值远不及苏宁,只有苏宁的三分之二。从2004年上市直到2011年,苏宁的市值翻了20倍。2012年苏宁的整体营收达到2327亿元,成为全国工商联评比的中国民企500强第一名。</p>\n<p>不同的是,黄光裕比较激进和狂野,富有狼性,而张近东天生比较稳健,在当时两人都没有做错,立场不同所作出的决定也有差异。国美需要黄光裕的狼性,而苏宁需要张近东的稳重。</p>\n<p>这是张近东的前半生,是辉煌的,也是成功的,更是得到的。</p>\n<p><b>06</b></p>\n<p><b>失去的十年</b></p>\n<p>没有了黄光裕这个竞争对手,张近东仿佛失去了压力,也失去了善于思考的能力。在黄光裕入狱的十年,苏宁几乎在原地踏步,苏宁在黄光裕入狱的第二年,营收为583亿元,2020年苏宁的总营收为2584.59亿元,看似增长了不少,但放在11年的时间里计算,苏宁的年化率并不高。在互联网行业,这个绝对算是较低的增长。</p>\n<p>虽然国美这十年也几乎没有继续扩张,张近东没有借此良机彻底打垮老对手,就给了对手反扑的可能。</p>\n<p>反观苏宁的新对手京东,在2009年营收仅40亿元,到2020年,营收已经达到7458亿元,年化率比苏宁高出太多。</p>\n<p>2009年张近东的身价为253亿元,在福布斯中国排行榜上位列第九位,而2020年福布斯中国排行榜上张近东身价72亿美元,位列榜单第65位,72亿美元折合人民币约468亿,从253亿到468亿,张近东用了11年,都说钱生钱更容易,但张近东钱生钱的能力反而因为黄光裕的入狱而被减弱。</p>\n<p>或许是没有黄光裕这个最强竞争对手在一旁虎视眈眈,张近东失去了进取心,甚至有媒体曝出,他住着上亿元的豪宅,光是保姆就请了30多个。且他开始四处投资,却没有收到明显的成效。</p>\n<p>这十年,对张近东来说是浪费的十年,将国美放虎归山,未能趁机彻底打垮黄光裕,如今黄光裕归来,不再年轻的张近东或无力抵御黄光裕的凌厉攻势。且在十年里,张近东坐等京东做大做强,重新培养出一个新对手。</p>\n<p>老对手依然强劲,新对手完成了超越。张近东就任由这十年逝去了。</p>\n<p><b>07</b></p>\n<p><b>价格战对轰刘强东</b></p>\n<p>在互联网兴起的时代,不管张近东愿不愿意,苏宁还是被迫趟了电商的浑水。2010年1月苏宁易购正式上线,开始了苏宁的互联网转型之路。习惯了做传统零售的张近东,在面对小他11岁的江苏老乡刘强东时,刘强东的互联网思维,让张近东节节败退,不得已开始打起了价格战。</p>\n<p>2012年的夏天,新拿到一笔巨额融资的刘强东底气十足,公开向张近东发起挑战:“京东商城所有大家电价格都比苏宁国美便宜10%”。张近东被迫还击,“所有产品价格必然低于京东”,此时张近东的老对手黄光裕也难得一见的和张近东站在一个战壕里(黄光裕当时身在监狱,但对国美依然有实际控制)国美电器随后也承诺“全线比京东低5%”。 财大气粗的京东股东直接表态称:我们除了有钱什么都没有!你就放心打价格战吧,往死里打!</p>\n<p><img src=\"https://static.tigerbbs.com/2255918865308d1811623899835daf41\" tg-width=\"554\" tg-height=\"360\" referrerpolicy=\"no-referrer\"></p>\n<p>价格战是把杀敌一千自损八百的双刃剑,在这没有赢家的价格战中,这场价格战,双方只对攻了半个月,各自耗费了几亿元的资金,张近东并没有讨到便宜,苏宁也大伤元气。</p>\n<p><b>08</b></p>\n<p><b>张近东的败笔</b></p>\n<p>在价格战中元气大伤的苏宁,开始了他的转折之路,张近东看到在互联网上未必是刘强东的对手,于是开始战略转移。</p>\n<p>在这一年,没有黄光裕给他的压力,张近东的很多想法在今天看来都很随性,没有深思熟虑,他想剑走偏锋,收购、改名、线上线下同品同价左右互搏等等布局,一时眼花缭乱,就从这一年起,张近东的投资清单多了很多家,其中有6600万美元收购了红孩子、4.2亿美元战略投资PPTV、200亿元战略投资恒大地产、收购江苏国信舜天足球俱乐部、2.7亿美元买下了“国际米兰足球俱乐部”70%的股份、48亿元收购家乐福中国80%的股份,成为家乐福中国的控股股东、27亿元购买万达百货持有的37家百货公司100%股权、95亿元收购万达商业4.02%股权……每一项都是大手笔的投资,短短几年投资数百亿元。</p>\n<p>如果说这些遍布各行业的投资还具有战略意义,那张近东后期的投资就很让人费解,入股锤子科技、收购龙珠直播、战略入股努比亚……每一项投资砸出去的都是真金白银,而苏宁易购在互联网上被淘宝和京东以及后起之秀拼多多逐渐蚕食,虽然还占据家电行业的市场第一,优势却并不明显。</p>\n<p><img referrerpolicy=\"no-referrer\"></p>\n<p>张近东面临有史以来最大的困境——主业瓶颈迟迟没有突破,大量投资并购后带来的收益不甚理想。</p>\n<p>或许张近东想到了债务危机,但想不到会来的这么快,2020年底,媒体曝出苏宁资金链断裂的消息,尽管官方一再辟谣,外界却始终持怀疑态度。</p>\n<p>数据表明,2018年末,苏宁短期借款约243亿元,而2017年末只有87亿元,不得已张近东发行了100亿元公司债,其中80亿元为2021年度内到期。2020年末,苏宁一年内需偿还借款及债券402.76亿元,而苏宁的现金流只有258.88亿元。截至2021年3月31日,苏宁易购流动资产1016.55亿元,流动负债1182.4亿元,债务危机绝非空穴来风,从张近东之子张康阳在国米大肆甩卖球员套现可见一斑。</p>\n<p><b>09</b></p>\n<p><b>放下</b></p>\n<p>苏宁今日的困局张近东难辞其咎,因为打败苏宁的不是国美、不是京东阿里,而是张近东自己。什么都想得到,最后什么都没得到,张近东虽然依然身处福布斯富豪榜,但永远再没有机会进入前十。</p>\n<p>如果没有一系列耗费巨资且收效甚微的投资收购,如果在面对线上线下转型不是拖拖拉拉,如果……但没有如果,张近东选择退位,或许是身心疲惫和无力回天的悲凉,是他一手造就了苏宁,也几乎一手毁了苏宁。</p>\n<p>张近东一手打造的苏宁是家族色彩浓厚的企业,有人说苏宁连自己的企业文化都没有,此时的张近东也明白了自己过去那套经营企业的方式,已经很难适应这个时代的变化,自己如果不退位放权,可能连这最新的80亿元融资都进不来。</p>\n<p>时来天地皆同力,运去英雄不自由。属于张近东的时代已经结束。</p>\n<p><img Link</a>\n\n</div>\n\n\n</article>\n</div>\n</body>\n</html>\n","type":0,"thumbnail":"https://static.tigerbbs.com/25d54ac7e6c997a05eb2e19752212eb9","relate_stocks":{"002024":"ST易购"},"source_url":"https://mp.weixin.qq.com/s/L7awnfRzf8UsVO1IMNBtVQ","is_english":false,"share_image_url":"https://static.laohu8.com/e9f99090a1c2ed51c021029395664489","article_id":"1133828863","content_text":"张近东用了22年将苏宁从无到有,从有到强,一度做到民企500强第一。但他浪费了老对手黄光裕入狱这十年,给国美喘息之机,如今黄光裕回归,苏宁却深陷债务泥沼,张近东无力回天黯然离场。\n\n僧梵志拿花献佛。佛曰:放下。梵志放下花。佛又曰:放下。梵志不解,问道:两手空空,还放下什么?佛曰:你应当放下外六尘、内六根、中六识、一时舍却,到了没有可以舍的境界,也就是你免去生死之别的境界。\n佛说:放下,即拥有。\n这段谒语用在张近东身上尤为贴切,他近期从苏宁卸任,不管是不是他自己的本意,但总算是真的放下了一切。\n苏宁最近是多事之秋,多元化战略失败,让苏宁的财务状况堪忧,前几日刚有江苏国资携手阿里小米等对苏宁易购88亿元战略投资。88亿,看起来是个天文数字,对于当下的苏宁来说仍是“杯水车薪”,只能算是解了“燃眉之急”,如果没有这88亿元的注入,张近东和苏宁的日子将更加艰难。\n\n01\n冬天里卖空调\n时光倒退31年前,1990年的12月,古城南京,漫天雪花。\n宁海路上新开了一家200平米左右的空调专卖店,店名叫“苏宁交电”,店主人叫张近东,让人奇怪的是,大冬天的南京,寒风凛冽,气温虽然没有东北那么低得吓人,也能达到零度以下,冬天卖空调,没有人知道这位27岁的年轻人葫芦里到底卖的什么药。\n\n其实,张近东有难言之隐,他的店铺本来在6月就盘下来了,但是那时候开一个专卖店手续繁琐的要命,加上装修的工期,这一耽误就是半年,让他本来想趁着三大火炉之一的南京城夏天热的时候大赚一笔,却不曾想最终错过了卖空调的大好时机。\n好在张近东的脑子足够好使,他代理空调不仅能制冷还能制暖,他苦思冥想,想出了一句他认为很牛的广告语——买一台取暖空调,舒舒服服过个年。\n要知道南京地理位置尴尬,夏天热的要命,冬天冷的吓人,南京冬天没有暖气,屋里和屋外的温度相差不大,天气寒冷的时候,在屋里一样寒气袭人。这句广告语在漫天大雪中尤为吸引眼球。开业三个小时,苏宁交电的第一台柜式空调售出,取得了开门红的张近东当晚下班后邀请所有员工吃了顿庆功宴。\n这时候的张近东绝对不会想到,自己日后会荣登福布斯中国排行榜,并一度高居第五。也不会想到这间小小的苏宁交电,像是被复制粘贴一样,由一家门店到万家门店,一年销售额超过6000亿元,这中间只过了28年。\n02\n低调做事的人\n苏宁在张近东的治下迅猛发展。在2020年9月10日由全国工商联公布“2020年全国民营企业500强”榜单中,排名第一的是公认的民族品牌一哥华为,位居第二的就是苏宁。\n这一年张近东的身价达到549亿元,虽然在福布斯富豪榜上退步到56位,依然是身家显赫的亿万富豪。\n和众多福布斯上榜富豪自带聚光灯体质不同,张近东低调的让人难以置信,很少在公开场合侃侃而谈,也少有传记文章和书籍面世,王石、刘强东、马云、王健林他们的创业故事经过媒体铺天盖地的宣传早被人熟知,就连他的老对头黄光裕的创业以及坐牢的故事也广为流传,但张近东连接受电视专访的次数都少得可怜,张近东创业史对大部分人来说是一片空白。\n\n这和张近东的性格有直接关系,他性格内向,习惯独立思考,17岁就考取了南京师范大学,自小就养成了爱思考的好习惯。\n03\n天助张近东\n1984年大学毕业,21岁的张近东端起了铁饭碗,成为南京市鼓楼区工业总公司的一名正式职工,每月工资55.7元,在那个年代这样的薪资是很多人梦寐以求的事。\n张桂平是张近东的哥哥,也是张近东的商场启蒙老师,1987年在单位工作不顺心的张桂平下海经商,做起了家用电器的生意,因为店内缺人手,刚起步的阶段张桂平舍不得花钱雇佣店员,就让张近东经常去帮忙,张近东就这样被哥哥一手带进了家电行业,灌输了商业思想。\n似乎是冥冥中的天意,在同一年的北京,也有个叫黄俊钦的哥哥,带着自己的弟弟黄光裕在倒卖空调、电视等家用电器。于是,南京一个苏宁,北京一个国美,南京一对兄弟,潮汕一对兄弟,就这样巧合地产生了交集,在日后的多年商战厮杀中,成为谁也打不垮对方的老对手。\n张近东在哥哥张桂平的熏陶之下,很快展现了商业天赋,经常给哥哥出谋划策,随着对家电行业的逐渐了解,张近东不想一直在哥哥的庇佑下成长,决定自己出来单干,10万元是他东拼西凑的全部家底,而房租就高达7万元。除去装修费用之后张近东可支配的资金少得可怜。\n天时地利人和。\n首推天时,1991年夏天,也就是苏宁成立后的半年,有三大火炉之称的南京城平均气温高达38度。市民购买空调的欲望空前高涨。\n这时候的张近东根本无力大规模进货,他想到一个空手套的妙招,先收货款,几日后免费上门安装,彼时的南京空调等大型家电几乎被国营企业垄断,购买都需要排队,更别提免费安装了,免费上门安装的噱头,吸引了众多消费者,消费者一看这家新开的门店规模也够大,跑得了和尚跑不了庙,就愿意先交付货款。而这时间差对张近东来说非常重要,他拿到货款再火速进货,赶在约定的时间前去上门安装,就这样类似“空手套白狼”的招数,让张近东在这个夏天销售额突破千万元,在当年11月的时候,销售额突破两千万元。\n或许是儿子张康阳的出生给他带来了好运,张近东成功掘得人生第一桶金,以当年空调利润超过20%计算,此时的张近东身价已达数百万元,在那个万元户都极为少见的年代,张近东属于先富起来的那批人。\n在抵御住几家国企家电卖场的联合攻击之后,1993年,张近东30岁,而此时的苏宁销售额达到惊人的3亿元,拿下了全国家电卖场的销售冠军,一举成名。\n04\n转型正当时\n张近东的商业头脑让苏宁不仅卖空调,还成为全国最大的空调批发商,在苏宁成立后的第六年也就是1996年,年营收突破15亿元。\n一个残酷的现实摆在张近东面前,以前计划经济时代,空调供不应求,随着市场经济的发展,国内众多空调厂家如雨后春笋一般涌现,供不应求的黄金时代结束了,敏锐的张近东嗅到了危机,果断拍板,将卖场搞连锁,开启了复制粘贴的模式,苏宁开始在南京逐渐出现若干家连锁店。\n张近东将业务模式由批发转为连锁经营,苏宁销售的产品由原来的以空调为主,变为电器的综合零售,此时的苏宁业务才初见雏形。\n苏宁电器南京新街口店是张近东打造的苏宁旗舰店,在1996年12月正式开张后。极佳的地理位置,自建的物业,天时地利人和的要素,这家旗舰店几乎全部囊括,在很长时间内,一直霸占着当地电器卖场第一的宝座。\n\n张近东的强项是卖空调,综合家电卖场远不是千里之外黄光裕的对手,但细究起来两家是截然不同的业务类型,国美讲究快速发展,注重攻城拔寨,而苏宁秉承张近东稳重的本性,稳扎稳打,扩张可以慢一些,但一定要盈利,以南京为中心,辐射周边,直到2000年才进军北京,于是在规模上,苏宁落了下风,但论单店盈利能力,苏宁甩开国美几条街,所以张近东和黄光裕一时也难分高下。\n05\n上市敲钟敲断槌\n2000年,张近东进军北京后,当年营收突破40亿元,这样的业绩让一向稳重的他内心起了波澜,开始谋求上市,随后一年内,张近东完成了股份改革,进入上市辅导期。那时候上市辅导期等候时间比较漫长,直到2004年,苦等了三年的张近东才实现了自己的敲钟梦。\n\n或许是这一天等待的太久,或许是想到当年八大卖场老总的集体刁难,或许是想到自己一路走来的酸甜苦辣,敲钟的瞬间,张近东把内心的积郁彻底发泄出来,一下用力过猛,竟然将敲钟的槌子生生敲裂了,成为中国乃至全球第一位上市敲钟把槌子敲裂的人,成为业界传奇。\n槌子敲裂并没有影响到苏宁在资本市场的表现,苏宁连锁的后劲强劲,让苏宁在资本市场上备受追捧,很快成为中国内地股市第一高价股。张近东本人也成为沪深两市个人拥有股票市值最高的人。股价一度创历史记录地达到74.84元/股。在苏宁这个巨无霸中,张近东的个人占股比例为35%,成为苏宁的第一大股东兼实控人。\n这时,比张近东年轻6岁的黄光裕疯狂开店和并购,张近东在出国考察后,认识到苏宁和世界知名企业的理念差距,于是耗资数亿元,请IBM、SAP等公司做整体咨询、升级ERP系统,花了很大力气优化内部管理,苏宁的内部结构相比国美更加良性。\n在疯狂的扩张之后国美的门店数是苏宁的2倍以上,销售额也是苏宁的1.6倍,无论是体量还是数量,都让黄光裕野心膨胀,妄图像收购永乐电器一样收购苏宁。\n在张近东和黄光裕为数不多的会面中,留下一段经典对话,那是2006年,黄光裕专程前来拜会张近东。在南京钟山高尔夫球场,37岁的黄光裕跟年长6岁的张近东说,我要收购苏宁。张近东用并不标准的普通话说,我不卖,你也买不起。如果做不过你,我就送给你,不用你买。\n此时的黄光裕忘记了一点,即便国美体量比苏宁大很多,它的市值远不及苏宁,只有苏宁的三分之二。从2004年上市直到2011年,苏宁的市值翻了20倍。2012年苏宁的整体营收达到2327亿元,成为全国工商联评比的中国民企500强第一名。\n不同的是,黄光裕比较激进和狂野,富有狼性,而张近东天生比较稳健,在当时两人都没有做错,立场不同所作出的决定也有差异。国美需要黄光裕的狼性,而苏宁需要张近东的稳重。\n这是张近东的前半生,是辉煌的,也是成功的,更是得到的。\n06\n失去的十年\n没有了黄光裕这个竞争对手,张近东仿佛失去了压力,也失去了善于思考的能力。在黄光裕入狱的十年,苏宁几乎在原地踏步,苏宁在黄光裕入狱的第二年,营收为583亿元,2020年苏宁的总营收为2584.59亿元,看似增长了不少,但放在11年的时间里计算,苏宁的年化率并不高。在互联网行业,这个绝对算是较低的增长。\n虽然国美这十年也几乎没有继续扩张,张近东没有借此良机彻底打垮老对手,就给了对手反扑的可能。\n反观苏宁的新对手京东,在2009年营收仅40亿元,到2020年,营收已经达到7458亿元,年化率比苏宁高出太多。\n2009年张近东的身价为253亿元,在福布斯中国排行榜上位列第九位,而2020年福布斯中国排行榜上张近东身价72亿美元,位列榜单第65位,72亿美元折合人民币约468亿,从253亿到468亿,张近东用了11年,都说钱生钱更容易,但张近东钱生钱的能力反而因为黄光裕的入狱而被减弱。\n或许是没有黄光裕这个最强竞争对手在一旁虎视眈眈,张近东失去了进取心,甚至有媒体曝出,他住着上亿元的豪宅,光是保姆就请了30多个。且他开始四处投资,却没有收到明显的成效。\n这十年,对张近东来说是浪费的十年,将国美放虎归山,未能趁机彻底打垮黄光裕,如今黄光裕归来,不再年轻的张近东或无力抵御黄光裕的凌厉攻势。且在十年里,张近东坐等京东做大做强,重新培养出一个新对手。\n老对手依然强劲,新对手完成了超越。张近东就任由这十年逝去了。\n07\n价格战对轰刘强东\n在互联网兴起的时代,不管张近东愿不愿意,苏宁还是被迫趟了电商的浑水。2010年1月苏宁易购正式上线,开始了苏宁的互联网转型之路。习惯了做传统零售的张近东,在面对小他11岁的江苏老乡刘强东时,刘强东的互联网思维,让张近东节节败退,不得已开始打起了价格战。\n2012年的夏天,新拿到一笔巨额融资的刘强东底气十足,公开向张近东发起挑战:“京东商城所有大家电价格都比苏宁国美便宜10%”。张近东被迫还击,“所有产品价格必然低于京东”,此时张近东的老对手黄光裕也难得一见的和张近东站在一个战壕里(黄光裕当时身在监狱,但对国美依然有实际控制)国美电器随后也承诺“全线比京东低5%”。 财大气粗的京东股东直接表态称:我们除了有钱什么都没有!你就放心打价格战吧,往死里打!\n\n价格战是把杀敌一千自损八百的双刃剑,在这没有赢家的价格战中,这场价格战,双方只对攻了半个月,各自耗费了几亿元的资金,张近东并没有讨到便宜,苏宁也大伤元气。\n08\n张近东的败笔\n在价格战中元气大伤的苏宁,开始了他的转折之路,张近东看到在互联网上未必是刘强东的对手,于是开始战略转移。\n在这一年,没有黄光裕给他的压力,张近东的很多想法在今天看来都很随性,没有深思熟虑,他想剑走偏锋,收购、改名、线上线下同品同价左右互搏等等布局,一时眼花缭乱,就从这一年起,张近东的投资清单多了很多家,其中有6600万美元收购了红孩子、4.2亿美元战略投资PPTV、200亿元战略投资恒大地产、收购江苏国信舜天足球俱乐部、2.7亿美元买下了“国际米兰足球俱乐部”70%的股份、48亿元收购家乐福中国80%的股份,成为家乐福中国的控股股东、27亿元购买万达百货持有的37家百货公司100%股权、95亿元收购万达商业4.02%股权……每一项都是大手笔的投资,短短几年投资数百亿元。\n如果说这些遍布各行业的投资还具有战略意义,那张近东后期的投资就很让人费解,入股锤子科技、收购龙珠直播、战略入股努比亚……每一项投资砸出去的都是真金白银,而苏宁易购在互联网上被淘宝和京东以及后起之秀拼多多逐渐蚕食,虽然还占据家电行业的市场第一,优势却并不明显。\n\n张近东面临有史以来最大的困境——主业瓶颈迟迟没有突破,大量投资并购后带来的收益不甚理想。\n或许张近东想到了债务危机,但想不到会来的这么快,2020年底,媒体曝出苏宁资金链断裂的消息,尽管官方一再辟谣,外界却始终持怀疑态度。\n数据表明,2018年末,苏宁短期借款约243亿元,而2017年末只有87亿元,不得已张近东发行了100亿元公司债,其中80亿元为2021年度内到期。2020年末,苏宁一年内需偿还借款及债券402.76亿元,而苏宁的现金流只有258.88亿元。截至2021年3月31日,苏宁易购流动资产1016.55亿元,流动负债1182.4亿元,债务危机绝非空穴来风,从张近东之子张康阳在国米大肆甩卖球员套现可见一斑。\n09\n放下\n苏宁今日的困局张近东难辞其咎,因为打败苏宁的不是国美、不是京东阿里,而是张近东自己。什么都想得到,最后什么都没得到,张近东虽然依然身处福布斯富豪榜,但永远再没有机会进入前十。\n如果没有一系列耗费巨资且收效甚微的投资收购,如果在面对线上线下转型不是拖拖拉拉,如果……但没有如果,张近东选择退位,或许是身心疲惫和无力回天的悲凉,是他一手造就了苏宁,也几乎一手毁了苏宁。\n张近东一手打造的苏宁是家族色彩浓厚的企业,有人说苏宁连自己的企业文化都没有,此时的张近东也明白了自己过去那套经营企业的方式,已经很难适应这个时代的变化,自己如果不退位放权,可能连这最新的80亿元融资都进不来。\n时来天地皆同力,运去英雄不自由。属于张近东的时代已经结束。\n\n此时,对张近东来说,放下,即拥有。攥得越紧,越容易失去,深谙商场之道的老江湖,比谁都明白,于是主动辞去董事长一职,只挂了个名誉主席的虚衔。\n不管怎样,都抹不掉张近东的功绩,他对家电零售市场的贡献以及对行业的影响都极为深远,不管他是否自愿放下,但放下对张近东,对苏宁来说都是最好的选择。","news_type":1},"isVote":1,"tweetType":1,"viewCount":941,"authorTweetTopStatus":1,"verified":2,"comments":[],"imageCount":0,"langContent":"CN","totalScore":0},{"id":148729349,"gmtCreate":1626019422381,"gmtModify":1633930878093,"author":{"id":"3570942105548680","authorId":"3570942105548680","name":"坐等收钱","avatar":"https://static.tigerbbs.com/42aa71edbeac1d549705875b8b4d5974","crmLevel":4,"crmLevelSwitch":0,"followedFlag":false,"authorIdStr":"3570942105548680","idStr":"3570942105548680"},"themes":[],"htmlText":"已阅","listText":"已阅","text":"已阅","images":[],"top":1,"highlighted":1,"essential":1,"paper":1,"likeSize":1,"commentSize":0,"repostSize":0,"link":"https://laohu8.com/post/148729349","repostId":"2150306546","repostType":4,"repost":{"id":"2150306546","pubTimestamp":1625879520,"share":"https://www.laohu8.com/m/news/2150306546?lang=&edition=full","pubTime":"2021-07-10 href=\"https://laohu8.com/S/000402\">金融街</a>设立泽熙北京分公司,从此北京成为徐翔交易地点,通过视频工具遥控上海。直到2015年11月案发,徐翔在北京金融街活动了一年半。</p>\n<p>2014年,泽熙控制的资金已达100亿元,和上市公司合谋大宗交易减持的收益已不能满足他。他的兴趣转移到一级半市场,与上市公司合谋定向增发及协议转让,而不是大宗交易减持或短线交易。</p>\n<p>2015年“股灾”期间,徐翔成功全仓抄底并在高点清仓逃顶。三天时间,徐翔赚了大约30亿元,资产规模达到200亿元。然而,这是他最后的辉煌了。</p>\n<p><b>徐翔的交易室</b></p>\n<p>泽熙北京分公司成立后,徐翔的业务重心向北京转移,为北京分公司整体招募了一个PE团队。周日到周五,徐翔在北京上班,周五到上海过周末,他平时住在威斯汀酒店的套房内,日常活动范围就在金融街一带。</p>\n<p>徐翔在上海与北京之间架设了一个视屏工具,由他亲自指挥,忙的时候老婆应莹,以及两个财务经理会帮忙在上海交易所盯盘。</p>\n<p>徐翔平时交易股票都在北京分公司,这里设有专门的交易室,约50平方米,里面有四五十台台式电脑。徐翔自己则有一个约十几台电脑围成的小交易室,他平时在这个小交易室坐镇、指挥。另外三名交易员在这个小交易室外围,每个人都操作十几台电脑,交易室不允许公司其他员工进入。</p>\n<p>每天晚上,徐翔都会研究有关信息,做好交易计划,第二天在集合竞价时,他就开始操作委托挂单。在股票交易忙时,徐翔会在开盘前提前把交易单子写好,交由几个交易员操作委托,交易过程中交易员也会根据徐翔的指令交易。但从2014年之后,交易员直接交易的机会就很少了,因为曾出过错误,徐翔能忙过来时就不用她们操作。交易员大部分的工作是帮徐翔收集交易时的最新信息、新闻和盯盘等工作。平时大多数交易都由徐翔自己下单,有时也会通过专门的自动下单软件进行委托交易。</p>\n<p>徐翔曾使用的马甲账户情况:在2014年前,对于活跃账户超过10万股就会发出警示函。为了逃避监管,徐翔让他控制的马甲账户,使用专门电脑和无线上网卡,每台电脑和上网卡对应一个账户。因为同一台电脑操作很多马甲账户容易被证监会查出来。徐翔用专线电话单向发出交易指令,他们通过电话向徐翔汇报账户的资金和盈利情况。偶尔会通过应莹联系。徐翔用的马甲账户,一种是公司员工及其亲戚朋友和他们的关系人开设的账户。另一种是跟着徐翔炒股的。比如竺勇母亲王凤飞和徐峻小姨子陈姗姗,这两个账户是参与金子火腿股票定增时用的。</p>\n<p>2015年9月,徐翔准备入股七星控股,与史玉柱达成了初步意向,但后来没有实施。</p>\n<p><b>2015年“股灾”抄底</b></p>\n<p>2015年二三月份,徐翔从券商方面反馈的信息得知很多杠杆资金进入股市,徐翔由此得知这波行情是民间杠杆资金启动的,他对杠杆资金非常敏感和忌讳,认为这样的牛市难以持续。</p>\n<p>当时泽熙产品主要配置了涨幅较大的中小盘和创业板的股票。到5月份,创业板、中小板股票平均市盈率在几百倍,风险已经很大了。徐翔从4月份开始卖掉所有能卖的股票,5月份基本清空,仓位控制很轻。6月份有个新闻,一个股民加杠杆买中车,股价下跌爆仓,网传其跳楼了。徐翔认为这个新闻会影响到国家对股市加杠杆的政策,加上市场投资者集体的疯狂行为,他认为风险已经很大了,清空了所有股票。</p>\n<p>6月份证监会出台了整顿融资的政策,市场暴跌,开始严查做空,国家队开始入场救市,并呼吁社会积极救市。当时股指从高点5178点跌到了3373点,徐翔认为很多股票估值还是比较高,没有入场。私募基金协会找到徐翔,希望他参与救市,不要做空股市。徐翔认为大盘还有下跌可能,这个时间和点位入市风险很大,没有出手。后来国家出台一系列政策,市场在国家队带领下,做多气氛浓厚,徐翔觉得在这样的态势下,指数能达到前期新高的5000甚至6000点,7月8日,徐翔进场抄底,9日全仓抄底,当天大盘强势反弹,徐翔买了个最低点位。三天时间,徐翔赚了大约30亿元,资产规模达到200亿元。</p>\n<p>7月22日以后,徐翔抛售了所购买的股票,盈利20多亿元。这时又出了国家队要退出的消息,股市大面积下跌。后来徐翔的仓位基本控制在10%,直到案发。成功全仓抄底并在高点清仓逃顶,这是徐翔最后的辉煌了。</p>\n<p><b>锒铛入狱</b></p>\n<p>2014年,徐翔的资产最高市值突破100亿元,和上市公司合谋大宗减持的收益已不能满足他。他的兴趣转移到一级半市场,此后更关注参与合谋上市公司定增及协议转让,先后参与了<a href=\"https://laohu8.com/S/600503\">华丽家族</a>、<a href=\"https://laohu8.com/S/600255\">鑫科材料</a>、<a href=\"https://laohu8.com/S/002319\">乐通股份</a>的定增,还向<a href=\"https://laohu8.com/S/002337\">赛象科技</a>询问是否有定增意向。2014年底,徐翔用母亲郑素贞的名义通过协议转让方式,受让14.88%的<a href=\"https://laohu8.com/S/601010\">文峰股份</a>股权。</p>\n<p>徐翔开始对上市公司收购控制。通过协议转让收购了<a href=\"https://laohu8.com/S/600288\">大恒科技</a>29.8%的股权,由郑素贞代持。派驻鲁永志担任董事长;又通过司法拍卖,以上海泽添公司(后更名西藏泽添)的名义拍得了<a href=\"https://laohu8.com/S/600857\">宁波中百</a>(维权)15.96%的股权,成为第一大股东,派驻徐骏担任董事长兼总经理。</p>\n<p>除了收购这些资产,徐翔还逐步在一级半市场进行资本运作。第一次参与一级半市场,他是看着王巍运作的。之后,徐翔举牌<a 13将不再向用户提供64GB存储,直接128GB起步,Pro版最高支持1TB存储。说实话,64GB放到现在确实有点不够用,喜欢拍照或者打游戏的用户,前者会在相册内存储很多照片,不知不觉手机存储就满了;后者下载一款热门游戏,比如王者,最起码需要占用5GB以上的存储空间。除非是那些只用来打电话,很少装App的用户,64GB的iPhone或许够用。</p>\n<p>另外,现在微信、QQ等App用久了,如果不及时清理缓存,随着时间的推移,单个App所占据的存储空间也会越来越大。</p>\n<p><img X(起售价8399元)那代开始,前任苹果副总裁安吉拉·阿伦茨(曾担任巴宝莉首席执行官),通过一系列的涨价使得苹果成功变成奢侈消费品。而到了iPhone XS那一代,起售价则又涨了300元。\n根据当时的数据统计,2018年iPhone在中国的出货量为3420万台,而2017年卖掉了3670万台。尽管安吉拉主推iPhone当奢侈品卖,看上去很美好,给苹果带来了高盈利高收入,但是销量却放缓了。\n\n直到2019年,这位女高管的离职,也意味着苹果的产品策略,从奢侈品化变回了精品高端化。很显然,事实也正是如此,iPhone 11的起售价比iPhone XR便宜了1000元,比iPhone XS便宜了3200元。\n苹果加量不加价的策略,成功挽回了iPhone销量。市场调研机构Omdia统计的数据显示,2020上半年,iPhone 11的销量为3770万台,而2019年上半年,iPhone XR同期的销量只有2690万台。\n单从数据来看,苹果加量不加价的策略可谓是非常成功,而iPhone 12系列也是采用的相同的定价策略。\n\n既然苹果加量不加价的策略如此成功,那么iPhone13呢?\nTrendForce发布的一份报告显示,iPhone 13的起售价预计与上代相同,都是699美元起,而去年国行价格为5499元起。也就是说,今年的iPhone 13起售价可能与去年一样,依旧是加量不加价。\n1TB存储鸽了\n现如今安卓手机基本上都是128GB存储起步,64GB老早就被砍掉了。不过苹果是个例外,哪怕是最新的iPhone 12系列,依旧提供了64GB乞丐版,Pro版本则最高提供了512GB存储。\n此前,有消息称,iPhone 13将不再向用户提供64GB存储,直接128GB起步,Pro版最高支持1TB存储。说实话,64GB放到现在确实有点不够用,喜欢拍照或者打游戏的用户,前者会在相册内存储很多照片,不知不觉手机存储就满了;后者下载一款热门游戏,比如王者,最起码需要占用5GB以上的存储空间。除非是那些只用来打电话,很少装App的用户,64GB的iPhone或许够用。\n另外,现在微信、QQ等App用久了,如果不及时清理缓存,随着时间的推移,单个App所占据的存储空间也会越来越大。\n\n与安卓手机不同,iPhone的64GB升级到128GB,中间的差价为500元,如果直接从64GB升级到256GB则需要补1300元,这样折算下来,用户需要花费小8000元的价格才能够买到一台256GB的iPhone。而安卓这边,用户只需花费一部iPhone 12 mini的钱,便可以买到8+256GB的旗舰手机。\n因此,如果iPhone 13直接128GB起步,并且价格与上代保持不变的话,对于果粉来说,既可以省钱,又可以享受更大存储容量的iPhone,那绝对称得上是一举两得的美事。\n不过比较遗憾的是,TrendForce表示,iPhone 13依旧是64GB存储起步,同时Pro版没有网传的1TB存储。这也就意味着消费者无法以64GB的价格买到更大存储版本的iPhone 13,而且资金充裕的消费者,也不能加钱购买1TB的iPhone 13 Pro/ Pro Max了。\n\n4800万像素主摄没戏\n苹果对于iPhone的相机可以说是相当执着,1200万像素主摄用了6年。而安卓手机,即便不是旗舰机型,6400万像素基本上也已经成了标配。\n前段时间,网上突然开始疯传iPhone 13系列后置主摄,将从原先的1200万像素升级到4800万像素。原本以为终于可以在iPhone上体验到高像素相机了,结果可能只是异想天开罢了。\n根据TrendForce发布的报告,iPhone 13主摄只是加入了iPhone 12 Pro的传感器位移防抖技术,相当于技术下放。而Pro版本的主摄则会升级为6P镜头,而且还能实现自动对焦功能。\n\n单从报告来看,iPhone 13系列的相机只是小幅升级,主摄可能没有4800万像素,应该依旧是1200万像素。Pro版本配备的6P镜头,汇聚光线的能力会增强,可以进一步提升照片的对比度和解析力,同时能够改善暗光场景下的眩光问题。\n虽然iPhone 13系列没能用上传闻中的4800万像素主摄,但是最起码拍照体验会得到一定的提升,iPhone 12的眩光问题应该也会被改善。\n总结\n就目前来看,iPhone
