With the stock down 13% this year, the firm said it’s an “aggressive” buy at current levels.\nThe videogame maker is the latest stock in Morgan Stanley’s list of top tech picks outside of the FANG names. Other names on the list includeUber.\n“We expect users and engagement and monetization of these users to drive long-term growth,” analyst Brian Nowak wrote in a not to clients. “We forecast that digital in-game content will drive highly profitable revenue growth.”\nNowak also pointed to the company’s diversified gaming portfolio, which he believes will drive earnings revisions and multiple upside into the future. He added that the stock is currently trading at its lowest price-to-earnings ratio in two years.\nMorgan Stanley has an overweight rating and $120 target on the stock, which is 48% above where shares closed on Wednesday.\nActivision Blizzard is currently facing an anti-discrimination lawsuit in California, but Morgan Stanley believes the case won’t have a material impact on the company.\n“These games specifically have been in development for years.
