Take note Tiger APP is not allowing trades in 0.001 bid steps as they're following SGX guidelines of 0.005 bid steps for <$1 share prices ie can only put in at 0.985, 0.990, 0.995, 1.000.

Even though transactions are being done at 0.001 bid steps currently (see 2nd pix).
