21:36","market":"sh","language":"zh","title":"2020年的病毒株又来了？新冠病毒“返祖”？疾控专家回应","url":"https://stock-news.laohu8.com/highlight/detail?id=1165890676","media":"华尔街见闻","summary":"新冠病毒从奥密克戎变异株回复突变为原始株的概率，在理论上是非常小的。","content":"<html><head></head><body><p><i>内容综合自湖北发布和北京日报</i></p><p>针对近期网络上关于原始毒株、德尔塔病毒回归的传言，武汉市和北京市疾控专家刚刚进行了回应。</p><p>据湖北发布微信公众号12月27日消息，近期，网络上流传，是不是2020年的病毒株又来了？为什么大家感染后的症状有很大的不同？武汉市目前到底有多少奥密克戎变异株在流行？带着这些问题，小布采访了武汉市疾控中心传染病防制所所长杨小兵。</p><p>杨小兵介绍，武汉市常年在武汉市第一医院和武汉儿童医院两个哨点医院采样监测，每周一次，每次20份咽拭子样本。12月中旬开始增加到每次40份，本周又增加了金银潭医院为采样哨点医院。监测数据显示，<b>现阶段武汉市流行的奥密克戎变异毒株仍然是BA.5.2。从10月份至今，在采集的样本中检测到的病毒全部是BA.5.2变异毒株，没有发现其他型别毒株。</b></p><p>受寒冷气候等多种因素影响，本次疫情中，病毒感染后很多人都出现了症状，主要是发热，咳嗽，肌肉酸痛，咽干、鼻塞、腹泻等，上呼吸道症状明显。也有出现肺部炎症的情况，但相对患病的人数来说，<b>出现肺部炎症的比例比较小。</b></p><p>国家卫生健康委12月26日发布公告，将新型冠状病毒肺炎更名为新型冠状病毒感染。自2023年1月8日起，新冠病毒感染将由“乙类甲管”调整为“乙类乙管”。</p><p>杨小兵介绍，目前我国法定传染病共有40种，其中甲类传染病2种，乙类传染病27种，丙类传染病11种。甲类传染病包括鼠疫、霍乱。甲类传染病发生后，报告疫情的时间限制，对病人、病原携带者的隔离、治疗方式以及对疫点、疫区的处理等均强制执行。乙类传染病包括新冠、非典、艾滋病、病毒性肝炎等，要求采取严格的管控措施。丙类传染病为监测管理传染病，包括流感、流行性腮腺炎等。</p><p>经过3年的变化，新冠病毒感染的主要特征也演变为以发热、头痛、咽痛、咳嗽这类上呼吸道感染症状为主，肺炎已不是主要症状，造成的健康危害也已经明显降低。但是，<b>要引起注意的是，新型冠状病毒感染仍然是引起肺部炎症的病原体之一。如果感染后较长时间没有恢复，并出现咳嗽、发热、胸闷等加重情况，要及时就医就诊，防止演变为重症。</b></p><p>杨小兵指出，依据传染病防治法，新型冠状病毒感染实施“乙类乙管”后，对新冠病毒感染者不再实行隔离措施，不再判定密切接触者；对新冠病毒感染者实施分级分类收治。后续防控工作目标将围绕“保健康、防重症”采取相应措施，最大程度保护人民群众生命安全和身体健康。</p><p>据北京日报12月27日报道，近期，网上有传闻，北京已有德尔塔毒株等新冠病毒变异株流行。对此，北京市疾控中心传染病地方病控制所研究员潘阳表示，近两个月来，北京市流行的新冠病毒为奥密克戎变异株BF.7分支和BA.5.2分支。<b>近期没有在社会面发现XBB、BQ.1等变异株流行，也没有发现原始株、德尔塔等非奥密克戎变异株的流行。</b></p><p>潘阳介绍，在我国及全球其它地区，通常情况下会呈现1至2种主导流行株和少量其他毒株共同流行的情况。<b>目前，北京流行的奥密克戎变异株为BF.7和BA.5.2两种分支，与我国目前病毒的流行分布情况是比较接近的。</b></p><p>新冠病毒在变异过程中是否会出现“返祖”现象？潘阳说<b>，新冠病毒从奥密克戎变异株回复突变为原始株的概率，在理论上是非常小的，目前在全球也没有观察到类似先例。</b></p><p>二次感染是指新冠病毒感染者确诊后康复，间隔一段时间又发生的感染。新冠病毒的不同变异株是否会导致二次感染？二次感染症状是否会更重？潘阳表示，预计近期北京出现再感染的风险较低，但随着病毒变异、免疫保护衰减以及易感人群累计等因素叠加，预计随后的半年至一年内本市将存在人群再感染的风险，须持续开展新冠病毒监测，密切关注流行强度及疾病严重程度，适时调整防控措施。</p><p><b>当前北京流行的BF.7分支和BA.5.2分支，均属于奥密克戎变异株BA.5的子分支。</b>潘阳表示，这两分支进化距离较近，氨基酸序列有较高的相似度，两分支感染者产生的中和抗体具有一定的交叉保护作用。既往感染能给人体提供一定的免疫保护能力，但这种保护力会随着时间推移逐渐降低。同时，感染者的临床表现也受到自身健康情况、流行株情况、环境因素等多种因素影响。</p><p>需要提示的是，有研究数据显示，与仅感染过一次新冠的患者比较，两次或更多次感染的患者由于多次感染效应累加，会产生更高的累积健康风险和疾病负担。因此潘阳提醒，康复后也要继续采取佩戴口罩等防护措施，避免二次或多次感染的出现。</p><p>当前，北京仍利用此前建立的新冠病毒基因监测网络持续开展监测。潘阳表示，在2020年至2021年，北京在境外输入病例中陆续发现了阿尔法、贝塔、德尔塔、奥密克戎等变异株。目前，北京拥有针对门诊轻症病例、住院重症病例、聚集性疫情病例、境外输入病例等四类人群的新冠病毒变异株监测网络，能够从多个维度第一时间识别发现变异株，发现流行特征，为不断优化防控策略提供技术支撑。</p><p>如果未来XBB、BQ.1及其他新冠病毒变异株在社区传播，北京的监测体系能够第一时间发现、捕获，并通过多部门参与对病毒病原学特征、流行病学特征、临床特征等进行研判，形成整体的风险评估方案。根据病毒流行情况及病毒变异情况，监测网络还会在运行中持续优化调整。</p><p></p><p></p><p></p></body></html>","source":"live_wallstreetcn","collect":0,"html":"<!DOCTYPE Link</a>\n\n</div>\n\n\n</article>\n</div>\n</body>\n</html>\n","type":0,"thumbnail":"https://static.tigerbbs.com/a8c5a31a8c3891917dc4c14d9c98b9de","relate_stocks":{},"source_url":"https://wallstreetcn.com/articles/3678444","is_english":false,"share_image_url":"https://static.laohu8.com/cc96873d3d23ee6ac10685520df9c100","article_id":"1165890676","content_text":"内容综合自湖北发布和北京日报针对近期网络上关于原始毒株、德尔塔病毒回归的传言，武汉市和北京市疾控专家刚刚进行了回应。据湖北发布微信公众号12月27日消息，近期，网络上流传，是不是2020年的病毒株又来了？为什么大家感染后的症状有很大的不同？武汉市目前到底有多少奥密克戎变异株在流行？带着这些问题，小布采访了武汉市疾控中心传染病防制所所长杨小兵。杨小兵介绍，武汉市常年在武汉市第一医院和武汉儿童医院两个哨点医院采样监测，每周一次，每次20份咽拭子样本。12月中旬开始增加到每次40份，本周又增加了金银潭医院为采样哨点医院。监测数据显示，现阶段武汉市流行的奥密克戎变异毒株仍然是BA.5.2。从10月份至今，在采集的样本中检测到的病毒全部是BA.5.2变异毒株，没有发现其他型别毒株。受寒冷气候等多种因素影响，本次疫情中，病毒感染后很多人都出现了症状，主要是发热，咳嗽，肌肉酸痛，咽干、鼻塞、腹泻等，上呼吸道症状明显。也有出现肺部炎症的情况，但相对患病的人数来说，出现肺部炎症的比例比较小。国家卫生健康委12月26日发布公告，将新型冠状病毒肺炎更名为新型冠状病毒感染。自2023年1月8日起，新冠病毒感染将由“乙类甲管”调整为“乙类乙管”。杨小兵介绍，目前我国法定传染病共有40种，其中甲类传染病2种，乙类传染病27种，丙类传染病11种。甲类传染病包括鼠疫、霍乱。甲类传染病发生后，报告疫情的时间限制，对病人、病原携带者的隔离、治疗方式以及对疫点、疫区的处理等均强制执行。乙类传染病包括新冠、非典、艾滋病、病毒性肝炎等，要求采取严格的管控措施。丙类传染病为监测管理传染病，包括流感、流行性腮腺炎等。经过3年的变化，新冠病毒感染的主要特征也演变为以发热、头痛、咽痛、咳嗽这类上呼吸道感染症状为主，肺炎已不是主要症状，造成的健康危害也已经明显降低。但是，要引起注意的是，新型冠状病毒感染仍然是引起肺部炎症的病原体之一。如果感染后较长时间没有恢复，并出现咳嗽、发热、胸闷等加重情况，要及时就医就诊，防止演变为重症。杨小兵指出，依据传染病防治法，新型冠状病毒感染实施“乙类乙管”后，对新冠病毒感染者不再实行隔离措施，不再判定密切接触者；对新冠病毒感染者实施分级分类收治。后续防控工作目标将围绕“保健康、防重症”采取相应措施，最大程度保护人民群众生命安全和身体健康。据北京日报12月27日报道，近期，网上有传闻，北京已有德尔塔毒株等新冠病毒变异株流行。对此，北京市疾控中心传染病地方病控制所研究员潘阳表示，近两个月来，北京市流行的新冠病毒为奥密克戎变异株BF.7分支和BA.5.2分支。近期没有在社会面发现XBB、BQ.1等变异株流行，也没有发现原始株、德尔塔等非奥密克戎变异株的流行。潘阳介绍，在我国及全球其它地区，通常情况下会呈现1至2种主导流行株和少量其他毒株共同流行的情况。目前，北京流行的奥密克戎变异株为BF.7和BA.5.2两种分支，与我国目前病毒的流行分布情况是比较接近的。新冠病毒在变异过程中是否会出现“返祖”现象？潘阳说，新冠病毒从奥密克戎变异株回复突变为原始株的概率，在理论上是非常小的，目前在全球也没有观察到类似先例。二次感染是指新冠病毒感染者确诊后康复，间隔一段时间又发生的感染。新冠病毒的不同变异株是否会导致二次感染？二次感染症状是否会更重？潘阳表示，预计近期北京出现再感染的风险较低，但随着病毒变异、免疫保护衰减以及易感人群累计等因素叠加，预计随后的半年至一年内本市将存在人群再感染的风险，须持续开展新冠病毒监测，密切关注流行强度及疾病严重程度，适时调整防控措施。当前北京流行的BF.7分支和BA.5.2分支，均属于奥密克戎变异株BA.5的子分支。潘阳表示，这两分支进化距离较近，氨基酸序列有较高的相似度，两分支感染者产生的中和抗体具有一定的交叉保护作用。既往感染能给人体提供一定的免疫保护能力，但这种保护力会随着时间推移逐渐降低。同时，感染者的临床表现也受到自身健康情况、流行株情况、环境因素等多种因素影响。需要提示的是，有研究数据显示，与仅感染过一次新冠的患者比较，两次或更多次感染的患者由于多次感染效应累加，会产生更高的累积健康风险和疾病负担。因此潘阳提醒，康复后也要继续采取佩戴口罩等防护措施，避免二次或多次感染的出现。当前，北京仍利用此前建立的新冠病毒基因监测网络持续开展监测。潘阳表示，在2020年至2021年，北京在境外输入病例中陆续发现了阿尔法、贝塔、德尔塔、奥密克戎等变异株。目前，北京拥有针对门诊轻症病例、住院重症病例、聚集性疫情病例、境外输入病例等四类人群的新冠病毒变异株监测网络，能够从多个维度第一时间识别发现变异株，发现流行特征，为不断优化防控策略提供技术支撑。如果未来XBB、BQ.1及其他新冠病毒变异株在社区传播，北京的监测体系能够第一时间发现、捕获，并通过多部门参与对病毒病原学特征、流行病学特征、临床特征等进行研判，形成整体的风险评估方案。根据病毒流行情况及病毒变异情况，监测网络还会在运行中持续优化调整。","news_type":1},"isVote":1,"tweetType":1,"viewCount":2724,"authorTweetTopStatus":1,"verified":2,"comments":[],"imageCount":0,"langContent":"CN","totalScore":0},{"id":629188568,"gmtCreate":1670338532154,"gmtModify":1670339279754,"author":{"id":"4131543391021880","authorId":"4131543391021880","name":"呵呵哒哥哥","avatar":"https://static.tigerbbs.com/9ffca35620b866061cf3423230885bce","crmLevel":4,"crmLevelSwitch":1,"followedFlag":false,"idStr":"4131543391021880","authorIdStr":"4131543391021880"},"themes":[],"htmlText":"<a
