I’ll put my money on AirBnb.When global travel capacity increases,which is bound to happen,revenue and profits will definitely grow in tandem.Lots of pent up demand.This will send the stock skyrocketing.Just a matter of time.Meanwhile,Netflix is something i’ll hold onto while people are still working from home.I’m neutral on Costco.

As much as I would love to see more EV on the road and as much as i have confidence in the potential upside in EV stocks,the biggest players must be in it before EV markets skyrocket.I’m talking about governments all over.They are too heavily invested in fossil fuel industry.It’s gonna take atleast a decade before EV goes mainstream.

Latch has strong potential.But that has yet to be proven till subscription money starts flowing in.6 to 10yrs lock in is a brilliant strategy.But does thecontract have loopholes?How about the patent?Isthere any?Lemonade is a new player in the market.I’ve seensmaller insurers wind up due to competition.Can consider holding a small position to see if things pan out in the next 12mths?

EV stocks will only rocket and stabilise once EV are mainstream.Then again,will take a very,very long time unless govts are willing to let go of petrodollar and tax earnings related to oil and gas…
