That forecast implies its revenue will rise from its target of $1.5 billion this year to at least $4.3 billion in 2025.</p>\n<p>The company expects that growth to be driven by its new and expanded contracts with government agencies, as well as the growth of its Foundry platform for large commercial customers. The accelerating growth of its commercial business over the past year, which notably outpaced the growth of its government business last quarter, supports that thesis.</p>\n<h2>Palantir's path toward a trillion-dollar market cap</h2>\n<p>Palantir hasn't provided any longer-term targets beyond 2025. But based on the growth trajectory of other big data companies like <b><a href=\"https://laohu8.com/S/CRM\">Salesforce</a> </b>(NYSE:CRM), its annual revenue increase could potentially decelerate and stabilize at about 20% over the following 10 years.</p>\n<p>If it hits its target for 2025, then continues to grow its revenue at an average rate of 20% over the following 10 years, it could generate nearly $27 billion in revenue in 2035.</p>\n<p>If Palantir's revenue growth then slows down to 15% per year, which would be more comparable to <b>Microsoft</b>'s (NASDAQ:MSFT) current rate, it could generate over $53 billion in revenue in 2040.</p>\n<p>Assuming the company is still valued at over 20 times sales, its market cap could surpass $1 trillion. But most tech giants that grow their revenue 15% to 25% annually aren't valued at more than 20 times sales.</p>\n<p>Microsoft, which is expected to generate 17% sales growth this year, trades at 13 times that estimate. Salesforce, which is expected to generate 24% sales growth this year, trades at just 11 times this year's sales.</p>\n<p>Therefore, Palantir's market cap could potentially hit $1 trillion by 2040, but it seems highly unlikely. Instead, it will likely be closer to $500 billion (which would still be a 12-bagger gain from its current valuation) if its stock is trading at a more reasonable P/S ratio of 10.</p>\n<h2>Look beyond the market caps</h2>\n<p>Instead of focusing on Palantir's path toward joining the 12-zero club, investors should focus on its ability to generate sustainable growth.</p>\n<p>The company has gained a firm foothold with the U.S. government, but it still faces competition from internally developed systems. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), for example, has been developing its own platform to replace Palantir's Falcon. If other agencies follow ICE's lead, the company's dream of becoming the \"default operating system for data across the U.S. government\" could abruptly end.</p>\n<p>Palantir is making solid progress in the commercial market, but its Foundry platform still faces plenty of indirect competitors like <b>C3.ai</b>, <b>Salesforce</b>'s Tableau, and Glue from <b>Amazon</b> Web Services.</p>\n<p>The company likely believes its reputation as a battle-hardened platform for the U.S. military and government agencies will attract more enterprise customers. But there's no guarantee that this appeal will last for decades or fend off newer, hungrier, and more disruptive players in the data-mining market.</p>\n<h2>Is Palantir's stock still worth buying?</h2>\n<p>I still believe Palantir's stock is a promising long-term investment on the secular growth of the data-mining and analytics market. However, there's a lot of growth already baked into the stock, and its high valuations could limit its near-term and long-term potential. The bears will argue that the high price-to-sales (P/S) ratio will limit its upside, especially as rising interest rates and inflation make many high-growth tech stocks less attractive.\nBut let's look beyond the near-term noise and see if Palantir can still generate big multibagger gains, or even become a trillion-dollar stock, over the next two decades.\nHow fast is Palantir growing?\nPalantir expects to grow its revenue by at least 30% annually between fiscal 2021 and 2025. That forecast implies its revenue will rise from its target of $1.5 billion this year to at least $4.3 billion in 2025.\nThe company expects that growth to be driven by its new and expanded contracts with government agencies, as well as the growth of its Foundry platform for large commercial customers. The accelerating growth of its commercial business over the past year, which notably outpaced the growth of its government business last quarter, supports that thesis.\nPalantir's path toward a trillion-dollar market cap\nPalantir hasn't provided any longer-term targets beyond 2025. But based on the growth trajectory of other big data companies like Salesforce (NYSE:CRM), its annual revenue increase could potentially decelerate and stabilize at about 20% over the following 10 years.\nIf it hits its target for 2025, then continues to grow its revenue at an average rate of 20% over the following 10 years, it could generate nearly $27 billion in revenue in 2035.\nIf Palantir's revenue growth then slows down to 15% per year, which would be more comparable to Microsoft's (NASDAQ:MSFT) current rate, it could generate over $53 billion in revenue in 2040.\nAssuming the company is still valued at over 20 times sales, its market cap could surpass $1 trillion. But most tech giants that grow their revenue 15% to 25% annually aren't valued at more than 20 times sales.\nMicrosoft, which is expected to generate 17% sales growth this year, trades at 13 times that estimate. Salesforce, which is expected to generate 24% sales growth this year, trades at just 11 times this year's sales.\nTherefore, Palantir's market cap could potentially hit $1 trillion by 2040, but it seems highly unlikely. Instead, it will likely be closer to $500 billion (which would still be a 12-bagger gain from its current valuation) if its stock is trading at a more reasonable P/S ratio of 10.\nLook beyond the market caps\nInstead of focusing on Palantir's path toward joining the 12-zero club, investors should focus on its ability to generate sustainable growth.\nThe company has gained a firm foothold with the U.S. government, but it still faces competition from internally developed systems. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), for example, has been developing its own platform to replace Palantir's Falcon. If other agencies follow ICE's lead, the company's dream of becoming the \"default operating system for data across the U.S. government\" could abruptly end.\nPalantir is making solid progress in the commercial market, but its Foundry platform still faces plenty of indirect competitors like C3.ai, Salesforce's Tableau, and Glue from Amazon Web Services.\nThe company likely believes its reputation as a battle-hardened platform for the U.S. military and government agencies will attract more enterprise customers. But there's no guarantee that this appeal will last for decades or fend off newer, hungrier, and more disruptive players in the data-mining market.\nIs Palantir's stock still worth buying?\nI still believe Palantir's stock is a promising long-term investment on the secular growth of the data-mining and analytics market. However, there's a lot of growth already baked into the stock, and its high valuations could limit its near-term and long-term potential. AFP via Getty Images</span></p>\n<p>As technology stocks have led the market for the better part of a dozen years, there are now 15 companies in the sector that have risen to mega-cap status — those valued at $200 billion or more.</p>\n<p>Five are valued at more than $1 trillion, including electric-vehicle maker Tesla,which I consider a tech company.</p>\n<p>Bets have been placed on which companies will rise to a trillion next, with Meta Platforms&nbsp;— aka Facebook — at the top of most lists and&nbsp;Nvidia,sitting on top of mine as a call I made 14 months ago.</p>\n<p>Perhaps harder than rising from north of half a trillion to a trillion is rising from less than&nbsp;$200 billion&nbsp;to break the threshold into mega-cap status.</p>\n<p>However, a few companies look destined for this outcome precisely, and I believe three have an incredibly compelling case to get there within the next 12 to 18 months — if not sooner.</p>\n<p><b>1. ServiceNow:</b>&nbsp;ServiceNow&nbsp;has been on an incredible run for more than a decade. From 2010 to 2020, revenues grew at a 59.2% average annual rate, while its stock rose at 44% a year. The company finished the 2020 calendar year at about $4.5 billion in revenue, and its trailing 12 months have surged close to $5.5 billion.</p>\n<p>The company now has more than 1,266 customers with a million or more dollars in recurring revenue, and is seeing this number grow at a substantial rate, including 25% in its most recent quarter.</p>\n<p>Beyond the numbers, the company’s technology, which enables companies to automate and implement digital workflows, continues to prove robust and best of breed. The most recent release of its Rome platform, three additional acquisitions to expand its portfolio and a deepened partnership with Microsoft&nbsp;are just a few recent highlights that provide the company a pathway to growth that should accelerate based on trends including app modernization, hybrid work, workflow automation, and even enterprise ESG initiatives.</p>\n<p>It’s hard to see ServiceNow not providing the robust growth that will take its market cap above $200 billion.&nbsp;The company’s market value is about $138 billion as of Monday.</p>\n<p><b>2. Qualcomm:</b>Qualcomm’s&nbsp;strong earnings report released last week — earnings per share jumped 76% year over year and revenue rose 43% — helped drive the stock to over $160 from the low $120s in mid-October.</p>\n<p>Consequently, that took the company’s market cap from about $145 billion to over $180 billion in just a matter of days. It serves as a timely reminder of how quickly a tech company in the right markets can produce momentum.</p>\n<p>Qualcomm, while best known as a chip provider for mobile handsets, is rapidly becoming a much bigger force in many categories, including the internet of things (IoT), automotive and wireless RFFE. With IoT and wireless RFFE surpassing a billion dollars a quarter in revenue, and automotive reaching nearly a billion in annual revenue with a $10 billion design pipeline, the company is becoming increasingly diversified. Thirty-eight percent of revenue in its QCT semiconductor business is now unrelated to handsets.</p>\n<p>Perhaps these adjacent business successes alone could catapult the company’s market value to over $200 billion, but what Qualcomm also has going for it is an undisputable global market leadership in 5G, which will continue to accelerate its handset business, as well as all of its adjacencies and massive licensing business.</p>\n<p><b>3. AMD:</b>&nbsp;I’ve been critical at times of Advanced Micro Devices,and sometimes you have to lean into calls you get wrong. While Intel&nbsp;under new CEO Pat Gelsinger shows more ambition and clear direction, AMD under Lisa Su has been on an absolute tear.</p>\n<p>In August, Mercury Research reported that AMD’s 22.5% x86 market share was its best in 14 years. With 4.2% year-over-year market share growth in its second quarter and another 54% overall revenue growth in the third quarter, the company’s market share gains look likely to continue.</p>\n<p>While I do think Intel is quickly patching its gaps and going to be a much more robust competitor, I believe the overall demand for CPUs (central processing units), GPUs (graphics processing units) and FPGAs (field-programmable gate arrays) will drive a larger total addressable market, and AMD’s going to grow revenues even if market share gains level off.</p>\n<p>Speaking of FPGA’s, the impending Xilinx deal, which I believe will gain regulatory approval, hasn’t been accounted for by many investors.</p>\n<p>AMD’s market value rose to over $180 billion Monday after the stock surged more than 10%. The company on Monday announced a range of news, including the fact that Meta will use its Epyc processors in its data center computers.</p>\n<p>After those three, I would add Micron Technology&nbsp;as an honorable mention. The company sits at closer to $85 billion in market cap. In my previous article on PLTR, I stated that based on PLTR's current revenue trend, they were setting up to deliver $399.41 million in revenue for Q3 and $423.22 million of revenue in Q4. The consensus number was $386.56 million of revenue in Q3, and PLTR delivered $392.1 million and forecasted $418 million in Q4 2021. The reaction in premarket as the earnings call was being conducted was nothing but a sea of red as PLTR sharply declined, and each time a gap tried to fill, the next leg on the downward spiral started. The news wasn't even digested, yet people decided to either take profits, exit their position or lost faith in PLTR.</p>\n<p>What wasn't there to like in the earnings release to cause the sell-off that has been hovering in the -9.03% range? PLTR delivered 36% YoY revenue growth, added 34 new customers in Q3, and closed 54 deals worth $1 million or more. PLTR increased their remaining deal value by 50% YoY to $3.6 billion and delivered $101 million in cash from operations (26% margin), and $199 million in free cash flow (30% margin). PLTR also increased guidance for 2021 as they now expect revenue growth of 40% YoY compared to their previous projection of 30% and increased their projection in FCF to $400 million from $300 million. In addition to the numbers, PLTR announced new product platforms and use cases that have tremendous potential to drive revenue and FCF in the future. Commercial customers are inviting PLTR to present their software solutions, and PLTR is winning their business. In Q3 2021, PLTR added 34 net new customers increasing their commercial customer base by 20% QoQ to 203. Over the past year, PLTR has seen its commercial customer base expand by 46.04% as it has grown by 64 clients from 139 to 203. PLTR previously increased their 2021 FCF guidance to $300, and they just increased it again to $400+ million. In the span of three months, PLTR increased its FCF projection by an additional 33.33%. In Q3, PLTR's FCF margin was 30%, and they are projecting $400+ million in FCF for 2021. At the very minimum, this would mean they will tack on an additional $80 million in FCF for 2021. If PLTR delivers $1.527 billion in revenue and $400 million in FCF, its 2021 FCF margin would be 26.2%. PLTR is still projecting 30% annual revenue growth YoY thru 2025, which would place their 2025 revenue at $4.36 billion based on their projection of $1.527 for 2021. At PLTR's current FCF margin, they would generate $1.14 billion in FCF in 2025. Considering PLTR's current trends, if they exceeded their projections and grew at 35% YoY, it would place their 2025 revenue at $5.07 billion. PLTR closed at least 54 deals worth at least $1 million during Q3, and 33 of those were at least $5 million in revenue, and 18 were at least $10 million in revenue. Recently President Biden at the United Nations climate summit in Glasgow, Scotland, pledged to work with the European Union and dozens of other nations to reduce overall methane emissions worldwide by 30% by 2030. No matter what your stance on climate is, there are many who believe we need to lower emissions, and many nations are working on a goal. To comply, companies such as&nbsp;Exxon Mobil(NYSE:XOM)&nbsp;are conducting longer-term research on several promising innovations with outside organizations, including direct air capture technology to&nbsp;scrub emissions out of the air&nbsp;and carbonate fuel cells&nbsp;to capture industrial emissions&nbsp;from flue gas streams of power plants or manufacturing facilities. Carbon emissions management is already a booming business, and PLTR is creating a module on Foundry to present a single pane to view revenue, margin, production, and all emissions so companies can manage outcomes more efficiently. If I had to guess, PLTR's software would be utilized by the IRS and the SEC on the government side and adopted on the commercial side by banks and crypto exchanges. Currently, in the past 24 hours,Coinbase(NASDAQ:COIN)&nbsp;is showing that Bitcoin (BTC-USD) has incurred a trading volume of $43.8 billion. PLTR beats revenue estimates, increases guidance for its full-year revenue than for the 2nd time, increases its FCF guidance. This was a sell the news on all positive factors, which is creating a buying opportunity. Sales of lead-drug Cabometyx were shy of Wall Street's expectations, which caused Exelixis to lower the upper end of its full-year sales outlook. Generally, lowering sales expectations will be met with frowns on Wall Street.</p>\n<p>However, this short-term weakness should be viewed as an opportunity, especially with the company's price-to-earnings-growth ratio (PEG ratio) below 0.4. A PEG ratio below 1 is typically considered \"undervalued.\"</p>\n<p>Although the landscape for first-line advanced renal cell carcinoma (RCC) is competitive, Cabometyx has demonstrated the ability to grow sales by a sustained double-digit percentage in RCC and advanced hepatocellular carcinoma. On an annual run-rate basis, Cabometyx is pacing more than $1 billion in sales -- and it's not done growing.</p>\n<p>More importantly, Exelixis' lead drug is being examined in close to six dozen clinical trials as a monotherapy or combination treatment. If even a handful of these trials yield a positive result, label-expansion opportunities and organic growth could send Cabometyx to north of $2 billion in peak annual sales.</p>\n<p>Additionally, Exelixis' robust cash position ($1.8 billion in cash, cash equivalents, and restricted cash) and healthy operating cash flow have allowed it to reignite its internal research engine. This includes advancing internally developed compounds into phase 1 studies, as well as signing collaboration agreements to potentially expand its cancer-drug pipeline.</p>\n<p>It's not often you can marry growth and value with the same company, but that's exactly what investors can do with biotech stock Exelixis.</p>\n<h2>Jushi Holdings</h2>\n<p>Some of the most deeply discounted growth stocks can be found in the marijuana industry, which is why U.S. multi-state operator (MSO) <b>Jushi Holdings</b> (OTC:JUSHF) makes for a smart buy with $20.</p>\n<p>To start with, don't be concerned about a lack of cannabis reform in Washington. While life would undoubtedly be easier for pot stocks if lawmakers would simply follow the overwhelming will of the public and legalize cannabis, allowing individual states to legalize and regulate their pot industries is working fine. Thus far, 36 states have given the green light to weed in some capacity, which is providing growth opportunities for MSOs like Jushi.</p>\n<p>In relative terms, Jushi is a small fry, with only 26 operating dispensaries at the moment. Comparatively, a handful of MSOs have in the neighborhood of (or more than) 100 open locations. But Jushi isn't about reckless expansion. Its management team favors methodical expansion in core markets. For Jushi, these core states are Pennsylvania, Illinois, and Virginia.</p>\n<p>The reason management has chosen these states is due to their billion-dollar sales potential (Illinois hit $1 billion in legal pot revenue in 2020) and their limited-license status. In limited-license cannabis markets, regulators purposely limit how many dispensary licenses are issued in total, as well as to a single business. For a smaller player like Jushi, this competitive protection ensures it'll have a fair shot to build up its brand(s) and garner a loyal following in these core markets.</p>\n<p>Something else impressive about Jushi, and <a href=\"https://laohu8.com/S/AONE.U\">one</a> of the reasons I plan to be a long-term shareholder, is the participation of management and insiders. Of the first $250 million raised by the company, $45 million came from insiders and execs. When leadership has skin in the game right alongside their investors, good things tend to happen.</p>\n<p>Jushi is expected to turn the corner to recurring profitability in 2022 and the company's growing sales faster than virtually all other MSOs. First off, there were clear-cut cost synergies. Sales of lead-drug Cabometyx were shy of Wall Street's expectations, which caused Exelixis to lower the upper end of its full-year sales outlook. Generally, lowering sales expectations will be met with frowns on Wall Street.\nHowever, this short-term weakness should be viewed as an opportunity, especially with the company's price-to-earnings-growth ratio (PEG ratio) below 0.4. A PEG ratio below 1 is typically considered \"undervalued.\"\nAlthough the landscape for first-line advanced renal cell carcinoma (RCC) is competitive, Cabometyx has demonstrated the ability to grow sales by a sustained double-digit percentage in RCC and advanced hepatocellular carcinoma. On an annual run-rate basis, Cabometyx is pacing more than $1 billion in sales -- and it's not done growing.\nMore importantly, Exelixis' lead drug is being examined in close to six dozen clinical trials as a monotherapy or combination treatment. If even a handful of these trials yield a positive result, label-expansion opportunities and organic growth could send Cabometyx to north of $2 billion in peak annual sales.\nAdditionally, Exelixis' robust cash position ($1.8 billion in cash, cash equivalents, and restricted cash) and healthy operating cash flow have allowed it to reignite its internal research engine. This includes advancing internally developed compounds into phase 1 studies, as well as signing collaboration agreements to potentially expand its cancer-drug pipeline.\nIt's not often you can marry growth and value with the same company, but that's exactly what investors can do with biotech stock Exelixis.\nJushi Holdings\nSome of the most deeply discounted growth stocks can be found in the marijuana industry, which is why U.S. multi-state operator (MSO) Jushi Holdings (OTC:JUSHF) makes for a smart buy with $20.\nTo start with, don't be concerned about a lack of cannabis reform in Washington. While life would undoubtedly be easier for pot stocks if lawmakers would simply follow the overwhelming will of the public and legalize cannabis, allowing individual states to legalize and regulate their pot industries is working fine. Thus far, 36 states have given the green light to weed in some capacity, which is providing growth opportunities for MSOs like Jushi.\nIn relative terms, Jushi is a small fry, with only 26 operating dispensaries at the moment. Comparatively, a handful of MSOs have in the neighborhood of (or more than) 100 open locations. But Jushi isn't about reckless expansion. Its management team favors methodical expansion in core markets. For Jushi, these core states are Pennsylvania, Illinois, and Virginia.\nThe reason management has chosen these states is due to their billion-dollar sales potential (Illinois hit $1 billion in legal pot revenue in 2020) and their limited-license status. In limited-license cannabis markets, regulators purposely limit how many dispensary licenses are issued in total, as well as to a single business. For a smaller player like Jushi, this competitive protection ensures it'll have a fair shot to build up its brand(s) and garner a loyal following in these core markets.\nSomething else impressive about Jushi, and one of the reasons I plan to be a long-term shareholder, is the participation of management and insiders. Of the first $250 million raised by the company, $45 million came from insiders and execs. When leadership has skin in the game right alongside their investors, good things tend to happen.\nJushi is expected to turn the corner to recurring profitability in 2022 and the company's growing sales faster than virtually all other MSOs. AFP via Getty Images</span></p>\n<p>As technology stocks have led the market for the better part of a dozen years, there are now 15 companies in the sector that have risen to mega-cap status — those valued at $200 billion or more.</p>\n<p>Five are valued at more than $1 trillion, including electric-vehicle maker Tesla,which I consider a tech company.</p>\n<p>Bets have been placed on which companies will rise to a trillion next, with Meta Platforms&nbsp;— aka Facebook — at the top of most lists and&nbsp;Nvidia,sitting on top of mine as a call I made 14 months ago.</p>\n<p>Perhaps harder than rising from north of half a trillion to a trillion is rising from less than&nbsp;$200 billion&nbsp;to break the threshold into mega-cap status.</p>\n<p>However, a few companies look destined for this outcome precisely, and I believe three have an incredibly compelling case to get there within the next 12 to 18 months — if not sooner.</p>\n<p><b>1. ServiceNow:</b>&nbsp;ServiceNow&nbsp;has been on an incredible run for more than a decade. From 2010 to 2020, revenues grew at a 59.2% average annual rate, while its stock rose at 44% a year. The company finished the 2020 calendar year at about $4.5 billion in revenue, and its trailing 12 months have surged close to $5.5 billion.</p>\n<p>The company now has more than 1,266 customers with a million or more dollars in recurring revenue, and is seeing this number grow at a substantial rate, including 25% in its most recent quarter.</p>\n<p>Beyond the numbers, the company’s technology, which enables companies to automate and implement digital workflows, continues to prove robust and best of breed. The most recent release of its Rome platform, three additional acquisitions to expand its portfolio and a deepened partnership with Microsoft&nbsp;are just a few recent highlights that provide the company a pathway to growth that should accelerate based on trends including app modernization, hybrid work, workflow automation, and even enterprise ESG initiatives.</p>\n<p>It’s hard to see ServiceNow not providing the robust growth that will take its market cap above $200 billion.&nbsp;The company’s market value is about $138 billion as of Monday.</p>\n<p><b>2. Qualcomm:</b>Qualcomm’s&nbsp;strong earnings report released last week — earnings per share jumped 76% year over year and revenue rose 43% — helped drive the stock to over $160 from the low $120s in mid-October.</p>\n<p>Consequently, that took the company’s market cap from about $145 billion to over $180 billion in just a matter of days. It serves as a timely reminder of how quickly a tech company in the right markets can produce momentum.</p>\n<p>Qualcomm, while best known as a chip provider for mobile handsets, is rapidly becoming a much bigger force in many categories, including the internet of things (IoT), automotive and wireless RFFE. With IoT and wireless RFFE surpassing a billion dollars a quarter in revenue, and automotive reaching nearly a billion in annual revenue with a $10 billion design pipeline, the company is becoming increasingly diversified. Thirty-eight percent of revenue in its QCT semiconductor business is now unrelated to handsets.</p>\n<p>Perhaps these adjacent business successes alone could catapult the company’s market value to over $200 billion, but what Qualcomm also has going for it is an undisputable global market leadership in 5G, which will continue to accelerate its handset business, as well as all of its adjacencies and massive licensing business.</p>\n<p><b>3. AMD:</b>&nbsp;I’ve been critical at times of Advanced Micro Devices,and sometimes you have to lean into calls you get wrong. While Intel&nbsp;under new CEO Pat Gelsinger shows more ambition and clear direction, AMD under Lisa Su has been on an absolute tear.</p>\n<p>In August, Mercury Research reported that AMD’s 22.5% x86 market share was its best in 14 years. With 4.2% year-over-year market share growth in its second quarter and another 54% overall revenue growth in the third quarter, the company’s market share gains look likely to continue.</p>\n<p>While I do think Intel is quickly patching its gaps and going to be a much more robust competitor, I believe the overall demand for CPUs (central processing units), GPUs (graphics processing units) and FPGAs (field-programmable gate arrays) will drive a larger total addressable market, and AMD’s going to grow revenues even if market share gains level off.</p>\n<p>Speaking of FPGA’s, the impending Xilinx deal, which I believe will gain regulatory approval, hasn’t been accounted for by many investors.</p>\n<p>AMD’s market value rose to over $180 billion Monday after the stock surged more than 10%. The company on Monday announced a range of news, including the fact that Meta will use its Epyc processors in its data center computers.</p>\n<p>After those three, I would add Micron Technology&nbsp;as an honorable mention. The company sits at closer to $85 billion in market cap. The most recent release of its Rome platform, three additional acquisitions to expand its portfolio and a deepened partnership with Microsoft are just a few recent highlights that provide the company a pathway to growth that should accelerate based on trends including app modernization, hybrid work, workflow automation, and even enterprise ESG initiatives.\nIt’s hard to see ServiceNow not providing the robust growth that will take its market cap above $200 billion. The company’s market value is about $138 billion as of Monday.\n2. Qualcomm:Qualcomm’s strong earnings report released last week — earnings per share jumped 76% year over year and revenue rose 43% — helped drive the stock to over $160 from the low $120s in mid-October.\nConsequently, that took the company’s market cap from about $145 billion to over $180 billion in just a matter of days. It serves as a timely reminder of how quickly a tech company in the right markets can produce momentum.\nQualcomm, while best known as a chip provider for mobile handsets, is rapidly becoming a much bigger force in many categories, including the internet of things (IoT), automotive and wireless RFFE. With IoT and wireless RFFE surpassing a billion dollars a quarter in revenue, and automotive reaching nearly a billion in annual revenue with a $10 billion design pipeline, the company is becoming increasingly diversified. Thirty-eight percent of revenue in its QCT semiconductor business is now unrelated to handsets.\nPerhaps these adjacent business successes alone could catapult the company’s market value to over $200 billion, but what Qualcomm also has going for it is an undisputable global market leadership in 5G, which will continue to accelerate its handset business, as well as all of its adjacencies and massive licensing business.\n3. AMD: I’ve been critical at times of Advanced Micro Devices,and sometimes you have to lean into calls you get wrong. While Intel under new CEO Pat Gelsinger shows more ambition and clear direction, AMD under Lisa Su has been on an absolute tear.\nIn August, Mercury Research reported that AMD’s 22.5% x86 market share was its best in 14 years. With 4.2% year-over-year market share growth in its second quarter and another 54% overall revenue growth in the third quarter, the company’s market share gains look likely to continue.\nWhile I do think Intel is quickly patching its gaps and going to be a much more robust competitor, I believe the overall demand for CPUs (central processing units), GPUs (graphics processing units) and FPGAs (field-programmable gate arrays) will drive a larger total addressable market, and AMD’s going to grow revenues even if market share gains level off.\nSpeaking of FPGA’s, the impending Xilinx deal, which I believe will gain regulatory approval, hasn’t been accounted for by many investors.\nAMD’s market value rose to over $180 billion Monday after the stock surged more than 10%. The company on Monday announced a range of news, including the fact that Meta will use its Epyc processors in its data center computers.\nAfter those three, I would add Micron Technology as an honorable mention. The company sits at closer to $85 billion in market cap. It's so high that Tesla is putting 4,000 more people on the payroll at the site, as Reuters reported Friday morning.</p>\n<p>So why was Tesla stock trading down by 2% as of 11:37 a.m. ET Friday?</p>\n<p>So what</p>\n<p>On the one hand, this sure sounds like upbeat news. Tesla initially wanted its Shanghai factory to produce 500,000 cars per year -- and it already has the capacity to manufacture 450,000 Model 3 sedans and Model Y crossovers annually. This decision speaks to CEO Elon Musk's confidence that even 500,000 vehicles a year soon won't be enough to meet the demand for Teslas in China and the European markets that its Chinese facility also supplies.</p>\n<p>And yet Europe may also be part of Tesla's problem. As Reuters also reported Friday, the automaker just withdrew its application for state support for the construction of a planned battery plant near Berlin, Germany. Tesla had previously asked the Federal Ministry of Economics and the Brandenburg Ministry of Economics for some $1.3 billion in subsidies for the plant. But citing his belief that \"all subsidies should be eliminated\" from the electric car industry, Musk says he's now willing to forego that state support -- and hopes that governments will also eliminate \"massive subsidies for oil and gas.\"</p>\n<p>Now what</p>\n<p>Thus we're left with a sort of \"bad news, good news\" situation in Germany. On the one hand, Tesla is giving up $1.3 billion that would have essentially dropped straight to its bottom line as the German government picked up part of the tab for the automaker's capital expenditures.</p>\n<p>On the other hand, though, Tesla is making it clear that doesn't really need these subsidies anymore. Over the past 12 months, it has generated free cash flow of $2.6 billion, and&nbsp;GAAP(generally accepted accounting principles) profits of $3.5 billion. By forgoing this subsidy, Tesla gains a bit of moral authority as it urges governments to not subsidize rivals such as&nbsp;<b>Rivian</b>,<b>Lucid</b>, and other EV companies that have not yet reached profitability (and to halt subsidies tooil companies, too).</p>\n<p>For the moment, investors seem to be focusing on the negative aspects of the news. It's so high that Tesla is putting 4,000 more people on the payroll at the site, as Reuters reported Friday morning.\nSo why was Tesla stock trading down by 2% as of 11:37 a.m. ET Friday?\nSo what\nOn the one hand, this sure sounds like upbeat news. Tesla initially wanted its Shanghai factory to produce 500,000 cars per year -- and it already has the capacity to manufacture 450,000 Model 3 sedans and Model Y crossovers annually. This decision speaks to CEO Elon Musk's confidence that even 500,000 vehicles a year soon won't be enough to meet the demand for Teslas in China and the European markets that its Chinese facility also supplies.\nAnd yet Europe may also be part of Tesla's problem. As Reuters also reported Friday, the automaker just withdrew its application for state support for the construction of a planned battery plant near Berlin, Germany. Tesla had previously asked the Federal Ministry of Economics and the Brandenburg Ministry of Economics for some $1.3 billion in subsidies for the plant. But citing his belief that \"all subsidies should be eliminated\" from the electric car industry, Musk says he's now willing to forego that state support -- and hopes that governments will also eliminate \"massive subsidies for oil and gas.\"\nNow what\nThus we're left with a sort of \"bad news, good news\" situation in Germany. On the one hand, Tesla is giving up $1.3 billion that would have essentially dropped straight to its bottom line as the German government picked up part of the tab for the automaker's capital expenditures.\nOn the other hand, though, Tesla is making it clear that doesn't really need these subsidies anymore. In my previous article on PLTR, I stated that based on PLTR's current revenue trend, they were setting up to deliver $399.41 million in revenue for Q3 and $423.22 million of revenue in Q4. The consensus number was $386.56 million of revenue in Q3, and PLTR delivered $392.1 million and forecasted $418 million in Q4 2021. The reaction in premarket as the earnings call was being conducted was nothing but a sea of red as PLTR sharply declined, and each time a gap tried to fill, the next leg on the downward spiral started. The news wasn't even digested, yet people decided to either take profits, exit their position or lost faith in PLTR.</p>\n<p>What wasn't there to like in the earnings release to cause the sell-off that has been hovering in the -9.03% range? PLTR delivered 36% YoY revenue growth, added 34 new customers in Q3, and closed 54 deals worth $1 million or more. PLTR increased their remaining deal value by 50% YoY to $3.6 billion and delivered $101 million in cash from operations (26% margin), and $199 million in free cash flow (30% margin). PLTR also increased guidance for 2021 as they now expect revenue growth of 40% YoY compared to their previous projection of 30% and increased their projection in FCF to $400 million from $300 million. In addition to the numbers, PLTR announced new product platforms and use cases that have tremendous potential to drive revenue and FCF in the future. I believe this sell-off will be short-lived and I am looking at it as a buying opportunity.</p>\n<p class=\"t-img-caption\"><img src=\"https://static.tigerbbs.com/8cfe1dd0e9b2c6a24ce3cb94bcfda56c\" tg-width=\"640\" tg-height=\"341\" width=\"100%\" height=\"auto\"><span>(Source: Seeking Alpha)</span></p>\n<p><b>Palantir's revenue continues to expand on both the commercial and government side</b></p>\n<p>Quarter after Quarter since PLTR went public, their commercial business has expanded. After five quarters of going public, PLTR's quarterly commercial revenue has increased by $62 million or 55.36%. In Q3 2021, PLTR delivered $174 million in revenue from its commercial operations, which accounted for 44.38% of its $392.1 million quarterly revenue. Over the previous two years, PLTR's Q3 revenue has increased by 85.11% as it grew by 35.11% in Q3 2020 YoY and by another 37.01% YoY in Q3 of 2021. PLTR's commercial remaining deal value increased by 101% YoY from $1.1 billion in Q3 2020 to $2.2 billion in Q3 2021. Commercial customers are inviting PLTR to present their software solutions, and PLTR is winning their business. In Q3 2021, PLTR added 34 net new customers increasing their commercial customer base by 20% QoQ to 203. Over the past year, PLTR has seen its commercial customer base expand by 46.04% as it has grown by 64 clients from 139 to 203. Anyone who still classifies PLTR as a black box is not being accurate as the commercial market is learning about PLTR's software platforms and implementing their solutions to improve their operations.</p>\n<p class=\"t-img-caption\"><img src=\"https://static.tigerbbs.com/aa4084630f4e4be30a41c925c5a3fd0a\" tg-width=\"640\" tg-height=\"374\" width=\"100%\" height=\"auto\"><span>(Source: Steven Fiorillo) (Data Source: Palantir)</span></p>\n<p>Since Q1 of 2020, PLTR has increased its quarterly revenue by $163.1 million (71.23%) at an average quarterly growth rate of 9.43% QoQ. In Q3 of 2021, this trend stayed intact as revenue increased by $16.1 million QoQ or 4.28%. While the quarterly revenue growth slowed a bit QoQ compared to 10.26% in Q2 2021, PLTR is projecting its Q4 2021 revenue will be $418 million. PLTR is expecting to deliver another company record and generate $25.9 million (6.61%) in QoQ growth to close out the year.</p>\n<p>The same growth story applies to their total revenue in the trailing twelve months (TTM) as well. Over the last six quarters, PLTR's TTM revenue has increased by $620.6 million (76.55%) from $810.6 million to $1.43 billion. On average, PLTR's TTM revenue growth has increased by $103.42 million (9.94%) QoQ. In Q1 2020 - Q3 2020, their average QoQ revenue growth was $94.03 million, and this has increased substantially as the past three quarters have all increased by at least $105 million QoQ. In Q3 2021, PLTR increased its TTM revenue to $1.43 billion as it added $106.8 million (8.06%) in QoQ revenue growth. Just like the quarterly metric, PLTR's TTM is expected to grow QoQ by an additional $95.9 million to $1.527 billion compared to $1.51 billion in the consensus estimate. This would place PLTR's annual revenue growth YoY well ahead of their 30% projection as they would finish 2021 having increased its revenue by $434.30 million (39.75%)</p>\n<p class=\"t-img-caption\"><img src=\"https://static.tigerbbs.com/b0ec6211d7ecb04785f406c7661c9124\" tg-width=\"640\" tg-height=\"360\" width=\"100%\" height=\"auto\"><span>(Source: Steven Fiorillo) (Data Source: Palantir)</span></p>\n<p>I am shocked PLTR is still in the red. PLTR is a high-growth company that is now FCF positive and expanding its metrics. In the first nine months of 2020, PLTR generated -$285 million in FCF, and at the end of the first nine months of 2021, PLTR has delivered a $605 million swing as it has produced $320 million in FCF YTD. PLTR previously increased their 2021 FCF guidance to $300, and they just increased it again to $400+ million. In the span of three months, PLTR increased its FCF projection by an additional 33.33%. In Q3, PLTR's FCF margin was 30%, and they are projecting $400+ million in FCF for 2021. At the very minimum, this would mean they will tack on an additional $80 million in FCF for 2021. If PLTR delivers $1.527 billion in revenue and $400 million in FCF, its 2021 FCF margin would be 26.2%. PLTR is still projecting 30% annual revenue growth YoY thru 2025, which would place their 2025 revenue at $4.36 billion based on their projection of $1.527 for 2021. At PLTR's current FCF margin, they would generate $1.14 billion in FCF in 2025. Considering PLTR's current trends, if they exceeded their projections and grew at 35% YoY, it would place their 2025 revenue at $5.07 billion. At their current FCF margin, they would then generate $1.33 billion in FCF in 2025.</p>\n<p class=\"t-img-caption\"><img src=\"https://static.tigerbbs.com/87cff0d5c5ef70ea6926a1323c77bfe4\" tg-width=\"640\" tg-height=\"306\" width=\"100%\" height=\"auto\"><span>(Source: PLTR)</span></p>\n<p>PLTR is firing on all cylinders. YoY, their Q3 revenue grew by 36%, they raised guidance on their FCF for a 2nd time from $300 million to $400+ million and have increased their annual revenue growth guidance from 30% to roughly 40%. PLTR is still maintaining its future revenue outlook of 30% annually YoY and is creating some impressive margins. PLTR's commercial revenue grew YoY by 37%, and their government revenue grew by 34% YoY in Q3. PLTR closed at least 54 deals worth at least $1 million during Q3, and 33 of those were at least $5 million in revenue, and 18 were at least $10 million in revenue. PLTR's growth metrics are impressive, and I am expecting them to under promise and over deliver going forward.</p>\n<p><b>Palantir is entering two new sectors that are going to be huge, carbon emissions, and crypto</b></p>\n<p>In the past, I have written about future opportunities with the government, Amazon(NASDAQ:AMZN), and International Business Machines(NYSE:IBM). On today's earnings call, PLTR introduced significant information surrounding two new products they will be offering for carbon emissions and crypto.</p>\n<p>There has been a fundamental shift in the USA over climate, and President Biden rejoined the Paris Agreement to reengage in tackling climate change. Part ofthe planis to reach a net-zero emission economy-wide by 2050. Recently President Biden at the United Nations climate summit in Glasgow, Scotland, pledged to work with the European Union and dozens of other nations to reduce overall methane emissions worldwide by 30% by 2030. No matter what your stance on climate is, there are many who believe we need to lower emissions, and many nations are working on a goal. To comply, companies such as&nbsp;Exxon Mobil(NYSE:XOM)&nbsp;are conducting longer-term research on several promising innovations with outside organizations, including direct air capture technology to&nbsp;scrub emissions out of the air&nbsp;and carbonate fuel cells&nbsp;to capture industrial emissions&nbsp;from flue gas streams of power plants or manufacturing facilities. Carbon emissions management is already a booming business, and PLTR is creating a module on Foundry to present a single pane to view revenue, margin, production, and all emissions so companies can manage outcomes more efficiently. Personally, I believe this has enormous potential to drive revenue for PLTR in the future.</p>\n<p class=\"t-img-caption\"><img src=\"https://static.tigerbbs.com/b2386d938e7f452a340dbb130de508f6\" tg-width=\"640\" tg-height=\"360\" width=\"100%\" height=\"auto\"><span>(Source: Palantir)</span></p>\n<p>The second huge prospect that PLTR discussed was Foundry for crypto. It looks like PLTR is leveraging their anti-money laundering and know-your-customer expertise. PLTR has worked with several governments over the years to find compliance issues with the world's largest banks and help those banks respond and strengthen their compliance programs. This makes complete sense, and when you go back to the contracts, PLTR has been awarded from the IRS and SEC (discussed in previous articles). In Q3 alone, PLTR inked 6 contracts with the IRS. If I had to guess, PLTR's software would be utilized by the IRS and the SEC on the government side and adopted on the commercial side by banks and crypto exchanges. Currently, in the past 24 hours,Coinbase(NASDAQ:COIN)&nbsp;is showing that Bitcoin (BTC-USD) has incurred a trading volume of $43.8 billion. What more does anyone want PLTR to do? This was an excellent quarter with revenue increasing 36% YoY in Q3, FCF came in at $119 million with a 30% margin, and PLTR closed 54 deals worth more than $1 million each. PLTR beats revenue estimates, increases guidance for its full-year revenue than for the 2nd time, increases its FCF guidance. This was a sell the news on all positive factors, which is creating a buying opportunity. In my previous article on PLTR, I stated that based on PLTR's current revenue trend, they were setting up to deliver $399.41 million in revenue for Q3 and $423.22 million of revenue in Q4. The consensus number was $386.56 million of revenue in Q3, and PLTR delivered $392.1 million and forecasted $418 million in Q4 2021. The reaction in premarket as the earnings call was being conducted was nothing but a sea of red as PLTR sharply declined, and each time a gap tried to fill, the next leg on the downward spiral started. The news wasn't even digested, yet people decided to either take profits, exit their position or lost faith in PLTR.\nWhat wasn't there to like in the earnings release to cause the sell-off that has been hovering in the -9.03% range? PLTR delivered 36% YoY revenue growth, added 34 new customers in Q3, and closed 54 deals worth $1 million or more. PLTR increased their remaining deal value by 50% YoY to $3.6 billion and delivered $101 million in cash from operations (26% margin), and $199 million in free cash flow (30% margin). PLTR also increased guidance for 2021 as they now expect revenue growth of 40% YoY compared to their previous projection of 30% and increased their projection in FCF to $400 million from $300 million. In addition to the numbers, PLTR announced new product platforms and use cases that have tremendous potential to drive revenue and FCF in the future. I believe this sell-off will be short-lived and I am looking at it as a buying opportunity.\n(Source: Seeking Alpha)\nPalantir's revenue continues to expand on both the commercial and government side\nQuarter after Quarter since PLTR went public, their commercial business has expanded. After five quarters of going public, PLTR's quarterly commercial revenue has increased by $62 million or 55.36%. In Q3 2021, PLTR delivered $174 million in revenue from its commercial operations, which accounted for 44.38% of its $392.1 million quarterly revenue. Over the previous two years, PLTR's Q3 revenue has increased by 85.11% as it grew by 35.11% in Q3 2020 YoY and by another 37.01% YoY in Q3 of 2021. PLTR's commercial remaining deal value increased by 101% YoY from $1.1 billion in Q3 2020 to $2.2 billion in Q3 2021. Commercial customers are inviting PLTR to present their software solutions, and PLTR is winning their business. In Q3 2021, PLTR added 34 net new customers increasing their commercial customer base by 20% QoQ to 203. Over the past year, PLTR has seen its commercial customer base expand by 46.04% as it has grown by 64 clients from 139 to 203. Anyone who still classifies PLTR as a black box is not being accurate as the commercial market is learning about PLTR's software platforms and implementing their solutions to improve their operations.\n(Source: Steven Fiorillo) (Data Source: Palantir)\nSince Q1 of 2020, PLTR has increased its quarterly revenue by $163.1 million (71.23%) at an average quarterly growth rate of 9.43% QoQ. In Q3 of 2021, this trend stayed intact as revenue increased by $16.1 million QoQ or 4.28%. While the quarterly revenue growth slowed a bit QoQ compared to 10.26% in Q2 2021, PLTR is projecting its Q4 2021 revenue will be $418 million. PLTR is expecting to deliver another company record and generate $25.9 million (6.61%) in QoQ growth to close out the year.\nThe same growth story applies to their total revenue in the trailing twelve months (TTM) as well. Over the last six quarters, PLTR's TTM revenue has increased by $620.6 million (76.55%) from $810.6 million to $1.43 billion. On average, PLTR's TTM revenue growth has increased by $103.42 million (9.94%) QoQ. In Q1 2020 - Q3 2020, their average QoQ revenue growth was $94.03 million, and this has increased substantially as the past three quarters have all increased by at least $105 million QoQ. In Q3 2021, PLTR increased its TTM revenue to $1.43 billion as it added $106.8 million (8.06%) in QoQ revenue growth. Just like the quarterly metric, PLTR's TTM is expected to grow QoQ by an additional $95.9 million to $1.527 billion compared to $1.51 billion in the consensus estimate. This would place PLTR's annual revenue growth YoY well ahead of their 30% projection as they would finish 2021 having increased its revenue by $434.30 million (39.75%)\n(Source: Steven Fiorillo) (Data Source: Palantir)\nI am shocked PLTR is still in the red. PLTR is a high-growth company that is now FCF positive and expanding its metrics. In the first nine months of 2020, PLTR generated -$285 million in FCF, and at the end of the first nine months of 2021, PLTR has delivered a $605 million swing as it has produced $320 million in FCF YTD. PLTR previously increased their 2021 FCF guidance to $300, and they just increased it again to $400+ million. In the span of three months, PLTR increased its FCF projection by an additional 33.33%. In Q3, PLTR's FCF margin was 30%, and they are projecting $400+ million in FCF for 2021. At the very minimum, this would mean they will tack on an additional $80 million in FCF for 2021. If PLTR delivers $1.527 billion in revenue and $400 million in FCF, its 2021 FCF margin would be 26.2%. PLTR is still projecting 30% annual revenue growth YoY thru 2025, which would place their 2025 revenue at $4.36 billion based on their projection of $1.527 for 2021. At PLTR's current FCF margin, they would generate $1.14 billion in FCF in 2025. Considering PLTR's current trends, if they exceeded their projections and grew at 35% YoY, it would place their 2025 revenue at $5.07 billion. At their current FCF margin, they would then generate $1.33 billion in FCF in 2025.\n(Source: PLTR)\nPLTR is firing on all cylinders. YoY, their Q3 revenue grew by 36%, they raised guidance on their FCF for a 2nd time from $300 million to $400+ million and have increased their annual revenue growth guidance from 30% to roughly 40%. PLTR is still maintaining its future revenue outlook of 30% annually YoY and is creating some impressive margins. PLTR's commercial revenue grew YoY by 37%, and their government revenue grew by 34% YoY in Q3. PLTR closed at least 54 deals worth at least $1 million during Q3, and 33 of those were at least $5 million in revenue, and 18 were at least $10 million in revenue. PLTR's growth metrics are impressive, and I am expecting them to under promise and over deliver going forward.\nPalantir is entering two new sectors that are going to be huge, carbon emissions, and crypto\nIn the past, I have written about future opportunities with the government, Amazon(NASDAQ:AMZN), and International Business Machines(NYSE:IBM). On today's earnings call, PLTR introduced significant information surrounding two new products they will be offering for carbon emissions and crypto.\nThere has been a fundamental shift in the USA over climate, and President Biden rejoined the Paris Agreement to reengage in tackling climate change. Part ofthe planis to reach a net-zero emission economy-wide by 2050. Recently President Biden at the United Nations climate summit in Glasgow, Scotland, pledged to work with the European Union and dozens of other nations to reduce overall methane emissions worldwide by 30% by 2030. No matter what your stance on climate is, there are many who believe we need to lower emissions, and many nations are working on a goal. To comply, companies such as Exxon Mobil(NYSE:XOM) are conducting longer-term research on several promising innovations with outside organizations, including direct air capture technology to scrub emissions out of the air and carbonate fuel cells to capture industrial emissions from flue gas streams of power plants or manufacturing facilities. Carbon emissions management is already a booming business, and PLTR is creating a module on Foundry to present a single pane to view revenue, margin, production, and all emissions so companies can manage outcomes more efficiently. Personally, I believe this has enormous potential to drive revenue for PLTR in the future.\n(Source: Palantir)\nThe second huge prospect that PLTR discussed was Foundry for crypto. It looks like PLTR is leveraging their anti-money laundering and know-your-customer expertise. PLTR has worked with several governments over the years to find compliance issues with the world's largest banks and help those banks respond and strengthen their compliance programs. This makes complete sense, and when you go back to the contracts, PLTR has been awarded from the IRS and SEC (discussed in previous articles). In Q3 alone, PLTR inked 6 contracts with the IRS. If I had to guess, PLTR's software would be utilized by the IRS and the SEC on the government side and adopted on the commercial side by banks and crypto exchanges. Currently, in the past 24 hours,Coinbase(NASDAQ:COIN) is showing that Bitcoin (BTC-USD) has incurred a trading volume of $43.8 billion. What more does anyone want PLTR to do? This was an excellent quarter with revenue increasing 36% YoY in Q3, FCF came in at $119 million with a 30% margin, and PLTR closed 54 deals worth more than $1 million each. PLTR beats revenue estimates, increases guidance for its full-year revenue than for the 2nd time, increases its FCF guidance. This was a sell the news on all positive factors, which is creating a buying opportunity. The stock has been one of the most discussed tickers on Reddit forums for several days. The stock’s popularity has been fueled by other factors that include (1) Tesla having recently joined the select group of trillion-dollar market cap companies, (2) Q3 earnings results that topped consensus for the third consecutive quarter, and (3) recent enthusiasm from the sell side and institutional investors.</p>\n<p>Tesla stock was the most popular ticker on Reddit on November 2 (see image below). It has also been one of the&nbsp;most discussed&nbsp;tickers in the past month on Reddit’s famous WallStreetBets – the birthplace of meme mania.</p>\n<p class=\"t-img-caption\"><img src=\"https://static.tigerbbs.com/2c4b47f2daaddb5abeda131b432deff9\" tg-width=\"1071\" tg-height=\"399\" width=\"100%\" height=\"auto\"><span>Figure 2: Trending stocks on Reddit on November 2.</span></p>\n<p><b>Cathie Wood’s super-bullish call</b></p>\n<p>ARK Invest, the family of funds managed by famed investor Cathie Wood,hasin Tesla stock its largest allocation. Despite having&nbsp;recently&nbsp;sold a chunk of her funds’ TSLA position, probably for rebalancing purposes, Cathie Wood remains one of the most ferocious bulls on the EV stock.</p>\n<p>Recently, speaking at Milken Institute's 2021 Global Investment Conference, Ms. Wood&nbsp;said&nbsp;that $3,000 is ARK’s base case for Tesla stock. She sees the company as “a very visible” first proof of concept and wants to expose ARK clients to the “next FAAMGs”. She seems confident that Tesla is one key player in this new generation of tech giants.</p>\n<p>Lastly, she has&nbsp;mentioned&nbsp;that electric vehicles are taking massive share from traditional gas-fueled cars, and that Tesla stock is finally reacting to this new reality.</p>\n<p>ARK Invest is considered one of the most&nbsp;popular and influential&nbsp;funds in the asset management industry. Its strategy to invest in disruptive technology has likely incentivized several individual investors to follow in Cathie Wood’s footsteps and give TSLA further consideration.</p>\n<p><b>Elon Musk’s influence</b></p>\n<p>From the position of&nbsp;wealthiest&nbsp;person on Earth, Tesla and SpaceX CEO Elon Musk has a very influential voice in the markets. Like his Bitcoin- and Dogecoin-related tweets that often cause a frenzy, Tesla stock seems to be under similar influence from its iconic CEO.</p>\n<p>Elon has recently&nbsp;claimed&nbsp;that Tesla’s vehicle deliveries to Hertz have not started, and that a contract has not even been inked yet. The brief statement on Twitter (see below) caused immediate bearish reaction from the markets. Here too, meme-type price action was evident.</p>\n<p><img src=\"https://static.tigerbbs.com/1e5b15e9929e68481dad5b04c06512d7\" tg-width=\"418\" tg-height=\"656\" width=\"100%\" height=\"auto\"></p>\n<p>Under meme influence, shares of Hertz began the November 2 session trading 7% lower – only to reverse course and shoot higher by nearly 50% from intraday low to high. While certainly not a “meme” in the literal sense, to be crystal clear, TSLA stock’s impressive rally makes it look like one. The stock has been one of the most discussed tickers on Reddit forums for several days. The stock’s popularity has been fueled by other factors that include (1) Tesla having recently joined the select group of trillion-dollar market cap companies, (2) Q3 earnings results that topped consensus for the third consecutive quarter, and (3) recent enthusiasm from the sell side and institutional investors.\nTesla stock was the most popular ticker on Reddit on November 2 (see image below). It has also been one of the most discussed tickers in the past month on Reddit’s famous WallStreetBets – the birthplace of meme mania.\nFigure 2: Trending stocks on Reddit on November 2.\nCathie Wood’s super-bullish call\nARK Invest, the family of funds managed by famed investor Cathie Wood,hasin Tesla stock its largest allocation. Despite having recently sold a chunk of her funds’ TSLA position, probably for rebalancing purposes, Cathie Wood remains one of the most ferocious bulls on the EV stock.\nRecently, speaking at Milken Institute's 2021 Global Investment Conference, Ms. Wood said that $3,000 is ARK’s base case for Tesla stock. She sees the company as “a very visible” first proof of concept and wants to expose ARK clients to the “next FAAMGs”. She seems confident that Tesla is one key player in this new generation of tech giants.\nLastly, she has mentioned that electric vehicles are taking massive share from traditional gas-fueled cars, and that Tesla stock is finally reacting to this new reality.\nARK Invest is considered one of the most popular and influential funds in the asset management industry. Its strategy to invest in disruptive technology has likely incentivized several individual investors to follow in Cathie Wood’s footsteps and give TSLA further consideration.\nElon Musk’s influence\nFrom the position of wealthiest person on Earth, Tesla and SpaceX CEO Elon Musk has a very influential voice in the markets.
