Traditional real estate companies charge up to a 3% commission/listing fee when a home is bought or sold. Depending on how much previous business was completed with the company, Redfin only charges a fee ranging from 1% to 1.5%. A difference of 1.5% to 2% might not sound like much, but it's quite impactful with home prices soaring. According to Realtor.com, the median home price for active listings in June 2021 was $385,000, meaning Redfin could save the median seller up to $7,700 in costs.</p>\n<p>But it's not just a more cost-efficient operation that's driving buyers and sellers to Redfin. It's the company's adaptation to a changing real estate landscape and the unparalleled personalization it provides. For instance, RedfinNow is a service that purchases homes for cash, which removes the hassles of putting a home on the market and haggling with prospective buyers over price. There's also Redfin Concierge, which works with homeowners on improvements and staging to maximize the value of their home.</p>\n<p>With Redfin's share of existing home sales nearly tripling from 0.44% at the end of 2015 to 1.14% by March 2021, it's pretty evident that Redfin's operating model is resonating with consumers.</p>\n<p class=\"t-img-caption\"><img src=\"https://g.foolcdn.com/image/?url=https%3A%2F%2Fg.foolcdn.com%2Feditorial%2Fimages%2F634606%2Fsquare-card-terminal.png&amp;w=700&amp;op=resize\" tg-width=\"700\" tg-height=\"520\" width=\"100%\" height=\"auto\"><span>Image source: Square.</span></p>\n<h2>Square</h2>\n<p>Just because a high-growth stock has a market cap in excess of $100 billion doesn't mean it can't quintuple (or more) over the next decade. Fintech stock <b>Square</b> (NYSE:SQ) has two operating segments that should allow it to handily outperform the broader market in the coming 10 years.</p>\n<p>Square's bread and butter has long been its seller ecosystem, which provides point-of-sale devices, analytics, and other tools that help merchants succeed. Between 2012 and 2019, the gross payment volume (GPV) on Square's network surged by an average of 49% annually, with GPV on track to easily top $130 billion in 2021.</p>\n<p>As I've previously noted, the seller ecosystem was really designed to be a tool for smaller merchants. Over time, however, the percentage of medium-and-large-sized businesses utilizing the platform has grown. As of the end of March, 61% of GPV came from businesses with $125,000 or more in annualized GPV, up from 52% in Q1 2019. Since this is a fee-driven operating segment, it implies steady profit growth for the seller ecosystem.</p>\n<p>However, the real lure here is digital peer-to-peer platform Cash App, which has seen its monthly active user count more than quintuple in three years to 36 million (as of Dec. 31, 2020). Cash App allows Square to monetize consumer purchases, bank transfers, investments, and even <b>Bitcoin</b>&nbsp;exchange. With gross profit per user of $41, compared to less than $5 in expenses to bring in each new user, Cash App is a burgeoning cash cow for Square.</p>\n<p class=\"t-img-caption\"><img src=\"https://static.tigerbbs.com/5fca19ebbe0e88c23fe3449884bad2c4\" tg-width=\"700\" tg-height=\"466\" width=\"100%\" height=\"auto\"><span>Image source: Getty Images.</span></p>\n<h2>Fastly</h2>\n<p>Yet another high-growth game-changer that could turn a $200,000 investment into $1 million or more over the next decade is edge cloud solutions provider <b>Fastly</b> (NYSE:FSLY).</p>\n<p>Fastly's primary task is to expedite the delivery of content to end users as quickly and securely as possible. While we we're witnessing a pretty steady shift of businesses pushing online prior to the pandemic, the coronavirus took this steady trend and kicked it into overdrive. Essentially, Fastly will benefit as more data is consumed digitally in the post-pandemic environment -- a trend that's unlikely to slow or ever reverse.</p>\n<p>All the key metrics investors would look for in a usage-based company are pointing in the right direction. The company's dollar-based net expansion rate has tallied 147% (Q3 2020), 143% (Q4 2020), and 139% (Q1 2021) in each of the past three quarters. In simple terms, this means existing clients spent 47%, 43%, and 39% more than they did in each respective year-ago quarter. We've also seen total customer count, enterprise customer count, and average enterprise customer spend, climb on a quarterly basis.</p>\n<p>What's perhaps most impressive about Fastly has been the company's ability to overcome ByteDance (the parent of TikTok) pulling traffic from its network in Q3 2020 due to a stateside spat with the Trump administration. ByteDance was Fastly's biggest customer by sales in the first-half of 2020. Despite this loss, Fastly still produced sales growth of better than 40% in the third quarter. Fastly is quickly becoming a popular content delivery solution, and the company's rapid sales growth proves it.</p>\n<p class=\"t-img-caption\"><img src=\"https://static.tigerbbs.com/72753f29fd92e186bec3ea1c1d331f6b\" tg-width=\"700\" tg-height=\"510\" width=\"100%\" height=\"auto\"><span>Image source: Getty Images.</span></p>\n<h2><a href=\"https://laohu8.com/S/CRM\">Salesforce</a></h2>\n<p>A final game-changing stock that has the ability to make its shareholder a whole lot richer over the next decade is cloud-based customer relationship management (CRM) software provider <b>Salesforce.com</b> (NYSE:CRM).</p>\n<p>Put simply, CRM software is what customer-facing businesses use to log and access client information in real-time, handle service and product issues, manage online marketing campaigns, and run predictive analysis with regard to which clients might purchase a new product or service. That's just a small snippet of what CRM can help with. It's a relatively common solution employed by retail and service-oriented companies, but it is gaining traction in nontraditional industries and sectors.</p>\n<p>Salesforce chimes in as the single most-dominant player in the global CRM space. According to IDC, Salesforce controlled just shy of 20% of all global CRM spending in the first-half of 2020.&nbsp; That was more than the next four competitors, combined. Between internal innovation and CEO Marc Benioff's willingness to lean on acquisitions as a means to cross-sell and broaden its service portfolio and client base, Salesforce's market share lead appears virtually insurmountable in CRM software.</p>\n<p>Benioff anticipates Salesforce surpassing $50 billion in full-year sales by fiscal 2026 after delivering $21.3 billion in annual sales in fiscal 2021. Traditional real estate companies charge up to a 3% commission/listing fee when a home is bought or sold. Depending on how much previous business was completed with the company, Redfin only charges a fee ranging from 1% to 1.5%. A difference of 1.5% to 2% might not sound like much, but it's quite impactful with home prices soaring. According to Realtor.com, the median home price for active listings in June 2021 was $385,000, meaning Redfin could save the median seller up to $7,700 in costs.\nBut it's not just a more cost-efficient operation that's driving buyers and sellers to Redfin. Fintech stock Square (NYSE:SQ) has two operating segments that should allow it to handily outperform the broader market in the coming 10 years.\nSquare's bread and butter has long been its seller ecosystem, which provides point-of-sale devices, analytics, and other tools that help merchants succeed. Between 2012 and 2019, the gross payment volume (GPV) on Square's network surged by an average of 49% annually, with GPV on track to easily top $130 billion in 2021.\nAs I've previously noted, the seller ecosystem was really designed to be a tool for smaller merchants. Over time, however, the percentage of medium-and-large-sized businesses utilizing the platform has grown. As of the end of March, 61% of GPV came from businesses with $125,000 or more in annualized GPV, up from 52% in Q1 2019. Since this is a fee-driven operating segment, it implies steady profit growth for the seller ecosystem.\nHowever, the real lure here is digital peer-to-peer platform Cash App, which has seen its monthly active user count more than quintuple in three years to 36 million (as of Dec. 31, 2020). While we we're witnessing a pretty steady shift of businesses pushing online prior to the pandemic, the coronavirus took this steady trend and kicked it into overdrive. Essentially, Fastly will benefit as more data is consumed digitally in the post-pandemic environment -- a trend that's unlikely to slow or ever reverse.\nAll the key metrics investors would look for in a usage-based company are pointing in the right direction. The company's dollar-based net expansion rate has tallied 147% (Q3 2020), 143% (Q4 2020), and 139% (Q1 2021) in each of the past three quarters. That's just a small snippet of what CRM can help with. It's a relatively common solution employed by retail and service-oriented companies, but it is gaining traction in nontraditional industries and sectors.\nSalesforce chimes in as the single most-dominant player in the global CRM space. It operates out of four segments, namely electrification (installation products, power conversion, and e-mobility), motion (drive products, system drives, service, traction systems, low voltage, and large and electric motors), process automation (energy, process industries, marine and ports, turbocharging, and measurement and analytics), and robotics and discrete automation.</p><p>As you can see above, ABB&#39;s e-mobility (EV charging stations, hardware, and services) is a small part of its overall operations. Its expected revenue of around $480 million in 2021 is less than 2% of its expected overall company revenue in 2021.</p><h2>Where ABB fits in</h2><p>However, there are two key reasons why ABB is highly relevant as an EV play.</p><p>First, management is planning to take advantage of the sky-high valuations in the sector by listing the e-mobility business in 2022 yet retaining a majority stake. The cash raised from listing the company could be used to reinvest in the business in order to grow the business for the benefit of shareholders, including ABB.</p><p>In a sense, ABB is getting the best of both worlds. It&#39;s set to gain from the high valuations accorded to EV companies, and it&#39;s also getting cash to reinvest in a long-term growth business. According to a Reuters article, the business is valued at around $3 billion.</p><p>Second, the e-mobility listing should be looked at in light of the restructuring effort that CEO Bjorn Rosengren initiated since starting his tenure in 2020. ABB has long had a collection of highly admired assets, with leading positions in robotics, process and discrete automation, motion control, and electrification, but its financial performance hasn&#39;t lived up to its potential. The mechanical power transmission division was sold for $2.9 billion in cash to <b>RBC Bearings</b> in 2021. The turbocharging division (marine and power plant turbochargers) will be spun off or sold in 2022, and the power conversion division (power products and solutions for telecoms and data centers) is up for sale in 2022 as well.</p><h2>ABB&#39;s future</h2><p>In common with other companies in its space, such as <b>Siemens</b> and <b>Eaton</b>, ABB is restructuring to focus on the themes of automation, digitization, and electrification in the economy. My three stocks to avoid last week were on the move -- as <b>AMC Entertainment</b> (NYSE:AMC), <b>GameStop </b>(NYSE:GME) and <b>Robinhood Markets </b>(NASDAQ:HOOD)<b> </b>were down 2%, 5%, and 6%, respectively -- averaging out to a 4.3% decline.</p><p>The <b>S&amp;P 500</b> rose 0.9% for the week, so I was the relative winner with my bearish calls for the eleventh week in a row. This week, I see <b>Constellation Brands </b>(NYSE:STZ), <b>GameStop </b>(NYSE:GME), and <b>SeaWorld Entertainment</b> (NYSE:SEAS) as stocks that you may want to consider steering clear from. Let&#39;s go over my reasons for the near-term pessimism.</p><h2>Constellation Brands</h2><p>There aren&#39;t a lot of companies reporting earnings this week, but <a href=\"https://laohu8.com/S/AONE.U\">one</a> that could prove problematic is Constellation Brands. The leading distributor of beer, wine, and heartier spirits offers up quarterly results on Thursday morning. The company behind Corona beers, Mondavi wines, Svedka vodka, and High West Whiskey hit a new all-time high on Friday.</p><p>You may think business is booming, given its buoyant shares that have soared 20% over the past four months, but you would be wrong. Revenue is expected to inch a mere 1% higher this fiscal year, and earnings have fallen short of analyst estimates in back-to-back quarters.</p><p>With a dominant share of the high-end beer market, I&#39;m not bearish on Constellation&#39;s long-term prospects. The rub this week is that the stock is at a new peak on uninspiring top-line growth and bad momentum with its recent bottom-line results. It&#39;s going to need a monster report on Thursday if it wants Wall Street to raise a toast to Constellation Brands.</p><h2>GameStop</h2><p>Picking GameStop for the third week in a row as a stock to avoid may seem to be a case of pushing my luck, but that&#39;s the kind of dedication diehard gamers should appreciate. GameStop is doing some things right, and later this month it will finish a fiscal year with positive top-line growth for the first time in four years.</p><p>The counter to that argument is that after back-to-back years of sales declines of more than 20% an uptick in the teens won&#39;t even get GameStop back to where it was two years ago. GameStop has nearly $6 billion in trailing revenue, but that&#39;s well shy of its peak of $9.5 billion nine years earlier.</p><p>The bullish case for the original meme stock made sense a year ago when short interest was greater than 100%. Today it rests at a yawn-worthy 11%. It&#39;s overvalued by most metrics, and it has posted larger-than-expected deficits in back-to-back quarters. Meme stock investors will probably move to something more shiny and new in 2022.</p><h2>SeaWorld Entertainment</h2><p>Last week I went for stocks with recent sharp declines, figuring that they would be under selling pressure as investors lock in losses for their 2021 taxes. It&#39;s January, and a lot of last year&#39;s dogs could bounce back this month. I screened for big winners, and out of the nearly 160 stocks with market caps of at least $1 billion that more than doubled in 2021, I tried to fish for one that I think could be susceptible in the near term. A stock I own nibbled on my hook.</p><p>I&#39;m a SeaWorld Entertainment investor, and a fan of how they&#39;ve been able to blend animal-themed exhibits with thrill rides and family attractions. However, I don&#39;t think SeaWorld should&#39;ve doubled last year. The world&#39;s largest theme park operator&#39;s stock actually declined in 2021, and now we have COVID-19 cases surging in all of the states where SeaWorld has a presence. SeaWorld likely had a strong holiday quarter, so I can see it moving higher in February, when it reports financial results. This week, I see Constellation Brands (NYSE:STZ), GameStop (NYSE:GME), and SeaWorld Entertainment (NYSE:SEAS) as stocks that you may want to consider steering clear from. Let's go over my reasons for the near-term pessimism.Constellation BrandsThere aren't a lot of companies reporting earnings this week, but one that could prove problematic is Constellation Brands. The leading distributor of beer, wine, and heartier spirits offers up quarterly results on Thursday morning. The company behind Corona beers, Mondavi wines, Svedka vodka, and High West Whiskey hit a new all-time high on Friday.You may think business is booming, given its buoyant shares that have soared 20% over the past four months, but you would be wrong. Revenue is expected to inch a mere 1% higher this fiscal year, and earnings have fallen short of analyst estimates in back-to-back quarters.With a dominant share of the high-end beer market, I'm not bearish on Constellation's long-term prospects. The rub this week is that the stock is at a new peak on uninspiring top-line growth and bad momentum with its recent bottom-line results. It's going to need a monster report on Thursday if it wants Wall Street to raise a toast to Constellation Brands.GameStopPicking GameStop for the third week in a row as a stock to avoid may seem to be a case of pushing my luck, but that's the kind of dedication diehard gamers should appreciate. GameStop is doing some things right, and later this month it will finish a fiscal year with positive top-line growth for the first time in four years.The counter to that argument is that after back-to-back years of sales declines of more than 20% an uptick in the teens won't even get GameStop back to where it was two years ago. GameStop has nearly $6 billion in trailing revenue, but that's well shy of its peak of $9.5 billion nine years earlier.The bullish case for the original meme stock made sense a year ago when short interest was greater than 100%. Today it rests at a yawn-worthy 11%. It's overvalued by most metrics, and it has posted larger-than-expected deficits in back-to-back quarters. Meme stock investors will probably move to something more shiny and new in 2022.SeaWorld EntertainmentLast week I went for stocks with recent sharp declines, figuring that they would be under selling pressure as investors lock in losses for their 2021 taxes. It's January, and a lot of last year's dogs could bounce back this month. I screened for big winners, and out of the nearly 160 stocks with market caps of at least $1 billion that more than doubled in 2021, I tried to fish for one that I think could be susceptible in the near term. A stock I own nibbled on my hook.I'm a SeaWorld Entertainment investor, and a fan of how they've been able to blend animal-themed exhibits with thrill rides and family attractions. However, I don't think SeaWorld should've doubled last year. The world's largest theme park operator's stock actually declined in 2021, and now we have COVID-19 cases surging in all of the states where SeaWorld has a presence. SeaWorld likely had a strong holiday quarter, so I can see it moving higher in February, when it reports financial results. There are quite a few things that investors like about Rivian. To begin with, it is the first company to launch an electric pickup truck. It beat the likes of <b>General Motors</b>, <b>Ford</b>, and Tesla to launch an electric truck.</p><p>What&#39;s more, the company&#39;s truck got positive reviews from users and media. Its pickup truck was selected as <i>MotorTrend&#39;s</i> 2022 Truck of the Year. In addition to the pickup truck, the company started deliveries of its first SUV in December. Rivian has received more than 71,000 pre-orders for its truck and SUV combined, indicating a strong consumer interest in its vehicles.</p><p>Finally, the company is backed by <b>Amazon</b> (NASDAQ:AMZN), which owns a roughly 20% stake in Rivian. Additionally, Amazon has agreed to buy 100,000 electric delivery vans from Rivian. So, Rivian has some good products and ready buyers. All it now needs to do is start delivering the EVs.</p><p>Though promising, the valuation of Rivian stock looks substantially rich. Investors might want to let the story play out before deciding to buy Rivian stock.</p><h2>Lucid Group</h2><p><b>Lucid Group</b> (NASDAQ:LCID) rose to prominence when it successfully delivered its first car, the Lucid Air, with a longer range than that of any other electric car in the market. At its top trim, the car offers a range of 520 miles -- about 100 miles more than Tesla&#39;s Model S. Lucid&#39;s experience in batteries that power the world&#39;s premier EV racing series came in handy when delivering superior performance.  The Lucid Air also bagged the 2022 <i>MotorTrend</i> Car of the Year award.</p><p>Lucid plans to deliver 20,000 vehicles in 2022. Beyond that, Lucid has laid out its growth plans systematically. The company plans to launch the Grand Touring, Touring, and Pure versions of the Lucid Air in 2022. In 2023, it intends to launch its SUV called Gravity. Moreover, the company plans to enter the European and Middle Eastern markets in 2022.</p><p>Lucid&#39;s solid products and its clear growth plans make its stock attractive. In 2015, <a href=\"https://laohu8.com/S/AONE.U\">one</a>-fourth of the Cupertino company’s revenues came from the region, fueled by the popularity of the brand and a thriving upper-middle class.</p>\n<p>But since then, sales have been unwinding. Political tension between China and the US probably did not help, as Apple found itself stuck in the middle of a power struggle that fueled the trade war between the two countries in 2018.</p>\n<p>The better news for AAPL investors is that its Greater China business showed signs of strength in the past couple of quarters. Probably aided by the launch of the 5G-capable iPhone 12, segment revenues skyrocketed in the first two quarters of fiscal 2021 – see below.</p>\n<p>In fiscal second period, Greater China sales represented 20% of total company revenues for the first time since the comparable quarter in 2018.</p>\n<p><img src=\"https://static.tigerbbs.com/b50bb354fafdfc50b4b30feb01f94017\" tg-width=\"676\" tg-height=\"393\" referrerpolicy=\"no-referrer\"></p>\n<p><b>Good news, bad news</b></p>\n<p>In fiscal Q3, Apple has the benefit of facing modest comps in Greater China.The comparable quarter in 2020saw revenues increase less than 2% (the worst of Apple’s geographic segments by far), despite the region having started to recover from the pandemic earlier than <a href=\"https://laohu8.com/S/WRN\">Western</a> countries.</p>\n<p>Part of the problem was increased competition from the likes of Huawei, which doubled down on its China strategy amid softness elsewhere around the globe. This time, during a year of recovery from COVID-19, the competitive pressures could be better distributed around the globe.</p>\n<p>The bad news is that Apple’s momentum in China may have fazed quite a bit.
