Majority of the properties belong to boomers. With the sky-high property prices, ordinary millenniums and later generation can't afford to buy their own.  With the boomers gone in 20 years, there will be surplus in the market, at a cheaper price.

Can someone enlighten me how communism can lead to prosperity? When they establish anti monopoly, how is any company going to achieve economic moat? Or am I missing out some hidden rules regards to trading in China?
