It also launched its service internationally.</p>\n<p>That expansion boosted Netflix's audience to 25 million members by 2012. A year later it launched its first slate of original shows -- including <i>Orange is the New Blac</i>k,<i>House of Cards</i>, and <i>Hemlock Grove</i>-- to lock in its subscribers and reduce its dependence on licensed content.</p>\n<p>Netflix hit 50 million members in 2014, 100 million members in 2017, and 209.2 million members in its latest quarter. That massive audience makes it the world's largest paid video streaming platform.</p>\n<p>Between 2010 and 2020, Netflix's annual revenue rose from $2.16 billion to $25.0 billion. Its net income surged from $161 million to $2.76 billion.</p>\n<p><b>The challenges ahead...</b></p>\n<p>Netflix still enjoys a first-mover's advantage in premium streaming videos, but it currently faces a growing list of formidable competitors. The biggest threat is <b>Disney</b>(NYSE:DIS), which owns a massive portfolio of first-party content and offers its services at lower prices than Netflix.</p>\n<p>Disney+, the company's flagship platform, has already accumulated nearly 104 million subscribers since its launch in late 2019. By comparison, it took Netflix's streaming platform<i>ten years</i>to hit 100 million subscribers. Netflix's growth will likely decelerate afterwards, for two simple reasons: It's saturating its developed markets like the U.S., and it faces too much competition around the world.</p>\n<p>But let's assume Netflix continues to roll out compelling original content, locks in more users with niche content like anime, and expands its digital ecosystem with video games and online merchandise.</p>\n<p>If Netflix's revenue growth meets analysts' expectations for the next two years and continues growing at an average rate of 10% from 2023 to 2030, it could generate $73.3 billion in annual revenue by the final year. If Netflix is still trading at about eight times sales, it would be worth nearly $600 billion.</p>\n<p>If Netflix grows it revenue at an average rate of 15% from 2023 to 2020, it would generate $104.6 billion in annual revenue by the final year. The world-class growth investor is always making moves, and she doesn't have a problem letting investors in her exchange-traded funds (ETFs) know all about it.</p>\n<p>Wood did a lot of shopping on Wednesday, buying into some stocks that are trading well below their previous highs. She added to her existing positions in <b>3D Systems</b> (NYSE:DDD), <b>Coinbase Global</b> (NASDAQ:COIN), and <b>Teladoc Health</b> (NYSE:TDOC), three once red-hot stocks that are now fetching 40% to 53% less than they were just a couple of months ago. Let's take a closer look at the three stocks she just bought.</p>\n<p class=\"t-img-caption\"><img src=\"https://g.foolcdn.com/image/?url=https%3A%2F%2Fg.foolcdn.com%2Feditorial%2Fimages%2F640770%2Fgettyimages-758286251.jpg&w=700&op=resize\" tg-width=\"700\" tg-height=\"589\" width=\"100%\" height=\"auto\"><span>Image source: Getty Images.</span></p>\n<h2>3D Systems</h2>\n<p>A blast from the past for growth investors is picking up steam at ARK Invest this week. Wood was selling 3D Systems in June and earlier this month, but she's now added to her stake in the 3D printing leader on each of the first three trading days of this week.</p>\n<p>What changed at 3D Systems? A blowout earnings report two weeks ago is helping its cause. Revenue rose 44% in the second quarter, well ahead of the 27% that analysts were targeting. Adjusted earnings also clocked in at more than double what Wall Street pros were forecasting.</p>\n<p>3D Systems is gaining momentum again, and it's also making moves. It recently announced plans to divest its medical simulation and on-demand manufacturing businesses, to focus on 3D printing machines that are being increasingly used by the healthcare industry.</p>\n<h2>Coinbase</h2>\n<p>Buying Coinbase has been a guilty pleasure at ARK Invest since the leading crypto exchange went public in April. It checks off some of Wood's boxes in terms of growth, niche leadership, and crypto.</p>\n<p>Business is on a roll this year: Revenue soared 853% in the first quarter of this year, and that's not a typo. Coinbase followed that with a 1,097% year-over-year top-line burst in its latest quarterly report, and that's not a typo either.</p>\n<p>The stock retreated after the report, on concerns that trading activity was slowing in the current quarter. However, crypto has been rallying in recent weeks and Coinbase dominates its niche, which will thrive through the volatility. So it's not a surprise that Wood is now adding to the stock that has become the third largest position across all of her ETFs. A blowout earnings report two weeks ago is helping its cause. Revenue rose 44% in the second quarter, well ahead of the 27% that analysts were targeting. Adjusted earnings also clocked in at more than double what Wall Street pros were forecasting.\n3D Systems is gaining momentum again, and it's also making moves. It recently announced plans to divest its medical simulation and on-demand manufacturing businesses, to focus on 3D printing machines that are being increasingly used by the healthcare industry.\nCoinbase\nBuying Coinbase has been a guilty pleasure at ARK Invest since the leading crypto exchange went public in April. It checks off some of Wood's boxes in terms of growth, niche leadership, and crypto.\nBusiness is on a roll this year: Revenue soared 853% in the first quarter of this year, and that's not a typo. Coinbase followed that with a 1,097% year-over-year top-line burst in its latest quarterly report, and that's not a typo either.\nThe stock retreated after the report, on concerns that trading activity was slowing in the current quarter. However, crypto has been rallying in recent weeks and Coinbase dominates its niche, which will thrive through the volatility. A year later it launched its first slate of original shows -- including <i>Orange is the New Blac</i>k,<i>House of Cards</i>, and <i>Hemlock Grove</i>-- to lock in its subscribers and reduce its dependence on licensed content.</p>\n<p>Netflix hit 50 million members in 2014, 100 million members in 2017, and 209.2 million members in its latest quarter.
