The company sets industry benchmarks with the well-known productivity applications (like Word and Excel) bundled in its Office 365 subscription. Despite already claiming almost 90% of the business productivity software space, Office 365 is still driving year-over-year revenue growth partially thanks to commercial clients' hiring sprees and increasing revenues per user.
\n
Microsoft also has valuable partnerships with the U.S. Army and other massive enterprise clients for cloud computing and custom VR/AR applications. Azure, the company's cloud services division, boasted revenue growth of 51% in Microsoft's most recently reported quarter. Compare that to Amazon's AWS year-over-year growth of 37% over its most recent quarter.
\n
Lastly, Microsoft has a first-mover advantage in the fast-growing cloud gaming and streaming space with its popular Xbox Game Pass service. Despite the company's growth prospects and blue-chip status, one could argue that the stock is priced reasonably at 37 times earnings -- compared to fellow cloud giant Amazon's P/E ratio of 58.
\n
Facebook
\n
Facebook, the massively influential social media platform with 2.9 billion monthly active users (MAUs), still has room to grow as it explores its role in virtual-reality and augmented-reality applications, including building the \"metaverse\" (Mark Zuckerberg's vision for a VR/AR-powered \"embodied internet\").
\n
Despite all the hype, the company's valuation is arguably quite reasonable. Analyst price targets for Facebook range up to $500 (with a median target of $425), and there's a case to be made for Facebook already being worth $500 per share now.
\n
Facebook already has a strong hold on the VR market, with its Oculus Quest 2 setting the company ahead of the competition thanks to a superior hardware interface, smart acquisitions of game studios for exclusive content, and the massive network effects that come with a user base of 2.9 billion. These factors combined give Facebook the strongest foundation in the industry on which to build a metaverse -- but of course, the company still has to execute.
\n
DocuSign
\n
DocuSign is in its earlier stages of high growth compared to industry giants Microsoft and Facebook. However, if you're looking to buy at least one stock in the speculative growth category, DocuSign is an excellent choice.
\n
The company has been the leader in the e-signature space since before COVID-19 drove even more adoption of work-from-home-friendly digital productivity tools. Now, DocuSign is also growing in new complementary areas like full-cycle contract management, artificial intelligence (AI) that saves companies time and money on legal analysis, and remote digital notarization.
\n
Unlike Microsoft and Facebook, DocuSign has yet to reach GAAP profitability. While owning long-established blue-chip stocks like Microsoft and Facebook is a great idea for reducing your downside risk, buying early-stage growth stocks with strong fundamentals like DocuSign can greatly increase your portfolio's upside potential. On Monday, the S&P 500 closed 100% above its March 2020 low.\nStill, market watchers have said that huge amounts of cash held by investors and companies could protect stocks from severe declines, as buyers are quick to look for opportunities to scoop up cheaper shares. The ace stock picker saw her exchange-traded funds (ETFs) soar in 2020, but her collection of disruptive growth stocks has fallen out of favor since mid-February.
\n
Wood is making the most of the correction in dynamic companies. On Tuesday she increased her positions in DraftKings (NASDAQ:DKNG), JD.com (NASDAQ:JD), and UiPath (NYSE:PATH). Let's take a closer look at her shopping list.
\n
\n
DraftKings
\n
Fantasy sports is a gateway drug to real-money wagering, and no one is playing this game better than DraftKings. The platform that offers cash prizes for picking optimal starting league lineups is also using its popularity with competitive sports fans to prop up its growing sportsbook operations.
\n
Revenue rose 90% last year, a pretty amazing feat in a pandemic year where many seasons were delayed and shortened. Revenue soared 253% in the first quarter of this year, better-than-expected results even if the comparisons were going to be kind given the sporting world calamity that started in March of last year.
\n
DraftKings stock tumbled as much as 12% on Tuesday -- recovering to a more acceptable 4% decline by the close -- after becoming the latest short target of noted worrywart Hindenburg Research. The negative report alleges that one of the merger partners behind DraftKings hitting the market last year has a history of black-market gaming, money laundering, and organized crime. It could prove problematic if still relevant, but Wood apparently added to her DraftKings position during Tuesday's down day.
\n
JD.com
\n
Wood has been trimming her exposure to many of China's best-known growth stocks, but JD.com has been the exception. She has added to China's largest online retailer (in terms of revenue) on back-to-back trading days. It goes to show that investing in Chinese stocks isn't simply a matter of yes or no, as it's a more nuanced decision.
\n
Revenue growth decelerated to a 25% clip in 2019, but JD.com is starting to press down on the accelerator. Net revenue rose 29% last year, soaring 39% through the first three months of 2021. It's the kind of momentum you like to see in any growth stocks, and this is a good sign that -- despite unloading a lot of shares of Chinese growth stocks through May -- she's not giving up on the world's most populous nation.
\n
UiPath
\n
There are a couple of names scattered among Wood's ETFs that weren't even public when the year began. ARK Invest isn't afraid to buy into new issues while they still have that new stock smell, and that's where UiPath comes in. The ace stock picker saw her exchange-traded funds (ETFs) soar in 2020, but her collection of disruptive growth stocks has fallen out of favor since mid-February.\nWood is making the most of the correction in dynamic companies. On Tuesday she increased her positions in DraftKings (NASDAQ:DKNG), JD.com (NASDAQ:JD), and UiPath (NYSE:PATH). Let's take a closer look at her shopping list.\nImage source: Getty Images.\nDraftKings\nFantasy sports is a gateway drug to real-money wagering, and no one is playing this game better than DraftKings. The platform that offers cash prizes for picking optimal starting league lineups is also using its popularity with competitive sports fans to prop up its growing sportsbook operations.\nRevenue rose 90% last year, a pretty amazing feat in a pandemic year where many seasons were delayed and shortened. Revenue soared 253% in the first quarter of this year, better-than-expected results even if the comparisons were going to be kind given the sporting world calamity that started in March of last year.\nDraftKings stock tumbled as much as 12% on Tuesday -- recovering to a more acceptable 4% decline by the close -- after becoming the latest short target of noted worrywart Hindenburg Research. The negative report alleges that one of the merger partners behind DraftKings hitting the market last year has a history of black-market gaming, money laundering, and organized crime. It could prove problematic if still relevant, but Wood apparently added to her DraftKings position during Tuesday's down day.\nJD.com\nWood has been trimming her exposure to many of China's best-known growth stocks, but JD.com has been the exception. She has added to China's largest online retailer (in terms of revenue) on back-to-back trading days. It goes to show that investing in Chinese stocks isn't simply a matter of yes or no, as it's a more nuanced decision.\nRevenue growth decelerated to a 25% clip in 2019, but JD.com is starting to press down on the accelerator. Net revenue rose 29% last year, soaring 39% through the first three months of 2021. It's the kind of momentum you like to see in any growth stocks, and this is a good sign that -- despite unloading a lot of shares of Chinese growth stocks through May -- she's not giving up on the world's most populous nation.\nUiPath\nThere are a couple of names scattered among Wood's ETFs that weren't even public when the year began. ARK Invest isn't afraid to buy into new issues while they still have that new stock smell, and that's where UiPath comes in. The provider of enterprise software for robotics went public at $56 just two months ago. The stock closed at $70 on Tuesday, but it was trading as high as $90 just three weeks ago. Wood doesn't let downticks sway her from investing in promising companies, and UiPath fits that bill.\nRevenue rose 81% in fiscal 2021, climbing 65% in the first quarter of fiscal 2022. UiPath isn't expected to turn a profit until 2024 at the earliest, but flush with nearly $1.9 billion in cash after its springtime IPO it has more than enough dry powder to stay in the fight until it gets there.","news_type":1},"isVote":1,"tweetType":1,"viewCount":132,"authorTweetTopStatus":1,"verified":2,"comments":[],"imageCount":0,"langContent":"EN","totalScore":0},{"id":161093675,"gmtCreate":1623895500697,"gmtModify":1634026227425,"author":{"id":"3576209748719827","authorId":"3576209748719827","name":"lwlow","avatar":"https://static.laohu8.com/default-avatar.jpg","crmLevel":5,"crmLevelSwitch":0,"followedFlag":false,"authorIdStr":"3576209748719827","idStr":"3576209748719827"},"themes":[],"htmlText":"Nice","listText":"Nice","text":"Nice","images":[],"top":1,"highlighted":1,"essential":1,"paper":1,"likeSize":0,"commentSize":0,"repostSize":0,"link":"https://laohu8.com/post/161093675","repostId":"1170150919","repostType":4,"repost":{"id":"1170150919","weMediaInfo":{"introduction":"Providing stock market headlines, business news, financials and earnings ","home_visible":1,"media_name":"Tiger Newspress","id":"1079075236","head_image":"https://static.tigerbbs.com/8274c5b9d4c2852bfb1c4d6ce16c68ba"},"pubTimestamp":1623866564,"share":"https://www.laohu8.com/m/news/1170150919?lang=&edition=full","pubTime":"2021-06-17 02:02","market":"sh","language":"en","title":"Fed holds rates steady, but raises inflation expectations sharply and makes no mention of taper.","url":"https://stock-news.laohu8.com/highlight/detail?id=1170150919","media":"Tiger Newspress","summary":"U.S. stocks dropped to their session lows on Wednesday after the Federal Reserve raised its inflation expectations and moved up the time frame on when it will hike interest rates next. The Dow Jones Industrial Average fell 320 points. Buffett isn't infallible, but he's delivered an annual average return of 20% since the mid-1960s for his shareholders. In aggregate, we're talking about a return of more than 2,800,000%!
\n
What's even more amazing is that Buffett hasn't done anything the average investors couldn't do to net these huge gains. He focuses on a few sectors and industries that interest him, buys companies with clear-cut competitive advantages, and most importantly hangs onto those stakes for a very long time.
\n
Another source of Buffett's success is concentration. The Oracle of Omaha doesn't believe diversification is necessary if you know what you're doing. This is readily apparent in Berkshire Hathaway's $302.6 billion investment portfolio. As of this past weekend, 85% of Berkshire's invested assets ($257.3 billion) were tied up in only 10 stocks.
\n
Berkshire Hathaway CEO Warren Buffett. Apple: $115.6 billion
\n
Tech kingpin Apple (NASDAQ:AAPL) makes up about 38% of Warren Buffett's portfolio by itself and has been dubbed \"Berkshire's third business\" by the Oracle of Omaha. Apple offers some of the strongest branding in the world, is the clear leader in smartphones in the U.S., and has been pivoting to higher-margin services under the leadership of CEO Tim Cook. Though iPhone sales remain Apple's top product, services becoming a larger percentage of total sales will help remove the revenue lumpiness associated with new product launches.
\n
2. Bank of America: $43.2 billion
\n
Bank stocks have long been Buffett's favorite place to put Berkshire's money work. Bank of America (NYSE:BAC) is Berkshire's unquestioned largest bank holding, with more than 14% of invested assets. Bank of America has done an excellent job of controlling its noninterest expenses by consolidating branches and emphasizing digital banking. It's also in line to benefit more than any other money-center bank from an eventual rise in interest rates.
\n
\n
3. American Express: $24.9 billion
\n
Payment processor and lender American Express (NYSE:AXP) is Buffett's third-largest and third-longest-held stock. After 28 years of holding AmEx, Berkshire Hathaway's position has grown to almost $25 billion in value. This is a cyclical company that benefits from long periods of economic expansion, as well as its ability to attract affluent clientele. These well-to-do clients are less likely to change their spending habits when economic hiccups arise, which often means less worry about credit delinquencies for AmEx.
\n
4. Coca-Cola: $22.5 billion
\n
Speaking of long-tenured holdings, beverage behemoth Coca-Cola (NYSE:KO) is the longest-held stock in Buffett's portfolio (33 years). Coca-Cola operates in all but two countries worldwide (North Korea and Cuba) and has more than 20 brands generating at least $1 billion in annual sales. Thanks to its top-notch marketing team, it's also the best-known consumer goods brand. Coke has holiday tie-ins, has allied itself with well-known brand ambassadors, and is embracing digital advertising and social media as a way to get its message to a younger generation.
\n
\n
5. Kraft Heinz: $14.1 billion
\n
There's little question that Kraft Heinz (NASDAQ:KHC) is the oddball holding in Buffett's top 10. That's because Buffett admits to Heinz overpaying for Kraft Foods, and the combined company largely underperforming in recent years. This includes a greater than $15 billion goodwill writedown in 2019. While the pandemic has helped boost demand for packaged foods, Kraft Heinz's balance sheet is still bogged down by high debt levels and goodwill. In short, Berkshire Hathaway is sort of stuck with its 325.6 million shares.
\n
6. Verizon Communications: $9.1 billion
\n
Telecommunications giant Verizon (NYSE:VZ) is a fairly recent addition to Berkshire Hathaway's portfolio, although it's been bought hand over fist in the previous two quarters by Buffett and his team. The lure of Verizon is likely its 4.4% dividend yield, which is arguably one of the safest high-yield payouts on the planet. What's more, Verizon should benefit immensely from the rollout of 5G infrastructure. It's been a decade since the last major upgrade to download speeds, which suggests that a multiyear tech upgrade cycle will lead to higher-margin data consumption.
\n
\n
7. U.S. Bancorp: $8.7 billion
\n
Next to BofA, U.S. Bancorp (NYSE:USB) is Buffett's favorite bank stock. It's a company that regularly trades at a premium to its book value -- and for good reason. U.S. Bancorp has seen its users embrace technology, with the percentage of consumer loans completed digitally skyrocketing over the past two years. Being able to consolidate its physical branches, while also avoiding riskier derivative investments that have gotten U.S. money-center banks in trouble, has helped U.S. Bancorp to some of the highest return on assets among big banks.
\n
8. Moody's: $8.5 billion
\n
Credit agency and analytics company Moody's (NYSE:MCO) is yet another top-10 holding that's been held for longer than two decades. With an initial cost basis of just over $10, Berkshire Hathaway is sitting on an unrealized gain of better than 3,300% -- and this isn't accounting for dividends. Historically low lending rates have kept Moody's credit rating segment busy, while volatile trading markets are boosting demand for Moody's analytics. It's hard to envision Buffett ever selling this stake.
\n
\n
9. BYD: $6.2 billion
\n
Back in 2008, Buffett acquired 225 million shares of China-based electric-vehicle (EV) manufacturer BYD (OTC:BYDDY) for $1.03 a share (it closed this past week at $27.65 a share). In March, BYD sold 16,301 EVs, which is more than higher-profile competitors NIO and XPeng delivered on a combined basis in the same month. With the Society of Automotive Engineers of China forecasting that half of all new vehicles sales in 2035 will be powered by alternative energy, BYD is in pole position to disrupt the largest auto market in the world.
\n
10. DaVita: $4.4 billion
\n
Rounding out the top 10 is kidney dialysis services company DaVita (NYSE:DVA). Buffett's fascination with the company is likely a numbers play. Over time, an aging U.S. population is going to become more reliant on kidney dialysis services for maintenance purposes. As the clear leader in providing these services, DaVita should see a steady uptick in demand and reimbursement for its services. Buffett isn't infallible, but he's delivered an annual average return of 20% since the mid-1960s for his shareholders. In aggregate, we're talking about a return of more than 2,800,000%!\nWhat's even more amazing is that Buffett hasn't done anything the average investors couldn't do to net these huge gains. He focuses on a few sectors and industries that interest him, buys companies with clear-cut competitive advantages, and most importantly hangs onto those stakes for a very long time.\nAnother source of Buffett's success is concentration. The Oracle of Omaha doesn't believe diversification is necessary if you know what you're doing. This is readily apparent in Berkshire Hathaway's $302.6 billion investment portfolio. As of this past weekend, 85% of Berkshire's invested assets ($257.3 billion) were tied up in only 10 stocks.\nBerkshire Hathaway CEO Warren Buffett. Image source: The Motley Fool.\n1. Apple: $115.6 billion\nTech kingpin Apple (NASDAQ:AAPL) makes up about 38% of Warren Buffett's portfolio by itself and has been dubbed \"Berkshire's third business\" by the Oracle of Omaha. Apple offers some of the strongest branding in the world, is the clear leader in smartphones in the U.S., and has been pivoting to higher-margin services under the leadership of CEO Tim Cook. Though iPhone sales remain Apple's top product, services becoming a larger percentage of total sales will help remove the revenue lumpiness associated with new product launches.\n2. Bank of America: $43.2 billion\nBank stocks have long been Buffett's favorite place to put Berkshire's money work. Bank of America (NYSE:BAC) is Berkshire's unquestioned largest bank holding, with more than 14% of invested assets. Bank of America has done an excellent job of controlling its noninterest expenses by consolidating branches and emphasizing digital banking. It's also in line to benefit more than any other money-center bank from an eventual rise in interest rates.\nImage source: American Express.\n3. American Express: $24.9 billion\nPayment processor and lender American Express (NYSE:AXP) is Buffett's third-largest and third-longest-held stock. After 28 years of holding AmEx, Berkshire Hathaway's position has grown to almost $25 billion in value. This is a cyclical company that benefits from long periods of economic expansion, as well as its ability to attract affluent clientele. These well-to-do clients are less likely to change their spending habits when economic hiccups arise, which often means less worry about credit delinquencies for AmEx.\n4. Indeed, the indexes ended well above their session lows on Tuesday as stocks partially recovered late in the day.\nIn an encouraging sign about the economic rebound, a Federal Reserve report showed production at U.S. factories surged in July.\nInvestors are looking for signs about when the Fed will rein in its easy money policies, with minutes from the central bank's latest meeting due on Wednesday, and are watching the resurgence in COVID-19 cases and its impact on the economy.\nIn other company news, Walmart Inc shares ended little changed after the retailer increased its annual U.S. same-store sales forecast after beating analysts' estimates.\nDeclining issues outnumbered advancing ones on the NYSE by a 2.92-to-1 ratio; on Nasdaq, a 2.51-to-1 ratio favored decliners.\nThe S&P 500 posted 39 new 52-week highs and 3 new lows; the Nasdaq Composite recorded 44 new highs and 318 new lows.\nAbout 9.5 billion shares changed hands in U.S. exchanges, above the 9.2 billion daily average over the last 20 sessions.","news_type":1},"isVote":1,"tweetType":1,"viewCount":250,"authorTweetTopStatus":1,"verified":2,"comments":[],"imageCount":0,"langContent":"EN","totalScore":0},{"id":167291941,"gmtCreate":1624268764483,"gmtModify":1634008652962,"author":{"id":"3576209748719827","authorId":"3576209748719827","name":"lwlow","avatar":"https://static.laohu8.com/default-avatar.jpg","crmLevel":5,"crmLevelSwitch":0,"followedFlag":false,"idStr":"3576209748719827","authorIdStr":"3576209748719827"},"themes":[],"htmlText":"Nice","listText":"Nice","text":"Nice","images":[],"top":1,"highlighted":1,"essential":1,"paper":1,"likeSize":3,"commentSize":1,"repostSize":0,"link":"https://laohu8.com/post/167291941","repostId":"1154249454","repostType":4,"isVote":1,"tweetType":1,"viewCount":225,"authorTweetTopStatus":1,"verified":2,"comments":[],"imageCount":0,"langContent":"EN","totalScore":0},{"id":832038840,"gmtCreate":1629536888580,"gmtModify":1633684131969,"author":{"id":"3576209748719827","authorId":"3576209748719827","name":"lwlow","avatar":"https://static.laohu8.com/default-avatar.jpg","crmLevel":5,"crmLevelSwitch":0,"followedFlag":false,"idStr":"3576209748719827","authorIdStr":"3576209748719827"},"themes":[],"htmlText":"Like please","listText":"Like please","text":"Like please","images":[],"top":1,"highlighted":1,"essential":1,"paper":1,"likeSize":2,"commentSize":1,"repostSize":0,"link":"https://laohu8.com/post/832038840","repostId":"1176518973","repostType":4,"isVote":1,"tweetType":1,"viewCount":76,"authorTweetTopStatus":1,"verified":2,"comments":[],"imageCount":0,"langContent":"EN","totalScore":0},{"id":836336505,"gmtCreate":1629453789407,"gmtModify":1633684734591,"author":{"id":"3576209748719827","authorId":"3576209748719827","name":"lwlow","avatar":"https://static.laohu8.com/default-avatar.jpg","crmLevel":5,"crmLevelSwitch":0,"followedFlag":false,"idStr":"3576209748719827","authorIdStr":"3576209748719827"},"themes":[],"htmlText":"Please like","listText":"Please like","text":"Please like","images":[],"top":1,"highlighted":1,"essential":1,"paper":1,"likeSize":2,"commentSize":0,"repostSize":0,"link":"https://laohu8.com/post/836336505","repostId":"1189046360","repostType":4,"repost":{"id":"1189046360","pubTimestamp":1629448332,"share":"https://www.laohu8.com/m/news/1189046360?lang=&edition=full","pubTime":"2021-08-20 16:32","market":"us","language":"en","title":"Moderna COVID-19 vaccine being probed in U.S. for higher-than-expected risk of side effect","url":"https://stock-news.laohu8.com/highlight/detail?id=1189046360","media":"Seeking Alpha","summary":"(Update: August 20, 2021 at 5:59 a.m. ET)\nThe federal health officials are investigating whether the","content":"
(Update: August 20, 2021 at 5:59 a.m. ET)
\n
The federal health officials are investigating whether the COVID-19 vaccine developed by Moderna, Inc. (NASDAQ: MRNA)is linked to even a higher risk of a rare side effect called myocarditis in younger adults than initially expected, The WashingtonPost reported citing people familiar with the matter.
\n
The people have stressed that the side effect affecting the heart “probably” continues to be uncommon.
However, if you're looking to buy at least one stock in the speculative growth category, DocuSign is an excellent choice.\nThe company has been the leader in the e-signature space since before COVID-19 drove even more adoption of work-from-home-friendly digital productivity tools. Now, DocuSign is also growing in new complementary areas like full-cycle contract management, artificial intelligence (AI) that saves companies time and money on legal analysis, and remote digital notarization.\nUnlike Microsoft and Facebook, DocuSign has yet to reach GAAP profitability. While owning long-established blue-chip stocks like Microsoft and Facebook is a great idea for reducing your downside risk, buying early-stage growth stocks with strong fundamentals like DocuSign can greatly increase your portfolio's upside potential. Like many things in life, the key to a strong portfolio is balance.","news_type":1},"isVote":1,"tweetType":1,"viewCount":188,"authorTweetTopStatus":1,"verified":2,"comments":[],"imageCount":0,"langContent":"EN","totalScore":0},{"id":838971069,"gmtCreate":1629369929151,"gmtModify":1633685369134,"author":{"id":"3576209748719827","authorId":"3576209748719827","name":"lwlow","avatar":"https://static.laohu8.com/default-avatar.jpg","crmLevel":5,"crmLevelSwitch":0,"followedFlag":false,"idStr":"3576209748719827","authorIdStr":"3576209748719827"},"themes":[],"htmlText":"Ok","listText":"Ok","text":"Ok","images":[],"top":1,"highlighted":1,"essential":1,"paper":1,"likeSize":0,"commentSize":0,"repostSize":0,"link":"https://laohu8.com/post/838971069","repostId":"1165430007","repostType":4,"isVote":1,"tweetType":1,"viewCount":232,"authorTweetTopStatus":1,"verified":2,"comments":[],"imageCount":0,"langContent":"EN","totalScore":0},{"id":161092987,"gmtCreate":1623895627949,"gmtModify":1634026224220,"author":{"id":"3576209748719827","authorId":"3576209748719827","name":"lwlow","avatar":"https://static.laohu8.com/default-avatar.jpg","crmLevel":5,"crmLevelSwitch":0,"followedFlag":false,"idStr":"3576209748719827","authorIdStr":"3576209748719827"},"themes":[],"htmlText":"Buy the dip!","listText":"Buy the dip!","text":"Buy the dip!","images":[],"top":1,"highlighted":1,"essential":1,"paper":1,"likeSize":0,"commentSize":0,"repostSize":0,"link":"https://laohu8.com/post/161092987","repostId":"2144713861","repostType":4,"repost":{"id":"2144713861","weMediaInfo":{"introduction":"Reuters.com brings you the latest news from around the world, covering breaking news in markets, business, politics, entertainment and technology","home_visible":1,"media_name":"Reuters","id":"1036604489","head_image":"https://static.tigerbbs.com/443ce19704621c837795676028cec868"},"pubTimestamp":1623883569,"share":"https://www.laohu8.com/m/news/2144713861?lang=&edition=full","pubTime":"2021-06-17 06:46","market":"us","language":"en","title":"Wall Street closes lower as Fed officials project rate hikes for 2023","url":"https://stock-news.laohu8.com/highlight/detail?id=2144713861","media":"Reuters","summary":"June 16 - The three main Wall Street indexes all closed down on Wednesday, as U.S. Federal Reserve officials unnerved investors with indications that the central bank could begin rising interest rates in 2023, a year earlier than expected.New projections saw a majority of 11 of 18 U.S. central bank officials pencil in at least two quarter-percentage-point rate increases for 2023.
The provider of enterprise software for robotics went public at $56 just two months ago. The stock closed at $70 on Tuesday, but it was trading as high as $90 just three weeks ago. Wood doesn't let downticks sway her from investing in promising companies, and UiPath fits that bill.
\n
Revenue rose 81% in fiscal 2021, climbing 65% in the first quarter of fiscal 2022. UiPath isn't expected to turn a profit until 2024 at the earliest, but flush with nearly $1.9 billion in cash after its springtime IPO it has more than enough dry powder to stay in the fight until it gets there.
","source":"fool_stock","collect":0,"html":"\n
\n
\n\n\n\n
Cathie Wood Goes Bargain Hunting: 3 Stocks She Just Bought
\n\n
\n
\n
\n
\n
\nCathie Wood Goes Bargain Hunting: 3 Stocks She Just Bought\n
\n\n
\n\n\n2021-06-17 09:15 GMT+8 Motley Fool\n\n\n
\n\n
\n
\n
\n
No one consistently lit up the market the way ARK Invest's Cathie Wood did last year. UiPath isn't expected to turn a profit until 2024 at the earliest, but flush with nearly $1.9 billion in cash after its springtime IPO it has more than enough dry powder to stay in the fight until it gets there.","news_type":1},"isVote":1,"tweetType":1,"viewCount":132,"authorTweetTopStatus":1,"verified":2,"comments":[],"imageCount":0,"langContent":"EN","totalScore":0},{"id":161093675,"gmtCreate":1623895500697,"gmtModify":1634026227425,"author":{"id":"3576209748719827","authorId":"3576209748719827","name":"lwlow","avatar":"https://static.laohu8.com/default-avatar.jpg","crmLevel":5,"crmLevelSwitch":0,"followedFlag":false,"idStr":"3576209748719827","authorIdStr":"3576209748719827"},"themes":[],"htmlText":"Nice","listText":"Nice","text":"Nice","images":[],"top":1,"highlighted":1,"essential":1,"paper":1,"likeSize":0,"commentSize":0,"repostSize":0,"link":"https://laohu8.com/post/161093675","repostId":"1170150919","repostType":4,"repost":{"id":"1170150919","weMediaInfo":{"introduction":"Providing stock market headlines, business news, financials and earnings ","home_visible":1,"media_name":"Tiger Newspress","id":"1079075236","head_image":"https://static.tigerbbs.com/8274c5b9d4c2852bfb1c4d6ce16c68ba"},"pubTimestamp":1623866564,"share":"https://www.laohu8.com/m/news/1170150919?lang=&edition=full","pubTime":"2021-06-17 02:02","market":"sh","language":"en","title":"Fed holds rates steady, but raises inflation expectations sharply and makes no mention of taper.","url":"https://stock-news.laohu8.com/highlight/detail?id=1170150919","media":"Tiger Newspress","summary":"U.S. stocks dropped to their session lows on Wednesday after the Federal Reserve raised its inflation expectations and moved up the time frame on when it will hike interest rates next. The Dow Jones Industrial Average fell 320 points.
