tg-height=\"470\"></p>\n<p>一个背景是,小米曾在今年1月4日股价刷新历史新高35.25港元,此后震荡下行,今日若消息面上没有重大变化,根据分时图走势,小米股价大概率仍在28港元徘徊。</p>\n<p>但资本市场还是等来了小米确定造车这剂“壮阳药”,并给出了热烈反应。不过针对该消息,目前小米尚无具体明确回复。</p>\n<p>事实上,在此前市场上曾对于小米造车一直有过预期。</p>\n<p>一方面是小米与造车新势力本就牵连较深。无论是<a href=\"https://laohu8.com/S/NIO\">蔚来</a>,还是小鹏,雷军都是投资人,还曾为两者倾力站台。</p>\n<p>另一方面,市场亦不时传出小米造车传闻。</p>\n<p>比如就在去年12月,市场上便传出小米将携手<a href=\"https://laohu8.com/S/002594\">比亚迪</a>造车的传闻。不过当时小米也是第一时间否认了,甚至是板上钉钉的否认。</p>\n<p><i>“小米没有造车计划。” “但凡说小米要造车的,都是假新闻。”</i></p>\n<p>但两个月后,此一时,彼一时。或许雷军的想法已经开始发生了变化。</p>\n<p><b>毕竟,时下的新能源造车,实在是太诱人了。</b></p>\n<p><b>诱人风口</b></p>\n<p>过去一年,即便小米在资本市场备受认可,股价一路从10港元左右低点翻了两番至现在的30港元左右,但与造车新势力的资本追捧度相比,算不上什么。</p>\n<p>因为后者才是2020年资本市场最靓的仔。</p>\n<p>且不提<a href=\"https://laohu8.com/S/TSLA\">特斯拉</a>,蔚来股价翻了接近10倍,年中上市不久的<a href=\"https://laohu8.com/S/LI\">理想汽车</a>、<a href=\"https://laohu8.com/S/XPEV\">小鹏汽车</a>也均完成了股价翻倍之举。</p>\n<p>连带着市值更是直追前浪。截止目前,蔚来市值为850亿美金,距离小米差距也就100亿美金。</p>\n<p>要知道小米为达到当前市值,辛苦奋斗10年之久,且很大一部分原因是在华为深受芯片禁令影响让出市场份额的前提下,在2020年实现了股价暴涨。</p>\n<p>雷军曾在2010年创立小米时说出名言:站在风口上,猪都会飞。</p>\n<p>飞是飞起来了,只是做手机太辛苦,太多难了。曾在互联网品牌手机打的最厉害的那几年,有行业高管直言,“中国最聪明的一帮人,在做最苦逼的一个行业”。</p>\n<p>而相比之下,蔚来小鹏等晚成立四年,虽然创始人们也经历了一段非常痛苦的时期,但在2020年这个资本狂热追捧新能源的风口下,<b>基本不费吹飞之力,便犹如坐火箭一般,直接成为了互联网新贵。</b></p>\n<p>另外,这些新贵们有的还是雷军的昔日小弟。但现在,每人都坐拥着数百亿美元市值的上市公司,除了辈分无可逾越,其他都有可能。</p>\n<p><img href=\"https://laohu8.com/S/BIDU\">百度</a>,希望能拿到百度投资。</p>\n<p>不过基于彼时的百度并不满足仅做个财务投资者角色,而是对于投资汽车企业有着自己关于自动驾驶等方面的战略诉求,因此在投资这三者上,百度存在一定遗憾。百度重注的是威马,还未上市。</p>\n<p>所以,为赶上新能源造车红利,李彦宏在今年正式上车,目前百度与吉利的造车计划已在加速推进中。</p>\n<p><b>新故事</b></p>\n<p>况且不只是眼红这个赛道,现今的小米,也需要个新故事。</p>\n<p><b>无论是手机,还是AIoT,小米的这两个故事都讲了好多年,资本市场已经不再新鲜。</b></p>\n<p>根据小米2020年Q3财报,当季小米集团总收入722亿元,同比增长34.5%,经调整净利润41亿元,同比增长18.9%,总收入及经调整净利润均创下单季历史新高。</p>\n<p>虽然在2020年,小米获得了较高增长,重回全球前三。但一个尴尬在于,智能手机市场已经进入存量之争,想象空间不大了。</p>\n<p>同时在资本市场眼中,<b>小米过分依赖智能手机收入的商业模式,不够性感,这使得小米即便在坐拥3.68亿用户月活数据下,在估值上非常吃亏。这也是过去多年,小米在港股股价一直低迷的主因。</b></p>\n<p><img
