DUV是中低端,EUV才是高端。。。用DUV能做出来的最高的是7nm芯片,剩下5nm 3nm,还有台积电在研究的2nm就要靠EUV 了。 也就是说不需要EUV,DUV就可以做出来7nm.....接下来5nm, 3nm什么时候能不掉队才是关键,至于人家在研发的2nm,10年之内不指望了。。。
