referrerpolicy=\"no-referrer\"/></p><p><b>抖音回应:目前无具体时间表</b></p><p>2月7日,针对抖音将于3月1日上线全国外卖服务一事,抖音生活服务相关负责人回应,“团购配送”项目目前仍在北京、上海、成都试点当中,近期已开放该三城的商家自助入驻。后续将视试点情况,考虑逐步拓展试点城市,目前无具体时间表。</p><p><b>据悉,字节跳动招聘官网已挂出外卖商品高级运营经理、外卖行业解决方案运营、餐饮直播达人运营高级经理等相关职位。</b></p><p><b>外卖市场“2+N”局面会否改写?</b></p><p>随着我国外卖行业的不断发展与整合,行业竞争格局逐渐稳定,形成“2+N”的局面,美团和饿了么两者共占据外卖市场份额超过90%。</p><p>据中研网数据,2020年美团外卖占据中国外卖市场份额的69%,同一时期的饿了么占比为26%。另据《2022年美团及其产业链研究报告》,到2022年,美团在外卖领域的市场份额可能会逼近70%,营收将是饿了么的3倍。</p><p><b>可以说,美团目前在外卖行业龙头地位凸显。作为美团最主要的业务,2021年,外卖为美团带来了963亿元的营收和61.7亿元的利润,占全年总营收的53.8%。</b></p><p>关于用户情况前瞻,截至2022年三季度末,美团过去12个月的年交易用户数为6.87亿。据<a href=\"https://laohu8.com/S/09699\">顺丰同城</a>、闪送、达达快送),也可以选择自行配送。</p><p>彼时,<a href=\"https://laohu8.com/S/601878\">浙商证券</a>发布研报,有两点值得注意:</p><p>一是抖音在外卖市场的份额或高于预期。首先,抖音在配送商采取了第三方聚合模式,有助于成本节省。其次,部分市场观点认为,外卖是计划性消费,不适合抖音推送(更适合冲动消费),但实际上,这种观点忽视了夜宵和下午茶的市场,根据美团研究院数据,夜宵占据约14%GMV,且增速更快。</p><p>二是抖音外卖短期面临成本较高的问题。根据媒体报道,抖音外卖目前客单价偏高,普遍高于美团,这也符合观察。我们判断这是因为商家选择抖音外卖的成本更高,所以只能做高客单价的商品,才能得到弥补。抖音外卖相比美团外卖成本更高是因为配送端缺乏规模效应。</p><p><b>抖音定下1500亿小目标?本地生活竞争继续</b></p><p>事实上,除了外卖业务,抖音近年来不断加码本地生活服务,从餐饮团购延伸向生活服务全品类。2020年开始,抖音推出团购业务、抖音星图上线达人探店,成立“本地直营业务中心”、上线独立商家运营APP“抖音来客”,上线“团购配送”功能,和饿了么达成合作等。据36氪,抖音生活服务2023年的目标为1500亿,这一目标约为上一年GMV的两倍,且超过美团一年到店酒旅交易额的三分之一。</p><p>艾瑞咨询数据显示,2020年中国本地生活服务市场规模为19.5万亿元,到2025年这一数字将会增长至35.3万亿元。本地生活服务线上渗透率也将由2020年的24.3%增至2025年的30.8%。</p><p>关于在本地生活方面的竞争,<a href=\"https://laohu8.com/S/002736\">国信证券</a>指出,美团和抖音,错位竞争和正面竞争并存,市场整体成长空间充沛。疫情助推下抖音本地生活业务在2022年加速发展,抖音布局本地生活业务有平衡生态和提升远期变现效率的双重考量。抖音的本地生活业务主打低价爆款与浅折扣相结合的模式,2022年抖音本地生活业务加速成长,顺应了宏观环境压力下商家清库存、用户折扣需求强的趋势,我们估算2022年抖音本地生活GTV可达700+亿。抖音的本地生活业务的当前变现效率不如电商、广告等其他业务,测算带团购页面单VV收入为短视频电商业务单VV收入的1/2.1,但本地生活为用户本身较为喜爱的垂类,可以达到平衡整体商业化生态的效果。抖音短视频电商变现效率相比直播电商较低,本地生活业务承接这部分的电商流量,远期来看,随着抖音本地生活用户心智的养成和转化率的提升,其变现效率有望持续提升。<b>从业务进展看,抖音本地生活业务当前仍是以到餐为主的发展早期。</b></p><p>从商户价值视角来看,<a href=\"https://laohu8.com/S/600999\">招商证券</a>研报表示,美团到店长期增速快,壁垒强。该研报将商户价值归纳为品宣拉新与引流销售两类:品宣拉新维度,抖音用户多曝光能力强,相比美团确能提供新价值;引流销售维度,抖音券找人冲动消费+单一团购引流模式,适合茶饮等少部分低决策成本+高供给弹性品类;美团人找店目的性消费+CPC/团购引流组合,匹配到店中大部分高决策成本+低供给弹性品类,总体而言美团引流销售价值明显高于抖音。该研报认为团购仅是商家引流方式之一,过度销售可能有损商家存量利润,美团当前构建起CPC广告+团购的引流组合是更佳的引流方式,如以实际影响成交的GTV计算,纵然抖音千亿,美团仍远远领先。</p></body></html>","source":"eastmoney_highlight","collect":0,"html":"<!DOCTYPE
