SPACs were rarely used and obscure for much of their careers,but are now all the rage—attracting the biggest names in finance,technology and entertainment. Messrs. It will also evaluate the current operational objectives, capital structure and allocation priorities, digital capabilities, organizational footprint, and personnel.</p>\n<p><b>Why It's Important:</b>Cohen, through his RC Ventures, owns about a 13% stake in GameStop.
