href=\"https://laohu8.com/S/JD\">京东</a>“双11”预售则是从10月20日晚8点开始,销售从10月31日晚8点至11月11日。</p>\n<p>从各平台反馈数据看:京东4小时卖出1.9亿件商品,天猫前1小时就有2600个品牌成交额超去年全天。</p>\n<p>“过去‘双11’数据只有一天,现在延长到近一个月,这样的数据反映出,消费者在‘双11’的参与度比较高。”南京财经大学红山学院副院长王晓庆认为,理论上,大促战线越长,商家获得的营业额就越高。同时,拉长促销时间,有助于商家平抑备货、缓解客服峰值与物流压力。加上疫情影响,电商购物更加日常化,长时间的促销活动能更好满足消费者的日常需求。</p>\n<p>他表示,大规模的促销活动把很多人的潜在消费欲望激发出来,商家的供应链管理能力也在每年的大促中得到了磨炼与提升。一些品牌把“双11”看作是引领新消费趋势的“灯塔”,以此去探索藏在消费增量中的机会密码。</p>\n<p>但也有不少消费者认为,更长的促销时间,“挤牙膏”式的优惠,也会磨灭他们的耐心和信任。在他们看来,时间的延长意味着精力的分散,原来可能只要11月10日加购,11日下单,现在可能从10月20日开始就得行动,需要牵扯更多的精力。</p>\n<p>据相关机构2021年发布的《两次爆发背后的“双11”消费行为变迁》,“双11”第一波的消费者超半数为长决策周期者,即下单前研究超30天;超四成第一波消费者进行了复购囤货,如美容护肤、彩妆香水、婴童用品等类目。近四成第二波消费者进行了品类尝新,如酒类、大家电等类目。</p>\n<p><b>直播日常化的“双11”,低价还有吸引力吗?</b></p>\n<p>“通常直播间的优惠力度会比平台大,我平时在直播间买到的商品已经挺优惠的了,没必要在‘双11’凑热闹。”对于一些经常看直播的消费者,他们要比价之后,再考虑要不要在今年“双11”下单。</p>\n<p>也有不少消费者依然有着通过图文而非视频等方式了解“双11”商品信息的习惯,毕竟图文商品信息随时可以查看,比定时直播更符合“上班族”的消费节奏。</p>\n<p>“越来越多的消费者注意力更聚焦于直播,直播带货模式也成为‘双11’各家店铺的标配。”添可<a href=\"https://laohu8.com/S/5RE.SI\">智能</a>科技有限公司首席执行官冷泠说,相比于传统的促销商品页,视频模式能在短时间内高效率输出商品信息,让消费者更快获取。一些头部主播凭借多年知识积淀,能够更准确把握产品价值并通过声情并茂的介绍传递给消费者,在情景互动中推动消费者快速下单。</p>\n<p>“今年我们自播的直播时长是去年同期四倍。”冷泠说,公司今年“双11”第一波全渠道成交额已经超过7亿元。</p>\n<p>数据显示,截至今年10月26日24点,淘宝直播已经诞生了165个成交额超千万元的直播间,134个品牌直播间成交额超千万元,远超去年预售同期,这当中很多是首次参与“双11”直播活动的商家。</p>\n<p>记者调查发现,能上头部主播直播间的商家,还是少数大品牌、大商家,对于中小商家来说,传统促销方式还是主流。多数中小品牌对直播渠道认可度较高,认为这种新兴渠道是目前销售增量的主要来源,但他们也表示,要想真正得到市场和消费者的认可,还是得把产品、服务做好。</p>\n<p><b>没有“二选一”的“双11”,平台间竞争还“卷”吗?</b></p>\n<p>以往每年电商大促都会伴随“二选一”的声音,强势的电商平台利用自身优势地位和商家对其依赖性,强迫经营者只能在自家平台开店或将最优惠的价格放在该平台。</p>\n<p>“今年‘双11’,我们的渠道选择明显多了,品牌覆盖面更广了。”不少商家都有类似感触。不少品牌负责人表示,随着监管部门持续规范电子商务行业,“二选一”、以技术手段恶劣竞争等行为得到扭转,一些新兴电商平台快速崛起,让他们在促销渠道选择时更加从容、理性。</p>\n<p>“一些渠道主要面向三四线城市消费者,一些渠道则面向一二线城市,我们针对不同渠道的客群特点提供对应的产品布局,虽然增加了备货压力,但能拓宽更大的受众面。目前,仅直播渠道的销售额较去年同期已经增长超过10%。”江苏梦兰集团管理部经理曹维红说。</p>\n<p>“过去只能在单一电商平台上展示,今年我们可以在不同平台上展示符合品牌调性的各类产品。”吴江市鼎盛丝绸有限公司董事长吴建华说。</p>\n<p>不过,也有不少中小品牌企业负责人坦言,如今选择多了,反而有点不知所措。总体看,传统电商平台仍是他们选择“投放”的主要渠道,<a href=\"https://laohu8.com/S/DYIN\">抖音</a>、快手等新兴电商平台也纷纷被纳入考虑范围。</p>\n<p>网经社电子商务研究中心主任曹磊表示,目前,互联网监管政策仍处于调整期,严管之下,各大电商平台会有所忌惮,不管是品牌招商还是促销会更加规范。对于商家而言,把渠道分布在各个平台,既能降低经营风险,也可更好获客引流。</p>\n<p><b>“双碳”目标下的“双11”,什么是消费的正确打开方式?</b></p>\n<p>“退了货感觉省了钱,再买又有了新动力。”今年“双11”到来前,通过关注网络直播,南京市民李女士已经下单十几次,购买了衣服、鞋子、厨房用具等商品。</p>\n<p>“今年‘双11’来得早,下完单后两天左右,八成商品都已经快递上门了。”但李女士收货后发现,部分商品与想象中有差距,选择了退货,重新下单购买新款式或者换新的品牌和商家。</p>\n<p>“平时上班,回家就是带孩子,没时间去逛街选购衣服鞋子,于是通过在线上频繁购买和退换来替代线下体验。”李女士说,不合适就退,已经成为周围不少朋友的选择,但这样确实增加了一些浪费。</p>\n<p>负责李女士小区送货的顺丰速递快递员小陶说,基本上每天都有退换货的商品,而且“双11”预售活动以来退货商品明显增多。“对于退货的商品我们都建议用户自行包装,利用旧包装以减少浪费。”</p>\n<p>据江苏省邮政管理局统计,今年11月1日至3日,该省主要邮政快递企业共处理邮件2.32亿件,同比增长20.3%。其中:揽收1.46亿件,同比增长18.6%。投递0.86亿件,同比增长21.8%。“虽然没有专门统计退货产生的快递量,但是退货的邮件量明显上升,由此带来包装需求较大。”江苏省邮政管理局有关负责人说。</p>\n<p>“在数字时代,数字化消费无疑是消费升级的主要体现,但一些企业的数字化营销缺乏对消费者的人文关怀,‘超级种草’,狠心‘割草’,毫无节制地向消费者推送各种商品,通过各种方式激发消费者的购买欲望,导致大量非理性消费。”北京大学光华管理学院市场营销系教授彭泗清指出,消费升级的方向是“让生活更美好”,而非“让需求更满足”。在鼓励个性化消费,鼓励个人追求自己幸福的同时,还需要倡导低碳环保的生活,倡导和谐共享与共同富裕。</p>\n<p>彭泗清说,健康的、高质量的消费升级,不仅要全社会树立科学的、符合新发展理念的消费观,还需要在社会、政策、企业以及消费者等层面多管齐下,共同打造面向健康美好生活的新消费环境。尤其是电商平台,需要以科技向善为宗旨,倡导、建设健康的新数字文明,帮助消费者避免在数字化生活中迷失。</p>","source":"lsy1611642564025","collect":0,"html":"<!DOCTYPE Link</a>\n\n</div>\n\n\n</article>\n</div>\n</body>\n</html>\n","type":0,"thumbnail":"https://static.tigerbbs.com/a14368589a15074524b3dba42c2b88eb","relate_stocks":{"PDD":"拼多多","JD":"京东","BABA":"阿里巴巴"},"source_url":"http://mrdx.cn/content/20211111/Page01DK.htm","is_english":false,"share_image_url":"https://static.laohu8.com/e9f99090a1c2ed51c021029395664489","article_id":"2182055283","content_text":"不知不觉间,我们迎来了第13个“双11”。从最初的“光棍节”,到“属于所有人的消费狂欢”,“双11”不再是单一电商平台的人造节,而是已经成为广义社会消费的直接镜像。\n伴随新消费模式的涌现、消费者互动的迭代以及监管政策持续加码,在供应链、疫情、消费趋势等多因素变化叠加下,今年的“双11”,或许在深度和广度上都有新的定义。但不变的是,“双11”依旧是反映消费景气度的重要窗口,依旧承载着人们对于美好生活的向往。\n被“拉长”的“双11”,会带动更多消费吗?\n“买它,买它,买它……”在一片叫卖声中,今年“双11”来得比往年要早,一个购物节恨不得“掰”成两次过。\n今年天猫“双11”大促沿用了2020年的安排,一样是提前开启,一样切分为两个销售时间段,不一样的是预售时间提前,“战线”被拉长至21天。京东“双11”预售则是从10月20日晚8点开始,销售从10月31日晚8点至11月11日。\n从各平台反馈数据看:京东4小时卖出1.9亿件商品,天猫前1小时就有2600个品牌成交额超去年全天。\n“过去‘双11’数据只有一天,现在延长到近一个月,这样的数据反映出,消费者在‘双11’的参与度比较高。”南京财经大学红山学院副院长王晓庆认为,理论上,大促战线越长,商家获得的营业额就越高。同时,拉长促销时间,有助于商家平抑备货、缓解客服峰值与物流压力。加上疫情影响,电商购物更加日常化,长时间的促销活动能更好满足消费者的日常需求。\n他表示,大规模的促销活动把很多人的潜在消费欲望激发出来,商家的供应链管理能力也在每年的大促中得到了磨炼与提升。一些品牌把“双11”看作是引领新消费趋势的“灯塔”,以此去探索藏在消费增量中的机会密码。\n但也有不少消费者认为,更长的促销时间,“挤牙膏”式的优惠,也会磨灭他们的耐心和信任。在他们看来,时间的延长意味着精力的分散,原来可能只要11月10日加购,11日下单,现在可能从10月20日开始就得行动,需要牵扯更多的精力。\n据相关机构2021年发布的《两次爆发背后的“双11”消费行为变迁》,“双11”第一波的消费者超半数为长决策周期者,即下单前研究超30天;超四成第一波消费者进行了复购囤货,如美容护肤、彩妆香水、婴童用品等类目。近四成第二波消费者进行了品类尝新,如酒类、大家电等类目。\n直播日常化的“双11”,低价还有吸引力吗?\n“通常直播间的优惠力度会比平台大,我平时在直播间买到的商品已经挺优惠的了,没必要在‘双11’凑热闹。”对于一些经常看直播的消费者,他们要比价之后,再考虑要不要在今年“双11”下单。\n也有不少消费者依然有着通过图文而非视频等方式了解“双11”商品信息的习惯,毕竟图文商品信息随时可以查看,比定时直播更符合“上班族”的消费节奏。\n“越来越多的消费者注意力更聚焦于直播,直播带货模式也成为‘双11’各家店铺的标配。”添可智能科技有限公司首席执行官冷泠说,相比于传统的促销商品页,视频模式能在短时间内高效率输出商品信息,让消费者更快获取。一些头部主播凭借多年知识积淀,能够更准确把握产品价值并通过声情并茂的介绍传递给消费者,在情景互动中推动消费者快速下单。\n“今年我们自播的直播时长是去年同期四倍。”冷泠说,公司今年“双11”第一波全渠道成交额已经超过7亿元。\n数据显示,截至今年10月26日24点,淘宝直播已经诞生了165个成交额超千万元的直播间,134个品牌直播间成交额超千万元,远超去年预售同期,这当中很多是首次参与“双11”直播活动的商家。\n记者调查发现,能上头部主播直播间的商家,还是少数大品牌、大商家,对于中小商家来说,传统促销方式还是主流。多数中小品牌对直播渠道认可度较高,认为这种新兴渠道是目前销售增量的主要来源,但他们也表示,要想真正得到市场和消费者的认可,还是得把产品、服务做好。\n没有“二选一”的“双11”,平台间竞争还“卷”吗?\n以往每年电商大促都会伴随“二选一”的声音,强势的电商平台利用自身优势地位和商家对其依赖性,强迫经营者只能在自家平台开店或将最优惠的价格放在该平台。\n“今年‘双11’,我们的渠道选择明显多了,品牌覆盖面更广了。”不少商家都有类似感触。不少品牌负责人表示,随着监管部门持续规范电子商务行业,“二选一”、以技术手段恶劣竞争等行为得到扭转,一些新兴电商平台快速崛起,让他们在促销渠道选择时更加从容、理性。\n“一些渠道主要面向三四线城市消费者,一些渠道则面向一二线城市,我们针对不同渠道的客群特点提供对应的产品布局,虽然增加了备货压力,但能拓宽更大的受众面。目前,仅直播渠道的销售额较去年同期已经增长超过10%。”江苏梦兰集团管理部经理曹维红说。\n“过去只能在单一电商平台上展示,今年我们可以在不同平台上展示符合品牌调性的各类产品。”吴江市鼎盛丝绸有限公司董事长吴建华说。\n不过,也有不少中小品牌企业负责人坦言,如今选择多了,反而有点不知所措。总体看,传统电商平台仍是他们选择“投放”的主要渠道,抖音、快手等新兴电商平台也纷纷被纳入考虑范围。\n网经社电子商务研究中心主任曹磊表示,目前,互联网监管政策仍处于调整期,严管之下,各大电商平台会有所忌惮,不管是品牌招商还是促销会更加规范。对于商家而言,把渠道分布在各个平台,既能降低经营风险,也可更好获客引流。\n“双碳”目标下的“双11”,什么是消费的正确打开方式?\n“退了货感觉省了钱,再买又有了新动力。”今年“双11”到来前,通过关注网络直播,南京市民李女士已经下单十几次,购买了衣服、鞋子、厨房用具等商品。\n“今年‘双11’来得早,下完单后两天左右,八成商品都已经快递上门了。”但李女士收货后发现,部分商品与想象中有差距,选择了退货,重新下单购买新款式或者换新的品牌和商家。\n“平时上班,回家就是带孩子,没时间去逛街选购衣服鞋子,于是通过在线上频繁购买和退换来替代线下体验。”李女士说,不合适就退,已经成为周围不少朋友的选择,但这样确实增加了一些浪费。\n负责李女士小区送货的顺丰速递快递员小陶说,基本上每天都有退换货的商品,而且“双11”预售活动以来退货商品明显增多。“对于退货的商品我们都建议用户自行包装,利用旧包装以减少浪费。”\n据江苏省邮政管理局统计,今年11月1日至3日,该省主要邮政快递企业共处理邮件2.32亿件,同比增长20.3%。其中:揽收1.46亿件,同比增长18.6%。投递0.86亿件,同比增长21.8%。“虽然没有专门统计退货产生的快递量,但是退货的邮件量明显上升,由此带来包装需求较大。”江苏省邮政管理局有关负责人说。\n“在数字时代,数字化消费无疑是消费升级的主要体现,但一些企业的数字化营销缺乏对消费者的人文关怀,‘超级种草’,狠心‘割草’,毫无节制地向消费者推送各种商品,通过各种方式激发消费者的购买欲望,导致大量非理性消费。”北京大学光华管理学院市场营销系教授彭泗清指出,消费升级的方向是“让生活更美好”,而非“让需求更满足”。在鼓励个性化消费,鼓励个人追求自己幸福的同时,还需要倡导低碳环保的生活,倡导和谐共享与共同富裕。\n彭泗清说,健康的、高质量的消费升级,不仅要全社会树立科学的、符合新发展理念的消费观,还需要在社会、政策、企业以及消费者等层面多管齐下,共同打造面向健康美好生活的新消费环境。尤其是电商平台,需要以科技向善为宗旨,倡导、建设健康的新数字文明,帮助消费者避免在数字化生活中迷失。","news_type":1},"isVote":1,"tweetType":1,"viewCount":955,"authorTweetTopStatus":1,"verified":2,"comments":[],"imageCount":0,"langContent":"CN","totalScore":0},{"id":847533365,"gmtCreate":1636533394961,"gmtModify":1636533394961,"author":{"id":"3548501712831387","authorId":"3548501712831387","name":"mxx雪山","avatar":"https://static.tigerbbs.com/0057e9a5b83bb0bca9c0284d70a029f5","crmLevel":1,"crmLevelSwitch":0,"followedFlag":false,"idStr":"3548501712831387","authorIdStr":"3548501712831387"},"themes":[],"htmlText":"多样性","listText":"多样性","text":"多样性","images":[],"top":1,"highlighted":1,"essential":1,"paper":1,"likeSize":0,"commentSize":0,"repostSize":0,"link":"https://laohu8.com/post/847533365","repostId":"1140606775","repostType":2,"repost":{"id":"1140606775","kind":"news","weMediaInfo":{"introduction":"为用户提供金融资讯、行情、数据,旨在帮助投资者理解世界,做投资决策。","home_visible":1,"media_name":"老虎资讯综合","id":"102","head_image":"https://static.tigerbbs.com/8274c5b9d4c2852bfb1c4d6ce16c68ba"},"pubTimestamp":1636528535,"share":"https://www.laohu8.com/m/news/1140606775?lang=&edition=full","pubTime":"2021-11-10
