23:10","market":"us","language":"zh","title":"蔚来的选择题:超充的阳关道or换电的独木桥?","url":"https://stock-news.laohu8.com/highlight/detail?id=1126507611","media":"车市物语","summary":"一场“电容”争夺赛正暗潮涌动。\n“有时候我们看中一块地,但因为‘走漏’了风声,就被别家换电站或超充站给‘截胡’了。”已在蔚来工作3年的员工施杰(化名)近日向《车市物语》吐槽,“最近,竞争对手不断地在抬","content":"<p>一场“电容”争夺赛正暗潮涌动。</p>\n<p>“有时候我们看中一块地,但因为‘走漏’了风声,就被别家换电站或超充站给‘截胡’了。”已在蔚来工作3年的员工施杰(化名)近日向《车市物语》吐槽,<b>“最近,竞争对手不断地在抬价抢地方。”</b></p>\n<p>2020年,全国两会《政府工作报告》将充换电一同纳入“新基建”范畴,工信部等主管部门还多次提出鼓励换电模式发展。5年前就确定坚持换电路线的蔚来,看起来是“押对”了政策,但换电模式一系列的隐忧和问题还藏在冰山之下。</p>\n<p>蔚来在公布换电方案时,曾信心满满地要在2020年全国建1100座换电站,但截至发稿前,蔚来在全国累计建成换电站只有517座,<b>与过去的宏大目标有较大落差。</b></p>\n<p>另一方面,<b>越来越多的车企加快布局超充站,走上快充的路线。</b>8月30日,广汽埃安发布了“充电5分钟、续航200km”的超倍速电池技术和A480超充桩;9月8日,比亚迪发布e平台3.0,充电5分钟,最大行驶里程可达150km;9月28日,极氪能源品牌“极能”旗下超充站在杭州落成,超长续航版车型达到充电5分钟续航增加120km……</p>\n<p>更为甚者,《车市物语》从另一位接近蔚来电池项目的人士获知,“蔚来75kWh新电池包已设计成特高压充电,但未对外公布。”</p>\n<p>按目前现状与走势看,蔚来依靠面向C端换电建立起来的补能体系优势,会不会因为其他车企发力超充,而被追平或者超越?</p>\n<p>挤不进市区,换电正被超充加速超越</p>\n<p><b>“换电站很容易被城管视为违章建筑。”</b>施杰无奈地对《车市物语》称,“换电站是平地上盖一个小房子,和规划用地的图纸不一样。”</p>\n<p>土地审批难是蔚来长久以来的困惑之一。不同于充电站和超充站,换电站对于场地环评要求也特别高,居民区、医院等单位周边,原则上不允许堆积大量电池包。</p>\n<p>“早期蔚来话语权不强,建设换电站遇上很多困难。”施杰回忆道,“今年以来,才慢慢走上正轨,开始提速。”以上海城市为例,2020年的今天,蔚来换电站只有10座左右,而2021年的今天已达到60座。</p>\n<p>虽然速度提升了,但竞争对手的超充站也在“猛追直赶”。9月29日,特斯拉上海第100座超级充电站正式落成。其中,特斯拉V3超级充电桩可实现“充电15分钟,补充250km”。截至目前,<b>特斯拉在中国大陆的超充站数量突破900座,超充桩超过7000桩。</b></p>\n<p>无独有偶,小鹏汽车的超充站建设也增长迅速。据官方称,单单8月,小鹏汽车就上线了102座超充站,较7月的61座增加67.2%,累计上线超充站400座。按照规划,未来三年内,小鹏汽车将实现布局1000座超充站。</p>\n<p>此外,传统主流电动车企业也将在两年之内全面实行快充布局,比如广汽埃安计划在2021年建设100个超充站。</p>\n<p>鉴于换电站的特殊属性,<b>蔚来在城市的换电站布局基本分散在市中心外,而超充站可大规模落地于城市热门商圈,使用效率更高。</b></p>\n<p>对于市内换电站的落地进程,施杰坦言,“要找一块空地实属不易。即使看好一块地,也会因为电容不够而‘夭折’。”据悉,部分地区未将充换电基础设施纳入整体规划,会遇到电力增容困难、布局不合理等诸多问题。而换电站作为一种新型基础设施更是“无所适从”。</p>\n<p>更为不幸的是,蔚来原先在市区造的换电站也在近期被拆除。据悉,位于上海市中心的蔚来太古汇换电站于今年7月永久下线。</p>\n<p><b>换电站的建设灵活性要远远小于充电站。</b>“此前官宣的二代换电站只需要4个车位,但实际操作时不够,得要6个车位才行。”施杰称。蔚来要在寸土寸金的城市寻找土地,更是加大了难度。</p>\n<p>为了年底能达到全国700座的“新目标”,蔚来是绞尽脑汁不断地寻找合作伙伴,包括汽修店、4S经销商等都成为了蔚来的“猎物”。比如,一家位于上海外环的4S店经销商工作人员告诉《车市物语》,“沃尔沃4S店旁一块空地租给了蔚来,大约一年12万元,签了5年的合同。”</p>\n<p>在换电模式上,蔚来确实足够努力,但总体而言,其要形成高效、密集的换电补能体系,难度很大。多位业内人士认为,“未来的补能模式一定是以充电为主,换电为辅。”</p>\n<p>70kWh电池包淘汰,车主不接受“电池互换”?</p>\n<p>在换电站数量仍不占优势的情况下,蔚来最近还给自己出了一道“难题”。</p>\n<p>日前,蔚来发布三元铁锂标准续航电池包(75kWh),相应车型将于今年11月开始向用户交付。这也意味着,加上此前的70kWh和100kWh电池包,<b>蔚来的电池包版本已达到3种类型</b>(84kWh电池包已成为蔚来换电中的“弃子”)。</p>\n<p>按照蔚来的一代换电站,容不下那么多种类的电池,即使对于二代换电站(单站电池数量有13块),如果要让不同种电池都运转,也面临一定的压力。</p>\n<p>对于多类型电池包,施杰也表示疑惑,“蔚来用户的换电体验大概率是要下降”。蔚来换电站如何运营多种类电池包?对于市场上已占据绝大份额的70kWh的电池是否被淘汰?蔚来可能自己还未找到答案。</p>\n<p>对于《车市物语》的一系列疑问,一位蔚来的中高层人士称,“具体策略目前还未定,如果车主能接受70kWh和75kWh互换,那就无所谓了。后期,70kWh电池包会慢慢淘汰,但也需要一个过程。”</p>\n<p>那车主能否接受呢?《车市物语》询问了身边一些蔚来车主的意愿。一位购买ES6已有两年的老车主表示“不愿意”。“当时我是电池买断的,花了那么多钱,如果换电肯定不希望换到‘磷酸铁锂’的电池包。”<b>在外界看来,这一举措的最终目的或是为了降本,而冬季续航缩水是车主较为担心的问题。</b></p>\n<p>而对于新车主而言,也面临着不公平问题。新车主会将自己的新电池去换一个70kWh的“淘汰”电池吗?一位刚买ES6两个月的车主告诉《车市物语》,自己家里有充电桩,从来没有尝试过换电,因为不想将自己的“新电池”去换电站变成“旧电池”。</p>\n<p>如果老车主和新车主都不认可“电池互换”,无疑将蔚来陷入一个尴尬的境地。</p>\n<p>三四年前,鉴于市场上充电基础设施体验差,确实有不少车主选择蔚来是因为其换电模式。<b>但从根本上看,换电模式仍然躲不开“充电慢”的问题。</b>满负荷运转时,“换电五分钟,排队一小时”是车主的日常。因此,蔚来在近期也陆续推出了充换电一体站,以减少排队。</p>\n<p>随着未来电池更新换代的速度越来越快,蔚来的电池包类型会越来越多,如何在换电模式下不降低用户体验,是摆在蔚来面前的一道坎,这条路也没有先例可以借鉴。</p>\n<p>早前试水过换电模式的特斯拉,最后因营运成本太高、用户少而放弃。特斯拉副总裁陶琳于今年3月在微博上例举过十年前电子产品采用可拆卸电池的案例,如今手机、电脑等绝大多产品都变为了一体化内置电池,来表明充电模式是大规模民用电动车最好的补能方式。</p>\n<p>那蔚来的“可拆卸”电池,是否会因为现阶段的充电环境改善,而逐渐淘汰?有业内人士认为,蔚来换电更多的优势不在于充电本身,而是带来一种新的商业模式,用户可以不必承担购买电池的高成本,以及避免因电池技术迅速进步带来的贬值风险。</p>\n<p>车企“各怀心事”,共享换电难以达成共识</p>\n<p>虽然在政策指明方向后,北汽、吉利、上汽、小鹏、哪吒、爱驰等主机厂,乃至软银、硅谷天堂等投资机构均纷纷开辟换电业务,但他们都是针对B端市场,有些也只是在投入上“蜻蜓点水”,处于观望中。</p>\n<p><b>而走C端换电模式的蔚来,至始至终都在“单打独斗”。</b></p>\n<p>“好心”的车主们身肩“责任”,疯狂地帮蔚来找地,希望增加更多换电站。但另一方面,蔚来造得越多,亏得也越多,商业模式能否跑通一直是个迷。</p>\n<p>根据今年Q2财报数据,蔚来销量不断实现增长,<b>但净亏损环比增大,</b>同时,整车毛利率也有所下降。据悉,<b>在整个BaaS业务体系中,蔚来承担了一大部分运营成本,</b>单个换电站建设成本约在200万元(不包括土地租金、人工成本等,不考虑设备折旧、维修费用等),如果按500座换电站来算,蔚来在换电站上已投入超10亿元。</p>\n<p>一名新能源车企高管称,“在换电站的重资产投入下,蔚来要实现盈亏平衡是个伪命题。”如果参考国内最大的充电运营商特来电,其做充电投资了70亿元,前几年累计亏损10亿元,也才刚刚进入经营盈亏平衡期。这背后是因为大规模电动汽车量产化,设备利用率逐步提高。</p>\n<p>蔚来深知,如果仅仅只是自己品牌实现电池互通,换电模式规模有限。</p>\n<p>从Baas模式公布首日起,李斌就一直对外界释放信号,武汉蔚能优先服务蔚来汽车用户,但作为开放平台,不同公司参与其中使用武汉蔚能的BaaS体系是其长期目标,而合作前提是,车企必要采用和蔚来汽车同样的电池包规格和标准。</p>\n<p>不过,<b>蔚来开出的换电授权费用让规模有限的车企望而退却。</b>“此前,爱驰就换电方面向蔚来寻求合作。”施杰向《车市物语》透露,“但1000万元的高额进场费不是每家车企都能承受的,最后谈判告终,爱驰‘投奔’了北汽蓝谷。”</p>\n<p>而有能力支付这笔进场费的车企,并不乐意与蔚来合作。</p>\n<p>国内一家知名新势力企业高层明确对《车市物语》称,“<b>我们不会去共享蔚来的换电站,这样电池包的标准都要按蔚来的要求,不利于未来电池技术的更新换代,</b>利益分配也将由蔚来说了算,这显然是无法接受的,至少目前一流车企绝不会这么做。”</p>\n<p>至今,武汉蔚能尚未能开拓成功一家外部用户,陷入一个被动的局面。</p>\n<p>尽管电动汽车充电设施标准化技术委员会曾在今年6月发布《电动汽车充换电服务信息交换》系列标准征求意见稿,但“距离实现跨品牌车型统一换电池还距离尚远。”</p>\n<p>在上述高层人士看来,针对C端的换电模式不可持续,<b>但换电模式对出租车和公交车来说是不错的方式,这些车辆统一设计,不存在标准不统一的问题。</b></p>\n<p>需要认清的是,国家政府颁布相关政策,鼓励各类充换电设施互联互通,只是为未来的发展提供一条道路,标准的统一还得需要车企们自己达成共识。</p>\n<p>如果说,超充站的便利性、灵活性以及资源占用率都要优于换电站,<b>且未来趋势是,所有超充桩都有可能全面共享,</b>即使是特斯拉也无例外,马斯克曾在2020年底对外确认,特斯拉的超充已经开始给其它电动车使用了。到那时,单打独斗的蔚来换电站又能走多远?</p>\n<p>实际上,蔚来在换电这条道路上并非“孤注一掷”,除了前文所说,蔚来新电池包已“偷偷”设计成特高压充电外,蔚来超充站也在积极布局,截止发稿前已在全国落地375座超充站。</p>\n<p>走超充的“阳关道”,还是换电的“独木桥”?面对这个选择题,“可充可换”的蔚来,或将决定权交给了市场。</p>\n<p></p>\n<p></p>","source":"lsy1592446787186","collect":0,"html":"<!DOCTYPE Link</a>\n\n</div>\n\n\n</article>\n</div>\n</body>\n</html>\n","type":0,"thumbnail":"https://static.tigerbbs.com/608c0ca7f544a93854339353ff5e9ae1","relate_stocks":{"NIO":"蔚来"},"source_url":"https://mp.weixin.qq.com/s/KZUe4KZx4zpdhdehFY7y1Q","is_english":false,"share_image_url":"https://static.laohu8.com/e9f99090a1c2ed51c021029395664489","article_id":"1126507611","content_text":"一场“电容”争夺赛正暗潮涌动。\n“有时候我们看中一块地,但因为‘走漏’了风声,就被别家换电站或超充站给‘截胡’了。”已在蔚来工作3年的员工施杰(化名)近日向《车市物语》吐槽,“最近,竞争对手不断地在抬价抢地方。”\n2020年,全国两会《政府工作报告》将充换电一同纳入“新基建”范畴,工信部等主管部门还多次提出鼓励换电模式发展。5年前就确定坚持换电路线的蔚来,看起来是“押对”了政策,但换电模式一系列的隐忧和问题还藏在冰山之下。\n蔚来在公布换电方案时,曾信心满满地要在2020年全国建1100座换电站,但截至发稿前,蔚来在全国累计建成换电站只有517座,与过去的宏大目标有较大落差。\n另一方面,越来越多的车企加快布局超充站,走上快充的路线。8月30日,广汽埃安发布了“充电5分钟、续航200km”的超倍速电池技术和A480超充桩;9月8日,比亚迪发布e平台3.0,充电5分钟,最大行驶里程可达150km;9月28日,极氪能源品牌“极能”旗下超充站在杭州落成,超长续航版车型达到充电5分钟续航增加120km……\n更为甚者,《车市物语》从另一位接近蔚来电池项目的人士获知,“蔚来75kWh新电池包已设计成特高压充电,但未对外公布。”\n按目前现状与走势看,蔚来依靠面向C端换电建立起来的补能体系优势,会不会因为其他车企发力超充,而被追平或者超越?\n挤不进市区,换电正被超充加速超越\n“换电站很容易被城管视为违章建筑。”施杰无奈地对《车市物语》称,“换电站是平地上盖一个小房子,和规划用地的图纸不一样。”\n土地审批难是蔚来长久以来的困惑之一。不同于充电站和超充站,换电站对于场地环评要求也特别高,居民区、医院等单位周边,原则上不允许堆积大量电池包。\n“早期蔚来话语权不强,建设换电站遇上很多困难。”施杰回忆道,“今年以来,才慢慢走上正轨,开始提速。”以上海城市为例,2020年的今天,蔚来换电站只有10座左右,而2021年的今天已达到60座。\n虽然速度提升了,但竞争对手的超充站也在“猛追直赶”。9月29日,特斯拉上海第100座超级充电站正式落成。其中,特斯拉V3超级充电桩可实现“充电15分钟,补充250km”。截至目前,特斯拉在中国大陆的超充站数量突破900座,超充桩超过7000桩。\n无独有偶,小鹏汽车的超充站建设也增长迅速。据官方称,单单8月,小鹏汽车就上线了102座超充站,较7月的61座增加67.2%,累计上线超充站400座。按照规划,未来三年内,小鹏汽车将实现布局1000座超充站。\n此外,传统主流电动车企业也将在两年之内全面实行快充布局,比如广汽埃安计划在2021年建设100个超充站。\n鉴于换电站的特殊属性,蔚来在城市的换电站布局基本分散在市中心外,而超充站可大规模落地于城市热门商圈,使用效率更高。\n对于市内换电站的落地进程,施杰坦言,“要找一块空地实属不易。即使看好一块地,也会因为电容不够而‘夭折’。”据悉,部分地区未将充换电基础设施纳入整体规划,会遇到电力增容困难、布局不合理等诸多问题。而换电站作为一种新型基础设施更是“无所适从”。\n更为不幸的是,蔚来原先在市区造的换电站也在近期被拆除。据悉,位于上海市中心的蔚来太古汇换电站于今年7月永久下线。\n换电站的建设灵活性要远远小于充电站。“此前官宣的二代换电站只需要4个车位,但实际操作时不够,得要6个车位才行。”施杰称。蔚来要在寸土寸金的城市寻找土地,更是加大了难度。\n为了年底能达到全国700座的“新目标”,蔚来是绞尽脑汁不断地寻找合作伙伴,包括汽修店、4S经销商等都成为了蔚来的“猎物”。比如,一家位于上海外环的4S店经销商工作人员告诉《车市物语》,“沃尔沃4S店旁一块空地租给了蔚来,大约一年12万元,签了5年的合同。”\n在换电模式上,蔚来确实足够努力,但总体而言,其要形成高效、密集的换电补能体系,难度很大。多位业内人士认为,“未来的补能模式一定是以充电为主,换电为辅。”\n70kWh电池包淘汰,车主不接受“电池互换”?\n在换电站数量仍不占优势的情况下,蔚来最近还给自己出了一道“难题”。\n日前,蔚来发布三元铁锂标准续航电池包(75kWh),相应车型将于今年11月开始向用户交付。这也意味着,加上此前的70kWh和100kWh电池包,蔚来的电池包版本已达到3种类型(84kWh电池包已成为蔚来换电中的“弃子”)。\n按照蔚来的一代换电站,容不下那么多种类的电池,即使对于二代换电站(单站电池数量有13块),如果要让不同种电池都运转,也面临一定的压力。\n对于多类型电池包,施杰也表示疑惑,“蔚来用户的换电体验大概率是要下降”。蔚来换电站如何运营多种类电池包?对于市场上已占据绝大份额的70kWh的电池是否被淘汰?蔚来可能自己还未找到答案。\n对于《车市物语》的一系列疑问,一位蔚来的中高层人士称,“具体策略目前还未定,如果车主能接受70kWh和75kWh互换,那就无所谓了。后期,70kWh电池包会慢慢淘汰,但也需要一个过程。”\n那车主能否接受呢?《车市物语》询问了身边一些蔚来车主的意愿。一位购买ES6已有两年的老车主表示“不愿意”。“当时我是电池买断的,花了那么多钱,如果换电肯定不希望换到‘磷酸铁锂’的电池包。”在外界看来,这一举措的最终目的或是为了降本,而冬季续航缩水是车主较为担心的问题。\n而对于新车主而言,也面临着不公平问题。新车主会将自己的新电池去换一个70kWh的“淘汰”电池吗?一位刚买ES6两个月的车主告诉《车市物语》,自己家里有充电桩,从来没有尝试过换电,因为不想将自己的“新电池”去换电站变成“旧电池”。\n如果老车主和新车主都不认可“电池互换”,无疑将蔚来陷入一个尴尬的境地。\n三四年前,鉴于市场上充电基础设施体验差,确实有不少车主选择蔚来是因为其换电模式。但从根本上看,换电模式仍然躲不开“充电慢”的问题。满负荷运转时,“换电五分钟,排队一小时”是车主的日常。因此,蔚来在近期也陆续推出了充换电一体站,以减少排队。\n随着未来电池更新换代的速度越来越快,蔚来的电池包类型会越来越多,如何在换电模式下不降低用户体验,是摆在蔚来面前的一道坎,这条路也没有先例可以借鉴。\n早前试水过换电模式的特斯拉,最后因营运成本太高、用户少而放弃。特斯拉副总裁陶琳于今年3月在微博上例举过十年前电子产品采用可拆卸电池的案例,如今手机、电脑等绝大多产品都变为了一体化内置电池,来表明充电模式是大规模民用电动车最好的补能方式。\n那蔚来的“可拆卸”电池,是否会因为现阶段的充电环境改善,而逐渐淘汰?有业内人士认为,蔚来换电更多的优势不在于充电本身,而是带来一种新的商业模式,用户可以不必承担购买电池的高成本,以及避免因电池技术迅速进步带来的贬值风险。\n车企“各怀心事”,共享换电难以达成共识\n虽然在政策指明方向后,北汽、吉利、上汽、小鹏、哪吒、爱驰等主机厂,乃至软银、硅谷天堂等投资机构均纷纷开辟换电业务,但他们都是针对B端市场,有些也只是在投入上“蜻蜓点水”,处于观望中。\n而走C端换电模式的蔚来,至始至终都在“单打独斗”。\n“好心”的车主们身肩“责任”,疯狂地帮蔚来找地,希望增加更多换电站。但另一方面,蔚来造得越多,亏得也越多,商业模式能否跑通一直是个迷。\n根据今年Q2财报数据,蔚来销量不断实现增长,但净亏损环比增大,同时,整车毛利率也有所下降。据悉,在整个BaaS业务体系中,蔚来承担了一大部分运营成本,单个换电站建设成本约在200万元(不包括土地租金、人工成本等,不考虑设备折旧、维修费用等),如果按500座换电站来算,蔚来在换电站上已投入超10亿元。\n一名新能源车企高管称,“在换电站的重资产投入下,蔚来要实现盈亏平衡是个伪命题。”如果参考国内最大的充电运营商特来电,其做充电投资了70亿元,前几年累计亏损10亿元,也才刚刚进入经营盈亏平衡期。这背后是因为大规模电动汽车量产化,设备利用率逐步提高。\n蔚来深知,如果仅仅只是自己品牌实现电池互通,换电模式规模有限。\n从Baas模式公布首日起,李斌就一直对外界释放信号,武汉蔚能优先服务蔚来汽车用户,但作为开放平台,不同公司参与其中使用武汉蔚能的BaaS体系是其长期目标,而合作前提是,车企必要采用和蔚来汽车同样的电池包规格和标准。\n不过,蔚来开出的换电授权费用让规模有限的车企望而退却。“此前,爱驰就换电方面向蔚来寻求合作。”施杰向《车市物语》透露,“但1000万元的高额进场费不是每家车企都能承受的,最后谈判告终,爱驰‘投奔’了北汽蓝谷。”\n而有能力支付这笔进场费的车企,并不乐意与蔚来合作。\n国内一家知名新势力企业高层明确对《车市物语》称,“我们不会去共享蔚来的换电站,这样电池包的标准都要按蔚来的要求,不利于未来电池技术的更新换代,利益分配也将由蔚来说了算,这显然是无法接受的,至少目前一流车企绝不会这么做。”\n至今,武汉蔚能尚未能开拓成功一家外部用户,陷入一个被动的局面。\n尽管电动汽车充电设施标准化技术委员会曾在今年6月发布《电动汽车充换电服务信息交换》系列标准征求意见稿,但“距离实现跨品牌车型统一换电池还距离尚远。”\n在上述高层人士看来,针对C端的换电模式不可持续,但换电模式对出租车和公交车来说是不错的方式,这些车辆统一设计,不存在标准不统一的问题。\n需要认清的是,国家政府颁布相关政策,鼓励各类充换电设施互联互通,只是为未来的发展提供一条道路,标准的统一还得需要车企们自己达成共识。\n如果说,超充站的便利性、灵活性以及资源占用率都要优于换电站,且未来趋势是,所有超充桩都有可能全面共享,即使是特斯拉也无例外,马斯克曾在2020年底对外确认,特斯拉的超充已经开始给其它电动车使用了。到那时,单打独斗的蔚来换电站又能走多远?\n实际上,蔚来在换电这条道路上并非“孤注一掷”,除了前文所说,蔚来新电池包已“偷偷”设计成特高压充电外,蔚来超充站也在积极布局,截止发稿前已在全国落地375座超充站。\n走超充的“阳关道”,还是换电的“独木桥”?面对这个选择题,“可充可换”的蔚来,或将决定权交给了市场。","news_type":1},"isVote":1,"tweetType":1,"viewCount":1904,"authorTweetTopStatus":1,"verified":2,"comments":[],"imageCount":0,"langContent":"CN","totalScore":0},{"id":976784471,"gmtCreate":1599849100893,"gmtModify":1703819938896,"author":{"id":"3532649651707460","authorId":"3532649651707460","name":"PJPJPJJJ","avatar":"https://static.laohu8.com/default-avatar.jpg","crmLevel":1,"crmLevelSwitch":0,"followedFlag":false,"idStr":"3532649651707460","aut
