数据显示,三季度快手电商交易总额(GMV)同比增长30.4%达2902亿元。快手科技创始人兼首席执行官程一笑在昨日晚间举行的业绩电话会上提到,在传统的电商淡季,快手电商仍然展现了独特的韧性和优势。在2023年第三季度,通过丰富的供给与精细化运营,快手电商GMV远超行业增长,同比增速超过30%。随着供给和生态的不断繁荣,进一步撬动用户需求,三季度月均买家数量接近1.2亿。</p>\n<p 对于快手电商的高增速、持续性及驱动力,程一笑在业绩会上分享了底层逻辑的思考:首先,中国电商还没到零和博弈阶段,天花板仍会持续提升,快手在其中发挥着重要作用,这主要得益于快手差异化的用户属性,更大众化、更下沉。尽管大众人群获取信息的渠道相对有限,但他们对品质生活和低价好物的追求一直存在,同时消费忠诚度更高,更契合快手的信任电商和社区氛围。程一笑表示,希望在快手的助力下,大众人群的需求被不断创造和满足。</p>\n<p 近日,快手也刚刚结束了今年的“双11”大促,今年的“双11”,快手的电商GMV和订单量等均创新高,单日峰值创下纪录,品牌与泛货架成为增长亮点。数据显示,近1亿快手消费者和超过100万的商家、达人参与了此次大促,“双11”全周期订单量增长近50%,预售GMV同比增长84%,中小商家GMV同比增长75%,品牌GMV同比增长155%。</p>\n<p cms-style=\"font-L\"> 程一笑回顾今年的“双11”指出,整体还是超预期的,在当前市场和消费大环境下,对”双11”大促的表现很满意。他表示,今年“双11”,快手升级了产品能力,简化了商家报名流程,提供官方选品服务,通过更完善的爆品流量机制以及数据化工具,搭建起商家与平台之间的“产品化”桥梁。同时,通过丰富的流量计划和<a 数据显示,三季度快手电商交易总额(GMV)同比增长30.4%达2902亿元。快手科技创始人兼首席执行官程一笑在昨日晚间举行的业绩电话会上提到,在传统的电商淡季,快手电商仍然展现了独特的韧性和优势。在2023年第三季度,通过丰富的供给与精细化运营,快手电商GMV远超行业增长,同比增速超过30%。随着供给和生态的不断繁荣,进一步撬动用户需求,三季度月均买家数量接近1.2亿。\n 对于快手电商的高增速、持续性及驱动力,程一笑在业绩会上分享了底层逻辑的思考:首先,中国电商还没到零和博弈阶段,天花板仍会持续提升,快手在其中发挥着重要作用,这主要得益于快手差异化的用户属性,更大众化、更下沉。尽管大众人群获取信息的渠道相对有限,但他们对品质生活和低价好物的追求一直存在,同时消费忠诚度更高,更契合快手的信任电商和社区氛围。程一笑表示,希望在快手的助力下,大众人群的需求被不断创造和满足。\n 其次,供给侧仍然有较大增长的空间。很多品牌和产业链商家都有成熟的线上运营能力和投入资源的意愿,但在快手的发展还在起步阶段。随着平台规则更合理、清晰,基建和商家营商环境持续改善,与快手深度合作的意愿也在持续加强。比如消电家居品类,三季度月动销商家数量同比涨超80%,带动GMV超大盘增长。未来,无论是头部类目女装、消电家居,还是涨势强劲的运动户外、百货等,随着用户需求的多样化和精细化,供给仍在不断创新,快手有信心成为商家重要的线上增长渠道之一。\n 此外,不同场域也都有持续增长的空间,内容电商通过与内容消费场景的协同,加强对用户需求的洞察,进一步提升匹配精准度和转化效率。未来泛货架的扩流和建设,也有助于提升复购。\n 关于未来快手电商业务增长的驱动因素,程一笑称,他有信心持续提升用户购买频次,同时转化更多买家,当前高双位数的MPU渗透率还有较大提升空间,同时品牌和品类的丰富将持续带动客单价的增长。\n “双11”表现超预期\n 近日,快手也刚刚结束了今年的“双11”大促,今年的“双11”,快手的电商GMV和订单量等均创新高,单日峰值创下纪录,品牌与泛货架成为增长亮点。数据显示,近1亿快手消费者和超过100万的商家、达人参与了此次大促,“双11”全周期订单量增长近50%,预售GMV同比增长84%,中小商家GMV同比增长75%,品牌GMV同比增长155%。\n 程一笑回顾今年的“双11”指出,整体还是超预期的,在当前市场和消费大环境下,对”双11”大促的表现很满意。他表示,今年“双11”,快手升级了产品能力,简化了商家报名流程,提供官方选品服务,通过更完善的爆品流量机制以及数据化工具,搭建起商家与平台之间的“产品化”桥梁。同时,通过丰富的流量计划和智能补贴策略,帮助商家孵化爆品、运营大场活动,实现GMV跃迁。此外,快手的活动运营和营销能力也在不断提升,通过对“标杆爆品”的运营,撬动用户追求极致性价比的购物心智。\n 商城方面,今年“双11”快手开放了一级流量入口,丰富货盘,强化商品基建,打造特色营销场景。活动期间,商城GMV高速增长,占大盘GMV约10%。未来,商城作为内容电商的补充场域,主要会面向有电商购物心智的用户,旨在加强其复购,满足用户确定性的购物需求,进一步提升购买频次。供给方面,内容场和货架场持续深度融合,结合快手的内容优势和差异化,加强商品卡内容建设。同时,也通过打造丰富的营销场景,不断强化用户心智。\n 大模型试水赋能多场景\n 在各个互联网大厂争相拥抱大模型的时代,快手也在今年年初启动了新AI战略,并制定了战略目标——确保在可能到来的新技术突破中保持国内第一梯队,结合并赋能现有业务场景;同时力争通过自主颠覆式技术创新,带来业务领先优势,改变市场格局。\n 程一笑透露,实际进展来看符合预期。具体来说,快手的语言大模型——快意130亿和和660亿大模型已达到行业内同等规模领先水平,同时也已经开始朝千亿规模语言大模型以及多模态大模型的研发。此外,快手也推出了文生图大模型——“可图”,具备强大的文本理解、丰富的细节刻画和多样的风格转化能力,可基于开放式文本生成风格多样、画质精美、创意十足的绘画作品。\n 目前,快手也在加速推进大模型的场景化落地。程一笑补充,在内容消费侧,依托可图大模型在短视频评论区推出了“AI玩评”功能,用户输入各种创意文字即可一键生成海量风格图片,从而更便捷地在评论区进行趣味互动。近期,也开始内测“AI小快”账号,在短视频评论区为用户提供互动问答、图片生成、攻略检索、文案修改等多种基于短视频应用场景的AIGC服务。在内容供给侧,快手旗下的视频剪辑类产品“快影”和功能拍摄类产品“一甜相机”,已经具备多种AIGC创作能力,让创作者轻松地将照片或视频转换为不同风格和效果的内容,并自动生成符合内容语境的文案。在商业化场景侧,快手的大模型在营销素材创意短视频素材生成、快聘及房产直播的数字人播报和互动对话等场景的应用也越来越广泛。\n
