referrerpolicy=\"no-referrer\"></p>\n<p>而对比滴滴,后者的特价快车也得是12元钱。</p>\n<p>差距很明显,原因是美团打车给出了优厚的新人补贴,是单单立减。</p>\n<p>这是基于用户端。</p>\n<p>同时在司机端,美团打车亦发布了力度很大的招募政策:限时专享3日单单流水+20%,最高1000元阶梯大奖等。</p>\n<p>熟悉网约车市场格局变迁的人应该记得,上一次美团打车如此猛烈补贴,还是在三四年前。</p>\n<p>2017年2月,美团打车在南京上线打车业务,自此与滴滴展开正面交锋。该年年底,美团打车还上线一个名为“快给北京投票助力,免费打车就差你一票”的H5,声称点击人数超过20万人,美团打车北京站将立即开通,意图进攻滴滴的大本营。</p>\n<p>那一段时间里,美团打车是来势汹汹,奖励补贴政策是应有尽有。曾经交好的程维与王兴,也随之变成了“友商”。王兴说:试试。程维说:尔要战,便战。</p>\n<p>但再一年,美团打车就换了策略。</p>\n<p>据了解,美团打车直至2019年6月才以“聚合模式”进入北京,同时公司层面一定程度上弱化了打车的战略权重。</p>\n<p>AI蓝媒汇注意到,2018年,美团打车一路高歌猛进。一年后的2019年美团年报中,对于美团打车,整整56页却只有一处提及。再到2020年,网约车业务从年报中消失。</p>\n<p>“可以说,此前王兴已经选择放弃了打车这一业务,仅作为信息流量中介,成为美团本地生活服务中的一个功能。”有业内人士告诉AI蓝媒汇。</p>\n<p>但现在在滴滴遭遇监管之时,从美团现有在北京等地的动作来看,美团也未必没有重燃对打车业务的野心。</p>\n<p><b>新势力“趁虚而入”</b></p>\n<p>不仅是美团,市场上既有的网约车玩家也早就展开行动。</p>\n<p>今天中午,在天津市和平区天河城,吃完饭的何晗洋刚走出商场大门,就被T3出行的地推给拉住了。</p>\n<p><img 何晗洋告诉AI蓝媒汇,这几天她所在的公司,几乎所有同事都在朋友圈收到了T3出行的广告投放。</p>\n<p>且何晗洋印象很深,就是在滴滴被通告监管的一两天之后。</p>\n<p>此外,不仅是T3出行,如祺出行、万顺叫车、享道出行等网约车平台,亦纷纷在<a href=\"https://laohu8.com/S/WB\">微博</a>上发布了用户拉新相关的新活动。</p>\n<p>一时间,网约车江湖再度被激活。</p>\n<p>毕竟,对于一众网约车新兴玩家来说,这的确是一个不容错过的机会。</p>\n<p>近两年,<a href=\"https://laohu8.com/S/ICGE\">互联网资本</a>主导的网约车大战在格局固定后,早已平息,不过一些基于国有背景、传统大型车企的网约车新兴势力开始涌现,试图争夺一定市场。</p>\n<p>比如T3出行,就是一汽集团、<a href=\"https://laohu8.com/S/600006\">东风汽车</a>(600006,股吧)、<a href=\"https://laohu8.com/S/000625\">长安汽车</a>(000625,股吧)三家央企联合成立的网约车公司,目前已经进入包括天津在内的20多个城市。</p>\n<p>来头很大,但由于整个网约车出行市场已经发展多年,已经进入存量竞争阶段。</p>\n<p>易观数据显示,截至2019年12月国内网约车市场10082万活跃用户中,滴滴占去了9252.9万,嘀嗒出行、首约汽车、曹操出行、T3出行中最高活跃用户分别在千万级别,其他的一些新进入者用户则仅在数十万量级徘徊。</p>\n<p>如何从滴滴的盘子中争夺更多的用户,本就是T3出行们的核心议题。这一次在滴滴下架时,T3出行们展开攻势,也就是商业竞争策略下的自然反应。</p>\n<p>效果,也很可观。</p>\n<p><img Link</a>\n\n</div>\n\n\n</article>\n</div>\n</body>\n</html>\n","type":0,"thumbnail":"https://static.tigerbbs.com/7f72d928408ac0650651f51b650c41a1","relate_stocks":{"03690":"美团-W","DIDI":"滴滴(已退市)"},"source_url":"https://mp.weixin.qq.com/s/joO2DcgEliA6p7ler0UzcA","is_english":false,"share_image_url":"https://static.laohu8.com/e9f99090a1c2ed51c021029395664489","article_id":"2149323350","content_text":"暗流涌动。\n\n7月7日中午12点。\n不少北京的用户手机上,收到这样一条邀请短信:\n美团打车于7月8日北京正式上线。\n与此同时,在天津等地区,T3出行的朋友圈投放广告已经持续铺了数日。\n\n一个强烈的信号已然显现:战火平息已久的网约车江湖,再次暗流涌动。\n导火索在于,位于行业龙头位置的滴滴,眼下处于监管危机,产品下架,并暂停新用户注册。\n残酷的商业竞争逻辑下,这无疑给了早就觊觎网约车市场蛋糕的其他玩家一个不错的冲锋窗口。\n于是一场新的角力,也就此拉开帷幕。\n老玩家的再发力\n打开美团打车页面。\n\n从位于北京市朝阳区的建外SOHO西区,到四惠东地铁站,约8公里的距离,根据页面显示的方案,平均约在8元钱,甚至最便宜的方案仅需要3元钱。\n\n而对比滴滴,后者的特价快车也得是12元钱。\n差距很明显,原因是美团打车给出了优厚的新人补贴,是单单立减。\n这是基于用户端。\n同时在司机端,美团打车亦发布了力度很大的招募政策:限时专享3日单单流水+20%,最高1000元阶梯大奖等。\n熟悉网约车市场格局变迁的人应该记得,上一次美团打车如此猛烈补贴,还是在三四年前。\n2017年2月,美团打车在南京上线打车业务,自此与滴滴展开正面交锋。该年年底,美团打车还上线一个名为“快给北京投票助力,免费打车就差你一票”的H5,声称点击人数超过20万人,美团打车北京站将立即开通,意图进攻滴滴的大本营。\n那一段时间里,美团打车是来势汹汹,奖励补贴政策是应有尽有。曾经交好的程维与王兴,也随之变成了“友商”。王兴说:试试。程维说:尔要战,便战。\n但再一年,美团打车就换了策略。\n据了解,美团打车直至2019年6月才以“聚合模式”进入北京,同时公司层面一定程度上弱化了打车的战略权重。\nAI蓝媒汇注意到,2018年,美团打车一路高歌猛进。一年后的2019年美团年报中,对于美团打车,整整56页却只有一处提及。再到2020年,网约车业务从年报中消失。\n“可以说,此前王兴已经选择放弃了打车这一业务,仅作为信息流量中介,成为美团本地生活服务中的一个功能。”有业内人士告诉AI蓝媒汇。\n但现在在滴滴遭遇监管之时,从美团现有在北京等地的动作来看,美团也未必没有重燃对打车业务的野心。\n新势力“趁虚而入”\n不仅是美团,市场上既有的网约车玩家也早就展开行动。\n今天中午,在天津市和平区天河城,吃完饭的何晗洋刚走出商场大门,就被T3出行的地推给拉住了。\n\n后者手上拿着一张“新朋友,领新人大礼包;老朋友,最高优惠10元”的小程序码,热情地向来往用户介绍T3出行的优惠力度以及服务体验。\n“最近这段时间,尽是T3出行信息轰炸了。” 何晗洋告诉AI蓝媒汇,这几天她所在的公司,几乎所有同事都在朋友圈收到了T3出行的广告投放。\n且何晗洋印象很深,就是在滴滴被通告监管的一两天之后。\n此外,不仅是T3出行,如祺出行、万顺叫车、享道出行等网约车平台,亦纷纷在微博上发布了用户拉新相关的新活动。\n一时间,网约车江湖再度被激活。\n毕竟,对于一众网约车新兴玩家来说,这的确是一个不容错过的机会。\n近两年,互联网资本主导的网约车大战在格局固定后,早已平息,不过一些基于国有背景、传统大型车企的网约车新兴势力开始涌现,试图争夺一定市场。\n比如T3出行,就是一汽集团、东风汽车(600006,股吧)、长安汽车(000625,股吧)三家央企联合成立的网约车公司,目前已经进入包括天津在内的20多个城市。\n来头很大,但由于整个网约车出行市场已经发展多年,已经进入存量竞争阶段。\n易观数据显示,截至2019年12月国内网约车市场10082万活跃用户中,滴滴占去了9252.9万,嘀嗒出行、首约汽车、曹操出行、T3出行中最高活跃用户分别在千万级别,其他的一些新进入者用户则仅在数十万量级徘徊。\n如何从滴滴的盘子中争夺更多的用户,本就是T3出行们的核心议题。这一次在滴滴下架时,T3出行们展开攻势,也就是商业竞争策略下的自然反应。\n效果,也很可观。\n\n以T3出行为例,根据七麦数据,T3出行近一个月IOS下载量估算图中,7月4日之前,下载量每日保持在20000左右,而在7月4日、5日当天,下载量直接飙涨到了60000左右,后虽有回落,但相对此前,仍然处于高位。\n\n这种情况同样发生在首汽约车、曹操出行、美团打车司机端等上。\n从数据上可以清晰看出,对于滴滴而言,各方的冲锋的确构成了压力。\n更可能的蝴蝶效应\n不过可能还远谈不上威胁。\n一方面,滴滴虽然下架,不能拉新,但并不影响既有约4亿国内用户的日常使用。多名跑滴滴的司机告诉AI蓝媒汇,目前接单、收入等都未受丝毫影响。\nAI蓝媒汇获得的一个北京滴滴司机7月7日流水显示,该司机在当天完成21单,在线时长11小时,单日流水接近600元。\n\n另一方面,滴滴本就是从昔日网约车江湖曾经如火如荼的厮杀中一路突围而出,并在这过程中构筑了护城河。\n“其他时间段可以对比谁更便宜,用谁,但到了上下班高峰期,首选肯定是滴滴,因为应答是最快且最有保证的。”
