据了解,从2017年初全面向技术转型以来,京东体系在技术上累计投入近700亿元。运营效率随之提升,第二季度,自营商品达到900万SKU的基础上,京东库存周转天数进一步降至31天,去年同期为34.8天。履约费用率降至5.8%,再创历史最优水平。</p>\n<p> 此外,借助<a href=\"https://laohu8.com/S/5RE.SI\">智能</a>运营、仓网优化、全渠道履约、C2M反向定制等智能决策技术,今年京东618期间,京东智能供应链每天给出超40万条补货、调拨等供应链智能决策,京东与64%的自营供应商实现了智能供应链协同。</p>\n<p> 对外开放技术与服务能力方面,现有超1000家制造企业借助京东C2M反向供应链提升新品开发能力,未来三年将提升到10000家制造企业;共5.9万家企业使用<span><a 除此之外,京东物流上半年研发投入14亿,占总收入的2.8%,同比增长55.2%。</p>\n<p> <strong>一线物流员工月均支出超1.1万元</strong></p>\n<p> 截至2021年6月30日,京东体系上市公司及非上市公司员工数近40万人(上市公司部分除兼职人员以及实习生外超过32万名员工),较去年同期新增近12万人。</p>\n<p> 截至目前,京东物流的一线员工数超26万。财报透露,今年上半年,由于员工数量增加,京东物流对运营员工的薪酬福利开支达到人民币172亿元,包括意外伤害商业<span>保险</span><span></span>在内的六险一金,同比增长48.6%。据此测算,京东物流人均月支出已达1.1万元。根据《2021年618快递服务质量大数据报告》,中国超五成的快递员月收入不超过5000元,月收入超过一万元的仅占1.3%。</p>\n<p>
