href=\"https://laohu8.com/S/00700\">腾讯</a>、阿里接连推出员工关怀计划,“反内卷”似乎取代了“内卷”,成为了2021年互联网行业的趋势所在。</p><p>然而,取消“大小周”意味着薪酬降低,而所谓的关怀计划也往往针对特定人群,看似是对员工的体察,实则仍透露着资本的暗面。相比之下,携程所推行的混合办公制无关薪酬分配,似乎更显良心。</p><p>倘若是在朝阳之下展露出良心,那并不令人怀疑。</p><p>需指出当下互联网行业整体陷入寒冬,携程自身也难逃亏损的漩涡,如此关头一反常态地高举“反内卷”大旗,梁建章葫芦里卖的到底是什么药?</p><p>对此,梁建章化身学者,细数了混合办公模式对减少交通堵塞、保护环境、促进生育、缓解高房价和地区间差异等问题产生的贡献。公司层面,他则称该制度可降低员工流失率,提高员工满意度与忠诚度,并减少用工成本。</p><p>梁建章的理论支撑,或许来源于携程从2021年8月开始实施的混合办公实验,而在此之前,携程曾对其上海话务中心做过一次大规模社会实验,结果表明在家工作确实能提高工作效率与幸福感,只不过另一个代价是以绩效为评价指标的升职率降低了50%。</p><p>因此,梁建章主要提到了混合办公模式积极的一面,而在实际执行过程中,惰性乃人性的弱点,脱离公司物理限制的远程办公,将极大考验员工自制力与公司治理能力。</p><p>此外,远程办公所带来的沟通同样是该模式的桎梏之一。在携程早年的实验里,近半在家办公的员工最终决定回到公司,其主要理由除开绩效不佳外,第二个显著问题便是职场沟通障碍。</p><p>而纵使当下在线办公软件已愈发完善,但远程沟通效果仍不如面对面沟通。除非携程签约了<a href=\"https://laohu8.com/S/300454\">深信服</a>,不然脱离监督与弱化沟通的环境,无疑是对企业管理能力的极大挑战。</p><p>于内于外间,携程似乎不再是带着伪善面具的资本家,成为了打工人亲切的伙伴。可事实真就如此吗?众所周知,企业的最根本动机是逐利,即使是在“反内卷”大潮下,携程似乎也并没有如此大刀阔斧改革的理由。</p><p>因此,推动决策层坦然放手的背后,或许还隐藏着更深的原因。</p><p><b>梁建章的野心</b></p><p>其实,新冠病毒全球大背景下,远程办公制度已然成为了国外部分企业的新型办公模式。</p><p>2020年10月,<a href=\"https://laohu8.com/S/MSFT\">微软</a>内部发布“灵活工作场所”指南,允许员工每周有不超过一半的工作时间远程办公,员工甚至能在批准后选择永久性远程办公。无独有偶,2021年5月,<a href=\"https://laohu8.com/S/GOOG\">谷歌</a>也宣布了涉及公司20%员工的永久远程办公计划。</p><p><img referrerpolicy=\"no-referrer\"/></p><p>此前受疫情影响,国内企业也曾短暂试水过远程办公,但最终却未能跟随微软、谷歌的步调,将其推至常态。</p><p>因此,国外企业的行径并不能成为携程采纳混合办公模式的底层支撑,毕竟国内土壤未曾孕育出先例,携程或许是想成为国内第一个吃螃蟹的互联网大厂。</p><p>我们认为,携程敢于背离大潮,咬下第一口螃蟹,一是顺其自然,二是寻求增长空间。此外,或许还有获取正面舆论,提升大众好感度的考量。</p><p>首先,携程并不属于“狼性文化”企业。一位曾在携程业务部前员工表示:“携程内部职场老手<a href=\"https://laohu8.com/S/YJ\">云集</a>,社会氛围很浓,很多想法都没法推,反倒还会被抱怨太拼......"</p><p>其次,突如其来的新冠疫情,也对携程赖以生存的OTA业务造成了巨大的冲击。</p><p>据携程财报显示,2020年四个季度,其GMV相比上年同期分别下降了51%、72%、51%、45%。2021年,携程一度扭亏为盈,但因中国局部地区疫情反复,携程2021年第三季度再度陷入困局。</p><p>财报显示,携程2021年前三季度的总营收仅恢复至2019年同期的56%,尽管从客观上说这同其出境游业务尚未恢复有关,但在市场萎靡之际,携程业务部门工作量显然不能同日而语。</p><p>办公氛围较为宽松,业务萎缩导致工作量降低,携程显然更具混合办公的理由。</p><p>另一方面,携程推行混合办公,或许还同其渴望业务增长有关。</p><p>翻看携程所发布的公告,其中一个值得注意的点便是所谓的混合办公并非居家办公,而是可由员工自行选择办公地点。甚至,携程刻意在该描述后强调说明:“可以是咖啡厅或者度假酒店等。”</p><p>“咖啡厅”作为日常办公场景尚能理解,但“度假酒店”作为写入公告的话语,还是不禁让人浮想联翩。合理猜想,携程此举或许是在对外强加“工作日与假期并没有明确边界”的心理暗示。</p><p>一位携程内部人士曾表示:“远程办公和混合办公有利于中国国内恢复休闲旅游。”而这或许正映射出梁建章的司马昭之心。</p><p>梁建章曾在接受媒体采访时表示:“希望混合办公成为标配,不光是携程一家公司实施。”基于此,携程似乎想成为混合办公模式的“领路人”,带起一股混合办公的风潮。</p><p>而混合办公,对携程意味着什么?从其公告中,我们或许能看出些许端倪。</p><p>从描述来看,携程混合办公时间点定在每周三、周五,周五则能连同周末组成3天“假期”,而这样的工作周一年有50个左右。这也就意味着混合办公若成趋势,那一众企业员工都将获得50个“小长假”。</p><p>基数庞大的“小长假”,具备着短平快的特点,这也恰好吻合携程招股书中明确提到的发力重点——“高频次的短途周边游”。</p><p>携程《2021用户旅行新趋势洞察》显示,2021年在携程购买2小时以内高铁火车票的游客人次同比增长近三成,尤其在小长假,短途高铁游深受出游人群的追捧。</p><p>而2021年第三季度财报显示,携程省内酒店预订量相比于疫情前的2019年增长了约35%,其中本地酒店预订量增长60%以上。</p><p>由此可见,小长假所带来的短途游,已然成为了携程增长的新动能。而携程住宿预订与交通票务两大营收渠道,亦同高频的短途游结合密切。</p><p>因此,携程推行混合办公,明线是提高公司福利与解决社会问题,暗线是寄希望于带起混合办公趋势,撬动旅游市场,而其作为OTA龙头坐享这块巨大的蛋糕。</p><p><b>终</b></p><p>携程作为老牌巨头,近些年无疑在新势力的冲击下陷入增长困局。而疫情搅动,亦为其前路增添了极大的不确定性。</p><p>在此背景下,寄希望于混合办公带动短途游,俨然成为了携程寻求增量的破局出口,毕竟短途游受疫情影响较小,且频次够高。</p><p>然而,以上分析均出于乐观视角。毕竟如果将远程办公设想为假期,那在工作量一致的前提下强行推行混合办公,反而会导致在岗办公期间的任务陡增,加速内卷。</p><p>另一方面,即使混合办公模式铺开,其他企业或许不会同携程一样不动薪酬底盘,而一旦远程办公导致收入降低,大厂内卷人们必然不会接受。此前字节跳动取消大小周后,就有员工因薪酬下降而愤慨万千。</p><p>因此,携程此举更多透着一股理想主义。仅凭其一己之力,或许很难带动起整个互联网行业大环境的变革。甚至携程自己反倒会因第一个吃螃蟹而徒增陡壁。</p><p>但即便如此,携程已然将混合办公贯彻始终,这既像是无可奈何,亦像是破釜沉舟。这位略显陈旧的巨人,似乎正在上演一出别样的求生剧。</p></body></html>","source":"lsy1621490938959","collect":0,"html":"<!DOCTYPE
