href=\"https://laohu8.com/S/NIO.SI\">蔚来</a>的股价触及1.32美元的低点,市值距离高点蒸发80%以上。</p>\n<p>高瓴清空了蔚来股票,红杉也选择了减仓。</p>\n<p>当时的李斌四处奔走请客吃饭,想为蔚来寻求融资输血。</p>\n<p>一个故事是,一家国资的老总在席间直斥李斌“乱花钱”。</p>\n<p>所谓的乱花钱,是指当时的新能源车企几乎都依赖补贴生存,蔚来也处于襁褓中的状态,但李斌却投入重资产,去建设换电站,以至于每个季度都要亏损4亿美金左右。</p>\n<p><img width=\"759\"/></p>\n<p>蔚来到底要烧钱到什么时候?</p>\n<p>蔚来会破产吗?</p>\n<p>蔚来还能坚持几年?</p>\n<p>类似的问题,也伴随了蔚来4年。</p>\n<p>但就在刚刚过去的一个月,蔚来再次迎来转机。</p>\n<p>从8月开始,蔚来股价上涨已经近乎翻倍,显著高于同时期的美股大盘表现。</p>\n<p>而到了9月,蔚来汽车的交付量也达到了21181台,与去年同期相比增长了30.1%。</p>\n<p>第三季度,蔚来品牌创下了61023台的单季交付新高,电车总销量占到全国销量的9%。</p>\n<p><img href=\"https://laohu8.com/S/5RE.SI\">智能</a>汽车产业大会上,李斌更是透露,蔚来新车型乐道L60自开启全国交付以来,市场反馈热烈,订单量远超预期。</p>\n<p>同日,蔚来也宣布,得到了三家合肥现有股东33亿元的增资。</p>\n<p>上次抄底,蔚来的股价不到2美元,随后就在半年后涨到了10美元。</p>\n<p>这次抄底,蔚来的股价一路从3.6美元走到了7.2美元左右,近乎翻倍。</p>\n<p><img width=\"1080\"/></p>\n<p>合肥为什么敢抄底蔚来?</p>\n<p>感情或许是一个部分,毕竟由于蔚来汽车的品牌效应,合肥当地的电动汽车企业已经达到了3500亿的营收。</p>\n<p>但从财报上看,此时的蔚来更有抄底的潜力——今年第二季度的整车毛利达到了12.2%,大幅度增长了6%。</p>\n<p>这预示着,蔚来即将走向盈利状态。</p>\n<p>那么,蔚来是怎么走出这个泥潭的?</p>\n<p>李斌的换电战略,是把蔚来带向巅峰,还是深渊?</p>\n<p><img width=\"1080\"/></p>\n<p>从消费者的角度看,蔚来和其他品牌最大的不同,就是换电。</p>\n<p>它的重资产是换电,服务核心也是换电。</p>\n<p>而且到目前为止,还没有一家电动汽车企业想要模仿蔚来的换电。</p>\n<p>这是因为前期投入资金实在太大,如果没有外部输血,很难做到,再加上现在电动汽车的市场已经趋向红海。</p>\n<p>打价格战还来不及,哪还有余粮拿去换电站?</p>\n<p>所以从某种意义上说,换电就是蔚来汽车的核心竞争力,也是企业的护城河。</p>\n<p><img width=\"1080\"/></p>\n<p>但这也是蔚来不被资本看好的原因——换电太具有理想主义和实验主义的成分。</p>\n<p>对于车主而言,蔚来的换电是“独享的moment”。</p>\n<p>终身免费换电,首先是丢掉了电池衰退的焦虑。</p>\n<p>锂电池一般有两个寿命,一个是循环寿命,一个日历寿命。</p>\n<p>一般来说,电池的循环寿命在2000次左右,但实际上一辆车一年也就充100次电不到,要想用完循环寿命,要20年。</p>\n<p>但另一方面,一般电池的日历寿命也就8年。</p>\n<p>也就是说,如果不是拿来跑滴滴,平常的私家电动汽车会浪费1200个循环。</p>\n<p><img width=\"1078\"/></p>\n<p>再有一种情况,是如果你不开车,电池放在那里也会缩短寿命。</p>\n<p>对于电动汽车来讲,电池是最贵的零部件,也是折损值最大的零部件。</p>\n<p>因此,如果买车是为了电池,那就太亏了。</p>\n<p>但蔚来用户就没有这个担忧,假设有个蔚来车主从不换电,而到7年零364天的时候,去蔚来换电站换一块电池,这就意味着电池寿命自动被延长了。</p>\n<p>所以对于蔚来用户来说,电池是可以“永生”的。</p>\n<p>其次,是换电的便利和缓解续航焦虑。</p>\n<p>很多人吃过高速充电的苦,碰到节假日,要等,要排队。</p>\n<p>但对于蔚来车主来说,充电的时间就很快,哪怕长途跋涉,充一次电也基本能到达目的地,充一次电也就5分钟左右。</p>\n<p><img width=\"1080\"/></p>\n<p>此外,蔚来的服务政策也是国内众多同行中遥遥领先,一键维保,保险无忧,每个车主都有单独的服务群,基本秒回的客服,车停机场还有售后能帮着开回家。</p>\n<p>就售后服务而言,蔚来已经做得比国内的BBA还要好。</p>\n<p>而且事实上,很多蔚来车主就是从BBA转过来的。</p>\n<p>数据显示,蔚来二代平台部分车型,BBA的车主占比已经超过了50%。</p>\n<p>从高端属性的调性上看,蔚来已经立住了,无相君甚至认为,蔚来在电动汽车车企中的地位,对标的是BBA里的奔驰。</p>\n<p>是要比其他品牌高半个头的。</p>\n<p>这一点不仅体现在服务和换电体系上,也体现在保值率上。</p>\n<p>根据2024年上半年的数据,蔚来ES6和ET5车型的保值率分别达到了74.5%和74%,在同级别车型中位列第一,超过了<a href=\"https://laohu8.com/S/TSLA\">特斯拉</a>Model Y、奥迪Q5L、宝马X3同级对手。</p>\n<p>蔚来ET7,更是登顶中大型新能源车保值率之王。</p>\n<p>而且就智能化来说,蔚来也肯堆料。</p>\n<p>作为全行业第一家标配激光雷达和4颗Orin芯片的车企,全国规模最大、覆盖范围最广的城区智能驾驶应用推送车企。</p>\n<p>蔚来在过去几年的研发投入在新势力车企中一直处于领先状态。</p>\n<p><img border=\"0\" href=\"https://laohu8.com/S/NVDA\">英伟达</a>Drive Orin X处理器的四倍。</p>\n<p>为什么蔚来目前的月销量能持续超过2万台,超过同级的BBA?</p>\n<p>这可能就是因为蔚来给到了高端消费者产品以外的需求。</p>\n<p>而这也是高端用户愿意付出溢价的原因。</p>\n<p><img border=\"0\" width=\"1080\"/></p>\n<p>不过,好的服务是需要付出代价的。</p>\n<p>截至8月1日,蔚来已累计建成2460座换电站,822座高速公路换电站,同时,全国城市“电区房”覆盖率达80%。</p>\n<p>就连遥远的青藏线沿途,都有蔚来换电站的身影。</p>\n<p>但这也意味着,蔚来的重资产投入越来越大,收获回报也非常长期。</p>\n<p>城市里最贵的是土地,一个换电站就需要3个车位。</p>\n<p>而且蔚来汽车的门店,还都在城市最繁华的地段,如太古汇、北京东方广场等,动辄占地1000平方米,单店投入至少8000万以上。</p>\n<p><img href=\"https://laohu8.com/S/DLX\">豪华</a>的售后服务,坚持换电路线,坚持某种理想主义。</p>\n<p>但这一点在乐道上做了妥协。</p>\n<p>从的运营和售后方式看,乐道没有蔚来那种无微不至的服务(这种服务往往是亏钱的),主打汽车的实用价值。</p>\n<p>但也只有这种性价比产品、消费主流车型,才能把市场稳住。</p>\n<p>通过互相摊销成本,来给蔚来打造差异化,个性化、高端化的空间。</p>\n<p>就像丰田主打销量,雷克萨斯拉升调性一样,蔚来需要一个年轻化的品牌为自己争取用户,争取时间,争取实现某种理想的可能。</p>\n<p>而对于乐道用户来说,能通过BaaS租电的方式,花16万左右的钱,体验到20万级车型的品质感和蔚来的换电体系,也非常具有吸引力。</p>\n<p>所以乐道推出之后,蔚来的股价也在向上走。</p>\n<p><img ETF-NikkoAM"},"source_url":"https://www.lanjinger.com/d/241424","is_english":false,"share_image_url":"https://static.laohu8.com/e9f99090a1c2ed51c021029395664489","article_id":"2473461487","content_text":"文|无相商业趋势\n\n\n作为中国第一家在美国上市的电动车企,蔚来一度面临崩溃的边缘。\n2019年年底,蔚来的股价触及1.32美元的低点,市值距离高点蒸发80%以上。\n高瓴清空了蔚来股票,红杉也选择了减仓。\n当时的李斌四处奔走请客吃饭,想为蔚来寻求融资输血。\n一个故事是,一家国资的老总在席间直斥李斌“乱花钱”。\n所谓的乱花钱,是指当时的新能源车企几乎都依赖补贴生存,蔚来也处于襁褓中的状态,但李斌却投入重资产,去建设换电站,以至于每个季度都要亏损4亿美金左右。\n\n而在国内,几乎没有车企认同这个模式可以成功。\n李斌连续跑了18个城市都被拒绝,但就在快过年的时候,合肥选择了抄底蔚来。\n2020年4月,以“风投之城”著称的合肥,向蔚来豪掷70亿元,在蔚来最为危难的时候,扶企业于将倾。\n也得益于蔚来在合肥的落地,产业化进展迅速,股价回升,合肥在随后的半年就得到了丰厚的资本回报,仅回购就套现了105亿。\n但因为重资产运营和蔚来一直坚持走高端路线,投入了领先同行的研发费用,导致随后4年的财报净利润一直都处于亏损状态。\n股价也因此阴跌近4年。\n\n蔚来到底要烧钱到什么时候?\n蔚来会破产吗?\n蔚来还能坚持几年?\n类似的问题,也伴随了蔚来4年。\n但就在刚刚过去的一个月,蔚来再次迎来转机。\n从8月开始,蔚来股价上涨已经近乎翻倍,显著高于同时期的美股大盘表现。\n而到了9月,蔚来汽车的交付量也达到了21181台,与去年同期相比增长了30.1%。\n第三季度,蔚来品牌创下了61023台的单季交付新高,电车总销量占到全国销量的9%。\n\n而在9月30日的全球智能汽车产业大会上,李斌更是透露,蔚来新车型乐道L60自开启全国交付以来,市场反馈热烈,订单量远超预期。\n同日,蔚来也宣布,得到了三家合肥现有股东33亿元的增资。\n上次抄底,蔚来的股价不到2美元,随后就在半年后涨到了10美元。\n这次抄底,蔚来的股价一路从3.6美元走到了7.2美元左右,近乎翻倍。\n\n合肥为什么敢抄底蔚来?\n感情或许是一个部分,毕竟由于蔚来汽车的品牌效应,合肥当地的电动汽车企业已经达到了3500亿的营收。\n但从财报上看,此时的蔚来更有抄底的潜力——今年第二季度的整车毛利达到了12.2%,大幅度增长了6%。\n这预示着,蔚来即将走向盈利状态。\n那么,蔚来是怎么走出这个泥潭的?\n李斌的换电战略,是把蔚来带向巅峰,还是深渊?\n\n从消费者的角度看,蔚来和其他品牌最大的不同,就是换电。\n它的重资产是换电,服务核心也是换电。\n而且到目前为止,还没有一家电动汽车企业想要模仿蔚来的换电。\n这是因为前期投入资金实在太大,如果没有外部输血,很难做到,再加上现在电动汽车的市场已经趋向红海。\n打价格战还来不及,哪还有余粮拿去换电站?\n所以从某种意义上说,换电就是蔚来汽车的核心竞争力,也是企业的护城河。\n\n但这也是蔚来不被资本看好的原因——换电太具有理想主义和实验主义的成分。\n对于车主而言,蔚来的换电是“独享的moment”。\n终身免费换电,首先是丢掉了电池衰退的焦虑。\n锂电池一般有两个寿命,一个是循环寿命,一个日历寿命。\n一般来说,电池的循环寿命在2000次左右,但实际上一辆车一年也就充100次电不到,要想用完循环寿命,要20年。\n但另一方面,一般电池的日历寿命也就8年。\n也就是说,如果不是拿来跑滴滴,平常的私家电动汽车会浪费1200个循环。\n\n再有一种情况,是如果你不开车,电池放在那里也会缩短寿命。\n对于电动汽车来讲,电池是最贵的零部件,也是折损值最大的零部件。\n因此,如果买车是为了电池,那就太亏了。\n但蔚来用户就没有这个担忧,假设有个蔚来车主从不换电,而到7年零364天的时候,去蔚来换电站换一块电池,这就意味着电池寿命自动被延长了。\n所以对于蔚来用户来说,电池是可以“永生”的。\n其次,是换电的便利和缓解续航焦虑。\n很多人吃过高速充电的苦,碰到节假日,要等,要排队。\n但对于蔚来车主来说,充电的时间就很快,哪怕长途跋涉,充一次电也基本能到达目的地,充一次电也就5分钟左右。\n\n此外,蔚来的服务政策也是国内众多同行中遥遥领先,一键维保,保险无忧,每个车主都有单独的服务群,基本秒回的客服,车停机场还有售后能帮着开回家。\n就售后服务而言,蔚来已经做得比国内的BBA还要好。\n而且事实上,很多蔚来车主就是从BBA转过来的。\n数据显示,蔚来二代平台部分车型,BBA的车主占比已经超过了50%。\n从高端属性的调性上看,蔚来已经立住了,无相君甚至认为,蔚来在电动汽车车企中的地位,对标的是BBA里的奔驰。\n是要比其他品牌高半个头的。\n这一点不仅体现在服务和换电体系上,也体现在保值率上。\n根据2024年上半年的数据,蔚来ES6和ET5车型的保值率分别达到了74.5%和74%,在同级别车型中位列第一,超过了特斯拉Model Y、奥迪Q5L、宝马X3同级对手。\n蔚来ET7,更是登顶中大型新能源车保值率之王。\n而且就智能化来说,蔚来也肯堆料。\n作为全行业第一家标配激光雷达和4颗Orin芯片的车企,全国规模最大、覆盖范围最广的城区智能驾驶应用推送车企。\n蔚来在过去几年的研发投入在新势力车企中一直处于领先状态。\n\n尤其是投入费用用于车载芯片的自主研发,堪称业内的技术卷王。\n今年他们推出了新的车载芯片神玑NX9031,有超过500亿颗晶体管,综合能力和执行效率,都是英伟达Drive Orin href=\"https://laohu8.com/S/NIO.SI\">蔚来</a>来说,过去十年走得跌宕起伏,曾经一度市值超过1000亿美元,成为中高端品牌里耀眼的新星,也曾几度走入“死胡同”,破产传闻不断,甚至在今年8月末,蔚来仍遭遇这样的谣言困扰。</p>\n<p>谣言,一定程度与持续亏损的业绩所带来的经营压力相关。</p>\n<p>2023年蔚来汽车的全年业绩亏损创下了历史之最,今年一季度情况也没有明显好转。好在二季度,随着汽车销量的回升,蔚来财报展现出了一定的修复。营收同比几乎翻倍,实现174.5亿元,环比增长76.1%,创下单季营收历史新高。调整后净亏损同比收窄16.7%至45.4亿元。</p>\n<p>作为中概股中最后一个公布财报的焦点公司,蔚来这份二季度答卷也迎来市场的积极反馈。财报公布后,蔚来股价连续上涨。</p>\n<p>面向新十年之路,蔚来仍旧麻烦重重,降本增效之外,蔚来没有找到长久持续的造血之道,也没有堵住最大的失血点。承载着销量希望的乐道和主打更下沉市场的子品牌萤火虫,能给蔚来带来多少增量?</p>\n<p><img width=\"1064\"/></p>\n<p><strong>蔚来积极卖车止血</strong></p>\n<p>为了卖车,自今年初开始蔚来创始人李斌疯狂出镜,不是在拍视频,就是做直播。</p>\n<p>2023年下半年以来,蔚来推进了一系列更加激进的销售政策调整。今年3月中旬,蔚来优化了BaaS租赁方案的费用,下调了BaaS租金约26%-33%,打出降价牌。</p>\n<p>这些终于在今年二季度看到了效果。从今年5月开始,蔚来的新车交付量稳定地达到了2万以上。截至8月末,已经连续4个月,守住2万关口。</p>\n<p>为了更好地卖车,蔚来在过去两年一直致力于“让价格更具竞争力”。2023年蔚来汽车的单车均价从2022年的37.2万元下降到30.8万元。今年二季度,蔚来的单车均价则掉到了27.3万元。如果再算上换电权益,蔚来的汽车将更具有性价比。</p>\n<p>二季度蔚来整车销量迎来了显著增长,当季完成5.74万辆交付,同比增长144%。销量的上升,给蔚来的财务数据带来极大修复。</p>\n<p>今年二季度财报显示,蔚来营收高达174.5亿,同比大增98.9%,基本实现翻番。同季度蔚来汽车经营亏损,从2023年二季度的60.74亿元减少到今年二季度的52.09亿元,同比收窄14.2%,环比减少3.4%。</p>\n<p>一直以来,高投入成为蔚来鲜明的标签,今年二季度的财务表现显示,蔚来确实在降本增效。当期蔚来的研发投入为32.19亿元,比去年同期缩窄了3.8%。今年上半年,蔚来在研发方面的总投入为60.83亿元。相比去年同期的64.2亿元,已经开始小幅下降。</p>\n<p>但二季度,公司销售、一般和管理费用达到37.58亿元,同比增长三成,环比增长25.4%。</p>\n<p>蔚来对此回应:销管费用的增长主要来自人力成本和传播费用。一方面是销量的提升导致销售人员的数量以及奖金都被进一步提升;另一方面,蔚来多款新车上市,线上和线下的传播费用也在显著增长。</p>\n<p>本季度三费共计近70亿,环比上季度增加11亿元。蔚来也表示,公司已经开始谨慎控制投入节奏,并且已经在有些项目上采取了推迟或取消等削减成本的方法。</p>\n<p>这十年,蔚来处在不断投入,不断亏损,不断融资的路上。</p>\n<p>回顾2018年至2023年,蔚来净亏损分别达到96.39亿元、112.96亿元、53.04亿元、40.17亿元、144.37亿元和207.20亿元。六年亏损共计超过650亿元。再加上今年前两个季度的51.85亿和50.5亿元,共计达到752.35亿元。</p>\n<p>三家新势力中,仅有蔚来一家在上市之后仍不断融资。</p>\n<p>截至6月底,小鹏、蔚来、理想三家的现金储备分别为373.3亿元、416亿元以及973亿元。虽然蔚来的现金储备高于小鹏,但值得注意的是,这笔资金还包含了2023年末从中东土豪融来的近160亿元。</p>\n<p>不断地亏损,也逼迫蔚来必须集中火力卖车改善财务状况。</p>\n<p>财报电话分析会上,李斌预计第三季度的总交付量将再创新高,进一步巩固和扩大市场份额。</p>\n<p><img href=\"https://laohu8.com/S/INTC\">英特尔</a>4G基带业务后捂着鼻子用几年,信号实在差到难以忍受。然后,等5G来后,苹果搞不定5G基带,又一次怂了,再次买高通的基带。</p><p>可是5G基带全球有4个公司搞定啊,华为、高通、联发科、展锐都搞定。尤其展锐公司的5G研发费用连苹果一个零头都没有,却一样搞定5G全网通处理器,还规模出货。苹果这个公司基带研发人员简直就是养猪场,一事无成。</p><p>第二,万年信号不好。苹果信号不好问题消费者吐槽多少年了,但是他们这些年改进了吗?没有。他们发现华为手机信号好是因为有天线分集技术,还专门点名买华为这个专利许可权,提升了,但是就是信号还是在主流厂家最差,更不能和华为比了。</p><p>第三,在照相上,腆着脸跟着华为走。多摄像头、高倍长焦、微距、大底、夜拍、AI影像和计算影像,全部都是华为走在前面,然后苹果扭扭捏捏最终跟着走。一个龙头公司啊,手机摄影这么多创关键大新点,居然都是华为在引领,苹果在跟随,越想越不可思议。</p><p>第四、AI创新失败是大失败。苹果如果不善于硬件创新,那么A这种关键技术居然也躺平了,宣布投降,选择和open
