$虎牙(HUYA)$ 猪能飞多远,取决于直播平台和网红达人机构的利益协同——虎牙招股说明书随笔 周末看完虎牙2018年2月的初步招股说明书,觉得公司所在的行业是个好行业,但招股说明书似乎有避重就轻之嫌。 招股说明书的几个关键利好论证和数据是:虎牙2017毛利润扭亏为盈,游戏行业牛逼的用户增长同比,直播行业牛博的用户增长同比(具体数据不赘述,论坛里各虎友已有论述,可翻阅。)。同时在平台发展所面临潜在风险和挑战主要归结于政府监管政策和YY的控股关系。 然而,笔者觉得这份招股说明书避重就轻,并没有现阶段直播平台的发展核心要素摆在大家面前。即,直播平台和网红达人机构到底将如何进行利益协同。短视频、直播领域风口正盛,其背景是普通人民群众日益千篇一律的日常生活与求新、猎奇的精神需求的突出矛盾,短视频、直播通过达人、网红把无奇不有的大千世界用技术的手段低成本的共享给用户,并通过直播平台收割普通群众注意力的方式进行价值变现。所以,看到论坛里有虎友戏谑,大主播的年收入都过亿,作为平台的虎牙2017年年毛利润刚扭亏为盈值得炫耀吗? 查了查虎牙的招股说明书,里面对网红合作的费用支持这块并无描述,甚至在支出费用里也是常规的技术研发、市场营销、行政费用三项。短视频和直播行业现阶段核心发展要素是优质内容的持续输出,所以平台的快速发展对产出优质内容的网红达人机构有绝对依赖,但是这点没有在招股说明书里详细说明,反而在风险里反复论证政策监管和YY控股关系,似有比重就轻之嫌。 那么解决直播平台和网红达人机构利益协同的关键在哪?笔者觉得应该是丰富化网红达人机构的变现途径,另一方面自建内容运营团队或网红经济运营团队。变现途径可以参考阿里系网红电商,而网红经济运营团队会不会随着游戏电竞的发展,而出现网红转会类似这样的业务?(大家可以关注下招股说明书理由一个other income) 好了,这是一篇不分析数据的招股
